Airline tickets cancelled amount not refunding

I have booked 2 Air India tickets on feb12th 2022 from Varanasi to Vijaywada and through Happyeasygo and cancelled immediately. I didn't get my refund till now. From then I have called the customer care guys 6 to 7 times about my refund and I didn't not get the proper answer. Pathetic service these guys are providing to the public. When ever I had called them, they said wait for 10 to 15 days, other than that they did not have me proper reason...

Ticket refund not received

Hi, i have cancelled the flight tickets on 11th jan 2022. since then its been 2 months that i am waiting for my refund of money.

we are following up with happy easy go since then and standard answer is it will be credited in 7 days. its our hard earned money and they are not refunding it.
please take suitable action.

Even after 2 months amount not refunded yet.

It's been more than 2 months that I've cancelled(on 16th Jan 2022) my flight tickets booked for 26th Jan 2022 from "Nagpur" to "Bangalore" (PNR: LTNB7B) but not yet received the refunded amount. I've been following up since months but not getting proper response. The HappyEasyGo application still shows order status as "refunding".

I am complaining about my refund ticket if my flight

It has been more than 40 days i cancelled my ticket. I already paid more money for free cancellation facility. Indigk already inititated cancellation in 2 days.No refund came yet.In mail they reply same like auto reply.No firm date given.On customer care call, they always told like 7-8 days will take and all.

Issue pending since long.

Below Two Oder was purchased from HappyEasyGo later after booking flight i had purchased 2 Extra Leg Room Seat amounting INR1000 per seat in each PNR Total of INR2000 directly from the airline website Later after paying the amount I had changed the seat in different row and different seat which Costed INR400 per seat in each PNR

Cancel tickets refund

Hotel Booking

Hello Sir,

I have been duped 1, 444 INR by this online booking portal for a confirmed Hotel booking @ Hotel Maya International Mangalore, transaction completed online with check in date as 5th Mar & checkout date as 6th Mar.

Inspite of repeated emails & phone calls to the customer service of HappyEasygo, the confirmed hotel booking was never recognised or accepted by the Hotel Reception Staff.

Please request you all guest those are facing refund problem all are combined and together filled complain against this company...this type of fraud company should be shutdown.

Refund

I had booked ticket Delhi London Delhi ticket by happy easy go when i need to reissue ticket they dont reply me properly and i have to cancel this ticket on 21 nov 2021. Still today date 6 March 2022 not received and never share refund breakup.

As per Air india Airlines discuss they told me its fault of happy easy go they dont followup with airlines.

I want to complain again company and also there working employees...

Not refunding my money since 1 month

I added money in happy easy go wallet for booking a hotel. My money is not used in booking a hotel. The cashback colummn is not used for booking so i withdraw the money but they are not refunding the money yet....

Refund not issued by HappyEasyGo from 2 months

I have cancelled booking on 6th January 2022 and Spicejet airlines have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo on same day. Till date I have not received the refund inspite of constant follow ups with Happyeasygo. They always reply that it will require 7-8 days more every time I contact them. In emails they just send system generated responses. They have confirmed that they got the refund from airlines but still they are not processing...

Ticket refund pending

I cancelled my tickets in happyeasygo, indigo airlines has also refunded the money to agent. But happeasygo portal shows 90days for refund.

How insane is this, please help me in this regard....

Refund not received from 5 months

I had booked flight from Belgaum to Hyderabad on September 12th for TruJet. Flight got canceled and based on TrueJet inputs refund was supposed to be received from HappyEasyGo.

It's been 5 month still haven't received the refund. Neither the app or website is showing booking details to track the refund. Wrote emails to customer care and get no response except a self trigger Emails....

Fraud company-Not processing refunds

Hi have booked my flight through rady go and cancelled due to covid reasons. My booking id:[protected]. I have cancelled my ticket on Dec 7th 2021. Still refund not been processed. No dont have any intend to refund my amount. I have raised many time ti customer care and twitter. No proper response. Many complaints i hve seen on Happyeasy go. Why there is no action from government side. Do we have any acta to control this kind of fruads....

Refund Issues - Cancelled ticket before a month but still not received my refund money

Hi team,

I have booked 4 flight tickets through happy easy go and it was refundable.
I cancelled those flight ticket on 13th Jan, 2022 and today it is 23rd Feb, 2022 and i have still not received my Refund.
I have called several time and getting only one answer that it is in progress.
I have also checked with airlines and they have already refunded on 13th Jan it self.
I dont know why it is taking...

This email is from an extremely irate customer who has been asking for a correct refund for more than a month now.

HappyEasyGo team had refunded me with an incorrect amount of only Rs.514, when it had to be a full refund of close to Rs.4000. Indigo Airlines had given a full refund on the very day of the flight cancellation, but it's been more than a month now and I have been following up with their team to get MY MONEY BACK.br...

No refund received against unused ticket

I had booked two flight tickets for my relatives vide Order[protected] for Mumbai to Dehradun dated 20.12.21, Ticket Nos.[protected] and[protected]. I paid Rs.8842 but due to unforceen circumstances, said tickets were not used. I am continuously following up with Happy Easy Go for refund against my unused tickets but in vain. I booked a ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad on 28.03.2020 through travel agency i.e. happyeasygo.com but due to Nation-wide lockdown the flights were non-operational. I cancelled the tickets. But refund amount has not be returned to me even after 23 months passed. The travel agency is saying that they have not received payment from Air India but Air India confirmed that they have already refunded the amount on 29.07.2021 to travel agency....
