[protected]. Its been more than 30 days now, and they haven't issue the refund. Everytime they are saying that they need more time for the refund. Even their SLA says money will be refunded back within 15 days. But now its beyond...

I had to cancel my flight to Chennai on 11th and 12th November due to Chennai floods. I waited for refund more than 4 weeks now. They haven’t processed it yet. I have confirmed with the Airlines and they have already refunded the amount to HEG on the same day i.e 10th November. The airlines have also provided the refund itinerary.
