I booked a flight through HappyEasyGo and later due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel the flight. The airline company(Indigo) already refunded the amount back to HappyEasyGo but I am yet to receive the refund from HappyEasyGo.

I booked a ticket from gorakhpur to Delhi with order ID[protected]. I booked this ticket on 29 July 2021 and date of travel was 3rd September 2021. But the ticket was canceled and I didn't receive any refund till date from happy easy go. Please refund it at the earliest.

I received a SMS and email from Spice jet that this flight is cancelled due to operational reasons. When I called them for a refund, they asked me to get in touch with Happyeasygo.
Spice jet has processed the refund to Happyeasygo, but now Happyeasygo is not transferring the refund into my account. As per Happyeasygo refund policy, the refund is to be transferred within 10-15 days of refund request but as called and enquired several times by me, I was asked to wait for 30 days. Now, it has been more than 60 days and I have not received the refund.

I booked a FREE CANCELLATION flight from Varanasi to Pune on 27th Oct 2022 for the date - 29th Nov 2022.
Due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the flight. I cancelled the flight on 27th Nov 2022.
Its been more than 3 months/90 days and still I have not received the refund money.
I have been constantly calling the helpline numbers(which is not working), sending emails, reaching out on instagram, twitter and still no response from them.

On 11.11.22, I tried booking a CCU-BOM flight via the merchant 'HAPPYEASYGO INDIA PVT BANGALORE IN'. I initiated the transaction via SBI Credit card amounting to INR 5907. The merchant's transaction window showed a message proving the transaction failed. Still, the amount INR 5907 got deducted from my credit card. After the 1st transaction got failed, I retried booking the flight using another bank (Kotak Debit Card) and the transaction amount this time was INR 5892. This time the transaction was successful. I received my ticket as well as the invoice for the same amount (INR 5892). Since then I did not get the refund of my previous amount which got deducted during my first transaction attempt (INR 5907). The merchant kept me hanging for more than 120 days. First they promised to refund but then they said my bank will refund me. But after contacting the bank it said the merchant showed valid proof and the money can't be refunded hence. The money is still with the merchant. Please help.

In the query section they have mentioned the about this situation and asked to mail them the details and they will refund the full amount
And they are not even replying to my mails or phone calls

air tckt cancelled on 15/2/2023 but not refunded

I booked ticket with free cancellation option. I cancelled my ticket due to not possible to travel. Indigo refunded total amount to happyeasygo and they are not passing that amount to me. They are cheating and do not have intention to refund by making the argument that Happy easy go provided the discount at the time of booking and refund is adjusted against that discount and therefore zero rs need to be refunded.
Example. 15000 for 3 tickets minus 6000 discount so net payment made 9000 rs. Now refund for one ticket is 4500 from Indigo(already issued).
Happy Easy Go claims 4500 rs refund minus 6000 discount so net is -1500 rs. That's how they do cheat.
Last most surprise thing their executive said to me is that you are lucky that your family flies otherwise they can not fly even.

I have requested for refund on 25th Jan, 23. As per Spice jet guidelines, refund gets processed & gets credited in ur account through payment gateway ( Happy Easy Go).
I have enquired with spice jet & as per their feedback my refund has been processed & given for further processing to Happy easy go. PFA snapshot.

I have been trying to reach u since long on your customer care no. But attendent issue not recieving my call. It is the 1st time i was flying & i really had a pathetic experience.

I had booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Jaipur for the date 16.02.2023, but now I will be unable to travel due to health conditions. I found out that I am pregnant and my doctor is suggesting not to travel.

I have intimated same thing to indigo team and they have verified all my medical documents and they cancelled the ticket and sent the full refund to your account .

But happy easy go team is not receiving my call and also not replying on my mails .

PNR-SU9RWK, PAT-BLR, 2 Passenger, Date of Travel -3rd December 2022, i have directly cancelled the flight through Airline & Airline have already refunded the amount(INR-16475) to happyeasygo but they are Processing & calculating in their app from last 3 months & not refunding the amount neither any support is available. No Mail Response neither telephonic nor Customer care support is available .

This company is a scam.They recieved customers refund on behalf of airline and never credit it to customer account.The chats, comments are disabled in Thier website and they do not pick any calls northern respond to emails.

As per my telephonic conversation with Spicejet call center, they have reversed the credit shell amount and refund had been processed to your agency login ID - 29 Nov 2021 .

I here by request you to kindly refund the full amount as received from Spicejet to the original form of payment .
