I have booked a flight ticket through this company, but due to change in plan I have cancelled my ticket on 20th March 22.
As per the team they will refund the amount with 10-15 days but its been more than a month but still I am waiting for the refund.
Have written mails to the happyeasygo team but no positive response from there side.
HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    This is regarding the refund of flight tickets cancelled due to covid.
    Case no. MOCAV/E/2021/09800 registered on pgportal and according to which HappyEasyGo should process the full refund to the customer where we have done the booking but yet there is no status updated since 7/01/22 and say they have not yet received a refund from the AirIndia airline. It has been more than 120days since I last raised the complaint with HappyEasyGo but there has been no progress. Kindly help us get refund for 2tickets no.[protected] and[protected] directly.

        It has been 3 months I am waiting for a refund of my order ID #[protected] and every 10 days when I call on the HappyEasyGo customer care line, they tell me to wait for 10 days or call us again?
        The flight ticket was booked from AMD to PortBlair via BLR, and this is the worst experience I have had thoughtout.
        This is how you treat a customer? They don't have an answer of the delay and every 10 days they tell me to wait for 10 more days and since then it has been 3 months now.
        What kind of fraud is this? what kind of customer service is this?
        What if people are in need of money?
        You people dont wait for money when we book a flight ticket, how can you ask a customer to wait for every 10 days and then call you back if we do not get refund?
        there is no specific timeline to the refund of the amount? and it is not a small amount either?

        they cannot transfer the call to the manager to raise my complaint or get a solution and I am only getting an automated response that it is in process, you need to wait? Really??? I have been waiting for 3 months for my money, I am asking about my money and there is no specific timeline or a proper response to that?

          Hi Team, This is regard with flight no. G8403 go first, PNR L5VBWS dated on 25th Nov, 2020. Flight was cancelled from their end and I asked for full refund from happyeasygo. I contacted both the party and followed each and every procedure in process to get the refund but no luck. Its been more than 90days since you guys initiated the refund process and till date I didn't get my refund amount back yet. Please tell me what I should do next so that I can get my money back. I am really really disappointed by the kind of customer service provided by you. Its really very difficult to reach you guys and that too for my money. I will be waiting for your response.               I wish to inform you that i booked a ticket from travel partner "Happy Easy Go" from Mumbai to Udaipur from Air India for travel on 01st May 2020 but due to countrywide lockdown the flight could not operate and airline asked to cancel the ticket against full refund. The ticket was cancelled by me on 28th Dec 2020 with the airline (Air India) and as per Air india the ticket was refunded by them on 07th Jan 2021 but till date i have not received refund against my ticket.

              I have contacted the Happy easy go Customer support many times for the same issue and everytime we are getting the same response that we are unable to trace the refund in the system and give us some time to resolve the query. Its been almost 2 years from the date of booking i am helpless against my refund .

              We have even shared the email from air India stating that we have already refunded amount against the ticket and kindly contact your travel agent for the refund. But whenever we contact happy easy go they say give us sometime to resolve the same.

              How much time does a single ticket refund takes, other companies like MMT & Ease my trip are releasing the refund within 7 days of cancellation but happy easy go dosent have intentions of releasing the refund.

              Please initiate action against the company and take the licence of the company and ban it from being a travel agent.

                Namaste. On March 23, 2022, I had booked an Indigo Flight through HappyEasyGo app from Pune to Bengaluru, by mistake for May 08, 2022 (PNR XLJ5JP), when it should have been for April 08, 2022. On enquiring Indigo Airlines, they said that by rescheduling the flight within 2 hours of previous booking, I would receive the full refund. I did the same. On Indigo app, it showed the message that they have refunded the entire money of ₹9476/- to the HappyEasyGo (3rd party agent website). However I have not received the refunded amount till now from HappyEasyGo (Booking ID[protected], in spite of reminding them for more than 20 times. I later observed among Google Reviews that, the customers have been waiting for more than a year and two, but they too haven't received the refund. I recently realized that HappyEasyGo is a company of fraudsters. Kindly help me in getting the hard-earned money back from these fraudsters. This money is really important for the middle-class people like us.

                  I booked a ticket from New Delhi to kochi on 31st January. Flight was cancelled from airlines end. I raised a request for refund. Indigo unpdated me they refund the money on within 48 hours to the booking agent which in my case is HappyEasyGo. It has been 55 days they haven’t refunded me money yet. Even after multiple mails n calls they just keep saying we need more time. Airline hasn’t refunded which is a big fat lie. There customer care is pathetic and don’t have any updates. They ask you for more time. But won’t even revert back even once. This is a fraud website.
                  I have proof that airline refunded the money to HappyEasyGo they are holding my money for no reason. And it was a fully refundable ticket.

                    I have asked customer care team of happyeasygo to Correct the flight booking as per Choice from AI823 to AI819

                    the email came with penalty charges of 800₹ which i accepted but no payment link was shared by the team and ammended ticket shared by them too.
                    Again email came on 10-Apr-2022 for penalty charges of 6950₹ instead of 800₹ and it is keeping to be increased everyday and no ticket has been ammended till date. The customer care number of happy easy go is also not reachable as per website.

                    This is total harrassment of customer's patience level.

                      Happy easy go not returning my ticket amount after cancellation of ticket.

                      I sent many (N number of ) emails and call to them but they only one replied...allow me some time last fr 1.5 years/about 500 days (from November 2020) but time not come to refund
                      I have frustrated and mentally torched by them by their services...looking forward quick legal action against them and want my money with interest and fines.

                        I had my flight booked for 19th June 2021 (Trip Id :[protected], which the airlines cancelled. I had 2 tickets booked of which 1 got refund for 1 ticket and refund for another is still pending. Its been 10 Months now that I have been trying to contact HappyEasyGo customer care since then and they haven't resolved my issue till. Whenever I call them they always have new answer
                        - it will take time
                        - the airlines has not initiated refund
                        - We have initiated refund from our end and you will receive it till x date and when called next time you get y date, but you will never get refund.
                        - Now the most latest update to the above query is that the executive says, that the refund amount is not displayed that means ma'am the airlines has not refunded your amount so how can we transfer you the amount. We need more 10 working days.

                        They are just playing and fooling around with the customer. What I got to know so far is that of customer does not call them they will never refund the money. Next time if I call them then may be the new answer would be that Mam, do we even have complaint raised ?

                        Literally the worst experience.

                          Flight has been booked for Benguluru to Varanasi.
                          The reservation has been cancelled for October 12th, 2021. They mailed to say that the money would be credited in 90 days. However, it is more than 180 days. As the government has stated, you cannot keep an amount for more than 90 days. I've been calling the support team every week, but they've been nothing but unsupportive and unhelpful. The entire team has no idea how to fix the problems. They keep claiming that there are no updates in the system. It's not just about my refund; it's also about the amount of time I spend every time I call and beg for my money. I've attached the email where they clearly stated the timelines.

                          I also want the penalty/interest for the money they kept after the deadlines. I will undertake this matter further.

                            I booked AIR India flights from New Delhi to Amritsar (to and fro) for three passengers on 15.02.2020 by payment of Rs. 6, 855/- to HEG and the dates of travel were 17.03.2020 & 19.03.2020.
                            However, on 13.03.2020, due to widespread Covid-19 outbreak, I rescheduled our dates of travel to 25.4.2020 and 27.04.2020 via telephonic consultation provided by AIR India call center, and I paid the fare difference applicable of Rs. 6, 300/- to AIR India, Pune office directly via online payment link mode from my Savings Account (revised e-tickets were issued by AIR India directly to me). Due to Nationwide Covid-19 Lockdown in the month of April, 2020, AIR India cancelled both the flights. I was informed by AIR India that I was entitled for full refund, and since I initially booked the tickets through the third party therefore, the refund request can only be raised via HEG and not from my end. I raised the request for refund with HEG on 29.8.2021. Air India processed my full refund. However, till date, i.e. 2.4.2022 I have not received my refund. I have written over 2000 emails and called over 100 times to HEG regarding the same, but I do not get any response from their end. I want my refund ASAP.

                              I booked an AIR India flight from New Delhi to Nanded (to & fro) for 3 passengers with travel dates as 04.05.2020 & 07.05.2020 for an amount of Rs. 11, 469. As the flight was cancelled by the Airlines due to nationwide Covid -19 lockdown, I was entitled for full refund. I raised a request for full refund on 29.8.2021 with Happy Easy Go. AIR India granted full refund of Rs. 11, 469 to HEG on 16.2.2022, but HEG is not processing my refund. Till date i.e. 2.4.2022, I am waiting for my refund. I have already written 2000 emails and called more than 100 times HEG regarding the same, but they are not processing it. I want my money ASAP.

                                  I had booked a flight through them for October last year. the flight was cancelled by the airlines and since then, I have been following up with them for the refund. At first, I was told that it will take about 45-60 days. But, no updates happened till December 2021.

                                  In January 2022, the website suddenly started showing the status as "Refund Complete", whereas the money was not credited to my account. I checked with my bank as well, and they clearly stated that there was not such transaction from HappyEasyGo.                                   I kept following up through emails and calls to the HappyEasyGo customer care and I was promised that they will share that transaction reference number. Its been about 6 months now, and every time I follow up, they tell me that they will either share the details in 24-48 hours, or ask for more time.

                                  The emails are all scripted and they do not even read the emails carefully to understand the issue. And to add to the injury, they will not give any timeline for sharing an update.

                                    Its been more than 50 days and I am waiting for my refund of canceled flight, which airline gave me confirmation in 2 days that they already returned the money to happyeasygo but happyeasygo is not returning my money. Although I called their customer support for around 20-30 times, every time they told to wait for just 48 hour and then no response, they apologise and committed their mistake but still not refunding. I am very old customer to them who booked around 20-30 flight from them, still they are doing this to me. I had to call and ask for my own money to them. Such a fraud company, please try to block and boy cut them and stop booking tickets from them.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I had booked flight ticket (PNR-JDI37H) for travelling to Patna from Bangalore on 06th Nov 2021 through HappyEasyGo website.

                                      Later on, flight was cancelled by airlines and full booking amount i.e. Rs 6, 281/- was refunded by GoAir to HappyEasyGo. Mail confirmation received from GoAir is attached.

                                      Further I raised request with HappyEasyGo team to refund the total amount to original mode of payment.

                                      I have been following up for this refund since 15th January 2022 and I have sent reminder mail on following dates:

                                      1. 15/01/2022-First Request after refund confirmation from GoAir

                                      2. 20/01/2022- Followup mail for status

                                      3. 25/01/2022- Followup mail for status

                                      4. 05/02/2022- Followup mail for status and raising complain in consumer forum

                                      5. 23/02/2022-Followup mail for status

                                      Every time I have received, standard reply for all the mails as follows:

                                      "This is in reference to your refund request for Order ID:[protected]

                                      We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We understand your concern and working continuously on the same. However, this may take some more time

                                      We request you to kindly bear with us."

                                      I have attached all the details like ticket, GoAir Mail confirmation and mail conversations with HappyEasyGo team.

                                      Request you to kindly help me to get my refund.

                                        I had made repetitive calls to customer care, but no proper response.
