Happy Easy Go is not returning HEG wallet amount to my bank account. It is not even reverting that amount back to wallet where I can use that amount for booking. I'm mailing them about the issue since January

    The fligh was cancelled in January 2022 and full refund issued by airline Indigo in January itself, but fraudster HEG not issuing the refund. Booking ID[protected].

    Every time you call the support they shamelessly reply that they are escalating the issue. But no refund for 6 months and the fraudster give thousand type of assurances.

    I never used their site since. Better to avoid the fraud HEG site and als make others aware about their pathetic service quality.

      I express my utmost displeasure on pending refund for flight ticket booked through HappyEasyGo application (travel agency) for Indigo Flight No. 6E106 from Calcutta to Goa scheduled at 00:15 hrs on 15.11.2021 as per PNR No. KH9C5V.

      The flight was cancelled by Airline and matter of refund of the same was initiated up with HappyEasyGo and Interglobe aviation (Indigo).

      Indigo has reverted with confirmation and has approved INR 6700.00 as refund money as per attached proof. However, the same is pending to be settled by HappyEasyGo (travel agency).

      Various queries have been raised in past though HappyEasyGo as per attached screenshot and none of the queries are addressed.

      Further, matter was taken up with customer care helpline representatives which offered pathetic services with false assurances of settlements. Even after constant follow-ups, the matter has been kept in dark and customer forced to run pillar to post to settle the issues.

      There has been poor team coordination and lack of responsibilities with third class services by HappyEasyGo, pathetic customer oriented policies HappyEasyGo company has adopted as part of company's growth plans which raises doubt considering the increasing fraudulent cases by HappyEasyGo.

      Even after waiting for initial settlement period of 90 days and constant follow ups with HappyEasyGo vide mail dated 27 Apr, 2022, 6 May, 2022, 15 Jun, 2022, (as per attached proof) there is no confirmation from HappyEasyGo on cut-off of crediting eligible refund amount to my account which the airline has already approved.

      They always reply buying more time and send system generated responses. This is day light robbery of public money as customers are already stressed with ever raising inflation and living cost.

      The HappyEasyGo application still shows order status against my order as "refunding" as per attached proof even after 6 months of waiting.

      View above, request your interference for grave injustice and mental harassment caused to undersigned. The cancellation by Airline itself was discomfort to undersigned and the further hoarding of refund money by HappyEasyGo was domino effect to cause agony, unbearable harassment & mental trauma to the undersigned.

      Requested for suitable compensation of refund amount and including fine amount, interest amount and harassment lawsuit compensation for reasons mentioned above considering the merit of the case totaling claim for INR 1, 50, 000.00

      As HappyEasyGo is repeated offender, appropriate action to be taken against the agency and consumers must be heavily compensated for losses.

        While booking flight from New Delhi to Patna on 18.06.2022 for travel date 19.06.2022 against Order no[protected] payment through UPI was successful and my account was got debited for Rs. 6924/- which BHIM app also shows that it was credited to heg.[protected]@icici account though my ticket was not generated and in between due to this fare was increased and I had to buy same ticket at much higher cost.
        I send above mail on 20.06.2022 and on same day they informed that within 7-10 days refund may reflect in account automatically. I waited but refund dis not came. I again mailed them on 29.06.2022 telling that refund has not processed yet. They said same thing to wait and asked me to send account statementto cross verify on 30.06.2022. After that I mailed them agin on 1.07.2022 for same attaching my account statement.Than on 02.07.2022 they told me that there is mismatch with disputed transaction value in my statement and with there internal transaction logs. Than I put mail stating that if disputed amount does not match with my account statement transaction for which I am claiming than kindly show me ticket for the transaction value they are having. But since than there is no reply and I am still awaiting dor my refund.
        Kindly help me to get my refund as HEG is doing anything at all.

          HAPPY EASY GO - MONEY IS NOT YET REFUNDED AFTER 3 MONTHS

          The flight has been cancelled by the airlines and the refund request has been raised from our end. We made Mutipleeeeee calls to the HAPPY EASY GO team but NONE RESPONDED CORRECTLY and still o haven’t received a rupee as a refund. It is so horrible. Never ever this Happy easy go should be recommended

            I have cancelled my flight with Happy Easy Go trip id[protected] on 25 May booked for 27 May. Till 5 July 2022 I have not received my refund. Everytime they say that they are taking it up on priority and it will take 5-7 working days. But they are playing with customer's money. They have already received the refund from Indigo on 25 May itself.

              We have been waiting for almost 12 months for our refund now. It is terrible on the your part to sit on the refund for this long, given that the airlines (spicejet) has already refunded the full amount.

              I have been tirelessly making calls to the happyeasygo customer care for months now, but nothing is done from your end to resolve the issue. Last email i received from them is below:
              "Dear Saima,
              Greetings from Happyeasygo!!
              This is in reference with your refund request for Order ID:[protected]
              We have escalated this case for validation on your refund. We are very sorry for the delay in the refund. However, this may take some more time. Thus request you to wait for some days. We will get back to you with an update. However, we have expedited the process. Your co-operation and patience will be highly appreciated. It is our utmost endeavor to resolve your concerns at the earliest.

              But nothing after that, no money or even no information from HappyEasyGo.

              I want my money back, as HappyEasyGo is sitting with that money since an year now and is least bothered to pay me.

                I have cancelled my indigo flight on 8th june which was also booked on same day and has been issued the full refund from indigo site to happyeasygo because the cancellation was made before the 24 hours. I have booked my tickets using happyEasygo and raised the cancellation their to issue my refund. It's already been around 25 days and the refund status has been showing that "Your refund request has been forwarded to the airline. Once recieved, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours" since June 13th.

                Everytime I mail to their customer care they reply with that the issue is in progress and will be resolved as soon as possible. It's been already 25 days and there is no update from happyeasyGo therefore I am raising the compliant here.

                  I have booked my ticket from happyeasy go from jaipur to bombay on 30th of march 2020 as a result due to lockdown Go aor airlines has cancelled its flight and all the passengers were to be refunded within a month but i did not get my refund so i called on the airlines and they checked it has already been refunded to my agent that is happyeasy go ...i tried to contact woth happy easy go in whatever medium possible whenever i call they raise my incident and tell me it will get reflected in my account in 90 days i always wait for three months and do the follow up again they again told me to wait for 90 ... its been more than 2 years i have not recieved my refund yet ...please let me know if required any details to be provided

                    I had made a booking from AMD - CCU for the travel date 27/05/2022 with the Order ID:[protected] for two passengers. I placed a cancellation request within a few minutes of booking, i.e. on 8/05/2022.

                    I have not gotten any confirmation on the cancellation via email. On the mobile app, it shows "refunding" and there's a disclaimer that says you can confirm with the airline as well on the refund status. I am attaching a screenshot of the airline refund status, where it says that the refund has been processed and is pending with the travel partner.

                    It has been almost two months and the refund from my booking from AMD - CCU for the travel date 27/05/2022 with the Order ID:[protected] for two passengers (cancelled on 8/05/2022) has yet not been processed.

                    I have gotten over a dozen emails from your end stating that you regret the delay and it will be processed soon but there has been no update. I have also filed a consumer complaint against HEG. I demand my refund to be processed immediately.

                        Happyeasygo deducted amount for booking a international flight and still not confirmed the booking.

                        Its been 6 hours now, due to this I'm not able to go ahead and book another flight.

                        The message they show on the app is that will confirm your booking in 1 hour.

                        My question here is, why you deduct the amount if your app doesn't have proper validation to check the respective airline that you're integrated with will not have the confirmation/ availability.

                        Such a pathetic support team experience and worst application to use.

                          I had booked a flight order I'd[protected]. The flight was cancelled by airline itself. I have raised request for refund almost 3 month ago.
                          I haven't received the refund yet. I called customer service number of times they are asking me to wait for few more days but they are not aware how many more days. I have already waited for more than 100 days now. I had checked with Indigo where as they said they refunded to the service provider a long back. It is clearly a fault from happyeasygo. Where as they are denying the fact.
                          Can you please look into this? Request you to urgently look into this issue and Refund my money.
                          This is very unprofessional and not expected. I am highly disappointed.

                          I have booked a flight from Delhi to Chandigarh for 14th may and I cancelled the flight that day itself due to one issues. I have been told again and again by the consumer executive that I will get my refund within 15 days or a week but I am not getting it. It’s been more than 2 months and there is no response from that side I told them that I am in need of money but still they are not considering anything. Please look into this issue and return my money.

                              I had booked Indigo airlines flight on the happy easy go website for indore to bengaluru for may 10, 2022 and return for may 26, 2022.
                              the airline cancelled my flight on may 9, 2022 due to a medical reason.
                              all proofs were provided to happy easy go and they said refund will be done in 15 days.
                              but it has been over 45 days and i have not received the refund.

                                Despite of several mails and calls, the refund for my flight is not being processed. It has been 6 months now.
                                I have spoken to the airline regarding the airline penalty and they have refunded the money to happyeasygo account. Please proceed with the refund of rs 3000 asap

                                I have attached the screenshot of the same.
                                But still it wasn’t processed.

                                  Dear all,

                                  It is more than 6 months all formalities completed in November 2021 from my side for refund of April 2020 flight cancellation. We have successfully completed 6 months applying refund. Not sure what the TAT is. Pl see screenshot

                                  All formalities like blank check, airline letter etc given.

                                  REFUND YET TO COME.

                                  Several promises were made for refund. Several calls made to your end. Every time, it is said that the issue will be resolved and paid. Nothing happens. For reasons best known to you, the funds are constipated your end .

                                  The whole world knows the April 2020 flight 11/12 April, 2020 did not ply due to covid . Till you guys don't want to pay.

                                  Pl have some shame and refund at the earliest, inspite of getting funds from airline, you still can't pay the customer and is nothing but harrassment . Pl see my past mails too.

                                  Pl refund forth with. I will be complaining soon to ministry and file grievance with the concerned soon.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I booked a flight ticket through happy easy go and my date of travel was 25th March 2020. However due to covid, all the flights/ trains were cancelled.

                                    Since that day, I m trying to get my refund from happy easy go and every time their refund process changes and they ask for more time. I have made numerous calls and emails to them however every time they tell me to give them some more time. As per my knowledge, the ministry of aviation had released a circular saying that the customer is eligible to get the refund immediately if the date of travel was during the 1st lockdown phase and the flight got cancelled. Today after 2 years 3 months I am raising this concern with you with a hope to get immediate resolution

                                      Dear sir the complaint is regarding non refund on air India ticket for travel in April 2020, which did not happen due to Covid. The refund request filed on 4/11/2021, until now not refunded. Several calls, reminders, messages no response, no payment. Last call today, they say they cannot commit date or time.

                                        Order id[protected] has been cancelled on 21st of may 2022 and amount has been returned from airline company i.e. Indigo but happyeasygo doesn't refunded my amount its been more than 22 days.
                                        Kindly resolve this issue asap.
