Dear Team,
My journey was form Ujjain to Ahmedabad!!
I have selected the pickup point which is available nanakheda near police station at Hans travel office !!

I was at Hans travel office & bus staff contact me and told that please come to Shanti palace highway at sky bus office !! I have heavy leagues even then I reached there, it was also raining so I kept my leagues in sky bus office!!
Hans bus was late & till time sky office has closed his office & my leagues was inside only !!
I thought if Hans travel staff is call me at sky bus office there may be a tie up or something!!
Then, Hans travel bus staff has told me that believe us we will bring your league in next trip my day after tomorrow & it's around 4-5 days I am taking follow up from them !!

Kindly do the needful !!

    My friend was travelling from indore to rewa on 5th of july night to rewa in the morning at about 7.00 near damoh the bus met with a horrible accident his co- passenger’s hand came out of his shoulder socket and he himself received a lot of injuries and couldn’t even reach his destination on time and was stranded on th road in an injured state so we demand refund for the ticket and also compensation for the inconvenience caused and medical expenses for the same.

      [protected] को मैंने इंदौर से मुंबई के लिए 6 सीट बुक की थी। राजहंस होटल से बस खराब हुई उसके उपरांत ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर ने बस सुधारने में 3घंटे समय लगा दिया उसके बाद बस को धीरे धीरे सेंधवा के आगे तक ले जाया गया और फिर बस को सुधारने के चक्कर मे सुबह सात बजा दी गई। पूरी रात यात्री परेशान रहे। हमारी होटल बुकिंग और ट्रेनिंग पूरी एक दिन की छूट गई जिसका भुगतान हमें करना होगा।
      कृपया कर हमे हमारी 6 सीट का पैसा रिटर्न करें।
      अन्यथा हम कंज्यूमर में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करेंगे ।

        I have booked a ticket for travelling to Mahablaeshwar from Indore on 11-06-22, PNR 77NREEKT. Aa per details a taxi was supposed to pick me for Mahabalwshwar from dropping point Wai phata. Bus has dropped me at Sai park hotel and driver told me that in 5 mins taxi will come to pick you. But when I called to taxi person Mr. Vicky Choudhary he told me that he couldn't come and make your own arrangement to reach Mahabaleshwar and also claim refund from Hans travels.
        Now I am making my own arrangement to reach Mahabaleshwar.
        Request you to seriously look in to the matter and arrange refund of amount immediately.

          I am travelling from Indore to Hyderabad today bus are not hygiene at all, unwashed bed sheets and curtains.

          Staff (helper) was drunk and speaks rudely. You guys carry more people than seats available. Also on double seat people are traveling with there kids so on double seat three people need to sleep.

          Totally worthless traveling in HANS.

            So i booked a ticket through paytm of INR 1900 of mumbai to ujjain wrote in bus ticket that they are providing a other bus from indore to ujjain but after reaching indore i was waited for a hour and than one man told me that you got your bus from world Cup square and sent me there I asked about which bus number any contact number but they don't provide any contact information but what can i do i went with the man to world Cup square after reaching there the man leave me there and he left me without telling me anything I waited there for one hour after investigating I got to know from people that there's no such bus to ujjain from here I am standing helpless in hot summer there than i took a auto cost me INR 200 to vijay nagar and INR 100 for bus ticket to ujjain so big applaud to hans travels for behaving such way.

              The staff is demanding for extra money on station and saying that...Hum nahi darte Hans ke malak walak se jaha complaint karna hai karo... 1000 rupya extra lagega... they are not ready to listen... such a rude staff in your Travells...                 I am traveling from durg to Pune by bus no.NL01B2155 wide PNR[protected].. I complain to driver regarding air conditioning is not proper and a.c.blowers are not working. He is not responding.Bus is not cool. Very poor air conditioner.

                  Break part failure, bus is stuck at choitram mandi since last 3 hours. I have 2 return ticket from navasari to indore for tomorrow. I need to reach navsari at 8.30 in the morning, and here we have not started from indore by 12 midnight

                    I booked a ticket from pune to bhopal bus on date 1 may 2022 for my friend. His seat number is 33 the last seat. The seat that was given to him was 3ft small not even average size.

                    The driver told ge will adjust so he continued the journey but later driver did not and he sat all his 16 hours journey.

                    This is really inhospitable and not even averages size person could fit in there.

                    I want full refund and serious action against them

                    Taking Volvo's ticket and the bus works like a local, the passenger is recruited by making thousands of stops, going forward on the seat of the 2nd jan, 4 people sit on the seat, ask for the answer, then get down speaking, it will go like this, so all the requests are from Hans Travels. Be careful and ac doesn't even work in volvo reaches its destination 1:30 hours late

                      Bus company - Hans Travel
                      Name of Passenger - Pooja Mane, Sunny Sahu, Kamalini P.
                      Mumbai to Indore - seat number 22, 23, 24. Bus number - NL.07.B.0610
                      Bus details driver contact number and bus number were not provided before the journey. We had to contact red bus for driver details and bus location as GPS was not provided. We were told that bus is late for 30 mins. We called Red bus for bus location then he gave driver details after calling multiple times on driver number then we got to know Bus driver did not stop at pick up point vikroli location and left the three o[censored]s. I have attached the screenshot, we were sitting at pick up point from 9:50 to 11:11 PM.
                      He asked us to travel to 10kms to Thane teen hath naka for pick up. We had to wait for more than an hour and then travel again to Thane. This service is pathetic and not acceptable after paying rs 4725. After getting into bus we have received driver details. Apart from all this the conductor was rude and not accepting the mistake. Please call me on my registered phone.

                          Bus driver was very rude, no space for luggages of passengers in the boot, we have to keep all our luggage on the seats and last but the bus corridor was full of people's who don't have the tickets as well.
                          The bus was so loaded that the bus conductor has kept the passenger luggage in the ladies washroom which is been created in the bus.

                          Plz look forward to the problem as it's resulting in degradation of company's goodwill.

                            My pnr no is[protected], bus boarding time is 10_15 but bus is not came on 12_30 am and boarding point is bhakhar phata thare are no trawell s office in the knife if any accident with me then who is responsible and on the costmar care number no satisfy answer .

                              I am very upset with hans bus.
                              There is all problem with bus timing & dropping points.
                              Dropping time according to ticket is 9:45 am for wakad & actual time is 12:30 pm for nigdi.
                              i want to go to wakad but driver dropped me to nigdi.
                              dropping location is wakad according to the my ticket but driver says bus will not go for wakad.
                              Then why are you write on online ticket booking that bus will go for wakad.

                              Today I have not reach my office because of the hans bus timing & different dropping location.

                                I have booked ticket TR5J71900738 from akola to Indore for AC bus. AC of bus was off for almost 4 hours. Had to face severe suffocation. On complaining to driver the response was rude and no solution was provided. This was a horrible experience . Stop cheating customer . I want a proper justification why such cheap service was provided.

                                    I have called 4 times to report the complaint have the call recording as well

                                    I am travelling from raipur to indore 17/04/22 at 4 PM and in this summer a/c is not working and it is hot as hell I am unable to breath now and my money is non refundable neither they are arranging for other bus not they are providing the solution.

                                      I've booked 2 tickets from Surat to Dhamnod on 24 th March but I didn't see the on behalf of 24 March tickets booked for 29 March . I've cancelled the tickets but till date amount not credited to my card.

                                        I am traveling from indore to ajmer on 26th mar2022 and so pathetic journey...

                                        First we received msg bus number NL07B0602 but bus change without any intimation... Second bus number NL07B0604

                                        In bus no cleaning, durty badsheet and without cover pillow...
                                        Then bus driver off AC after bus running from indore ..he doesn't know how to operate AC...
                                        Then after 4 hours we reach 1st stop and driver go for dinner swithoff the bus...there is so humidity in bus cleaner told thay can not start the bus when bus stop in a place.
                                        Than driver stop bus in bhilwada and same like local bus he fullfill local passenger in bus, beside driver's also..
                                        After 30 minutes we start journey to ajmer..
                                        Again on ajmer timing 7.45 driver stop 2nd stop for 30 minutes...

                                        We reach 9.30 am 1.45 minutes late from given timing..
