          The customer care is not reverting over call nor over email.
          No1 is there to ans

            Its been more than 90days that my refund is still pending via Happy Easy go.
            There's no response from customer care service via mail/call.

                This is pertaining to PNR:NUI54H . The flight was cancelled by the airline. The issue is refund initiation button is non functional in the app. The booking amount is INR 9536/-. The refund is initiated from indigos 's end but the booking app that is happyeasygo is not initiating. All the consumer helpline number is non functional in the app and the consumer helpline mail ID is not responding.

                        Even after 5 months i have not received refund. My flight was cancelled from airline side and they have refunded amount to Happyeasygo but happyeasygo is not initiating refund.

                        I have tried reaching them multiple times, firstly there is not response or even if there is then they will just mention we are working on it.

                              On April 27, 2022, I had purchased a ticket from Patna to Bangalore.
                              I saw an error in the passenger name after making the reservation, so I immediately called Indigo Airlines to cancel.
                              Indigo said that the refund was processed immediately.

                              After waiting three days and calling Indigo since I hadn't gotten the money, they informed me that the refund had been given to HappyEasyGo.

                              So on May 1st, I requested a refund through the HappyEasyGo app.
                              I receive the same response every time I call them: please wait 7–10 days.
                              Their actions have severely irritated me, and now their calls don't even get through.

                                I had booked SpiceJet round trip tickets for 2nd and 4th of August, 2022 via HappyEasyGo. Since the 2nd August tickets were rescheduled by more than 24 hours, the tickets were cancelled and full refund was initiated from SpiceJet's end. (Evidence recorded with me).

                                Following are the PNR numbers:
                                1. BELFPQ
                                2. HDRVNT
                                3. DEQGQQ
                                4. K9DZ6C

                                Total refund amount for tickets : Rs.22, 899.00

                                Today, it is 30th January, 2023. It's been almost 180 days. HappyEasyGO's policy stated refund will be credited within 90 working days. They have stopped replying to mails and calls are unreachable. They have already mentally harassed me enough. SpiceJet had processed the refund from their end on 22nd August, 2022.

                                The Registered address of HappyEasyGo is a fake.

                                I read several complains from citizens of India with the same issue. I don't know why the concerned authorities who are responsible to protect us from such crimes have been ineffective to take even a step against this fraud company.

                                I have around 100 e-mails sent to this company, out of which they have replied to around 10 mails as of now which seems to be computerized.

                                  I had cancelled my flight ticket that was from DIB - BLR dated 24th December, 2022 on 22 December, 2022 but I have not received any refund from HappyEasyGo yet. I contacted the Vistara support team and they told me that they have already refunded the ticket to HappyEasyGo on 25 December, 2022. HappyEasyGo people are not responding to repeated emails as well as on the 4 customer service numbers provided on their website.
                                  Please check into this else, I will be initiating a legal action against this company. Trip ID:[protected] Ticket No.:[protected] PNR: 5YMGFB.

                                    My parents had travelled to Manipal on a medical emergency on the 27th oof January, 2023. They were unable to find any hotels with vacancies due to some rush in the city due to some event. I was trying to help them out by booking a place. I stumbled upon a '1 room left' at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, Manipal and the booking partner available as HappyEasyGo. I did not think twice as my parents had been struggling for hours. I went ahead and booked it, paid the full amount and got the booking confirmation.

                                    However, upon arrival the hotel turned down my parents saying that there are no rooms available and they have not received any booking from HappyEasyGo. My parents showed the booking confirmation and other related documents but nothing helped.

                                    I decided to contact customer support. There are 4 contact numbers provided on the website. 2 of those numbers were wrong and the other 2 were unreachable. They "24/7 customer support" on their webpage is a FAQs section and it is basically impossible to get in touch with them.

                                    I quickly sent them a mail, it has been 2 days now and I have not even received an acknowledgement. I mailed once again today, still not reply. In addition to this, I even sent a message on twitter, as well as put out a tweet. No response even then. It says everything is completed, but my parents slept in the car. This is not acceptable.

                                    I'm hoping putting this complaint here will finally get through to them.

                                      Due to the website crash the ticket was not booked but the amount was debited from my credit card. Happyeasygo sent me an email to pay for the same. But the ticket was booked and didn't sent me the ticket. Now they are not refunding me the & that flight has departed

                                      It's been almost 6 months since my refund has been credited back to me. It's pointless to even file a court complaint. The registered address of HappyEasyGo is also a fake one.

                                        This is to inform you that I had being booking a flight from Delhi to Mumbai but the flight was not booked and payment was debited. Also the ticket was also not send by your team. On enquiring of the refund your executive told me that the ticket was booked and the flight has already departed. I want a refund for the same because this is the management issue from your side not mine.
