I had made a flight booking from Happy EasyGo on 22nd nov, While making the booking, When I was directed to the payment page, and I entered the details of my card, the transaction failed and I was re-directed to the start window to initiate the booking. Cause I was unable to make the booking through this platform. I booked my tickets through another platform.
After a few days When I checked my statement I saw my amount was debited for that booking, I instantly checked my mails, msgs and other things if I had received any communication from Happy Easygo for the same. But there was no communication regarding my booking and travel details anywhere. It was only after I opened the application I saw the booking there where my correct email id and mobile no were mentioned but still I had received no communication from their end.

I had 2 tickets on the same name and of the same time which were of no use to me.

I tried to contact their customer care numbers but no number was reachable, it was either switched off or not reachable. I tried calling them multiple times and had also emailed them but there was no response from their end.

They have done a fraud and they have no point of communication between the company and the customer.

It is highly disappointing to not have a solution for a thing which isn’t done from my end.
Happy Easygo has done a fraud and they are not even contactable foe the same

I would want a full refund of my amount
Firstly the transaction was not successful and even then my account got debited without my notice and secondly even if tue booking was done they should have communicated the same via any means which they didnot. I wasn’t aware of any such booking.

I would really appreciate if you can resolve this foe me

    I have been booking air ticket with happyeasygo since last 3-4 years. I never had a single complaints till may'2022.
    Today i booked a ticket with the above order id.
    After few minutes of payment; i got a text that they have processed a refund against my order but no such amount received in my bank account. Usually it should be refunded back immediately.
    Moreover their customer service number are not available.

      Flight was cancelled and the refund was done by airlines a long time ago. Happyeasygo has not refunded the amount, or even gave any timeline on when I can expect the refund. It has been well over 3 months now and I'm still waiting on this.

        I booked the ticket from raipur to pune from this site having PNR RVG53B of 25 nov 2022, Which was cancelled by the airline on 20 august 2022 but i have not got the refund of it yet.
        By talking to indigo i came to know that they have refunded the amount on 15 oct 2022.
        I request you to resolve the matter as i am getting no response through mails

          I have not received my refund yet which is pending from last 3 months. I don't know what service do you provide if you can't even process refund. I have talked to the spicejet and they had informed the refund was processed to travel agency on same day of cancellation. Its been 3 months that happy easy go has not processed my refund.
          I had the same flight cancelled from goibibo as well and they processed the refund on the same day itself. This is absolutely ridiculous from happy easy go that they are not refunding my money even after 3 months of cancellation.

            It's been around 1 month but they've not refunded my amount though airlines has already refunded full amount on 23/NOV/2022 as my flight ticket was fully refundable. I want my full amount to be refunded to the original source of payment as soon as possible. As the happy easy go customer care numbers are switched off and they are not responding through their given email id though i have sent many emails but no response. Happy easy go is holding the money and not transferring it to account.

              I have booked my flight tickets(PNR-CQ9SSQ and OKGE3S for Indigo airlines through HAPPYEASYGO mobile application on 06.07.2022 and cancelled my ticket on 12.07.2022 due to unavoidable circumstances. At the time of cancellation it was declared by HAPPYEASYGO that the refund will take maximum 90 days. In between i have called and emailed many times to know the status the refund but it was said by the customer care that i will recieve my refund within 90 days. Now the timeline has been passed but no refund has been done by them and also the customer care is not responding to calls and emails. So it is requested to refund my money at the earliest as the same has been delayed very badly.

                Team,

                There's a refund of INR 6144 from AirAsia airlines since the flight was cancelled on health constraints. After multiple follow-ups, complaints, requests I am trying to raise this complaint. It's been almost 6 months that I have been following up but no response from their end. Now their contact number is not even reachable. Attached are the details:

                    My flight was cancelled in covid first lockdown. my refund is not issued. no response from the company through mail and phone no. very bad response. they said to issue the refund with 5 working days . but it is going to be three years

                      I had tried booking a flight for 1 people on 8th Nov 2022 but the booking was unsuccessful as it gave an error, Method not found. I had tried 2 times and received similar message. Ticket was booked but amount deducted two times from my account. first from credit card in first attempt and second from UPI. I am still waiting for the amount to be refunded back for extra amount debited for a single ticket . Order id is[protected] PNR : AQP4QQ.. Kindly look into this matter. Tried calling their customer care support but no response. Amount of Rs 2750 needs to refunded back from the site. I can provide all necessary proofs of amount deduction.

                            My name is ankit, and i have made account with phone number .
                            I have booked ticket for ranchi to banglore. First and second time time i did then the portal gave 405 error from credit card payment.
                            Third time i placed booking, i did from upi, again it gave 405 error and then when i came back within 2 min 2 bookings has been made and i had been charged 3 times.

                            Please find the screenshot attached.

                            I have mailed multiple times to them but no reply, even their number is not reachable.

                            Please help me into this matter.It seems a serious bug in the portal which has raised this case.

                                  It is sad we have such a company which are keeping refund of the customer from the period more than 2 years.
                                  The Airlines has refunded amount in Nov '20 but Happyeasy go is keeping this amount with them. I wrote number of mails to comany email id and also to director of the company to Rajesh Dathik but no one bother to reply.
                                  Landlines of the company is also not working.
                                  My refund is against order ono.[protected].
                                  Plese refund my amount along with applicable interest rate for keeping the amount in their account

                                    Please help me with your customer support contact, none of the contacts given on your website works. I don’t expect such customer service, connect me with someone

                                    I was trying to book a flight ticket from Delhi to Bangalore, I tried two attempts and in both attempts, the payment failed as displayed some web error on happyeasygo. However, the payments are deducted from my accounts can you please process the refund at the earliest?

                                    These two are the order Id, please proceed with ticket booking only one I can see that the status if pending ticket issuance sort of. I don't if the payment showed as failed then how did the payment go through both times, check this issue at earliest and help me with customer care contact
