I have booked flight tickets through happy easy go for 5 aug .The flight got cancelled from the airline, hence had to cancel the flight and requested for a refund. The refund has been processed from the airline end to happy easy go, but the amount isn't being refunded to me even after multiple calls or emails. It has been 4 months since I requested a refund and have been constantly following up with them. No response from their end.

They dont even pick up the call.

Flight cancelled on 12th august.. the airline has refunded to happyeasygo but happyeasygo is not refunding back to me.
i have tried calling emailing but no response...
now they dont even pick up the call or reply to my email.
9986 is the amount to be refunded and i have been trying every week to contact them.

I have not received my flight cancellation refund from the company Happy Easy Go. They are not refunding our payment and their customer service always make excuses and give a new date of refund. It's been more than 3 months. First they said to refund in 30-45 days then 90 days and more than 100 days passed still no update. Please help. I have around 15000 stuck with the company.

This ticket was booked on 21/08/2022 from (Hyderabad to Goa) on 03/10/2022.
PNR- HFHLQA SpiceJet Airline
This ticket was unfortunately cancelled by SpiceJet airline & refunded money to HappyeasyGo on 29th Aug 2022.

it been long time they are not refunding money despite various email & call.

SpiceJet airline has already refunded to HappyeasyGo.

I am Soumyaranjan Dash a regular customer of yours. This is my registered email id on happyeasygo.com and My registered mobile number is +91-[protected]. I had booked one Indigo flight on 29th October from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar (Happyeasygo Order ID[protected] PNR - WQ1GFW for my sister in law. For some personal reasons, I had to cancel the flight through airline. They told me, I will get refund of Rs 3038 after cancellation charges. I have attached airline communication to happyeasygo customer care through emails. But now they are not responding anything on mail/call. This company do not have customer care number. It's a fraudulent company

This people have received my refund within 24 hours from the airlines as per the information from the Airline CS. I was informed that i will get my refund in 30 days then 45 days then 90 days and then i was receiving emails stating that CC team is declining the refund so asked for account details for processing and now Customer Service over call or emails are not responding at all. They pick up the call after 45 mins and nobody talks. i feel now my 1.5L is in danger. When airlines cancelled the flight and processed my refund in 24 hours - these chor Happyeasygo team are deducting my convinience fee and other charges for not using the service even tho there is no mistake from my end and now no1 is responding also . I NEED A RESOLUTION with my refund and i need to raise a concern with Police i feel.
High time the team responds NOW!!!

It's more than 3 & half months over, still I didn't receive my refund amount back.

Many times I reached out to customer service but no resolution yet. Also they are ignoring my call and didn't pick.

It's very irritating process and worst policy I ever seen in happyeasygo.

I want my money back asap. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

It's been 4 months since I've canceled (on 28th June 2022) my flight tickets booked for 2nd July 2022 from "Delhi" to "TelAviv" (Order Id: Order ID:[protected], PNR: 5H9OLI) but not yet received the refunded amount. According to their regulations, it should have been refunded within 45-90 days which is ridiculous at first, because all other websites are refunding within a month. Since that period, I am repeatedly mailing them for updates. Only once they replied and told we can't tell a deadline; such an irresponsible behavior. The HappyEasyGo application still shows the order status as "refunding".

I'm attaching screenshots of tickets, the status showing on the app, and all email conversations along with this complaint.
Kindly expedite and let me know if something is required.

This is regarding my refund of money rupees 18191. I booked a ticket for 2 people from Chennai to Delhi for the date 26.06.2022. Soon i realized that I booked ticket for wrong timings so I called HappyEasyGo customer care, They suggested me to call airlines to cancel the ticket in order to get full refund. Instantly i called IndiGo Airlines and told them the issue. They suggested if you are booking tickets again...

One of my flight was cancelled through airlines on 9 September 2022 today (27-Oct-2022) its almost more then 1.5 month I still have not received refund from HappyEasygo .
The refund is processed through airlines successfully, its pending from Happyeasygo only .Happyeasygo have started ignoring my calls as well.

Kindly help ASAP.
