Today on 01st December I booked a flight from Chennai to Coimbatore for 20th December. Giving all the details, I went into the payment section and opted for a credit card payment for Trip ID:[protected]. Once I entered the OTP It processed and showed up an error message 405. Hence, I tried to book once more and made a payment for Trip ID:[protected] which also showed the same message once I entered the OTP.
After a few minutes, I noticed an email from Happyesaygo that both of my payments were successful and the amount was debited from my account.

I've received PNR for Trip ID:[protected] but for Trip ID:[protected] it's blank and the status says upcoming. When I go and enter the trip ID:[protected] in the customer care portal it says that my booking is confirmed and I'll receive my ticket in 1 hour. All I wanted to is to raise a dispute with customer care and get my money refunded. I tried all the numbers which are available [protected] / [protected]/[protected] /[protected]/[protected]. The customer care portal says they are available 24*7. However, none of the phones aren't available. I also wrote an email but didn't get a response yet.
Request your good self to look into this issue and refund the cash against the Trip ID:[protected] of Rs 7, 416.

I wanted to give you a heads-up on the phone call that I received today. There is a fraudster group that targets money refund complaints that are posted in this forum. The group took my email id and phone number which were available in the screenshot that I posted along with the complaint. I was contacted both by email and phone through [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]. When I picked up the call they said they are calling me from HappyeasyGo accounts division after receiving the complaint that was registered in the Indian consumer complaint forum. The person said that the money which was debited from the credit card can't be credited back to the credit card, but can be credited directly to the bank account with a voucher code after entering a PIN they give. They asked me which bank mobile app I use and they were able to generate a pin number specific to each bank. I had doubts about this call and said I'll call back in 5 mins. After a few mins, I called back the person and asked if I'm Rakesh, to see what have to say I said yes. Then I asked where are you calling from, the guy said I'm calling from AirIndia to work on the refund that was registered in the consumer forum. Then after listening to all the information I said I'm not Rakesh and asked before a few mins you said you were calling from HappyeasyGo. That guy got confused and blabbered saying you called the wrong number. Be aware of getting an email or call from [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]. Also, protect your information while registering the complaint, and don't fall prey to this financial fraudster group.

    Dear All,
    I have not yet received below 2 passenger refunds even after 120 days now. The primary airlines (indigo) have already confirmed on email that they have refunded the same immediately with 24hrs. Happyeasygo CaseId[protected] & below PNR for travel on 22nd Aug'2022.

    1) Goa → Nagpur, PNR WT3HFK

    2) Goa → Nagpur, PNR RW9TXZ

    All the customer care numbers mentioned on Happyeasygo website are not working & they not even responding on emails.
    This seems to be a BIG Fraud.. Airline companies should not share flights on this website.. Attached are the official flight confirmation & refund initiation screenshots from airline (Indigo)

        I had tried booking a flight for 2 people on 13th Nov 2022 but the booking was unsuccessful as it gave an error, Method not found. Since I didn't any message from the bank as well I had tried 2 more times and received similar message. Next day i realised that the ticket was booked but amount was deducted. I am still waiting for the amount to be refunded back. Order id is[protected]. Kindly look into this matter. Tried calling their customer care support but no response. Amount of Rs 49708 needs to refunded back from the site. I can provide all necessary proofs of amount deduction.

          This is regarding complaint ID[protected], generated by HappyEasy Go.
          Below is the detailed description of the issue

          I booked a ticket on 7 Nov 2022, for Lucknow to Pune. While booking the tickets, after the payment is done through credit card, the app said "source does not support this type of transaction" and redirected Me to the payment page again though my amount was deducted from my account and there was no confirmation of the ticket.
          So i made the payment again since there was no confirmation of the ticket, this time through internet banking. This time also my amount got deducted and the same error popped up saying source does not support the transaction. This time also ticket was not issued.

          Now when I check in my happy easy go app, I see there is booked ticket saying upcoming trip.

          So, in a nutshell, my amount has been deducted twice and ticket has been issued again one payment. The second payment amount needs to be refunded .

                I am yet to receive the refund for PNR: HS5LXA, which I cancelled before 7th November. Kindly please provide the refund as soon as possible. I tried contacting the flight directly they are saying that refund is already processed to the agent. Kindly check it on urgent basis. Also your customer care number comes switched off every time.

                    I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Kochi and it got cancelled from happyeasygo side but amount was debited from my bank.

                    I called HEG and got confirmation from Happyeasygo that it would be refunded and i had to book another ticket and i also got mail regarding the same.

                    But after i booked new ticket, both ticket showed confirmed. I called HEG and they cancelled one ticket and issued only one ticket and the other was supposed to be refunded. Now the one which was cancelled is not showing in the happyeasygo app and also my money is not refunded.

                    I'll attach the transaction details along with my confirmed ticket. Also now i have no way to contact HEG since they don't respond to mails and also no phone numbers work right now.

                      I booked one flight on 13th November 22 on HappyEasyGo App.
                      Payment of Rs. 5285 was made in this regard. Soon after that – I received a mail from HappyEasyGo regarding tickets not confirmed and full refund is being initiated.

                      It is almost 13 days gone from that day and I have not received my money back. Refer Order Id:[protected].

                      Looking forward for the needful from your end at the earliest.

                      Have seen many reviews of cheated customer like me.
                      This is for sure a cheat company - as they cheated for 2nd time. Last time I left it but this time I taking a vow to bring them to justice till the time this company shuts or they are punished with heavies penalty possible.
                      Have few contacts with lawyers and for sure this company has many reasons to worry now.

                      If some government officials are watching this - I wonder why this company is running after so many complaints on this website which are unresolved.

                        Kindly be informed that I have booked four tickets from Guwahati to Mumbai for Jet Airways Flight No. 9W-135 for 6 May 2019 amounted Rs. 18, 544/-. The flight was cancelled by the operator and refund is not issued to us by HAPPYEASYGO. Nor they have made any alternate arrangement.

                          We booked ticket on 06/07/22 from Coimbatore to Hyderabad with schedule Departure date 15/08/2022. Ticket order id is[protected]. Airlines company have already cancelled & refunded the whole amount But HAPPY EASY GO not release my refund amount. I booked refundable flight by paying extra money as it was refundable. I have cancelled flight on 04/08/2022 I did not received my refund amount yet.

                                I have booked two flight due to your portal and issues.

                                Portal issue : 405 method not found.

                                During the first flight booking it is showing amount to be pay after detection of the amount therefore i have booked another flight .but due to this issue i have booked 2 flights.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I had booked a flight from Happy Easy GO in Indigo for 31st Oct 2022 from Coimbatore to Kolkata(Trip ID:[protected], PNR : DLMGNC). Due to change of plans, I cancelled the ticket 15 days before. The Indigo airline portal is showing the refund status as "Refund complete to Travel Agent" Rs 7868. But Happy Easy go is not returning after repeated calls and Emails.
                                  I need the refund amount.

                                    This email is to notify you about a major concern which occurred on last monday when I had booked one of the ticket from IXR to BLR as per the following details:

                                    Order Id :[protected]
                                    Ticket PNR - PRBGUT

                                    I had made a payment of Rs.9790 as per payment id - pay_KfjXOi3Rdl7Njb which displayed failed on the happy easy go app and hence I had made another payment of the same amount as per transaction Id - payKfjaB5BdzStEkb which got again failed as displayed over app. After some time as verified, I observed both the payment got successful, and 1 ticket was booked finally.

                                    I had raised an issue with the HEG team about the incident, which happened but there has been no response for the last 7 days and neither the team is picking/responding on thephone numbers. The request you to please look onto the matter urgently since there are no two tickets which were booked for the journey.

                                    Seeking your urgent response regarding the matter !!

                                        I booked ticket last month through this app with full refund

                                        I cancelled my ticket on, 30th October and it's been 3 weeks they haven't refunded the amount yet

                                        They are not responding to emails and their customer support number is also kot reachable

                                        Please assist here as they i paid 11300 for the ticket
