I had booked flight ticket with zero cancellation charge package, and i had cancelled the ticket on 27 oct 2021 and the journey date was 5 November 2021 and 10 November 2021.

till now no refund received, they are not picking calls and responding on mail very late with a message that we are working on it.

it has been almost 2 months now.

      I have booked an airline ticket from Happyeasygo with cancellation protection. Booking Id is[protected].

      I have to make a cancellation on 5th Nov . For which I was given a case ID
      [protected]. Its been more than 30 days now, and they haven't issue the refund. Everytime they are saying that they need more time for the refund. Even their SLA says money will be refunded back within 15 days. But now its beyond 30 days. And they are not giving me my full refund.

      Everytime they are giving the same excuse and mentally harassing me mentally. Neither they are giving me any clarity on why it is taking so long nor they are giving me any final date for refund. Looks like they want to forfeit the money.

        Poor response from Happy Easy Go (HEG) on refund to me (Customer) even after 100% refund from Airline (Spicejet) to travel agent (HEG): Ticket For IXL-PNQ -- Order[protected] PNR RHJY5H

        Airline has refunded 100% amount to HEG on 14th Oct 2021 and confirmation mail from airline is already enclosed for your reference.

        However, HEG customer care executive is saying that refund from Airline is not processed however they are not providing any follow up reference with airline.

        My money is stuck and requesting HEG team let me know the actual reason and help me for full refund.

        I have already discussed this matter HEG customer care executive on 6 Dec 2021, 2 Dec 2021, 28 Nov 2021, 13 Nov 2021, 23 Oct 2021, 9 Oct 2021 and many other days repeatedly and every time they say that it is under process with some new excuses.
        I am totally dissatisfied with the response and there a ethical issue in the conduct of HEG customer care executive. I have also requested to escalate but still there is no sensitivity in HEG management.

          I had to cancel my flight to Chennai on 11th and 12th November due to Chennai floods. I waited for refund more than 4 weeks now. They haven’t processed it yet. I have confirmed with the Airlines and they have already refunded the amount to HEG on the same day i.e 10th November. The airlines have also provided the refund itinerary. I have tried calling HEG 24*7 customer service so many times but no response apparently all their executives are unavailable all time of the day. This seems fraud or no customer service exist at all.

              Happyeasygo is not refunding the amount to me when the airlines has already refunded the amount to them. Flight was cancelled by the airline and they have refunded it to Happyeasygo

                  I had cancelled my indigo flight (Bangalore to Raipur) on 8th October.

                  As per the airlines website, the refund has already been processed from their end within 2 days of my refund application.
                  Still no refund from HEG. They are not even bothered to reply.
                  Please help me. I am in urgent need of money.

                    I booked a flight ticket from Vijayawada to Pune for 24th October. Airlines have cancelled this flight due to runway closure in Pune. I cancelled the flight ticket on October 11 th in hapyeasygo. Airlines have processed the refund on Otober 6 th itself. But I haven't received the refund yet. Whenever I call the customer care they keep on saying

                      I booked indigo flight on 21st October via HappyEasyGo app.
                      Flight details:
                      Date of departure: 5th November
                      Departure airport: Chennai
                      Arrival airport: New Delhi

                      Unfortunately I had to cancel my flight due to delay of my exams by government.

                      Right after my cancellation, Indigo airlines canceled my ticket and refund full amount to booking partner i.e HappyEasyGo.

                      I contacted HappyEasyGo via customer care and they said your refund is initiated.

                      I contact HappyEasyGo couples of times to know my refund status, they said your refund status is under progress and will be refunded in 15 days.
                      Next time again they said it’s under process.
                      Another time they mentioned refund is not initiated from airlines side.
                      Next time they said your time period of 15 days is over.

                      Now currently not accepting my calls and connecting to executives.

                      They are not refunding my amount and I in extremely need of money. Kindly help me.

                        Dear Team,

                        I had expelled to cancel my flight from Pune to Chennai due runway work at Pune airport. I hd cancelled my ticket on indigo and received cancellation confirmation and refund passed to happy go easy. Request to refund my cancellation amount.

                        You made me unhappy. Since last two months, I am chasing for the refund against the flight cancellation due to runway work at Pune but still no refund has been done. Moreover every time you are responding as we are working,

                          My booking ID is[protected] and I had cancelled my ticket from Indigo site itself. Firstly, they didn't refund for 1 month, and now when they did, they deducted convenience fee as well as service fee.
                          As per the terms only convenience fee should be deducted, I need my service fee back ASAP.

                            I raised complaint on 27/9/2021 regarding refund for flight that was cancelled by airlines. I followed up with airlines and they said that they have refunded my money to HappyEasyGo. I followed up multiple times with HappyEasyGo, calling almost every day for a week! Almost 2 months passed but money not refunded ( Rs. 5000). OrderId[protected]. Ridiculous experience. I try to reach them via call, email, app - but everytime they promise to return it but they dont return the money.

                            They wont give you a penny back, they deduct all illogical fees in the name of service fees. They just deducted mine, with no such terms mentioned anywhere.

                              Airlines has already refunded the amount to happyeasygo I have shared enough proofs to company as well but they still has not return my money yet.
                              I have sent many emails to the company and called many times to their customer services but every time they ask me to wait for 3 business days.
                              Please help me in getting my money back from the company.

                                I booked 4 flight tickets in the month of April this year using the HappyEasyGo App. The flight was cancelled by Air India and I was assured that I will receive a complete refund for all the tickets which I have booked.

                                It is unfortunate that till today I have not received a single rupee of refund and it's been more than 7 months since the flight was cancelled.

                                I contacted Air India and they said that the Refund Application number (RA Number) is pending from the Travel Agency side. Until this RA number is not generated and provided to them they will not process the refund. They said I can even provide this RA number to them and they can process the refund to me.

                                Please find attached all the details (ticket number, exchange ticket number etc.) for the respective HappyEasyGo orderIds.

                                I got these Re-issued ticket numbers from Air India directly. Please find attached email received from Air India asking for REFUND APPLICATION in order to process the refund.
                                Also please find attached email from Air India confirming the cancellation of flight.

                                I am trying so hard to get my refund back and providing all the necessary information regarding the matter as requested by you. Currently it looks like that because of the careless attitude of HappyEasyGo the refund is not processed. You have not bothered to even raise RA so that the refund can be processed. I am very disappointed with this kind of service. It's been more than 7 months. This is not a small amount which is stuck from the past 7 months. It is around 17-18 thousand and I really need that money back.
                                I waited for more than 7 months and I would have not followed up this much actively now if I am not in need of money. Please try to understand.

                                  It’s about more than 65 days, I haven’t received my refund yet and I have sent so many mails to HappyEasyGo customer care about the refund. But instead of my refund I am getting only apologies mails.
                                  I have cancelled the flights because of the rescheduling happened by airline. In such cases as per HappyEasyGo policies all amount should be refunded except convenience fee.
                                  I have paid Rs. 8617 for two flights and after following up with customer care around more than 35 days i got a refund of Rs. 3264 only. Don’t know when will the Management will refund rest of the amount.
                                  Kindly take action on this.

                                      I have booked a flight ticket (7 passengers) for AirIndia through 'Happy EasyGo' portal but I have cancelled the ticket due to Lockdown. (Srinagar to Delhi and Delhi to Hyderabad Pune). Order ID: [protected], PNR: Y2053

                                      I raised a refund request in HappyEasyGo on 10th of April itself, it's been 7.5 months but still, it is pending. They told would take 45-90 working days max. Now it's more than 7.5 months (215 days). I have called their customer care many times and also emailed (copies attached) them several times and always I am getting the same response that we are working with airlines and need some more time to resolve. I am really mentally tortured chasing Happy EasyGo for the last 7 months for the refund but I am not getting a satisfactory answer from their team.
                                      Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible

                                        My flight from Raipur to Pune got cancelled due to runway closure in Pune.

                                        I raised a refund request on 7th of October and I Indigo sent the refund amount to HappyEasyGo on 7th of October itself. The told they would take 15 working even days to patiently waited.
                                        But even after 15 days they didn't refund the amount. Now it's more than a month. I have called their customer care many times and always I am getting the same response that money is not showing in there account. I really mentally tortured now.
                                        They have been keeping the money interest free and using my money, god know for what purpose. I can see a lot of complaints against them regarding the same issue.
