With reference to PNR “QH1LYK” having travel date 25th April 2020 from Delhi to Bangalore, as per my discussion with Spicejet Airlines, the credit shell amount INR 9543 has been refunded to booking partner.

This amount has been transferred to happyeasygo account on 3rd December 2020 but the same has not been credited to my account till date.

I have sent follow-up emails but no response. Thank you

    On cancellation of tickets of 1 passenger out of 2 from my trip section, whole ticket got cancelled. Secondly, there wasnt any mail from there side. Also as I booked refundable ticket, l expected the whole amount as refund but got just the amount as non refundable ticket!!! Whaaatt a frauudd companyyy!!! I

      My flight was cancelled by airline which was on 8th June from jammu to varanasi I contacted airline and they refund the whole amount I send their mail to happyeasygo but still they did not refund any amount every time I call them they say we are still working on it they are humiliating me for me 6000 is really a big money as I booked this ticket for my friend he asking me for his money and I dont have money in my account im losing my mind and will do suicide and reason would be happyeasygo customer service team this is my trip id[protected]

        I have booked a flight using them for 5 th june with gofirst. The flight got cancelled and refund was initiated by gofirst. I raised the refund request on happeasygo on the same day. Now its 29th June and gofirst is saying that they have deposited money into happyeasygo's account but they are not proceeding with my refund. This is my booking id[protected]

            My flight got canceled by the airline on 10 may and i still have not been issued a refund. I’ve called them every second and they are like we are on it but no refund is being given. The airline is telling me that they have refunded the full amount right away to happyeasygo. I want my money back.

              I have cancelled my tickets books through happy easygo during Covid 19 Pandemic situation, the ticket was booked for 26th april 2020 & 23rd May 2020. I haven't received the refund amount. As per government, The refund should take place for the cancelled ticket. As you are aware we had no choice of travelling at that time as there were no airlines right? Then why this is not being refunded. I need a clarification for this matter asap.

                By far the worst flight booking app I've used. My flight was cancelled due to lockdown and hence I was eligible for a partial refund as stated by Goair. When I sent the mail as proof to Happyeasygo, they stated that the refund will be processed but to no avail. On top of that, but still, I didn't get any single rupees of refund. They have a policy of refunding the amount after 45 days. That's just ridiculous.I am uninstalling this app. Worst service ever. Order ID:[protected] &[protected]

                  On 9th March 2021 I booked my ticket IDR to RPR booking no.[protected] which was cancelled due to some incorrect information and new ticket was booked immediately on same day.

                  On their executive's suggestion I called the airline to request for full refund. Then It was cancelled directly by airline (Indigo) and a full refund was processed within a week time.
                  I informed to HEG immediately and got the assurance of full refund of Rs.7318 (After convenience fees deduction).

                  But I got the refund of Rs. 1564/- only. On mail & call they accepted their mistake but no refund was issues till now.

                  After lots of mails and calls to customer care I only got false promises again and again.

                      I had booked a ticket for Indigo flight via Happy Easy Go app. But later on I cancelled the ticket. But the refund amount of avout Rs.3800 has not been credited in my account. Airline company refunded to Happy easy go but Happy Easy go didn't send me the refunded amount.

                        I booked Indigo Flight 6E-6374 dtd 15.6.21 from Chennai to Ahmedabad through HappyEasy go.
                        Indigo cancelled this flight and they accepted my on line cancellation and issue credit note for refund of full amount.
                        I informed this to Happy Easy go who informed me to cancelled this ticket on their app.which i tried. They are asking to attached proof of cancellation msg from Indigo which i have received.
                        Their app is so complicated that iam unable to attached msg received from Indigo and they don't have any other option top accept my cancellation and arrange for refund.

                          I booked my flight ticket last year and date of travel 27 APRIL 2020 and the flight got cancelled. Air India Airlines refunded my money to happy easy go on 20th April 2021 and send confirmation email as well. I raised a refund request Jan 2021 to happy easy go portal. Till now, I didn't get my refund back and every times they are saying we need more time. I don't know what is happening in Happy Easy Go. I need my money back.

                            I had booked two Indigo tickets from Happy easy go with the order ID as
                            1.[protected] passengers
                            2.[protected] passenger

                            Due to Covid second wave i had to cancel both the tickets directly through Indigo. The post Covid policy of Indigo was consumer supportive and had cancelled the ticket by converting the money in to vouchers and transferring the balance of Rs. 3054/- to happy easy go to further transfer it to consumer.

                            However, the happy easy go has not refunded any amount to me stating that the cancellation of ticket attracts cancellation charges of Rs. 500/- & Service charges Rs. 400/- against each passenger.

                            As Happy easy go is neither a suffer to my cancellation of ticket and nor they have provided me any service towards cancellation of ticket, therefore they are not entitled for any such service/penalty/cancellation charges.

                            Also, in this difficult time of pandemic, the organisations must restrain themselves for making profits out of others misery.

                                  It is more than one year, They are not refunding the money though the GO airlines has cancelled the ticket and refunded the money into their account. I have written them several mails and also contacted them over phone. They keep us waiting for more than 45 minutes so that we will cut the phone form our end. They are very rude and I have a recorded proof of this.

                                  All other airlines are refunding the money into the credit card account from which we have booked. But these people are not doing that also.

                                  The do not answer calls or keep us waiting as soon as we disclose that the query is about refund.

                                    Address: 7 HAVELOCK ROAD,, NEAR YOJANA BHAWAN

                                    This is regarding my booking ID[protected] with Happyeasygo, which is not confirmed yet however the amount was deducted yesterday and the team called me today at 10:45 am saying the hotel booking is not confirmed yet and asked to wait. I called many a times and nobody resolved the issue instead asked to wait. Not even 24 hrs left in my travel. Such an unprofessional behaviour of the company. I want my refund and the losses which I'am going to bear by booking another hotel at a very expensive price. I have evidence to support my complaint.

                                      They are taking more then 6 months to refund the money which is still pending . Airline refunded them before 6 months and they are not refunding still

                                        For travel dated 1st may 2021 booked through Happy EasyGo.

                                        Happy EasyGo refund query for order id:
                                        [protected]

                                        flight was cancelled due to operational reason.
                                        When contacted goair it was confirmed by them that cancellation amount credited to happy easygo on 17.05.2021.

                                        Several request mail to happy easy go for the refund. Seems they are not interested in returning the received amount to us.

                                        Forwarded mail from goair to happyeasygo that amount returned to happyeasygo on 17.05.2021.

                                        Still awaiting for the refund.

                                        Ticket for travel dated 1st may 2021.
