My cancellation refund not processed even after 20 days. Happy easy go says maximum 14 days but not yet received. Indigo processed them on same day of cancellation but they are not reverting on mail & call also pnr- PL1LSY

    I had booked a SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Kolkata for 30th Dec 2022. The flight had been cancelled twice. I decided to cancel my booking and claimed full refund for the same. SpiceJet has already refunded the amount to HappyEasy Go. I tried contacting Happy Easy Go several time over email to [protected]@happyeasygo.com but have not received any response till date. The telephone numbers provided in the app are not reachable too.

      I have cancelled a ticket booked on happy easy go with order number[protected]. Trip Delhi to Bangalore booked on 18th May 2020. The ticket was cancelled but the refund is still not processed. There customer care number doesn’t work. They do not respond to email. Please look into this issue.

          I have booked a hotel from happyeasygo and also paid the amount, but after contacting to hotel they said that no booking has been made on my name, So i decided to cancel the booking and i cancelled the booking on happeasygo website, but still i haven't received my refund amount yet

            I air tickets cancelled for Indigo airlines PNR EQZ33D on 6th November, 2022 from app Happyeasygo.

            The PNR was cancelled on November 6, 2022, and a full refund of INR 79998 was sent by the airline the same day. We were surprised to see that the refund was completed by the airline the same day, yet the status on Happyeasy go app still says it is waiting from the airline. It's been more than 3 months and the refund is still pending in my account, therefore I'm worried that I've been forged by the company.

            I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address but have not received any response from them. I have also called their customer care number but it is always switched off. I called Indigo customer service and they confirmed that the refund amount was already released to HappyEasy go on 6 November, 2022 itself. Request you to please help me with the refund.

              I got a flight cancelled by the airline(gofirst), as the information from airline they have refunded my ticket amount to my agent (happyeasygo) on 20 September 2022, but till date (15 January 2023) I have not received any amount. I have tried contacting happyeasygo through phone but it is always switched off, also I tried via email, there is no response.

                There are 9 tickets of which flight is cancelled and the refund is pending from last 6 months. they are neither looking into it nor reply back. the value of refund would be approx[protected]. it is causing a huge loss to me

                    I have booked the tickets from DEL to BBI for 2 adults as per subjected Trip ID, however tickets booked vice versa i.e BBI to DEL due to technical glitch on your website.

                    Also after this glitch your given customer care numbers[protected] /[protected] are also not contactable.

                    I do have payment declined message from Happyeasygo (Screenshot shared in the mail), still payment got deducted from my Card. I hope i will get a full amount refund into my account.

                    Please be informed that I have not taken any insurance at the time of booking and due to the technical glitch from your end Ticket booked for wrong location then I should not be charged for any convenience fee or any kind of charge.

                    So kindly confirm the amount which is going to be refunded into my account.

                      Full Description :

                      I had scheduled a airline booking through HappyEasyGo on 23-Nov-2022 for INR 7, 226. On 4-Dec-2022, I received a text message from the airline mentioning that the flight has been cancelled and shortly after I spoke with them, they said the full ticket amount has been refunded to HappyEasyGo and they will further refund it to the source account using which the booking was scheduled. The status of the same is displayed as 'Refunded' on the Spicejet website (Screenshot attached).

                      I tried to contact HappyEasyGo customer support on the details mentioned on their official website - Call : [protected] / [protected] but these numbers were busy and switched off respectively. I also email them thrice (Screenshot attached) on their official customer support email id - [protected]@happyeasygo.com but they have still not responded to it.

                      It has been over 29 working days to this incident and still no refund has been processed to the booking account.

                      Desired solution of the complaint : Full refund of the ticket amount at the earliest.

                        Hello,
                        I was booking a ticket using my SBI credit card in the happyeasgo application and entered all the details and entered the otp for booking the flight but there showed some error and ticket was not booked but money was deducted. Then I received a mail that to book the ticket on the same locked price I need to do the payment before a time period of some 15-20 min. window. PFA the screenshot of the mail I received but due to lack of balance in my credit card I booked the ticket from some other source/agent since money was deducted by happyeasygo . I tried to call on their customer number and even mailed them on their registered customer support mail i'd but there was also no response. I was booking the ticket on 27 december for the flight date of 2nd january 2023. Kindly help me in getting the refund. Thank you.

                            I had purchased a CCU→DEL flight ticket on happy easy go with GO FIRST airlines. PNR - P7G7WC, happy easy go Trip ID :[protected]. The flight was cancelled. As suggested by happy easy go, I called the airlines, asked them to cancel the ticket and process a refund. I then connected with happy easy go and started the refund process with them to get the money back. The process was initiated on 27 September 2022. They said that the refund will be completed within 90 days. It is now 9 January 2023 and I have still not received the refund. No one happy easy go receives my calls. I have submitted queries multiple times online but they never get back. I need help. I need the refund back in my card. Its been too long. Amount - Rs 4, 155. Please help!

                              This is with reference to order No.[protected] booking Indigo flight having PNR No.BLR3KS.

                              I tried booking the flight through your website on 20.12.2022 and even after successful debit from my account screen mentions “ 405 Method not allowed”(screenshot attached). I have waited for the day but didn’t receive any email or msg confirming the booking. Therefore on 21.12.2022 I have made the desired booking through some other source. But when no refund has been received I checkkd on happyeasygo website and found that there is a ticket booked for me. But I have already booked a ticket for the same flight. Hence I contacted the airlines and requested them for full refund for the ticket PNR BLR3KS and they have refunded in full confirming thet the refund amount has been credited to happyeasygo.

                              But even after 18 days I have not received the refund amount yet. I have written several emails to happy easygo but but no response received from their side. Their contact nos. provided in the website are always switched off.

                              Please resolve the issue.

                                  My refund of around 20k is pending for more than four months.

                                  before also, i have made numerous calls and every time I get a response that it will be issued within a week.
                                  Now, Your customer care is never going through.Your customer service numbers both either switched off or not working.

                                  This is pure mental harassment by happyeasygo to a loyal customer.
                                  My order ID details are attached to this email.
                                  And it is pending for more than five months. This is very unprofessional on your part.

                                    There are 2 Refunds that are pending from Happy go Easy Website/App. Mails are written to them, but they did not answer. Even their Telephone numbers are not working. Total Refund is for Rs.11, 329.
                                    When we contacted with Airlines, they say money has already been credited to the accounts of Happy Go Easy. A Cheater Company.

                                      I tried to book a ticket from HappyEasyGo website for a flight from Lucknow to Bangalore for 17-Dec-2022, on 26th November, 2022, 08:34 a.m. I paid through UPI but the flight was not booked and the amount of Rs. 7, 125 was deducted from my bank account. My flight was not booked and I haven't received any refund messages yet. No refund has been made for the same.

                                        Cancelled my ticket on 22nd July 2022 because the flight was rescheduled by the airline. It has been more than 5 months, and I have not received my refund yet.

                                        No proper customer support provided. The customer support contact numbers are always busy and emails have not been answered.

                                        Please respond to the emails and initiate the REFUND immediately.
