Bus details driver contact number and bus number were not provided before the journey. We had to contact red bus for driver details and bus location as GPS was not provided. We were told that bus is late for 30 mins. We called Red bus for bus location then he gave driver details after calling multiple times on driver number then we got to know Bus driver did not stop at pick up point vikroli location and left the three o[censored]s. I have attached the screenshot, we were sitting at pick up point from 9:50 to 11:11 PM.
He asked us to travel to 10kms to Thane teen hath naka for pick up. We had to wait for more than an hour and then travel again to Thane. This service is pathetic and not acceptable after paying rs 4725. After getting into bus we have received driver details. Apart from all this the conductor was rude and not accepting the mistake.
