I was trying to book a flight via happyeasygo. The transaction failed after doing the payment. happyeasygo is not responding to emails and not receiving calls for more than a week. I am clueless as to how to get refund from these people.

    I have booked a ticket on 17 November 2022, and the flight has been cancelled and when i contacted the airline they said like they have refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo but still i havent got my refund. Please look into this matter in emergency.

      This is with respect to the remittance of the flight ticket amount issue, the status of which has been clearly explained to your good self through trailing mails.

      However even after several reminders a period of 75 days has lapsed and the amount is still yet to be received. This delay has caused me stress and undue financial burden.

      On further enquiry I have come to know that the Airline Company has remitted your organisation with the ticket amount and it is but natural to transfer the same from your end to my account immediately

      Such delay unfortunately is nothing but deficiency of service which does not bode well with the goodwill and reputation of your organisation.

      I am requesting your good self to kindly look into this matter and undertake this issue as top priority and urgent.

      I hope that your good self is in cognizance of this issue and will do the needful. Kindly understand the gravity of this situation and initiate the remittance process immediately

      Further kindly share your contact details for better reach. For any information or detail kindly intimate with the checklist so as to provide you with the same.

        My fight ticket was cancelled by the airlines and airlines has also refunded the amount to HAppyEasyGo and as per the guidelines I am eligible for full refund. But there is no response from HAppyEasyGo on this. It's been more than 30 days. The customer care is also not responding. I am not able to follow up with HappyEasyGo.

            Since the flight was rescheduled, hence I cancelled it from airline and still unable to get a refund.
            The airline said that they have refunded the amount to Happyeasygo and have received the mail for the same. Also I have recording for the same of their confirmation.
            The customer care team doesn't respond to the calls.
            Please check and refund my amount.

                  The airlines I was travelling with - GoFirst refunded the full amount to the vendor but there has been absolutey no response from the vendor HappyEasyGo with respect to refund processing. The company's customer care number is a sham which won't connect to a customer care agent irrespective of how many phone calls I've made. I need an immediate response from the company.

                        HappyEasyGo is not refunding my ticket amount of flight which was from Nagpur to Amritsar ( Layover at Delhi). This flight was cancelled by the airline due to some unavoidable circumstances and after completing the airline procedure of processing amount it says the amount have been refunded to HappyEasyGo but HappyEasyGo is not refunding my money as while uploading file it says 'Undefined' error. And tried from their site, app all possible ways and by compressing file too.

                        Also I have mailed HappyEasyGo but no reply since last 10days.
                        Tried calling at customer care number but no one is available to take call as they don't have any executive to attend customers.

                        My amount of ticket is 4827/- and HappyEasyGo is not refunding my money even though they have received the amount from Indigo Airlines.

                        Please help me with this issue and process my refund amount as soon as possible.

                          In May 2021 i had booked two tickets on Happy easy go with additional fees for cancellation protection. The Air India flight got delayed and we cancelled the ticket with full refund. For two years i have been following up with Happyeasygo. They have not refunded the money with the comment that they are following up with Air India. Air India has confirmed the full refund of fees withing 15 days of date of travel.
                          In the mean time happyeasygo made my parents fill up a form for Air India without any official content of air india like logo etc. and submit passport as identity proof. Post having done that they completely ignored the process and stopped talking about the documentation.
                          Below is the latest communication from them. I have 23 such canned replies from them over the last 2 years. The order ID is mentioned. They have held over 17 thousand INR without paying interest for 2 years now.

                            I booked a flight from Srinagar to New Delhi with Happyeasygo for 10th February. The payment was processed and debited from my account. However, the tickets were not confirmed. Soon after, I got a message from happyeasygo that the tickets were not booked from their end, so they will refund the amount,

                            However, it has been almost two months today and they have not refunded my money. Here are the details of the tickets

Please raise this issue and raise a complaint against the company for damages.

                                I raised the refund request on your website on 31st October still haven’t received the refund yet. Please find attached the screenshot where tge airline has confirmed that they had refunded the money to you on 19th October.

                                My booking PNR ELBE2P was split into another PNR NS54RA due to change in flight from the airlines and later got cancelled.

                                Pls provide the refund asap.

                                  We have booked 5 tickets for my family for journey on 23/05/2020 through happyeasy go vide r Order ID :[protected] and PNR is YRQNQ from Mumbai-Dehradun
                                  but due to covid said flight of air india was cancelled and i am asking for refund from more than two years but unfortunately they are giving false promises and till date i have not received refund from them. However on eqnuiry being made with air india through PG portal i come to know air india has already refund money to them long back. and on the contrary they should have refunded suo moto my money, when they know flight was cancelled during peak covid period. But i am begging for my hard earned money and called more than 50 times and requested on mail also more than 50 times but the are send standard reply on mail. so I request your honor to direct them to refund my money with Interest and obliged.

                                    I had booked 5 tickets for GoFirst flight and the airlines has changed their flight timings. I called up to the airlines and got full refund which is already credited to the agency account but now happyeasygo is not refunding my amount back saying they haven’t got the refund yet whereas the airlines has processed it a week ago. I need to make another bookings and happyeasygo is not replying to calls or mails nor refunding back. I want my refund immediately.

                                      Hi I have booked and cancelled indigo flight on same day that is 23rd dec 2022. The indigo airline refunded the amount after their cut on 25, th Dec 2022. Since then I have been waiting for my refund from happy easygo. They said it will refunded and now it's more than 90 Days Now their nos are also not working and they never reply to the emails.                                         I have booked two ticket from happyeasygo. First ticket from pune to patna of spicejet airlines on date 11th sep 2022.and second ticket from patna to Hyderabad of indigo airlines on 06/10/2022.both tickets cancelled due to some personal reasons.The app said that I will receive the refund amount between 45-90 days. It's been more than 90 days today and I'm yet to receive the refund amount. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address but have not received any response from them. I have also called their customer care number but it is always switched off. I called Indigo & spicejet customer service and they confirmed that the refund amount was already released to HappyEasy go. Request you to please help me with the refund.
