    Order[protected]; Flight SG-3748 JLR-HYD dt. 26/07/2021 cancelled by airline and refunded to HappyEasyGo in 15 days; yet HEG is not refunding the amount to me. Must refund asap.

      Airline : Air India
      Fligh cancel by : Air India due to COVID19- Lockdown
      Refund confirmed to Happyeasygo account by Air India (RA Number : 5854872)

      I booked a flight ( for three passenger) from Durgapur to Hyderabad from HappyEasyGo . The flight was cancelled by Air India and I generated a refund request. The airlines told me they have processed the refund in their account( Air India given refund reference RA Number: 5854872 . But they have not yet provided me with the refund. And whenever I call they ask me to wait for 45-90 days. How much time do they need to credit it in my account. I submitted all document requested by happyeasygo.
      Please help my case

        Airlines cancelled the flight. But still I've not received the money. I've checked, so many people has not yet received their money. This is disgusting. If I don't get the money back I'll be forced to take legal actions.

          I booked 3 tickets for the same airline from happyeasygo and canceled the same. For 2 tickets i got the full refund and for 1 more ticket they aren't refunding the money.. whenever i call they don't pick up the call or when the did pickup the call they say wait for 3 days you'll get the refund.. it's been more than 5 months and i still haven't got the refund. It's clearly written in their terms and conditions than you will get the refund after 10-15 days and it's been 5 months..

            Hi,

            Please be noted that I have cancelled my round trip flight (Trip ID :[protected] directly from Indigo airlines and the full amount was refunded to HappyEasyGo on 25th Aug 2021 itself by the airlines.

            Even after calling HappyEasyGo customer care services multiple times, I have not yet received my cancellation amount until 17th Sep 2021 from HappyEasyGo .

            This is a totally unacceptable action from such a brand "HappyEasyGo".

            Could you please help me in this matter and release my refund amount from "HappyEasyGo".

            Whenever checked with HEG customer service, I got assurance from the HEG customer care representative that the full refund will be credited back to me within 15 days. But, when I am checking my refund status, it is now showing up as INR 0!

            HEG customer care service execute is also denying from the refund amount which was fully refunded to them by the airlines.

              On Aug 14 I booked a ticket in Indigo via happy easy go and cancelled in few minutes also, I had confirmation from airline that my cancellation fee was only 99 rs and asper the calculation I need to get 4812 rs in that they only gave me 1291 rs and regarding this I send somany mails them theyre respond was not good also I asked for justification and even they have no justification at all and they are not even giving a proper invoice also for the cancellation around 3500 rs I need to get back from them

                    I had booked a Spicejet flight from HappyEasyGo website (details below), and my flight was cancelled by the airlines.

                    The Spicejet Airlines has Refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo a month ago, but HappyEasyGo is not giving me the Refund amount even though I have provided all the required information to them, even after repeated emails and calls to their customer care.

                      My flight got cancelled due to covid last year 25th may 2020-- since then i have been requesting and begging the customer care to refund my amount for 3 tickets which they are not releasing inspite of the airlines having refunded the amount to them.
                      They are simply fooling around and not taking up my matter seriously- there is no higher authority to whom we can appraoch in this matter. attatched are proof of the airline refund which has been sent to happy easy go but they are still not releasing my refunds

                      it has ben over one week since i poasted this complaint but yet there is not response-- yesterday I had called their customer service and one Mis Jyotsna has assure me that their supervisor is looking into this and will release my refund in a week's time-- hopefully they live up to their word this time as it is extremely harrassing to keep following up as it is over a year now-- please look into this ASAP

                        Refund of 76 rs was given as bheekh against payment of 14000rs ticket. Wonderful experience with HappyEasyGo. Called 10-15 times but refund is not received even after 4 months. Also, wrong information was provided regarding free rescheduling and flight cancellation fees.

                          I have booked the hotel Samrat through happyeasy go on 3sep 2021
                          for staying one night and they have not processed the booking confirmation ..when I checked with hotel they said they don't have any connection with happyeasy go... These are fraud people looting money.. Please help ..

                          Still now I am waiting the reservation to get confirmed.. The have deducted the money but have not got any confirmation.

                            Dear team, Have canceled my air ticket via riya travels on 29.1.2021. Air Asia has refunded my money to agent on 28.7.2021 have attached email proof from air Asia its refunded to them. Riya travels is not paying the refund back without any information.
                            They do not refund yet with constant followup via calls and emails. Have sent all emails received from air Asia stating they have paid to agent yet they are denying me refund.

                              I booked a flight from Goa to Delhi from HappyEasyGo. The flight was cancelled by Air Asia and I generated a refund request. The airlines tell me they have processed the refund in their account. But they have not yet provided me with the refund. And whenever I call they ask me to wait for 45-90 days.                                     We had booked flight for journey on 13 August 2021 from ahmedabad to jaipur.

                                    and due to reshuduling of flight 3 hrs before the actual departure we cancelled flight and spicejet refunded full amount to happyeasygo account. it happened on 31 July. but we didn't received our refund till now. and everything we mail to [protected]@happyeasygo.com, they just say to wait. refund is in process.
                                    If this is the way to serve your customer then we will think twice before using happyeasygo.

                                      I am not getting refund of my air ticket fare as I booked my flight on 27th May 2020. The flight was canceled due to lockdown. The E-Ticket order was[protected].
                                      The refund application date was 13 th .February, 2021. The airindia already confirmed me that they refunded the amount on 1st April, 2021 to HappyEasyGo. But till date I didn't get my refund.
                                      It's one year over, and I mailed to Happy Easy Go several times but did not get any positive response from the HappyEasyGo.

                                        No refund even after 1 year now.
                                        Regarding refund amount of cancelled ticket
                                        Refund of ticket due to flight cancellation in Covid 19 year 2020.
                                        Booking made in Feb 2020, Travel date in June 2020 but flight got cancelled due to Covid 19. Since then following both Air India and Happyeasygo but no response/ very very poor response from Happyeasygo. Just saying checking with Air India but I have already confirmed with Air India, they told that we need to contact website from where we booked the ticket. Airline will refund to that website and therafter website (Happyeasygo) will pay me back. But it seems like Happyeasygo don't want to pay back.
