Airline process the refund but Happyesygo give me only 1110.00. I email many time but he is not giving me money.

    I booked the ticket on 31st May 2022, it is a international flight . But I had to cancel the ticket because of some valid reason and requested for refund. Qatar Airline has already refunded the full amount but HappyEasyGo is not returning the refunded amount. Every time when I call them, they say "you have to wait for 45 - 90 working days". I am not sure why they are not returning my money even they already got the full refund from Airline.

      I, Adv. Shraddha Chheda, had booked two tickets for Mumbai to Phuket and cancelled the same from the airline directly due to passport issue as advised by your customer care executive. I was told that the amount will be refunded within 45 days. I had cancelled the ticket on 11th May, 2022. Even after 45 days from cancellation of the tickets, I did not receive a refund and then called on the customer care number on 23rd July, 2022. I was told that the amount will be refunded within a week.

      Again after one week, I called the customer care number on 01st August, 2022, the customer care executive, Ms. Priyanka informed that it will still take one to two weeks and that on the website it states that the refund will be processed within 45 to 90 days. After checking on the website, I have come to know that the refund should be processed within 10 to 15 days, contrary to what I was told by Ms. Priyanka.

      This is totally unacceptable and gross negligence on your part. I call upon you to refund the amount along with interest @ 28 % p.a. from the date of cancellation of the ticket. This mail is being marked to the Consumer Forum also and I am in the process of filing a consumer complaint and tweet on your Twitter handle, so that other people are also aware about your negligent practices.
      My Wife Shraddha Chheda had mailed the company on 1st August & to it we got reply mail as follows.

      Greetings from Happyeasygo!!

      With reference to your refund query for order ID:[protected].
      We regret for the inconvenience.
      We have raised your concern.
      Kindly allow us sometime to get back to you with an update.
      We shall try our best to update at the earliest
      We request you to kindly bear with us.
      Note:-Convenience fee, insurance, the Premium fee(if there) are non- refundable.
      Happyeasygo executives or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP, etc. DO NOT share these details with anyone over the phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other source.

        Hi I booked through Happy Easy Go for travels Mumbai Indore March 27 with PNR TQIQ5N for 3 passengers . The tickets were cancelled and refund processed by Indigo on 27 March 2022. I had uploaded the screenshot of the refund message from indigo and had multiple calls and mails with customer care but my refund has not been processed even after about 5 months .
        I also find it strange that when I try to access the website from my regular computer or call from my registered phone number I can't access the website or connect to customer care after the initial automated voice response and the call drops off.
        Please process my refund ASAP

          My refund has been pending since 4th May 2022.
          I have raised it multiple times, everytime all i hear is give us few days. What kind of a service is this? I don't think i'll book again any of my flights through HappyEasyGo, as you guys don't process refunds.

            My PNR is 5BQL9E for 10/7/22. I have partially cancelled 2nos Passenger and applied for refund. Not getting proper details of refunding from their website which was used. Vistara Airlines also not responding.Even after one month Till now refund not received

              I have cancelled my indigo flight on 8th june which was also booked on same day and has been issued the full refund from indigo site to happyeasygo because the cancellation was made before the 24 hours. I have booked my tickets using happyEasygo and raised the cancellation their to issue my refund. It's already been around 25 days and the refund status has been showing that "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once recieved, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours" since June 13th.

              Everytime I mail to their customer care they reply with that the issue is in progress and will be resolved as soon as possible. It's been already 2 months and there is no update from happyeasyGo therefore I am raising the compliant here.

                I booked the Vistara flight Mumbai to Varanasi with PNR PQDM6D, and Happy EasyGo booking id:[protected]. And the flight got cancelled due to Covid. I called and emailed them to refund the amount of ₹16056.00 hundreds of times but still they didn't refund the amount.

                  I booked one flight from Kolkata to Chennai for 10th July
                  I had to cancel it on 7th July as my father was not well and he would not have been able to travel on 10th.

                  Now it's been more than one month I have not received the refund, We can not wait for 90 days for the refund and i have personal experience they don't refund after 90 days also. Such a bad and unreliable company

                  Even after multiple follow ups no update from their side.

                  When can I expect the refund?

                      Its been a month I have cancelled my ticket and have contacted the customer care more than 10 times for my refund, all I hear from them is that the refund will be done within 15 working days and its been more than a month I have not received anything yet from the company.
                      It would be great if I can get my return at the earliest otherwise I will file the case against the company for the full refund of the ticket without any cancellation charges.
                      I won't ever in my life book tickets from this website.

                        I have booked my ticket from Delhi to Chandigarh on 14th May 2022 and cancelled on that day itself but still got no refund from them I have reached them like many times but they keep on saying wait for a week or 15 days.                           This is with reference to below bookings made by us through portal of Happyeasygo:

                          Trip ID :[protected] for Chennai to Kolkata dated 06/07/2022 - PNR QHY6TB, Passenger: Gautam Verma
                          Trip ID:[protected] for Kolkata to Chennai dated 12/07/2022 - PNR VPH48T, Passenger: Gautam Verma

                          Both the bookings have already been cancelled by us through their portal and in both the cases the current status is showing as under:
                          "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once received, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours"

                          The ticket with PNR QHY6TB was cancelled on 25/06/2022 and ticket with PNR VPH48T was cancelled on 06/07/2022 but regret to write that no refund has been received till date. On directly checking with the airlines, it is found that Airline has already issued refund in respect of both the bookings and their status is showing as "Refund Processed & pending with your travel partner". It is showing refund of Rs. 4, 822/- against PNR QHY6TB and Rs. 5, 536/- against PNR VPH48T.

                          Both the bookings were done by us under "Free Cancellation Package" of the company by paying extra charges so that no cancellation charges are deducted at the time of refund.

                          We have been chasing with the company since last 20 days but nothing has happened. No refund has been issued till date even after more than 1 month. More then 5 - 6 mails have been sent to them but every time they are giving a standard reply that "we have escalated the concern to the team to get it resolved as soon as possible. Kindly allow us some time for the update."

                          Kindly look into it on urgent basis.

                                I have been following up since 11 Feb 2022 for a ticket I had to cancel and Vistara had initiated complete refund(confirmed on email as well). In spite of following up on emails and calls for months - HappyEasyGo has continued to be non-responsive and refused to give back my money that even the airlines have returned.

                                  I booked one flight from Kolkata to Bangalore through HappyEasyGo app, cancelled it on 9th april, 2022. Called them n number of times. Every time they said it will take 15-90 days. When it crossed the 90 days limit they are echoing the same lines, I will ask my supervisor to expedite it, Still waiting for the refund.

                                    I had booked my flight ticket from Happyeasygo on 31.1.021 from vizag to Delhi via Indigo Flight. But it was informed me that your flight has been cancelled. Then They have given option for refund or re-schedule and from that i had selected for my refund.
                                    but my refund amount has not been revived by me till date .
                                    This is to inform that Indigo Airlines has refunded full amount to Happyeaseygo website

                                        Had booked a ticket for Go Air flight which got cancelled by airline. The airline had refunded the amount next day and shared refund reference number. HEG is not giving the refund by providing vague answers even after sharing reference number
