It's been 6 months now since the cancellation request has been raised in the portal. My flight was cancelled due to covid lockdown last year.
Every time I reach out to them, they reply we are working on your request but no resolution to the refund amount. Also, the SLA period is over. From past two months, no one even bothers to respond to my calls to customer care nor responding to my emails.
Need my Amount to be refunded.

if still it is not resolved then file a case in consumer court, aginst HAPPY EASY GO, it costs only Rs 100
