I cancelled my flight tickets back in September 2022. I cancelled them directly through the Airline (Indigo) and they already initited and processed the refund at their end. Now, it was up to HappyEasyGo to process the refund amount.
It's been over a month and neither have I been able to connect with them on their Customer Care Number, nor have they been responding to my email complaints. The refund amount isn't low, it's about 10, 000. But, these scamsters simply don't seem to care.
HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
