I booked a ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad on 28.03.2020 through travel agency i.e. happyeasygo.com but due to Nation-wide lockdown the flights were non-operational. I cancelled the tickets. But refund amount has not be returned to me even after 23 months passed. The travel agency is saying that they have not received payment from Air India but Air India confirmed that they have already refunded the amount on 29.07.2021 to travel agency.

    Sir,
    I had booked air tiket having pnr no fm7kht (Chennai to Patna) through happy easy go website . As per indigo airlines instructions on covid scenario i cancelled my ticket and airline refunded full amount to happy easy go. I have been communicating happy easy go since for two months and still refunded amount has not been credited to original payment source. It is therefore requested that matter may be resolved at the earliest.

    Indigo airlines has refunded the entire amount to happy easy go for further return to consumer.

      I have paid ammendment charges to reschedule my flight but they are not providing me new ticket.. it's been 6 hours and their TAT was 1 hour. No resolution is being provided by either call or mail.

          I have booked flight of Go Air on[protected] for 5 passengers. But flight got cancelled by airlines. Go Air has refunded full amount to Happy Easygo which they have confirmed through mail.
          But happyeasygo is claiming that they have not received full payment till now.
          They are offering me 2000/- refund but actually my refund amount is around 20, 000/-.
          Everytime i call or mail them they ask to wait for 7 days.
          Please do the needful.

            I was waiting my refund money from 10th January 2022.

            I am following up regularly every time they said you will get your refund within 7 days.
            But Till Now I did not get my refund money. Ticket Was canceled by INDIGO airline, he already refund money to happyeasygo account.
            Attached also here.
            I request to you please refund my all amount which iNDIGO team already refunded.
            Please Refund 5460 rs money in my account.

              I booked flight on 11 Jan but cancelled it due to flight getting rescheduled. GoAir refunded amount immediately on 14 Jan since then I am following up with HappyEasyGo but till date after a month, no refund is received. They only send BOT-like response asking customer to await until their TAT of 60 days. In similar cases, I got refund immediately from MMT. This is totally unfair trade practice from HappyEasyGo.

                I have booked two tickets from HappyEasyGo in the month of November & December. But my money is not refunded yet. When I called them. They always used to told that we will refund your money within a week. From Starting.

                  Got message from happyeasygo for the refunded amount and the status in the app shows as refund completed. A day after got the amount back.

                        We had booked 3 rooms at Le Pondy resort through happy easy go from 7th to 9th Jan. 3 days before the arrival Tamil Nadu and Karnataka declared lockdown due to Omicron spread, we contacted both happy easy go and the resort and they agreed they will not refund the money but they will give a voucher for a later date.
                        It's been more than a month and happy easy go keeps declining through emails saying resort is refusing but I got a written mail from resort reservation manager that they accepted the request.
                        Now they don't reply to any of my emails.

                          There is a payment refund case, which stuck with Happyeasygo team from last 6 month and there is a enn-number of followup but they are only reverting to wait for 1 week and by waiting its been 6 month.
                          Date of booking (20th July 2021):- HYD to PAT booked for 14th Aug and PAT to HYD 23rd Aug, which I comeleted the travelling from HYD to PAT but the return flight got cancelled by the Airlines and amount being not refunded yet Orde ID:[protected]

                            I booked a flight from happy easy go from indore to goa for 2nd Oct 2021. The flight was via mumbai. Air India cancelled indore to mumbai flight and gave me a sealed hand written note for full refund. I applied for refund on happy easy go and now after 3 months they have rejected it saying the note is not applicable. They are not providing any refunds.

                              Have booked tickets for Mumbai-Goa (return) in the month of October 2021 and then cancelled under full refund scheme, after few days got the refund for one way fare and pending for Mumbai-Goa flight. My trip ID is[protected].
                              Several time have called their customer care whereas each time they have said within 3-5 days you will receive the refund but till date haven't receive the same. My refund is pending more than company policy time (more than 90 days). Please take a appropriate action.

                                @happyeasygo —My Refund is pending from last 10 Months

                                We had booked #airindia flight ticket adding 7 passengers Srinagar to Delhi and Delhi to Hyderabad with zero cancellation package, and I had cancelled the ticket on 10 april 2021 and the journey date was 10 May 2021 due to covid situations.

                                Till now we did not receive refund and every time we call customer care they say airindia airlines did not not initiate refund. As per cancellation policy it should take 45 to 90 days but now in our case we crossed more than 300 days and Still the refund has not been given to us by #happyeasygo.

                                Can someone please respond to us and let us know when we are going to get the refund and what is taking this long to refund. If you are not willing to refund atleast let us know as we are fed up calling the customer service and hearing the same answer.

                                Very disappointed service. We lost complete trust on #happyeasygo AND WE NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM #airindia SERVICE.

                                    If you are unable to refund the amount then tell clearly.
                                    Everytime all customer care executives are lying and replying same thing you will get within 7 working days.

                                        Our flight SG8207 was cancelled by airline from delhi to chennai on 10.01.2022 then we opted full refund and cancelled airline refunded Rs 8930/
                                        to travel agent Happy easy go ( khafila tour travels HEG is main agent )
                                        on 13.01.2022 for our PNR no OCPRPJ

                                        Happy easy go is not refunding to me and dragging the same for more than 15 days

                                        now kindly arrange to refund immediately
