Flight cancelled on 12th august.. the airline has refunded to happyeasygo but happyeasygo is not refunding back to me.
i have tried calling emailing but no response...
now they dont even pick up the call or reply to my email.
9986 is the amount to be refunded and i have been trying every week to contact them....

I have booked flight tickets through happy easy go an year ago. The flight got cancelled from the airline, hence had to cancel the flight and requested for a refund. The refund has been processed from the airline end to happy easy go, but the amount isn't being refunded to me even after multiple calls or emails. It has been a year since I requested a refund and have been constantly following up with them. No response from their end....

I have not received my flight cancellation refund from the company Happy Easy Go. They are not refunding our payment and their customer service always make excuses and give a new date of refund. It's been more than 3 months. First they said to refund in 30-45 days then 90 days and more than 100 days passed still no update. Please help. I have around 15000 stuck with the company.

This ticket was booked on 21/08/2022 from (Hyderabad to Goa) on 03/10/2022.

This ticket was unfortunately cancelled by SpiceJet airline & refunded money to HappyeasyGo on 29th Aug 2022.

it been long time they are not refunding money despite various email & call.

SpiceJet airline has already refunded to HappyeasyGo....

Customer service is not responding to mails and calls even though airlines have refunded the amount of the same day the flight was cancelled. I have taken multiple follow-ups but no response. Order id :[protected]...

I have cancelled my booking and the happyeasygo had to give refund and they told they will be providing the refund but no refund has been provided as it is more than 50 days and no one is picking up the call and no one is replying to email....

My refund pending from July 16 and nobody is responding over calls or email now...

No response for emails or calls after informing that i will get my refund in next 5-7 days after waiting for 4 months.

This people have received my refund within 24 hours from the airlines as per the information from the Airline CS. I was informed that i will get my refund in 30 days then 45 days then 90 days and then i was receiving emails stating that CC team is declining the refund so asked for account details for processing and now Customer Service over call or emails are not responding at all. They pick up the call after 45 mins and nobody talks. i feel...

Happy easy go is not refunding my money for the flights canceled by airlines. They are not responding to my calls, emails, messages on twitter. The amount blocked is 40k

It's more than 3 & half months over, still I didn't receive my refund amount back.

Many times I reached out to customer service but no resolution yet. Also they are ignoring my call and didn't pick.

It's very irritating process and worst policy I ever seen in happyeasygo.

I want my money back asap. Please do the needful as soon as possible....

This is regarding my refund of money rupees 18191. I booked a ticket for 2 people from Chennai to Delhi for the date 26.06.2022. Soon i realized that I booked ticket for wrong timings so I called HappyEasyGo customer care, They suggested me to call airlines to cancel the ticket in order to get full refund. One of my flight was cancelled through airlines on 9 September 2022 today (27-Oct-2022) its almost more then 1.5 month I still have not received refund from HappyEasygo .
The refund is processed through airlines successfully, its pending from Happyeasygo only .Happyeasygo have started ignoring my calls as well.

I made a flight booking through HappyEasyGo and cancelled on 26 July still my refund is not credited in my account and I made a query request to HappEasygo they are not responding even they are not responding over call and their complaint email id.

Its been 3 months since I have cancelled my tickets on 3rd Aug and as promised by the support team, I haven't received the refund amount till now.

The status on the site says "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once received, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours", but the refund has still not come through

I booked a flight from Chennai to Hyderabad (Indigo 6E562) on Aug 18 2022 for 2 pax. Due to some unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel the ticket on 15th Oct.
