Hi Team,

Its been 3 months since I have cancelled my tickets on 3rd Aug and as promised by the support team, I haven't received the refund amount till now.

The status on the site says "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once received, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours", but the refund has still not come through

I have tried calling the customer care regarding this but there is no response. I have also sent an email to the team but have received no response.

Request you to please help me get my refund.

    Hello,

    I booked a flight from Chennai to Hyderabad (Indigo 6E562) on Aug 18 2022 for 2 pax. Due to some unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel the ticket on 15th Oct.
    Since then I am trying to contact HappyEasyGo customer care and it has been very frustrating to get no response even after trying via all communication channels possible.

    Chennai to Hyderabad
    Travel date: 21 Oct
    Passengers: 2

      For CaseId[protected]:RE: Ticket Cancellation for Order[protected]. I have cancelled the flight ticket on 7th July 2022 but I haven’t received the refund for the ticket till now. It has been more than 3 months. Please resolve it ASAP and refund my money back.
      I am trying to call customer care number as well but it keeps saying all agents are busy as long as we stay on call even for 30 - 40 minutes.

      As per the communication with airlines they have refunded the ticket amount on 8th July, 2022 itself. Please refund my money ASAP.

        I had the worst experience while trying to connect to the Customer service.
        I have been asking for my refund of Rs 20000, but no reply to my mails and no resolution from customer service.

        It's been more than 90days and they haven't refunded me.

        Please help me track my money and refund it back to me.

          It's more than 90days and still they haven't refunded me back.

          my flight was cancelled by the Airlines on 16th June, and they have refunded the full amount to Happy easy go.

          But don't know why they still have my money with them.

          Every time I call Customer support, they keep me waiting for long and also, they don't reply to my mails.

            I booked a ticket on 20th August 2022 for 02 sept 2022 of Indigo flight from happyeasygo and within 2 hours had to cancel. I called indigo customer care and asked for cancellation. Since it was less than 2 hours they immediately cancelled my ticket and refunded my whole amount.

            Since then I am chasing Happyeasygo for refund it has been more than 2 months now and every time I remind them there is a generic response stating to wait for some more time. On app it shows that it is stuck at payment pending at airline which is completely not true.

              My flight from Hyderabad to Kochi on 21st Jan'22 with PNR No: G9T9RG was
              rescheduled by the airline by more than 3 hours because of which I had to
              cancel the ticket to avail full refund. It is already confirmed by Gofirst
              that full refund is processed from your end.However unfortunately the booking was done through a travel agent (Hapyeasygo) and they are saying that since it is a corporate booking they are required a full refund written confirmation from the airline stating that the airline has processed the full refund from their end also stating the reason for full refund (the reason here being the flight was rescheduled by airline). I even got that for them from the airline but they are still not processing the refund..I wrote to them multiple times on email(CaseId[protected] but there is no response from their end. Tried calling multiple times but not connecting

                1. I cancelled my Air Vistara flight end of April 2023 (Ticket ID:[protected]. The message mentioned that Vistara will take upto 90 days to be processed. I waited for the 90 days, but no refund.

                2. I then made multiple calls to the customer care where they said they will refund within a week. I even wrote to the customer care (CaseId[protected] on the 16th of September (4.5 months after I cancelled my ticket) and mentioned that I will have to raise a complaint on the consumer forum and I got a message saying that the refund has been initiated.

                3. I got a Razorpay confirmation ( Razorpay refund id: rfnd_KIZVlFlKCEDIfy) but that also has been stuck and it says that it has been delayed and asks me to contact HappyEasyGo. Since then i have barely been able to get through to the customer care. I have been on hold for over 50 minutes where eventually the call goes blank.

                    Happy easy go team not provided refund for the ticket that I cancelled on 24 July.
                    Earlier Happy easy go team was saying I will get refund in 45 days, now they are saying 90 days.

                      This is to bring to your notice that my GoFirst flight from Surat to Kolkata scheduled on the 20th of April, 2022 had been cancelled by the airline. My PNR is YYSQHG for your reference. My Trip ID is[protected].

                      It has already been 7 months since the flight was cancelled and I still haven’t received the refund of Rs. 11, 826/- which by no means is a small amount. I call back every month and your executives promise a refund by the end of the week, which never happens.

                      Now they have conveniently stopped answering their customers' calls. I have fired a number of emails but to no avail too!

                      The refund was promised between 45-90 days. It has already been over 200 days and the issue hasn’t been resolved.

                      These guys cheat people into forgetting that their hard-earned money is pending. I am not even bringing to notice the trouble I had to go through to find the alternative.

                      I really need the money as soon as possible.

                        I had made a booking from GOA(GOI) to DELHI(DEL) for 28th July 2022 with PNR no SB7KSP, flight no SG8189

                        I booked the above flight from GOI-DEL on Happy Easy Go (HEG) on 28th June 2022. But I have canceled this booking due to some personal reasons. Within a week the airline canceled the flight and processed my refund instantly. It has been over 3 months since this happened but HEG has not processed my refund saying it’s pending from the airline. .Since 19 Jul 2022 I have called HappyEasyGo customer care more than 20 times for a refund but they are always saying it will credit in this week but it did not credit yet. It is now more than 80 days since I raised the request for a refund but no response so far. Please teach these platforms the right lesson it is not their money and they are enjoying using customers' money.

                        Please look into this issue and take strict action against this company, HappyEasygo for not providing my refund

                          I booked a flight on Happy Easy Go, with Indigo Airlines for travelling Hyderabad to Raipur. which was supposed to flew on 22/05/2022. But on 11th of may i received notification from Indigo regarding cancellation of that particular flight due to technical issue. As per guidance provide by booking partner Happy easy go. I have done all the steps they told to get FULL REFUND of amount..

                          This is regarding Indigo Flight Air Ticket PNR : XM2UXC, which was canceled on 21/05/2022, but still now the amount is not credited to my account. Booking Id[protected]

                          I have enquired with Indigo & they have confirmed that they had refunded the amount within 48 hours to booking partner. Still they give excuses of not receiving amount.

                          Requesting to you take strict actions against this types of frauds done by booking partners.

                            I have booked a trip for which the details are as follows

                            The trip was cancelled by the airline and a full refund was processed by the airline long back(Verified at the airline customer care). However, Happy easy go is not processing my refund and it has been pending since the last 40 plus days. I am not even able to connect to your customer care as no one is picking after 30 minutes plus waiting. I have raised a query 2 times which was unattended. I have no other option but to move legally if this situation persists. would request you to kindly take the action and provide an update on the same.

                              I have booked tickets for Cochin to Hyderabad and onwards from HappyEasyGo website. the airlines was AirAsia.

                              My journey was supposed to be in April 2020, as the Lockdown was enforced in the last week of March 2020, the tickets was automatically cancelled by airlines(AirAsia) and the full refund was credited to happyEasyGo.

                              But HappyEasy did not credit it to my account, when I contacted them, they asked to submit the request for refund in their portal. I have done the same.

                              Then every time I call to the customer service, they say, it is in process, will be done in 1 to 2 weeks. still the refund has not been done as of Oct 13th 2022.

                                I have canceled my ticket that was from Bangalore to Bhopal via Delhi in june and after more than 3 months yet i dint received and refund, always when i call the executes say wait for 10 days, 15 days and its been months

                                  I had booked a room in Calicut through happy easy go. When I reached the hotel I was told they didn’t receive any bookings and rooms were already sold out. I contacted happy easy go the same day and they said they will do a refund it’s a mistake from their part. I was told I’ll be getting a refund in 5 days. When I called after five days they said it will take around 7-14 days. And when I called after 14 days they said they can’t give a definite time frame and when asked to connect to a senior manager they said they can’t do it too and they disconnected the call. I sent multiple emails to know the status of my refund and didn’t get any response from them

                                    My refund of 4402 was pending since june first week, On sept 18 I got message from razorpay that the refund have been issued, but even after 20 days sbi card claims they haven’t received anything….
                                    HEG are unresponsive either in email /phone

                                      It’s been more than 10 days, I have not received the refund for the order id:[protected] and order id:[protected]
                                      Airline has already refunded the amount still they are not doing the refund. And for the other order they have removed that order from the list also.

                                      They are not receiving calls and not even replying on mails. Please help.

                                        I cancelled following tickets but refund not received till date.

                                        Whenever, I call there helpline they are saying wait for 10 days. As per Airline data, the refund has been processed but HappyEasyGo has not credited it in my account till date. Please help.
