Happy easy go is such a weird agent I've seen in my life.

It's been a longer than 150days and still I didn't get refund amount by happy easy go.

However, air ways company made a clear statement that they have initiated refund to happy easy go within 15days.

I am not sure if I am going to book any travel again in my life with happy easy go.

We had cancelled our tickets due to covid19 on 17th April 2021, we have shared all details via mail to the customer care id [protected]@happyeasygo.com, the airlines have given full refund the same day however we are still waiting for refunds, it has been more than 3 months

Hi,

This is regarding my refund of Rs2415/- from happy easy go .

This regarding my flight ticket booking with air India flight through HappyEasyGo travel date 30th oct, 2019 from Coimbatore to Chennai.

Flight has been cancelled and already refund initiated from Airindia to Happy easy go, But i am not getting any refund from Happyeasy go .

I have already forward many mails and contacted to customer care number, Its already going to complete 2 years but till now they are saying we will process your refund ASAP and keep on cheating me .

I have all the mail communications from Air India, Happyeasy go and Mine .

Need your help to get my money back and already i have spend more than 500rs for calling to their customer care and now i am feeling depressed .

These kind of service provider needs to be punished .

I booked my flight through Happyeasygo from Bangalore to Lucknow on 25-Apr-2021. I asked them to reschedule flight flight due to the lockdown. They sent out the email that I can either reschedule through the airline website or the link they provided.
I searched that whole email and there was no link. I even asked for the link. Since I had only few hours to reschedule the flight. I rescheduled through Airline website (GoFirst). The flight was eventually cancelled by the airline and they refunded amount to the Happyeasygo.

When I reached out to HappyEasyGo, they said they will charge me the reschedule amount for the service I never took. I have all the emails to prove that they have charged unfairly.

I have purchased one air ticket through happy easy go, air asia airline the pnr no:a2dl8j flight no 15-582, on 14/07/2021 but the airline declare that the flight cancelled due to operation cause, the flight was from ccu (kolkata) to ixb (bagdogra), trip id[protected] but sorry to inform you that till date i have not received the cancellation amount.As the flight cancelled by the airline authority so i need full refund amount.

Hi Team,

I booked a hotel room at Radisson, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.
The check-in date was 26th June 2021.

The hotel denied entry yesterday given they didn't receive any confirmation from Happy Easy go

I waited there for more than a hour and tried contacting Happy Easy Go customer care. They mentioned that they have escalated my issue but still I haven't heard anything from them.

Request you to kindly look into this and process my refund as soon as possible.

This is seriously pathetic customer service by Happy Easy Go

I booked ticket from happy easy go from sringar to leh via Delhi.
I choose free rescdule option paying extra 300 rs.
Even though I paid 887 extra rs for my date reschduling still they are not confirming my new tickets.

I booked my flight with the company in the month of Feb’21 and cancelled the same in next hour and the customer service person said I will get the refund of 7955 after the required deductions. My booking was of 9363. Now it’s almost 5 months I haven’t received my full refund. After several calls with them they are now refusing to pay the left amount because according to them their policy and conditions have changed and I am unaware about the same. Please help me with this case.

An indigo flight ticket was booked from this site on 7th July 2021, 10am for Delhi to Bangalore with PNR No: FK9LHZ and trip id :[protected] with an amount of Rs. 6465. The ticket was cancelled instantly due to wrong date and Indigo send us a message saying that refund has been credited with a deduction of Rs.99 with the travel agent. But happyeasygo has not credited the same and when contacted the customer care they said they won't refund the money back.

Hi,
I have booked flight from Happyeasygo and Due to covid-19 it has been cancelled. Govt already told full amount has to be refunded of cancellation flight but I have told to customer care of happyeasygo, they told be for cancellation request initiate and i have already done cancellation request.

I have done this cancellation request before 7 months but still no refund has been received. I have been follow up many time via call and email but not getting positive response. Even I have spoken to the airline(AIR INDIA) customer care, they told me your ticket has been cancelled.
But Happyeasygo has not not refunded till now.

I have booked a Go Air airline tickets from this travelling agency for 15th November 2020 but due to covid-19 my flight get cancelled.
I contacted Go Air for refund for my ticket and they have refunded it to happy easy go account.
I called happy easy go for my refund process and they assured me to refund my money. After that I called them more that 5 times but they are not processing my refund and giving me irrelevant answer.

They are supposed to refund my on April 2021 but still I am not getting any response from them.

Kindly please look into this matter
