    I had booked a flight in Nov/Dec 2021 for a flight in Feb 2022 and had to cancel in early Jan 2022 due to unforeseeable circumstances.
    Once I cancelled and till now, the refund status hasn't changed from Calculating to anything. I had agreed to cancellation with penalty but now they are saying it was non refundable. This wasn't specified while booking or when I cancelled.
    This is causing me issues because the customer service is just repeating the same line over and over again.

      I have booked 2 Air India tickets on feb12th 2022 from Varanasi to Vijaywada and through Happyeasygo and cancelled immediately. I didn't get my refund till now. From then I have called the customer care guys 6 to 7 times about my refund and I didn't not get the proper answer. Pathetic service these guys are providing to the public. When ever I had called them, they said wait for 10 to 15 days, other than that they did not have me proper reason for delay.

        Hi, i have cancelled the flight tickets on 11th jan 2022. since then its been 2 months that i am waiting for my refund of money.

        we are following up with happy easy go since then and standard answer is it will be credited in 7 days. its our hard earned money and they are not refunding it.
        please take suitable action.

          It's been more than 2 months that I've cancelled(on 16th Jan 2022) my flight tickets booked for 26th Jan 2022 from "Nagpur" to "Bangalore" (PNR: LTNB7B) but not yet received the refunded amount. I've been following up since months but not getting proper response. The HappyEasyGo application still shows order status as "refunding".

          The flight has been cancelled by the airlines and the refund request has been raised from our end.             It has been more than 40 days i cancelled my ticket. I already paid more money for free cancellation facility. Indigk already inititated cancellation in 2 days.No refund came yet.In mail they reply same like auto reply.No firm date given.On customer care call, they always told like 7-8 days will take and all.

                    Hello Sir,

                    I have been duped 1, 444 INR by this online booking portal for a confirmed Hotel booking @ Hotel Maya International Mangalore, transaction completed online with check in date as 5th Mar & checkout date as 6th Mar.

                    Inspite of repeated emails & phone calls to the customer service of HappyEasygo, the confirmed hotel booking was never recognised or accepted by the Hotel Reception Staff.

                    I was informed by the Hotel Reception Staff Mr Sunil ( Ph No[protected] that this online booking portal representative Mr Issac Fernanded is well informed that they do not recognise or accept the Hotel booking undertaken through their portal. Since they never received any amount from the Company, my hotel accomdation was not confirmed & i was stranded helplessly.

                    I had to go through this horrific experience & demanded a full refund from the HappyEasygo customer service since they failed to arrange me the accomdation. However they are fooling around with email misinformation, forgery & not refunding the amount.

                    Looking at my horror experience, when i checked online i see numerous compaints against this portal by many customers.

                    Not sure why is a company getting away scott free & not being blacklisted or put to task inspite of so many complaints of wrong doing & not refunding the customers for the diservice they are providing.

                    Hope the consumer complaint forum could direct the authorities of Happyeasygo to get me the amount refunded ASAP. Your help on this issue is highly appreciated.

                      I am a new victim of this Cheater Web booking portal. How can we get this company blacklisted & booted out from the web booking portal service. They are doping many customers of their hard earned money. They cannot be left scott free.

                        I had booked ticket Delhi London Delhi ticket by happy easy go when i need to reissue ticket they dont reply me properly and i have to cancel this ticket on 21 nov 2021. Still today date 6 March 2022 not received and never share refund breakup.

                        As per Air india Airlines discuss they told me its fault of happy easy go they dont followup with airlines.

                        I want to complain again company and also there working employees they give us bad service and entertaining my problem and reply me same email wait for some time. I am totally feedup with all reply. If you not geeting serious complain against this company i will go for higher legal action.

                          I added money in happy easy go wallet for booking a hotel. My money is not used in booking a hotel. The cashback colummn is not used for booking so i withdraw the money but they are not refunding the money yet.

                            I have cancelled booking on 6th January 2022 and Spicejet airlines have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo on same day. Till date I have not received the refund inspite of constant follow ups with Happyeasygo. They always reply that it will require 7-8 days more every time I contact them. In emails they just send system generated responses. They have confirmed that they got the refund from airlines but still they are not processing the refund back to my account.

                            I want all guest those are faced problem with Happy easy go like refund, service etc.

                            All are together go for complain against this company.

                            I want to shutdown this type scammer company. They thinking all customer is Chutiya...customer never do anything company. If all together go to complain after this type of company understand better. My contact - [protected]

                                I had booked flight from Belgaum to Hyderabad on September 12th for TruJet. Flight got canceled and based on TrueJet inputs refund was supposed to be received from HappyEasyGo.

                                It's been 5 month still haven't received the refund. Neither the app or website is showing booking details to track the refund. Wrote emails to customer care and get no response except a self trigger Emails.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have booked 4 flight tickets through happy easy go and it was refundable.
                                    I cancelled those flight ticket on 13th Jan, 2022 and today it is 23rd Feb, 2022 and i have still not received my Refund.
                                    I have called several time and getting only one answer that it is in progress.
                                    I have also checked with airlines and they have already refunded on 13th Jan it self.
                                    I dont know why it is taking this much longer and i am not alone who is facing an issue. Many people are having same issues with this fraud company.

                                      This email is from an extremely irate customer who has been asking for a correct refund for more than a month now.

                                      HappyEasyGo team had refunded me with an incorrect amount of only Rs.514, when it had to be a full refund of close to Rs.4000. Indigo Airlines had given a full refund on the very day of the flight cancellation, but it's been more than a month now and I have been following up with their team to get MY MONEY BACK.

                                      I enquired about this discrepancy in refund amount and spoke to their customer support executive Mr. Sagar Ticko on 8th Feb. He acknowledged that THIS WAS A MISTAKE FROM THEIR END AND THEY WOULD REFUND THE CORRECT AMOUNT IN A WEEK'S TIME. However, neither did I receive any money nor was I informed by their team on where is my money stuck. There was zero follow-ups from their side.

                                      Today on 15th Feb 2022, I spoke with another CS executive of theirs, Mr. Kisan Gupta. I told him about the issue which I was facing and ALL he did was consoled me by saying and I quote 'Sir, I understand'. I mean is this how you deal with irate customers 'Sir, I understand'. When I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He told me "Sorry, that's not possible. Due to some technical difficulty I will not be able to transfer your call". I am so sorry to say but their customer service is total CRAP. I then asked him to tell me the procedure on how he is following up internally to get me my money. I asked him if there was any ticket or email he could send which will confirm that he has followed the necessary procedure to get me my refund. To this, he just said that he has spoken to THE TEAM and THEY WILL PROCESS IT SOON. It couldn't get crappier than this. FINALLY, he told me that "Sir, wait till 3rd March and CALL US. You should receive your refund by then". To this, I asked him, "What if I don't get it. I will be going in circles telling the same information to your not-so-competent Customer service team".

                                      HAPPYEASYGO SENIOR executives - KINDLY HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK and if you are interested to keep your customer base then improve on your customer service.

                                      I want senior executive-level attention on this matter and need acknowledgment from the same person within 24 hours. I am also going to share this experience with my peers and social network so that they are not fooled by HappyEasyGo offers and should focus on the overall customer experience in case they run into a similar issue like mine.
