I booked a flight from happy easy go, and due to some reasons I had to cancelled my flight, I cancelled my booking on 1st Dec, now it's been 76 day and did not received my refund amount yet.

I have been told to book tickets thruough spice jet using their PNR # XXYXX but unfortunately spice jet website / customer care does not accept my PNR mapped with credit shell and they wanted you to contact happy easy go. Its been 2 month since i had booked ticket a flight PnR TJD39M from Happyeasygo.com . i didn’t get refund so far ....

I had my flight during COVID period. It was cancelled and refund was initiated by airlines to HAPPYEASYGO but they have'nt refunded back to me.

I cancelled my ticket almost 4 months back and i haven't still got my refund back.
I even tried reaching customer care 5-6 times, but every time i get the response from the customer care for 15 working days to wait.
Though i am chasing them over email as well, but in the same email chain, i am being told to wait for another 5-7 working days everytime.
