Hi Team, This is regarding a refund settlement with Happy Easy Go against order Id:[protected]. I had booked a return journey for my wife with them. The return flight on 7th Sep'21 got canceled by the airline and I have received the text message to reschedule the flight or cancel with a full refund. I opted for the latter and used the link provided in the message to cancel.

I received the confirmation from Indigo over text message again that cancellation is done and I can track my refund.

I called HappyEasyGo helpline as well, and they asked me to wait. I waited for almost one month and on 24th Aug'21 I opened up a refund request from HappyEasyGo Mobile App as well. On 26th Sep'21 the status changes to complete for that request with update "Refund Complete" and payment time is subject to Bank. I again waited for one month and then raised another query on the App against my refund record about the complete issue and asked for an update. No acknowledgment was received again from the vendor.

On 6th Nov'21 again I called the helpline and had a detailed conversation with the agent where I gave him all the snapshots over mail and attached them to the refund query on the app as well. He assured me that he escalated the matter internally and a refund will be paid in the next 14 days as the mistake is at the vendor's end.

I sent a reminder on mail again on 28th Nov'21 asking for an update without any acknowledgment again to date.

Again after a month, I called the helpline on 27th Dec'21 and asked about the update and to my surprise agent told me there is nothing he can see against my order id and I had to tell him the complete story. And as an answer I got the same reply, please wait for another week and we will reach out as we have escalated this internally.

I am fed up with being a ping-pong ball between helpline agents. I do not expect this from a travel website that is doing so well in the Indian market.

Below are the details for the flight and attached are all the relevant documents. Hopeful for this to settle down quickly without any more

    I had booked my air ticket through HappEasyGo for a Spicejet flight from Kolkata to Bagdogra travel date 10th Sep 2021. Spicejet postponed the flight to 11th Sep for their internal operational reasons. I had to cancel my ticket and book on another flight on 10th since I had to travel on 10th Sep. As communicated I was supposed to get full refund as it was done from airlines end. I followed up with my agency and I was informed that I had to get it directly from the airline. I followed up with airline and they finally confirmed that they have refunded my amount to the agency i.e HappyEasyGo. This was two months earlier and since then I have been following up with HappyEasyGo and I only get a stereotype reply from the customer care executive that they have escalated my case and it shall be addressed soon. It is so damn frustrating that inspite of following up everyday they have not refunded my amount besides those fake baseless assurances. Therefore bringing the facts to your notice seeking your intervention to help getting my amount refunded asap.
    My correspondence with the agency has been going on with the following subject line

      I refund is pending for over 50 days for ORDER ID :[protected]

      The flight has been cancelled by airline go First. They confirmed that amount already returned to your service provider HEG. Now after a lapse of almost 40 days I didn’t get the refund. You all are assuring that after getting the refund from airline same will be returned, then why this delay ? I dont know how you can take 45-90 workings days to refund money in this todays digital world. I have been calling and mailing HEG and Go First without any help from either of you. It is really sad that the common man has to suffer because of bad and under par processes of giant corporates.

      No sufficient explanation for the delay of refund has been shared with us .The refund request was raised more than one month back.

      Please consider this as notice that will be filing a complaint in the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commision shortly.

        Hi, I booked several flight tickets from happyeasygo app and due to covid and other issues all the flights got cancelled and the airlines have initialed the refund to happyeasygo, but happyeasy go was proving us the refund.

          Hi Team,

          Pathetic Experience from HappyEasygo. I have cancelled the flight on 18th October due to GoAir rescheduled my flight. Till now I haven't received the amount and when call customer care they give the false commitment. I am not getting any solution even after escalating it to CEO.

            I am Durga prasad sahu booked flight tickeLts through happyeasygo from CALCUTTA TO PORTBLAIR AND BACK on 9th July 2021. Booking ID:[protected]n 9th July 2021. Onward flight ticket was cancelled by me due to return flight cancelled by airlines. Same matter informed to Happyeasygo and asked for refund. They asked me 90days time to settle the refund. But its completed 120days they are not initiated any refund. Cutomer care always told me that refund at financial department and they will settle. Airlines told me that refund full amount already initiated to happy easy go on cancellaton date itself. Hence it is requested to please help me for complete refund amount of 22663/- from HAPPYEASYGO.

                My booking was canceled by airline and they have initiated my refund on 11th October.. but still I didn't get my refund amount. Already 100 times I called to customer care and also mailed several time. My booking order id is[protected].

                  Flight booked for 23rd of September 2021 rescheduled on 21st of September by airline and the airline provide same day refund and credit to the agent account with full refund but Happyeasygo still not provide the same to me. After many call he always demanding to provide more time to solve. Please sir I am helpless now.

                      Money not refunded by Happy Easy go even after 3 months

                      Address: Plot no. 242 & 243, Phase IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122015, India

                      I book my Go First flight from Lucknow to Ahmedabad on
                      Date of Booking-- 14/08/2021, Travel Date- 13/09/2021, Flight No-- G8-110,
                      But as the flight was being rescheduled by Go first airways, I got a option from airline that either you can reschedule to the next day or you can get full refund.

                      So I opted for to get the refund. Then, the airline has refunded the money to my travel agency i.e. happy easy go from...

                      I received a message refund for order number[protected] is approved but i have not received any message for order number[protected] yet, i made a call today and spoke to one of them and i was told they will initiate the refund process in a weeks time, i would lik eto bring to your notice its more then 70 days now and am still struggling to get my refund as i was told it takes 30 to 45 working days and i placed the refund request on 6th of october and still yet to receive my refund, would like to request you to look into the matter asap.

                        MORE than 50 days back I cancelled the ticket ORDER ID[protected]
                        Cancel this above order I’d on[protected] as flight was rescheduled by airline company go air. They confirmed that amount already returned to your service provider HEG. Now after a lapse of almost 40 days I didn’t get the refund. You all are assuring that after getting the refund from airline same will be returned, but the same has not been complied. Tickets are cheaper on this app but refund process is very pathetic. If one suffers this much never he will book in future any tickets from yours app.
                        Make it possible that refund is also in lesser time than only u will grow in market.

                        Once again I request you to please expedite my return of money.

                        You all are not leaving any option for me to file a case against you before competent court and all the cost and other charges must be borne by you.

                          No refund from the Happy Easy go even after 3 months of cancellation of the ticket.
                          Indigo has refunded the amount to Happy Easy go long back as confirmed from Indigo customer care. But it has not credited to the account from which the ticket was booked.
                          After repeated calls to customer care of happy easy go, no response is received.
                          Kindly help me resolve this issue.

                            I have cancelled the booking on 28th Oct and Indigo airlines have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo on 28th Oct. Till date i have not received the refund inspite of constant follow ups with Happyeasygo.

                              Hi,
                              I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Rajkot for 20th December 2021 (SG 6345), the flight was subsequently cancelled by Spicejet through a message dated 7th October. After writing to the airlines with message proof, it was processed and i was directed to contact Happyeasy go and get refund from them, as i had booked on the same portal.

                              The PNR was FB4L6J booked for three passengers
                              1. Shreedatt Dash
                              2. Debadutta Upadhyaya
                              3. Swayamsiddh Dash

                              I requested a refund from Happyeasygo on. I was told it will take 15 days, then 30 days, and now one cant reach them through phone. The ticket is attached. It was a return ticket and the return journey through air india is intact.

                              I am still waiting for a refund. Not able to reach through their customer service phone calls as none are working.

                              Please help.

                                Awaiting refund for a flight cancelled due to covid. Airline has refunded the amount to happyeasygo ages ago. Happyeasygo is making frivolous excuses to not refund the amount. It has been more than a year

                                  I booked a ticket in HappyEasyGo on 15 Aug 2021. I was cancel my booking after contact with HappyEasyGo customer care number. They told me that if you cancel the ticket after all deduction by airlines and our convenience fees charges you will get near about 4500/-. But i got only 454/- on 15 sep 2021. When i contact with airlines they told me that they initiated refund on 26 aug 2021. I contacted with HappyEasyGo so many time and they told we will share breakup and the refund status. It takes more than three months when i got a breakup by mail and no airlines written charges deduction. I was facing so many problem with HappyEasyGo for my refund but they committed me fake promise.
                                  I want to complaint about HappyEasyGo for my refund and they refund me my payment after deduction. Please see attached ticket.

                                    I cancelled Two tickets for order Id
                                    [protected] and[protected]. Airlines refunded the money to happyeasygo as confirmed by their support team. Now happy easy go is not returning this money to me. It has been three months and on calling happy easy go support team they give generic replies like wait for some more time we are working on it.

                                      I have cancelled a flight on 11th of September from Kolkata to Bangalore (PNR: PSWG4B) with the order id:[protected].
                                      I have checked with Indigo and they have already refunded the amount to happyeasygo on 11th of September and it's been close to 3 months and I have not received the refund amount yet to my account
