I cancelled my flight due to health reasons. The flight Indigo agreed to provide full refund inMay 2022. Even after multiple follow ups, happyeasy go hasn't initiated the refund from their end even though the refund has been provided by indigo.

I booked my ticket from Chennai to Doha and Doha to Chennai on 11th of April 2022 and DOJ is 18th April 2022 and 26th April 2022.I cancelled my ticket directly in airline website on 12th April 2022 after that I contacted HappyEasyGo customer care they said to cancel it on their app then I did same thing on 25th April 2022 they said we will refund the money with penalty I accepted that till now I didn’t get any refund their terms and conditions...

I had cancelled my tickets, PNR no. QENYMX and PNR no. N456FY on 26 June and 6th July respectively. It’s been more than 2 Months you people haven’t refunded my money GoFirst has initiated the refund from their side.
I have also checked with them they have paid you the amount but you’re not refunding the same.
I have tried calling you multiple times and every time you just tell me some excuse and that i should wait some...

Even after 6 month there is no fruitful response from customer support team....

It's been more than 3 months that I've cancelled(on 2nd Jun 2022) my flight tickets booked for 4th Jun 2022 from "Ranchi" to "Bangalore" (PNR: M5IJST) but not yet received the refunded amount. I've been following up since months but not getting proper response. The HappyEasyGo application still shows order status as "refunding".

I have cancelled my flight from Bengaluru to Ranchi on Ist of june 2022 and till date not received the refund after multiple follow ups. Airline has refunded the amount in june only.
It is high time, we should consider booking from some other agent. Not
sure why they are such a long time. If we compare with other agents they have a very fast refund turnaround time.

Flight scheduled for 7th April 2022 got cancelled and full refund is to be processed.
I have been doing Continuous follow ups since then.
On 8th July, 29th July and 28th Aug, each time the representative confirmed that refund would be processed within one week time and asked me to wait for 1 week.

I have booked flight from Happy Easy Go. The Airline was SpiceJet - SJ 757.

My flight was cancelled from their side due to operational issues for 1st August 2022. It was eligible for full refund. I have spoken to them and they said full refund has been done and talk to the travel agent. It’s been more than 21 days and I still have not got my refund....

Even After 60 days also, there is no refund process from HEG for the flight cancelled by the airlines. The refund process has promptly done by the airlines and the same is not reflecting after 60 days also. I have several times call the customer care, but the false hope of waiting only. No proper escalation.

I had booked a flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar order ID[protected] on March 26th, 2022. I had to cancel the flight. I have not received the refund for 150+ days....

The flight booking was cancelled by the airline due to technical issues, and the airline has refunded the full amount to the agency within 24 hrs of cancellation. Even after giving enough proof of refund from the airline the agency Happy Easy Go refused to refund back the money. The customer care executive behaved rudely when questioned about the delay in processing the refund. And even after requesting a callback from the concerned authority...

Airline process the refund but Happyesygo give me only 1110.00. I email many time but he is not giving me money.

I booked the ticket on 31st May 2022, it is a international flight . But I had to cancel the ticket because of some valid reason and requested for refund. Qatar Airline has already refunded the full amount but HappyEasyGo is not returning the refunded amount. Every time when I call them, they say "you have to wait for 45 - 90 working days".
