    I had booked a ticket from HappyEasyGo, Delhi to Varanasi on 15th January 2022, With GoFirst Flight- G8 404, PNR- C6K6RP Departure - 16th Jan' 2022, 9:10 AM. I got an SMS from the airline that my flight- G8 404 got cancelled. I decided to cancel the ticket. After that, I contacted HappyEasyGo for a refund status. They told me to contact the airline. I got information through GoFirst customer care that my refund is successfully initiated on 19th Jan'2022. I again made contact with HappyEasyGo Customer Care. They told me that it takes time to reflect the amount on our server, Please wait. So I call them today 25th Jan'2022, They told me we can't refund you now you have to wait for approx 90 days, As GoFirst clear amount in bulk so we have to verify it manually, for that you have to wait. So I'm sure they doing fraud by giving me different reasons and after witnessing several complaints on this forum related to refund issues on HappyEasyGo.

      I have booked 4 tickets in October21, Airline get cancelled so HappyEasyGo customs said to cancel ticket, I cancelled on 16 Nov, They said within 30-45 days you wil get full refund but its 60+ days still they don't refund my money. ORDER ID[protected]

        My flight got rescheduled by the Airline and so they offered full refund, I have cancelled the ticket and when I asked for refund HappyEasyGo simply told that it will take 10-15 working day, its now close to two months now but no refund processed to my account, I have followed up multiple times but in vain.

          I have booked flight from Chennai to Varanasi for[protected] which was cancelled by airline on[protected]. I have called happyeasygo many times. Every time they tell that amount will be refunded within 1 week but it has been 4 months and amount has not been credited. Flight ticket, cancellation information and present status of refund has been attached for your information. It has been very difficult for me to call and ask for refund every time. Please help in this regard.

            I booked flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi on 20 Aug -21 PNR No HCKRUW flight No SG8132 and due to some operational reason it was preponed and revised timing of the flight was not suiting to my requirements and therefore I requested for flight cancellation and it was done through one of your representative.

            It was told to me that it would be resolved within 30 days and money would be refunded in my account. So far I have taken more than 10 follow-ups with your team and every time i get to know that it would be done in few days but there is limit for everything and I can't keep on calling to chase you for my money.
            Overall my experience is extremely bad with you and would never ever use your platform for flight booking and would never recommend to any one. I am giving you 30 days to refund the full amount or else i am left with no option other than highlighting it on social networking sites

              I had booked a ticket from HappyEasyGo with the "Free Cancellation" option by paying extra 500/- as per the terms. I had cancelled the ticket on 6th Sep 2021 and the website is supposed to refund me the entire booking amount after deducting the convenience fees. I have contacted HappyEasyGo multiple times inquiring about the refund status and each time I get the same reply that their team needs more time to process the refund. The airline informed me that they had processed the refund from their end on 6th Sep 2021 itself, the day I had cancelled the tickets. But HappyEasyGo Customer Support team kept telling me that the airlines take 45-90 days or 90-120 days to process refunds. I have waited more than 120 days now and the refund is still not received. And their reply is still the same. This is utter fraud on part of the website.

                Had made a booking via HAPPYEASYGO in a Spicejet direct (SG - 583) flight from Bengaluru to Dehradun for 19th June'21. But approx a week before the flight, the airlines modified the flight and made it a one stop flight Bengaluru-Delhi-Dehradun with almost a 10 hour stop at Delhi. Airlines agreed to a full refund since it was a huge modification. The reservation was thus cancelled.

                I, initially followed-up with HAPPYEASYGO who kept claiming that it was a delay from the airlines side and they haven't yet refunded the amount to them. I then reached out to the airlines and came to know that the money was refunded in full to HAPPYEASYGO on 12th June'21 itself. Since then, I have been following up with the customer care of HAPPYEASYGO and have talked to them at several occasions only to listen to a fabricated response everytime.

                It's been more than 07 months now and there has been absolutely no resolution from this team.

                  Via happyeasygo i have booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to goa Trip ID :[protected] . but due to uncertain events i cancelled my tickets. and it's been more than 3 months but still i haven't received any refund. even after several follow up am getting assurance like "you're refund will be completed as soon as possible". i urge happy easy go to complete my refund as soon as possible.

                    Hi Team,

                    I am writing this mail to highlight my concern related with my Flight Booking which I had done via HappyEasyGo. I booked round trip from Kolkata to Portblair & return from Portblair to Kolkata. Airline was AirIndia and Spicejet. This booking was done at 5th August2021 for 5th of September 2021. But Kolkata to Portblair, AirIndia flight got cancelled at 15th of August 2021. I initiated cancellation option at HappyEasyGo site at the very same day i.e. 15th of August 2021 and got information from HEG side that as per the policy will refund amount after 90days of initiating the request.

                    It has been now approx 6 months and I haven't receive refund. Every time when I connect HEG people either over a call or mail they replied jut wait for next 5 to 7 days.
                    Kindly look into it as it is fraudulent company.
                    They use customer hard earned money in their use and make them fool.
                    I raise the same so many time for which they register a case and provided case id[protected] but still there is no solution.
                    I request you kindly help me in getting my hard earned money back ASAP.

                        The flight was booked for 1st May 2021 but was cancelled in March itself as it was a connecting flight and both flight timings were changed from airline end. Airline cancelled the flight and processed the full refund on 29th March 2021 Itself to HappyEasyGo as the flight time was changed from their end . Still the refund has not been given to me by HappyEasyGo.

                        Even after following-up with happyeasygo since 10 months they are just giving one answer that they are looking into it.

                          Happyeasygo is not refunding the amount to me when the airlines has already refunded the amount to them. Flight was cancelled by the airline and they have refunded it to Happyeasygo

                            I have been chasing happyeasygo since last 35 days and even though they accept that the airline has refunded the amount but the amount has been stuck with them. I have repeatedly calling them and every time they reply with new deadline and have been rude in answering about money.
                            I am real stuck with that fraud platform and i now started doubting about their actual intention to even refund my money.

                              I was assured by the customer care executive that the refund will be credited within 15 days to my account.
                              But its more than 17 days and i have not got any refund.
                              I have checked with the airline, they have already made the refund.

                                I'm writing this email to you because we have not received any positive response from the Flight Booking Company HAPPYEASYGO.

                                Company Details:

                                The flight ticket was purchased for Mr. Anindya Sundar Ghosh for the following route:
                                15 JUN 2020 CCU - AUH - LHR EY25 (Onward)
                                16 JUL 2020 LHR - AUH - CCU EY256 (Return)

                                The flight was cancelled by the Airlines. This was confirmed to us both on call as well as email from Etihad.

                                We had raised a cancellation request to Happyeasygo on 15 Dec 2020. And its been a year, they are denying to process and refund us the ticket cancellation amount. We have called them a hundred times and the only answer we are receiving is that they have not received the Refund.

                                We have even approached them to release the amount by issuing a new ticket by accepting the payment with the price gap; so we can release the refund amount to Mr. Ghosh. They have bluntly informed that it's not possible - blocking every single way to assist Mr. Ghosh and improve his experience as a customer with Happyeasygo.

                                I'm hereby helpless and knocking you door as we have already raised a complaint in Consumer Forum which was closed by HappyEasyGo.

                                  Cancelled a round trip ticket (id :[protected] from raipur to bangalore on 22nd October. Indogo has already refunded the amount to happyeasygo. But even after repeated calls, they always say that the refund is being proccessed from their end and ask to wait for 72 hours. It's has been almost 40 days since i first escalated the issue.
                                  HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is with extreme dissatisfaction I am forced to draft a mail to you.

                                        I had purchased two flight tickets (9626 INR) from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore for 9th March 2021, but unfortunately had to cancel them owing to my medical condition (documents and reports have already been shared with Happyeasygo) where doctors advised me not to travel.

                                        After several phone calls and e-mails I was intimated by Happyeasygo that airline is not agreeing for refund, but I was provided with an option of “Credit Shell” which means I can reschedule my flight for the same destination, with the same passengers and I just have to pay the fare difference, if any.

                                        However, while trying to book the tickets in the month of Dec.21 via the reschedule option, I was informed by Happyeasygo executive that there are no flights available for the requested date (which I could see that the said flight was available on the said date).

                                        Then Happyeasygo informed me that the airline has agreed for a refund which I opted for on 5th Dec.21 following instructions from Happyeasygo but to my surprise it was not a full refund and the refund amount was a mere 196 INR.

                                        Now, I feel cheated as a customer by being an Elite class member and while trying to get my money back into my account since the past 10 months even after submitting all the valid documents as requested by Happyeasygo. Trust me, I never had any refund issues with apps like Makemytrip, Goibibo, Paytm, etc.

                                        I have even spoken to the airline carrier and they divert me to Happyeasygo stating they are helpless as the tickets are booked through third party.

                                        Believe me, if am not going to get a full refund as soon as possible in my bank account, then I will discontinue my association with Happyeasy and will always consider some other app. while booking flight tickets and hotels.
