I booked my flight ticket is under refundable category and this time I cancel my ticket then happy easy go customer care told me this is non refundable ticket,
When I purchase ticket he give written ticket is refundable.

    Hello Team,
    Writing this note to bring to your kind attention that my flight ticket booking cost hasn't been refunded yet.
    Background of issue; I had booked Indigo flight through Happy Easy Go app (Flight ticket booked in the name of Jithin Krishnan, booking date[protected], Flight PNR-AN8LGK). Due to the COVID pandemic situation I was notified on the cancellation of the flight from the Indigo team. And was further confirmed that the booking amount would be converted to credit shell on to the account which can be further redeemed during the next travel.
    Post several follow with IndiGo and Happy EasyGo team simultaneously and I have been informed that HappyEasyGo team is responsible for the refund and also they confirmed that refund would be maid within 90 days.
    Post my continuous follow up over the last 5 months, they haven't been able to refund till date. To clarify that I had crossed the 90 days time line currently. Please help me interven with this query / complaint

        I have booked a ticket with order ID[protected] for 26 November 2020. However, one of the connecting flights (HYD-RJA) got canceled due to cyclone. Indigo has already processed the refund of 1984/- on that day only. But till today I have not received the refund from HappyEasyGo. I have contacted so many times, but did not receive any satisfactory results.

          For my AirAsia flight from PNQ to BLR Dated 26th March 2020, the flight was cancelled by the airlines, the refund has not been processed yet.

          I have the reference number 62504661 that AirAsia has already processed a full refund.

          I have been trying to cancel the ticket to through the happyeasygo which is not all working

          Please provide a full refund asap

          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account which I have already emailed multiple times.

            For my Spicejet flight from BLR to PNQ Dated 12th March 2021, the flight was canceled by the airlines, the refund has not been processed yet.

            I have sent them confirmation that Spicejet has already processed a full refund

            It occurred on 12/03/2021

            Please provide a full refund of Rs 5000 asap

              I have been waiting for my incorrect refund since December where I have selected correct option for full refund where the app captured incorrectly that I ahve selected option with penalty . I had to recive five thousand amont where the amount processed was 1500 and I was following bup with the team since 3 months since the cancellation not my flight booking and each person gave a different timeline where I was asked to wait for other half month which makes it 4 months .

              Complete refund was processed by airlines where
              The happy easygo team always says we have to get confirmation from the airlines . How the mail confirmation was sent to them .

                It's been 6 months now since the cancellation request has been raised in the portal. My flight was cancelled due to covid lockdown last year.

                Every time I reach out to them, they reply we are working on your request but no resolution to the refund amount. Also, the SLA period is over. From past two months, no one even bothers to respond to my calls to customer care nor responding to my emails.

                Need my Amount to be refunded.

                  I had booked 2 tickets with Indigo airlines - PNRs CHMSNM and NQBF4B through travel agent Happyeasygo during March 2020. I had to cancel both the tickets due to Covid-19 situation and came to know recently that airlines had issued 100% refund to the travel agent in April 2020.
                  When I request travel agent to issue me the refund, they employ all kinds of delay tactics and in-spite of calling their customer care several times, escalating by email etc, all they can do is ask for more time for resolution. Till now, I have not received my refund of 6k.
                  I am compelled to believe that Happyeasygo is a completely fraud organization and this is the usual way they cheat their customers. I am going legal against this company. If there is any way this forum can help me, I would be very happy.

                    I tried booking a flight from delhi to Mumbai through HappyEasyGo of spice jet for 4 april
                    I was almost done with the transaction but site showed me it as unsuccessful
                    After that I booked flight with another site(EaseMyTrip)
                    After a day I got a msg from SpiceJet regarding rescheduling (PNR mentioned was not issued by EaseMyTrip)

                    HappyEasyGo transaction got successful but they have not informed. Neither a msg nor a mail I have got of flight ticket or confirmation.My money too have been deducted.
                    When I contacted customer care they said me to contact airlines and denied to refund my money

                      Hi,
                      For my booking from Bangalore to Kolkata
                      In the ticket it was not mentioned in the guidelines that covid test is mandatory.
                      Due to their mistake I had to pay RS 6400 for rapid covid test and board the next flight.
                      In other sites like makemytrip it is mentioned. When asked for refund as it was their carelessness to not inform customer they completely refused it with no proper response from customer care

                        Airline has confirmed that it has issued refund on 27th Feb, 2021. However HappyEasyGo team is taking too longer to issue a refund.

                        It is already 33 days and I have not got my refund yet.

                            I had booked a flight on Indigo Airlines on their website for Rs.15484.00. The fare details are as follows:
                            Airline charge:
                            15, 684.00
                            Convenience fee:
                            1, 000.00
                            Reverse of convenience fee:
                            -1, 000.00
                            Discount(Other discount):
                            -200.00
                            Grand total: 15, 484.00

                            Due to Covid, there flight was cancelled and Indigo refunded Rs 15684.00 to Happyeasygo. They refunded me only 14484.00, saying that they deducted Rs. 1000 as convenience fees. This is highly unethicalb and probably illegal.
                            Please help resolve the issue.

                              Hi,
                              We have booked a roundtrtip journey (Indigo flights) through HappyEasyGo from Bangalore to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to Bangalore but The flight was cancelled due to Indigo Airline Operational issues (it was cancelled by Airline) and We have sent an email to HappyEasyGo about the same and asked for the refund.
                              We have paid 15218/- to HappyEasygo and they charged Rs-2200/- as Convenience fee.
                              They got Complete refund from airline but these guys are not ready to refund my amount .
                              Please help me to get my money back as it is not our mistake and how they can charge Rs 2200/- on top of Rs 15000/- and arguing with us.

                                I have booked flight ticket from Jabalpur to Hyderabad for 10th April with Reschedule option and paid an extra amount while booking the ticket.
                                Now when I want to reschedule the flight the HappyeasyGo is charging 1555rs as a fare difference when the fare is the same for 3rd April and 10th April and HappyEasyGo is charging 300rs service Fee which is not applicable when I have already paid that amount while my initial flight booking.
                                I have attached the screenshots of the fare cost for 3rd april and 10th april which is the same none other than in HappyeasyGo website.
                                I have also attached the Ticket and Free rescheduling rule screenshot of the company.

                                  I am requesting my refund amount from Sep 2020, in which the customer support agents are saying to wait 5-7 days, it's been more than 6 months now iand i haven't received the refund amount, I emailed many time but the response is same.                                     2. Further air india also refund full amount to happyeasygo but they did not refund the amount in my account.
                                    3. I also approach many times but they always replied contradictory and they kept my ibid amount from mar 2020.
                                    4. I request to give instrs to company to refund my amount on priority to avoid any legal complications...

                                      I had scheduled a flight last year on 25/03/2020 which got cancelled due to Covid lockdown.

                                      I checked but I do not have the Go Air flights since then to reschedule as per the policy.

                                      Also spoke to Go Air support team and they informed that they have already refunded the amount to the agency.

                                      Happy Easy Go support numbers are not working/connecting nor I am able to send an email to their email address [protected]@happyeasygo.com
