Now they have deactivated their’s helpline number as well.
Please file a case against this fraud company and Chinese owner.
I lost my hard-earned money to these frauds.

Please help me file case against them.

    I had my GOAIR flight booked through happyeasygo with PNR YENUHK from Delhi to Hyderabad that was cancelled by GoAir and refund was sent by GoAir. I have been trying to reach HappEasyGo for the refund to be sent to my account, but no one is responding. I have been trying to reach them via call, mail, twitter but no one has been responding or picking up the calls.

      I have booked Indigo flight ticket at 07th November 2022 to travel on 30th November 2022 from Hyderabad to Lucknow so after the booking I got email saying payment received from HappyEasyGo but didn't get the flight ticket or PNR.

      I tried reaching customer care number provided on app but they are not reachable, no option to connect for customer support.

      I have attached the screenshot of email and payment screen, please provide the refund in the respective source as soon as possible.

        I had booked two flights with the following PNR along with free cancellation policy from your agency
        PNR 1 - GQN4WQ (UDR - CCU)
        PNR 2 - BJ4E4F (UDR - CCU)

        I have cancelled both the flights and in the Indigo Portal it's showing that the refund has been made to HappyEasyGo.But the amounts are still not credited to my account from HappyEasyGo .I have tried to reach out to the customer care but no one answered the call or responded to the mails.Please check into this matter as it's more than two months now since I cancelled the booking.

            Did not get ticket/PNR details. payment successfully deducted...and message also tecei Ed by happyeasygo that payment received by them and ticker generation complete in 1 hour but 12 hours passed but no ticket generated

                    Today I was assured to get my refund and now no one is picking up the calls, or no response from the company.
                    I have been waiting from 4months to get my Rs20000.

                    I am losing hope now.
                    It's seriously a fraud case.

                    there are multiple customers like me.

                    It's my hard-earned money and they are making fool of me.

                    Please help me file a fraud case against the company.

                      It's been more than 5 months that I've cancelled(on 5th June 2022) my flight tickets booked for 8th June 2022 from "Jaipur" to "Indore" (PNR: 6E7154) but not yet received the refunded amount.

                      I checked with airline[Indigo] also. But they have already refunded to HappyEasyGo 5 months back.

                      I've been following up since months but not getting proper response. The HappyEasyGo application still shows order status as "refunding".

                      Kindly expedite and let me know if something required.

                        Still Happy easy go has not refunded the amount for the Following Trip id's: due to Covid Lockdown

                        [protected] IXM to BOM / Amt - 3706/-
                        [protected] BOM to IXM / Amt - 3757/-

                        We are continuously following up but there was no Proper Response or Solution.
                        Initially, they said that the airline didn't refund them. later we confirmed with them that the airline has refunded but they told us within 14 days they will refund. It's been nearing 3 yrs & still, and we are striving to get the hard-earned money Whereas HappyEasy Go is trying to loot.

                        Today we tried to connect with them on[protected] but the call went unattended.

                        Will i get a proper solution to the issue?

                          You are proving that you are fraud you will be soon out of this market if you are doing like this, i dont want to say these all things but you people didn't left any option to me pls send my money its been 1 month my trip id[protected].. please respond my mail or give me valid contact number..refund my money this week otherwise you will surely get legal notice after this and will surely do this next week
                          And will do FIR against you

                            Thank you.. but wanna tell one thing to happyeasygo ..first of all its been already late, ideally they had to return the money within 7 working days if they didn't book the ticket but they didn't. Given false info. And i am not gonna wait serval days, if they didn't refund this upcoming week. Need to take the help of government.Coz of this i faced so many problems. Now happyeasygo can decide what they want

                                    I cancelled my flight tickets back in September 2022. I cancelled them directly through the Airline (Indigo) and they already initited and processed the refund at their end. Now, it was up to HappyEasyGo to process the refund amount.

                                    It's been over a month and neither have I been able to connect with them on their Customer Care Number, nor have they been responding to my email complaints. The refund amount isn't low, it's about 10, 000. But, these scamsters simply don't seem to care.

                                      Have booked an air ticket on 14th August 2022. in flexi category having order id[protected] which was scheduled to 29th of august 2022. i cancelled the air ticket on 24th of august. but the refund amount has not been yet received. after numerous attempt customer care executive told that the amount will be received with in 30 to 45 days but already 75 days passed. after that the customer care executives are not responding my call. i want my money as soon as possible. this is my 2nd worst experience. 1st one the fake hotel booking amount has not been received yet. i don't know but it seems like a fraud organization. please do the needful asap.
