I booked flights 6E6937 ticket on 16/11/2022 by happy easy go travel ajent but some reasons I cancel ticket.
Now this time could not refund amount in my account . Also could Not contact to happy easy go travel ajent.

    I was having 2 bookings from bhubhaneswar to jaipur on 11thoct, both were booked with zero cancellation charge policy that is full refundable..
    I cancelled both of them on 27th august but still haven't received any refund and whenever I call your customer care they always say wait for 3 days... I am tired of calling and mailing those people and now there customer care number also not working

    Kindly help me in providing me getting the refund amount as soon as possible

        Hello,
        I have booked a ticket on 11th Nov with order ID:[protected] worth Rs. 4873/-
        But during the payment the money got deducted twice once through a credit card and next through UPI payment.

        I am trying to call customer care for last 10 days but no number is available. I have also dropped in a mail but no reply

          HappyEasyGo not giving refund. Neither they are responding over email. Nor, they are picking the phone when I called on their helpline. It's more than 7 days now.

          The support line on the site should be working and they should answer the phone.

            I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Patna but as the flight was rescheduled I had to cancel it. I cancelled it directly through airlines and they have shared document that they have initiated refund. Still Happy way ho has not returned my money saying it is pending with airlines

              I have done flight ticket booking on 18th Nov 2022, on payment section I have done the payment, money deducted from my card but it showed 500 Error on payment page, where ticket not booked. I have tried 2nd time and got the same response, here my money got deducted 2 times, after a while my ticket got confirmed. But I didn't get the first payment amount reversed to my card, I have contacted my bank they said both are successful transactions, I tried to reach Happyeasygo Customer Care through phone/email/Twitter there was no response. It's a amount of 6k, so I cannot leave like that, my hard-earned money. After that I came to know happyeasygo is doing such things to their customers, regretting my decision to book on Happyeasygo.

                Plz refund my amount for deducted money for hotel booking for date 7th November to 8th November which was not confirmed.

                I have written enough email regarding same and not received any reply from your side. I was informed on call that money will be refunded within 7 days.
                Now no response from anyone

                    The last date for the refund issue from Happyeasygo was 20th September 2022. I have not received my full refund yet. Airlines issued a refund from their end on 31st July itself, happyeasy go has kept my money for more than 3 months now. This is the highest level o[censored]nprofessionalism that any intermediary could perform.

                      I have recived my refund after raising dispute request in my bank, bank has verified all the proofs and solved the case. So this will work only if money deducted and ticket not booked. Hope this will help others, anyone facing the similar issue can raise a dispute request with your bank.
                      HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      They have called me and asking me to close the complaint without giving the refund, they are tricking people by saying we will provide Voucher which can be redeemed on SBI and ICICI banks, there is no such process, don't fall for it, I still didn't get any refund, now the number is switched off who has called me. Don't mark the complaint as resolved unless you get your money.
                      I have recived the refund after raising dispute request with my bank, this will only work if your money got deducted and ticket not booked. Can close this request now.

                        1. We had booked our vistara flight for 8th Dec with HappyEasyGo for travelling from Jammu to Bangalore.
                        2. Due to reschedule from the airline and the revised timing not suiting us, the airline agreed to cancel our flight for a full refund.
                        3. We raised the same with HappyEasyGo with a written proof from Vistara that they had already issued a full refund to HappyEasyGo.
                        4. Since then the refund status on HappyEasyGo is stuck and we have received no response from them on email or call for more than a month now.

                            I have booked airline ticket from DEL- VGA ( Trip ID :[protected] on HappyEasygo website . Payment of 5724 was deducted for the ticket but airline PNR was not provided by website. Website lists trip id and mentions that PNR will be issued in 1 hour but even after 2 days there is no update from HEG team. On trying to reach customer care multiple times, i had no response from email/contact numbers mentioned on the website ( [protected]@happyeasygo.com, [protected] / [protected]).

                            I need an update on PNR or refund complete amount from HEG team

                              1. I wanted to prepone my journey but was not allowed so forced to cancel the ticket (Jaipur-Bengaluru, Journey date 01.11.2022, Ticket booking- 29.07.2022).
                              2. After cancelling ticket on 31.08.2022 of PNR- FQFUUQ I recd. msg of refund within 45-90 days.
                              3. Airline site of "INDIGO" is showing as payment done of amount 8602/- on same day .
                              4. I tried to contact through phone no.[protected]/[protected] and also mailed to [protected]@happyeasygo.com after elapse of 90 days for refund.
                              5. but no response received from all these efforts and even till today 16.11.2022, I have not received any refund of my ticket amount of 9476/-
                              6. Kindly arrange to send me refund.

                                His money got debited, but the site said 404 Method not known.

                                Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  Now I am getting fraud calls on getting my refund.
                                  Asking me to use SBI YONO cash option and send them details.

                                  Don't know how fake/fraud callers got my details from the Consumer Complaint site.

                                  Please keep the details of any Costumer confidential.
                                  This Consumer forum is also not safe as it leaks data.

                                      I have booked a flight from Bhopal to Bangalore at 15:44pm today.
                                      In the first time, I have entered credit card details and OTP. Server showed an error message 405 (Method is not allowed or supported)
                                      I have received a message to perform transaction again otherwise seat booking is tight. I have made another payment on the app for the same amount at 15:46pm.

                                      Two times amount got deducted from my account for the single ticket.

                                      Please refund the extra amount as soon as possible.

                                        We have been waiting for more than a year for our refund now. It is terrible on the
                                        your part to sit on the refund for this long, given that the airlines (spicejet) has
                                        already refunded the full amount.
                                        I have been tirelessly making calls to the happyeasygo customer care for months
                                        now, but nothing is done from your end to resolve the issue. Last email i received
                                        from them is below:
                                        "Dear Saima,
                                        Greetings from Happyeasygo!!
                                        This is in reference with your refund request for Order ID:[protected]
                                        We have escalated this case for validation on your refund. We are very sorry for
                                        the delay in the refund. However, this may take some more time. Thus request
                                        you to wait for some days. We will get back to you with an update. However, we
                                        have expedited the process. Your co-operation and patience will be highly
                                        appreciated. It is our utmost endeavor to resolve your concerns at the earliest.

                                        But nothing after that, no money or even no information from HappyEasyGo.
                                        I want my money back, as HappyEasyGo is sitting with that money since an year
                                        now and is least bothered to pay me.
