I booked hotel from happyeasygo platform for 25 Oct to 27 Oct 2021,
Confirmation ID[protected]

When I reached hotel, manager denied to provide me a room citing some business negotiation issues with online hotel booking platform, I called happyeasygo support team, they were not able to resolve issue even after 1.5 hrs.

Due to urgency, I had to find some other hotel and stayed there.

Since I could not stay in booked hotel, and I had to pay separately. I need my 1600 rs refund.

It has been 16 days company has not processed my refund and diluting the issue. Now they are not replying my e mails.

    Happy easy go has failed to refund my flight cancellation amount even after 23 days of requesting the cancellation through their site - the SLA says 15 days.

    The airline has already refunded the amount around 3 weeks back and every time I get the same response from their support that the money is not reflected in their account - even after 3 weeks, not digestible.

    The company is keeping clients on ransom by keeping their money on hold and the support gives the same response increasing the days by 7 on every call.

      I have booked the flight on 19/08/2021 using HappyEasyGo India Private Limited for an Indigo flight(PNR-IQMI5U and Order:[protected]. Since flight was cancelled I have to apply for cancellation and Indigo had processed the refund amount of Rs 4156 and was pending with travel partner. I have raised a request for refund to HappyEasyGo India Private Limited on 12/09/2021 . The refund request was rejected from HappyEasyGo India Private Limited .

        I booked a hotel for 31st oct to 1st nov, I put those dates in specifically. They chnage the booking for day only without any notice being provided...once confirmation recieved and asked to change the booking (not cancel) the request was denied and I was ask to pay twice the money of displayed price on the website.

          I have booked flight ticket for[protected] through happyeasy go portal but the flight got cancelled due to Lockdown.(Delhi to Pune flight) Ticket is attached.

          The Refund amount is provided to happyeasy go by Vistara airline in March-21 month.
          Details of the mail communication attahced.

          I am chasing happyeasygo for last 6-8 months for the refund but i am not getting satisfactory answer by their team.

          Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible

            Happy easy go not guided well for how to apply for cancelled the tickets and till the date I have't received refund.

              Hi, booked my flight using HappyEasyGo but due to some circumstances fight booking was cancelled through airlines and they processed full refund which is visible at Indigo site as well

                I am writing this mail to highlight a fraud that your company, 'HappyEasyGo', is involved in. My booking id is[protected], which was made for a stay at Hotel Peninsula Grand in Mumbai on 28th August. The booking was cancelled as the condition of the room was found in a really bad shape in the times of pandemic and hence after struggling a lot with the hotel and your company, a refund was issued by the hotel on 1st of September. I am in touch with both the owner of the hotel (Mr Shashank Shetty) and the manager of the hotel (Mr Tanmay), who have again and again confirmed that the refund was made to the vendor, 'HappyEasyGo' in only 3 days. However, HappyEasyGo has not issued a refund to me till date.

                As it happens, I have called the company frequently for the refund status when I was told that it would take at least 14 days for the refund to reflect back into my account. After at least 20 calls to your company and talking to several supervisors, even getting false promises from them, I have not received the refund yet. The Floor Supervisor 'LALIT' even sent an email on 21st September asking for some extra time since it was a special case and promised me that I would receive the refund in the next 7 to 10 days. After which, several other supervisors talked over the call and pleaded for some more time and promised me on 18th October, again giving false promise to refund the amount by this monday, that is today - 25th October.

                How can you run this company in such an unprofessional and unethical manner, always asking for extra time to refund the money to innocent customers. In the times when your competitors like MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip are doing so well to satisfy their customers, how can you harass a customer to the core that he has to think of filing an FIR in the name of your company including the floor supervisor, LALIT, since he was the point of contact usually. How will you survive in the market when you actually don't understand what customer service means. My question is what does the company do with all the funds they have looted from their customers, do they put them in their account and eat all the interest for an elongated period of time? Do they capitalise on expanding or running operations of the company with all the money they don't really deserve to keep in their accounts? This is a very sensitive case as I am just one customer but Rs 5, 000 from 1000 people in a country with such a high population will fetch you Rs 50, 00, 000 interest free to use for your own expenses. I am sure people want to know about your flawed business model and how you have conned several customers in this pattern.

                I have spent at least 20 hours (20 phone calls) trying to get my money back since the past 2 months and there is still no result in the positive manner. My patience is tested now and I will make sure those 20 hours don't go down the drain. I have several emails stating false promises, and several voice recordings to prove my point to millions of people out there who can save themselves and their hard earned money from the evil practices of your company. I am sure every call is recorded from your end too and I demand all the recordings from your company too to present a fair case on social media and for the purpose of FIR too. I will make sure that through the power of social media, I will make your company understand how unethical practices are not really encouraged in these times and what really happens when you harass a customer to this core that too to get his money back. Please provide me with the demanded voice clips so we can move forward. I am filing a case against your company 'HappyEasyGo' along with your floor supervisor 'Lalit' for misleading me several times and claiming false promises on the refund, due to which my mental health has affected significantly. I have faced a hit on my mental and physical wellbeing due to being conned by your company which has resulted in a loss of lots of time, energy, effort which cannot be compensated now. You are free to keep my Rs 5, 000 which you will regret very soon.

                    Please refund me my money ASAP. I cancelled it and booked it as it was available for a lower price and the money I took it was from my friend. Can you people give me a time when I will be refunded with my money?

                        My flight ticket to BOM from MAA has been cancelled last year due to COVID 19. I have requested Happy Easy Go (HEG) to process the refund on 1st April'21, but still i didn't receive any information.

                        Every time i call them, they say that they are working on it and will refund in few days. But only GOD knows what few days means. I called up the airlines (Vistara) and they confirmed that the amount has been refunded and sent to HEG. But these guys still say that they didn't receive anything.

                        It's been more than 6 months (200 days) since i raised the complaint but no action has been taken. I request you to help me here.

                          Booked hotel from HappyEasyGo, they accepted booking, took advance and confirmed the booking.

                          However when I connected with hotel for confirmation, they informed that there are no rooms available and they have informed same to HappyEasyGo.

                          I requested for refund so that I can book another hotel but got nothing and had to cancel my trip.

                          It has been 10 days, since then, still they have not refunded the amount and always reply that our team is looking into it.

                          On looking for review found that they do this with everyone and customers struggle to get their own money back.

                          Got call from HappyEasyGo that they want to refund my money via Voucher which I have to redeem via my online banking app. However when they asked for debit card details and otp, I realized that they are trying to scam and take more money. My phone number is visible to HEG only, so assuming that they are now trying to steel money instead of refund.

                            My ticket got canceled by airlines on 30.8.2021, it’s been 50 days since I canceled my ticket since then I didn’t received my money.[protected] This is my order id. I was promised to get refund within 15 days its been 50 days I didn’t got response coustmer support agent are very arrogant and not responding at all with the solution or the correct date of refund.

                              Hi All,

                              This is regarding an booking with happy easy go (HEG Order ID:[protected] and Confirmation Number:[protected].
                              The confirmation is provided by HEG but no hotel room is available when I checked-in at hotels and no room is available.I'm travelling with my family and no resolution or alternatives or written mail provided for the issue from HEG. I have talked to 3 persons along with his supervisor (Ashish) and they are not willing to provide any solution to the current situation.
                              Ashish is like take your money back and it's your problem from now on. We don't give a ## to your situation. This is very inhuman thing that you have put me in this situation and denied to provide any resolution to the problem caused by you.

                              I'm in middle of nowhere with my family and I have nowhere to go and hotels are also not available currently. Literally, I'm writing this mail by standing on road side in broad daylight with all the sweats on, thanks to Happy easy go.

                              I have asked for written confirmation or talk to his supervisor or provide alternate accomodation but he denied all that.

                              I have been a loyal CUSTOMER to HEG but now I don't think you guys deserve it. I'll make sure I'll tell my friends or family or write a blog for not booking any thing from HEG and what issues faced by myself.
                              I request consumer officials to take this on priority and resolve the issue.

                                I have booked a round trip to Ahmedabad, but unfortunately one side flight got cancelled. Happy easy go has not given full refund, instead deducted complete round trip convenience fee and complete coupon amount from it, refunded half of the amount of one side ticket.

                                  Ticket No : 098-[protected] / 38 / 39 - FULL REFUND awaited,
                                  The Airline had Cancelled the Flight and issues FULL refund to HEG.
                                  Even after close to 65 Days, I am yet to receive any refund. On escalation they they have gone ahead and issues partial Refund. They have deducted Rs. 1200 which is not LEGAL and against their POLICY.

                                  Policy Snippet :
                                  "Full refund requested due to Schedule change (When airlines changes time or cancels the flight) /Waiver cases / Death / Medical / Natural Calamities will be processed within 45-90 working days (Depending upon airlines approval)."

                                  FRAUD Website and Would urge people to not do any kind of Bookings from them.

                                      Booked ticket with Happyeasygo in January, 2020 for 3 pax.

                                      The flight got cancelled due to covid-19 circumstances and initiated refund through website.

                                      Flight was booked for Air Vistara airlines and after speaking with them over phone and email. They have shared confirm email that money has been refunded to travel agent.

                                      Been constantly chasing Happyeasygo for refund but they have refused to reverse the amount or share concrete timeline for refund process. Its been 6 months chasing Happyeasygo.

                                      To whomsoever reading this..KINDLY DO NOT BOOK TICKETS with Happyeasygo portal.
                                      Chances are that company has either going to be bankrupt or running a ponzi scheme of taking people’s money
