I has cancelled the flight ticket and with the pnr number spoke to the airlines and they told me that the refund has been sent to the travel agency being happyeasygo one a half month ago. But happy easy go is not giving me the refund and not even able to get in touch with the customer care.

    I had cancelled my flight ticket directly from Indigo website. Indigo has refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo but they are not returning back the amount.

      Booked a ticket with them on 5th April to travel on 22nd April. Cancelled within 24 hours with the airline, hence eligible for full refund. Indigo initiated the refund immediatley. Been trying to contact Happy easy go for nearly a month now, they are not responding to any calls/emails. 15.5k is stuck with them.

        Booked the flight tickets on 5th April to travel on 22nd april. Cancelled the tickets within 24 hours with the Indigo airline, hence eligible for full refund. Indigo had processed the refund immediatley. Been trying since almost a month, Happy Easy Go is not answering any calls/emails. Please help. 15.5k are stuck with them.

          Dear Team,
          I have booked hotel booking through trip adviser through Happyeasygo hotel & flight booking site. The amount are deducted, but not received any confirmation details. So, i have called many times since two days, no one is lifting call. Pls find payment details as attached. If, we go for flight & hotel booking, the Happyeasy go website offer came. Kindly do the needful as if it comes in such a way then many people are being cheated by them.
          Request to do the needful for payment refund.

                I booked hotel for two days from 29th April to 01st May and paid 1947 rs. My booking was done and recieved a voucher for the same on mail. My Order Id[protected]. But when i reached the hotel they said my booking was not received by the hotel and they said they will not allow check in. And my booking was non-refundable and i cant cancel. Kindly help me with my refund.

                  It has been almost 1 year now since I booked flight tickets from Bangalore to London Heathrow and back to Delhi in the month of June. Due to Visa issues, I had to cancel my tickets and I applied for a refund. As per their website I was supposed to get the refund in 45-90 days of time. I gather it has been more than 300 days and still it says the refund status as calculating. I have contacted both the airlines; Air India and Ethihad, and they say that you must contact your traveling partner, which is unfortunately HappyEasyGo in my case. Also got to know HEG never sent the refund request to the airlines because as per airlines refund guidelines they give the refund in 14 working days. I have called on HEG's customer care number multiple times and waited hours and hours but these guys never connect to a single customer care executive.

                  The details of both tickets are below and the tickets have also been attached to this email:

                    I booked a flight from Ranchi to Kolkata on 9th April 2023 for a flight 6E7235 on 13th April 2023 at 19:55 departure and an amount of 4155/- was credited to their account.

                    But they didn't issue any ticket nor did I get any sms confirmation. Miraculously the customer care person picked my call once and said the funds will be returned which never happened. Now, none of the customer care service numbers are working for help/support. I filed a complaint to my bank who also confirmed today that the money has been successfully credited to their account. The bank statement clearly states that the amount is successfully credited to them. I wrote several emails to them but they never bothered to reply.

                      We have a ticket to cancel which was booked from Happy Easy Go. However, to get the refund money - we are requiring the policy number for the third party insurance we have applied while booking the ticket. The customer care number is not available. We tried all of the numbers available on their official sites and instagram id. Kindly help us in order to connect with them.

                        I had booked 2 flight tickets by HappyEasyGo for date 13th July 2022. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel those tickets 3 days prior to that journey.

                        In refund policy it was mentioned it will be refunded within 90 days but still have not received any refund. They don't respond to customer call even after waiting for an hour. It is not showing refund amount.

Happy Easy Go has been making me wait for the refund saying that the airline takes 45-90 days and then they will do the refund. Today I called customer care of SpiceJet and they informed me that an refund of Rs. 8653 has already been processed by them on 10th December itself. This means that HappyEasyGo is keeping my money and lying to me that airline has not processed the refund.

                                  I got two air tickets from hyderabad to lucknow for indigo airlines for 21st feb, 2023. The order i'd for the same and booking date is 27th jan, 202.
                                  However, due to a family emergency i had to cancel the tickets on 27th jan, 2023. The app said that i will receive the refund amount between 45-90 days. It's been more than 90 days today and i'm yet to receive the refund amount. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address but have not received any response from them. I have also called their customer care number but it is always switched off. I called indigo customer service and they confirmed that the refund amount was already released to happyeasy go. Request you to please help me with the refund.

                                    I booked On Line return tickets ( Air India) for Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi sector from travel agent HappyEasyGo for journry on 01/0 4/2020 and 05/04/2020. All flights were cancelled due to COVID during that period. Airline communicated to get refunds from travel agents only. But no refund has been made in spite of repeated communication.                                       It's been 4 months since I've canceled (on 19th December 2022) my flight ticket booked for 26th December 2022 from "Srinagar" to "Delhi" (Trip Id:[protected], PNR: D69QKC) but not yet received the refunded amount. According to their regulations, it should have been refunded within 45-90 days which is ridiculous at first, because all other websites are refunding within a month. Since that period, I am repeatedly mailing them for updates. Only once they replied and told we can't tell a deadline; such an irresponsible behavior. The HappyEasyGo application still shows the order status as "refunding".

                                      I'm attaching screenshots of tickets, the status showing on the app, and all email conversations along with this complaint.
                                      Kindly expedite and let me know if something is required.
