Hi team,

I have booked a flight ticket through happy easy go and it was refundable.
I cancelled those flight ticket on 20th July, 2022 and today it is 8th Oct, 2022 and I have still not received my Refund.

I have called several time and getting only one answer that it is in progress.
I have also checked with airlines and they have already refunded it long ago.

I dont know why it is taking this much longer and I am not alone who is facing an issue. Many people are having same issues with this fraud company.

    This is to bring to your notice that I am very disappointed with the customer service process of happy easy go. I have a Trip ID:[protected] which was requested for cancellation on 4th August 2022 I have connected with customer care thrice now and yet I still haven't received my refund. Even after multiple requests through calls and queries on the website, there has been no response from your end. And for the past 4-5 weeks, I have tried reaching them, but the call always goes to hold, and I can't even connect with them anymore for any further queries.

    Please help me with the refund status for the amount of Rs.10, 985 and how soon I can expect my money back.

      Cancelled on 30 June 2022

      According to happyeasygo website, it is mentioned
      "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once received, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours.
      Due to high refund request volume, it takes about 45-90 days for airlines to process a refund request. Your patience during this time is highly appreciated. You can also contact the airline directly regarding the status of your refund"

      It now more than 90 Days and I have not received the refund. I have called and email them multiple times but the response I get is that they require some more time to refund. But as a result I am not getting any refund.

      According to Indigo airline, it is processed successfully to HappyEasyGo But HappyEasyGo is not initiating the refund.

            I have book my tickets back in April and cancelled them immediately but the refund is not getting credited and also cancelled immediately but it is kept showing processing and processing over these months but still the refund is not getting and no update from them and I have tried a lot effort in asking them by doing mails and calls every time this is sorry sir sorry for the inconvenience it will take a few weeks to get your refund back but now it's too much of a word and I want my refund as well as the interest over this time or should I file a legal case against you for harassing compensation

              Refund status for Order ID:[protected].
              It has been more than 2 months but I have not received the refund yet. As per the customer care executive, the airline has already refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo.
              The customer care representative said that the refund will be received within 10-15 working days but they cannot guarantee it.
              I am disappointed with the service of HappyEasyGo.

                This is regarding Air Ticket PNR : ZHH8GR, which was canceled on 25/08/2022, but still now the amount is not credited to my account, (Booking ID:[protected].

                I have enquired with Indigo & they have confirmed that they had refunded the amount within 48 hours, (indigo refund reference iD:[protected],

                I can see below update in happy easygo mobile application, (0n 27th August 2022)
                "Your refund request has been forwarded to the Airline, Once received the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours "

                That means, once you receive the refund amount from the airline, you will be transferring the amount to my account within 48 hours.

                Now, Indigo had confirmed to me by giving the reference number[protected], that they had refunded the amount to Happy easygo within 48 hours.

                Why is the amount not credited to me ?
                Airline had already processed the amount & refunded Happy easygo, it is already 1 month over & I need it urgently for my medical treatment, Please refund the amount asap,

                  I had booked my flight ticket from Happyeasygo on 31.03.2020 from Mumbai to imphal via air india Flight bearing pnr no.HMVF5, But the flight was had cancelled due to covid 19 lockdown, till now i don't get any refund amount which was refunded by air india, i also complain many times to happyeasygo through email & phone conversation with customer care but not giving any positive response simply asking to wait some more days.
                  Pliz do something to get my hard earned money...

                    Dear Sir,
                    I had booked a ticket 2.5 years back, as due to the pandemic, all flights and travel were abandoned by the government.
                    Almost 2.5 years have passed since this incident, and still, I have not received any refund for my ticket. I have called customer care many times and raised the query still no response.
                    I wrote mail to happyeasygo, they said contact airlines, Airlines responded me that they have already issued refund on 17th march itself. It means that HappyEasyGo is holding my money from past 1.5 year.

                    Please refund my flight ticket along with theappropriate interest amount for 2.5 years.

                    Date of Travel - 10 may 2020.

                      It's been more than 3 months that I've cancelled(on 5th June 2022) my flight tickets booked for 8th June 2022 from "Jodhpur" to "Indore" (PNR: 6E7154) but not yet received the refunded amount.

                      I checked with airline[Indigo] also. But they have already refunded to HappyEasyGo 3 months back.

                      I've been following up since months but not getting proper response. The HappyEasyGo application still shows order status as "refunding".

                      Kindly expedite and let me know if something required.

                        The Refund has been initiated by Spicejet on 31st August for the Flight with PNR HEH4ND which got diverted to Varanasi instead of Jabalpur on 21st August 2022. I have received a confirmation of refund initiation as well from Spicejet on 24th August. But still the refund is not credited to my account. Your customer services are too poor that I didn't get any answer for the calls. Please let me know about the refund status.

                          My go first flight was cancelled by the airline for 4th July 2022 but the refund has not happened.
                          Go Air have confirmed that the refund was done on the same day but happy easy go is not refunding the money.
                          They even shared the screenshot of the refund done.
                          We have been trying to reach out to HappyEasyGo customer care with almost 100+ emails exchanged.
                          All they reply is they are not in position to update by when this can be resolved.
                          And customer care has stopped picking up the calls

                                In line with other complaints, I am facing the similar refund issue from this ### platform. It's been 100 days since I cancelled my emirates ticket to Chicago, and there is no update and all they is say you have to wait for another 7 days for last three months to every query over the phone or email.

                                Why do you even have a CUSTOMER care when you don't want to address the concerns of CUSTOMERs? I am seeking legal action against them.

                                    This is to inform that I booked ticket from
                                    HappyEasyGo Application. The details are:-

                                    1)Silchar to Kolkata dated 13 October, 2022 (Discount of Rs. 2800 which cost me Rs. 2633).Order id[protected]

                                    I received a call from HappyEasyGo customer care who stated that there was a technical glitch on their application due to which discount of Rs. 2800 was provided and now they are asking me to pay extra Rs. 2800 for the ticket or else the ticket would be cancelled by them. If the ticket gets cancelled by HappyEasyGo then my booking amount of my ticket will not be refunded at all.

                                    As a customer the fault is not on my end. The fault is with their application as it showed a discount of Rs. 2800. Now HappyEasyGo Customer executive has put my ticket on automated cancellation. I want a refund as the fault is not from my end.

                                    It's a request to please take necessary action against HappyEasyGo as it's a misguidance and consumer is suffering from it.

                                      This is to inform that I booked ticket from

                                      1)Kolkata to Patna dated 23rd October, 2022 (Discount of Rs. 2800 which cost me Rs. 1633).Order id[protected]

                                      2) Patna to Kolkata dated 4th November, 2022( Discount of Rs. 2800 which cost me Rs. 1253). Order id[protected]

                                        I already cancelled my flight on 6th june 2022.It been 90 days still no refund. Whenever I call there customer care no one is giving clarity
