Now it is105days.we did'nt get the money .Daily we make calls, they say it's under process.we cancelled the ticket on 13th May.The ticket was from Delhi to Kerala .Amt. is 14, 404.

    I have booked a ticket from this website with order number number[protected] on 9th may 2021 with free cancellation policy, but due to some reason i have cancelled the ticket.
    after some days i called the company customer care number and asked for the refund they told me to wait for 45 days but i didn't got the refund. In the mean while i have called them many times but every time situation is same, till now i didn't get my refund.
    so i request you to kindly look into this matter, i needed that money, because of current scenario I'm facing financial problems and i badly needed that money.
    so kindly resolve the matter as quick you can and please take some serious action against these kind of fraudster.

      I had cancelled my flight INDIGO refunded my amount but happy easy go didn't refund it against my booking id[protected]
      As i track down my refund status with indigo its refunded but happy easy go pathetic

        Happy easy go is one such fraud organisation it gulps in your money thats what it did to me they booked same thing twice on their app and deducted money twice from my bank account with fraud.
        I want my refund back as its been 13 days but i have not yet recieved any revert from them on my mail and they have not even started refunding my money.
        Its so wrong Rs17, 790 is my refund amount.
        This organisation should be declared as fraud and there are many people whi are suffering the same issue.Their customer care is so poor noone address the issue.They are big time FRAUD and huge action should be taken against them.

          I have booked ticket from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore(two way)with pnr RCCTSR on 11 may 2020. Indigo has refunded the money to happyGo easy.But I have not received it yet

            I am waiting for a refund for more than 1 year now. Their standard response is that they would get back within 48 hours which is a blatant lie. There has been no update after 20+ follow up emails. Absolute hell of a company

              We purchased RPR to MAA flight ticket on 23 July 21 vide ref no[protected] and PNR number TR7N9U. Immediately enquired with Airline and they confirmed full amount will be refunded if the ticket is cancelled with in an hour of booking. Contacted Happyeasygo customer care also and they too confirmed full amount will be refunded excluding convenience fee, taxes etc. Then requested for cancellation and the ticket was cancelled by the Airline . IndiGo Airline also confirmed by mail on 23 July 21 itself to my personal mail Id that they refunded Rs. 11211/- to Happyeasygo.

              Since then following up with Happyeasygo but they are not processing the refund. Still their APP shows the status as request sent to AIRLINE.

              THOUGH I SHARED THE MAIL RECEIVED BY ME FROM THE AIRLINE STILL THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY ARE RE-VALIDATING.

              THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY FOR AROUND FOUR WEEKS AND I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH TIME THEY NEED FOR REFUNDING MY MONEY.

              THEIR REFUND PROCESS IS VERY POOR AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ACTION FROM THEIR SUPERIORS.

                  I have booked a flight ticket from them for 4 passengers with free cancellation and due to covid lockdown at the destination address, I had to cancel the ticket. Now they aren't providing any refund saying contact Reliance general insurance for any claims. After I cancelled the ticket, i logged in to indigo website and I can see that they have issued 15300 Rs refund to Happy easy go and happy easy go isn't even refunding me Re 1.

                  After talking to 5-6 customer care respresentative of Happyeasygo, they now say that i haven't paid for any free cancellation but reliance general insurance which is different, WTH. Where was this information when i booked ticket? where was this information when i called you before cancelling my ticket? Where is the amount that you got back from Indigo?

                  Complete fraud.

                    I have booked 3 tickets for Delhi to Kochi for June 5, 2020 in May when the flight resumes after first Covid lockdown from HappyEasygo plateform with booking ID #[protected], but due to some reason from Goair, flight did not fly on that day and they put my money in credits hell for 1 year and again on January 19, 2021 I booked a flight from goair site for Kochi to Delhi for same 3 person and they booked my ticket and told me rest money 4749 rupees they have refunded to third party i.e. HappyEasyGo from which I booked. I contacted HappyEasyGo on the 20th January, 2021 for rest amount refunded, they told me to wait till your flight is completed. I waited for that, but due to some operational reason same flight was cancelled on 23rd March and they refunded whole amount to HappyEasygo and told me to refund from them...I made a same request HappyEasyGo and their customer care executive told me wait 45 to 90 days to refund as per their company policy and I waited also for that. After 95 days I have contacted them and they asked approval amount is 2969 and I asked them for why this amount, they told me that I have cancelled my flight, then again I sent them proof from airline for full claim and they asked me to wait for few more days to resolve the issue and in the end of July they told me 14092 rupees amount is approved and rest 2969 draw from their site as they have given linik and I draw the amount of 2969. They also asked me to provide bank detail of my name so that 14092 amount will be credited to you and I mailed them on [protected]@happyeasygo.com on 23rd July, 2021 and they asked to wait for 15 working days to refudn and till now August 13, 2021 they did not refund me and asking me to wait and wait ...it is giving me mental harassment as I need money. Please help me if you can

                      I have made a booking on 18th July, 2021 & cancelled on the same day post having the discussion with your Cx team that if Airline will give the full refund excluding the convenience fee. But till now I haven't received the same.

                      When I call your team then they say we haven't received the money from the Airlines. Then I checked with the Airlines and they confirmed that it has already been refunded and for the same they showed me the proof. which I am attaching for your reference and your platform is saying something else.

                      Only thing is just to know from your end why your company is torturing me like this. Let me know if you and your company have any will to give my money back.

                        I booked my tickets through happyeasygo.com. The ticket was cancelled by the airline due to coronavirus epidemic. I didn't receive refund yet. i have been continuously writing emails and via calling to customer care number for refund and the response would always be wait for 5-10 days for us to get back to you with an update. As of today I have not received my refund for 10th August 2020 More than one year.I STRONGLY REQUEST ANYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY WHO HAS NO MORAL CONSCIENCE WHATSOEVER TOWARDS THE PUBLIC .

                        I think this is a fraud travel agency and should not be allowed to operate in india.

                          The flight was from Jaipur to Cochin and was cancelled by the airline company and ever since I've been asking for my refunds. Checked with the airline Spicejet and they had already refunded the money to HAPPY EASY GO but I still haven't received the same. I have sent innumerable mail's to no effect

                          Called today and was asked to wait again. This is just sad and disturbing to the core.

                          I need clarity on when I will get my money refunded back to me.

                            I was travelling from chennai to delhi through spicejet on 3rd august. but before one day the flight was reschedule.. i asked for alternative flight. but there was no alternative flight in which time i was planning to travel due to timing issue i have cancelled my ticket. the airlines customer care executive told me that they will refund the amount to the ticket booking agency. but still there is no update from happy go. i want my full refund which the airlines told me. if i didn't get any response i will take action against happy.go

                              I booked my tickets through Amazon for 4 passengers but I was given happyeasygo.com travel agents. The return journey tickets were cancelled by the airline due to coronavirus epidemic situations 2nd April to 5th April.I did receive refund for the first segment in October 2020 in parts by indigo airlines. But from there on it has been continuously writing emails for refund and the response would always be wait for 5-7 days for us to get back to you with an update. As of today I have not received my refund for 5th April 2020 More than one year.I STRONGLY REQUEST ANYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY WHO HAS NO MORAL CONSCIENCE WHATSOEVER TOWARDS THE PUBLIC .

                                I had booked a flight ticket on Go air for kolkata to Mumbai on 7th april 2021. As I am unable to travel on the scheduled booking date ie 19.10.2021, so i had called Go air to cancel the ticket and issue a refund of 4302INR. I had cancelled the flight as per the conversation done with a customer care executive named Manish. It was told by him that as I had booked the ticket via Happy easy go and from Go Air, so full refund amount will be credited in my account without any deductions. An email was also sent in this regard stating the same and the executive took my pan details to confirm and got the bank details confirmed. Today as i called Go Air they told that the ull amount would get refunded but not in my bank account but to the travel agent Happy easy go and they will deduct charges as per policy and refund accordingly.. Then i had a talk with the customer care executive of Happy Easy go and they surprisingly reverted stating that no refund would be given as per airline policy. So who am I to believe in this situation and i am really worried how much will i get in refund and when.. Please help me in this regard. This is clearly a case of money laundering and phishing as Happy Easy go is not ready to refund any amount.

                                  The flight was rescheduled next day without informing me. When i checked with airline they have confirmed that they have informed the happyeasy go team via email as they have submitted their email id against booking. I was stranded in airport for a whole day and had to rebook my flights and ended up spending more for flight and missed an important meeting, Called the happy easy and airline for refund and airline has confirmed that they have processed refund un June itself but iam yet to received refund.

                                  Called cust care multiple times but issue is still oustanding. Called even today 07082021, bt as i was explaining the case the cust care lady just cut my call. Please help and even the refund amount is showing incorrectly

                                      Hi,

                                      My case has been pending with HAPPY EASY GO for refund for the flight cancelled by the airlines, Despite having submitted all the documents. Airlines too authenticated for the refund, but it’s over 2 years now.

                                      I think it’s their tactic to tire the customer so that they give up for the refund.
