Hans travel is a reputed travel agency but due to some arrogance staff member your reputation is spoiling and driver has taken unnecessary extra stopage and taken one new division from Khamgaon through Shegaon in want of extra passenger in order to take unauthorised gain. Due to the above reason bus reached akola 1 hr delayed. Consider the same and try to provide appropriate services.

    Regarding ticket refund after cancellation

    I booked 1 ticket on 7th jan 2022 for the journey of 9th jan from delhi to indore but then due to corona i need to leave from there immediately so i cancelled that ticket and again book for the journey of 7th jan(PNR[protected] and i travelled but the first booking amount still not refunded in my account 7 days ago i called them they said that you will get in 2-3 days but not after a week again i called sometimes they disconnect the call and...

    Hello hans travels
    My booking ID is [protected].
    I booked a Ac bus ticket but this bus is not ac this is a non ac modified bus in ac.
    Not properly space in seat, iron roud in the mirror, heater not working, when I speak to bus conndecter start the heater they start Ac in this cold season.
    I want to refund back my money if you can't provide the services that your passenger want
    As well one bigger problem is driver and conducter take lots of local passengers for some kind of money with this type of service other passengers faced lots of problems.
    Local passengers sleep in they way.
    When I booked the ac bus is bhart Benz and this is ashok Leyland

      I was trying to book a ticket on 1st of December but the ticket was not booked and my payment of 840rs. was successfully transferred. Here is the proof of payment. I have tried many times customer service of hans travels but they denied my calls and say not to refund my money.

            Dear Sir
            Really wrust or not acceptable service, Bus reached at our pickup at 1:45 AM but during booking at 10:55 PM .
            Another wrust thing, when we were going to enter bus, our bags or luggage facility was not available.

            We kept our bag in seat, which was really disgusting.

              I am going to travel nagpur to Indore, Hans travel Bus did not reach Nagpur at pickup point upto 11:30 PM, departure time was 10:55 PM .
              Now got call to dipature after 1 AM, Hans travel service was wrust and tortureable.

              Hans travel pickup point was also closed and passenger were waiting to stand on road.
              Even siting facilities and toilet facilities were not provided in Nagpur City near bus stand.

              I am still waiting and angry really not acceptable service .

                I had booked 3 tickets from Hans travels website but any reason bus cancel then Hans travels representative told me within 3 days refund your money but till date not received .
                many times talk & email to Hans travels for refund but always ensure send 2 or days but now completed 1.5 month.

                I have book a ticket for yeola to dhamnod in hans travels for 22april 2022 I have cancelled it but no refund have been submitted to my account I have call their head office 2-3 times but they said refund has been done. Sir please take action. My prn was[protected]

                  Thia is my pnr[protected] and i was 10 min late to board my bus they told me to come in 10 min they are waiting but they did not wait for me, and left the boarding point and when i call them back they are telling me we are 5 min away from your boarding point come if you can. when i told them to stay they i am coming and then they told me we are 25 km away from your location if you can come then come. this cannot be done . i have call recordings of driver and helpers.

                    My experience of Hans Travel is very bad they didn't drop me to correct location before 40 km to my drop location driver changed the bus and it was local transport which was not that comfortable.

                            I have booked AC sleeper from indore to vidisha, that is around 4 o'clock but actually anyone call me and update update me after 6 that bus is already late and around 7.30 pm we will go. when i reached there i got only normal sleeper that is already in very burst condition . and its went out from indore overall around 8.30 and reached vidisha around 3.30pm . so this is my overall very burst journey yet . i think hans travel have to focus on that type of problem because if customer will be in panic then how u can suffer that ...

                              Barish ke pani se puri seat gili hai, bus me 10-12 unreserved log bhare hue hai, even I can not sleep.

                                On August 13, 2021 i booked a ticket of bus traveling from gwalior to Jaipur using online payment application 'paytm'. The boarding time of the bus is at 10:00 PM so i reached the point at 9:45. Till time i reached the boarding point i haven't received any updates from the hus operator so i called the customer care executives but no one picked my call. I've waited for the bus till 10:20 PM but as i didn't received any updates from the bus operator i came back to home . So i want my refund amount as i did not travel in the bus.
                                Also i talk to one of the executive named as 'Narendra' (may work for the gwalior customer care services) he talked to me very rudely and in a very unprofessional way. He told me that if you have not received any updates from our side so the problem is yours not mine. Also he cut the call without ending the conversation which seems very disrespect to me.
                                Please take a action against my problem so that i can get my refund.

                                    I travel from Ahmedabad(nadiad) to indore.
                                    PNR no is[protected].
                                    I am traveling into this but bus stop for dinner at Hotel i also out from the bus for dinner after dakor at hotel in between rain is started i am not aware for this and also window not open by me and my whole seat is wet from the rain i request to driver and conductor but its behaviour is rude and told me i didnt adjust the seat.
                                    I see that no one travel on seat no 5, 6 but they didn't adjust.
                                    Check how many seats are vacant.
                                    I travel whole night in one side by sitting due to whole seat are wet

                                      Talks by abusing words & very misbehaviour of driver named "Indar", (Jodhpur to Indore) Date-12 July 2021,
                                      When someone asks toilet he says 'hagna mutna' jaldi krke ana tumhara & after that some cruel abuses, & doesn't stops bus for dinner, only stops when he get hungred at "1PM",

                                      Then when we 2-3 people forced him, that we have to have dinner and complaint then staff of bus let us have dinner at 8:30 pm approx.. dinner can be avoidable point.. but abuses are not avoidable point
