Hello there,
i have been complaining happy easy go for my refund since 6th of september 2020, but there isnt any resolution from there end. Whenever i call them they reply that it will be resolved in 5-10 working days but the issue remains same. I dont know if i am going to receive my refund or not but surely i will file a complain against them in the consumer court as they have troubled me alot. my trip was from bagdogra to new delhi on 6th of september but due to some issues it was cancelled by the airline and they refunded the amount on the very next day and the confirmation mail which i received from airline is also submitted to happy easy go but yet they are saying that they havent received they amount which quite hillarious.

      On Sun, Dec 29, 2019, I had booked a flight having PNR JVD2C and Order ID:[[protected]] from Happyeasygo.com. I got a confirmation e-mail and an e-ticket for the same.

      Here are the Ticket details:

      Trip 1:
      Bangalore to Kolkata
      Airline Name: Air India AI-772
      Journey Date: 13th June 2020

      Trip 2:
      Kolkata to Bangalore
      Airline Name: Air India AI-771
      Journey Date: 21st June 2020

      Ticket Number:[protected]
      PNR: JVD2C

      As the AI772/13JUN20 and AI771 21JUL20 canceled by the Airline itself due to COVID-19 and Lockdown, I emailed & called Happyeasygo about canceling & refund the ticket price and cancel the ticket booked from Happyeasygo and raise the refund request with proper data as the guided me.

      After having multiple conversations over email as well as a phone call, it's been over 120days since I submitted the refund request but didn't get my refund back all they said,

      "This is not the service we strive to offer however we deeply regret the issue. We have taken cognizance of this matter and will ensure that such an incident does not occur again. We understand your concern and working continuously on the same. Request you to kindly wait for 5-7 working days for the update."

      Today I got a call from The Customer support Team around 4:14 PM regarding the issue I raised earlier, as mentioned below link:

      In order to refund my 7524/- they forced me to transact in a total amount of INR 2, 42, 344/- (Two Lacs Forty-Two Thousands Three Hundreds and forty-four) and The told it will be credited back within 5-7min but after 2hrs of conversation till now Nothing is credited back.

      They now not answering the calls and put the number into switched off mode. Also, the details given by the person are fake

        I booked a flight from happy easy go, and due to some reasons I had to cancelled my flight, I cancelled my booking on 1st Dec, now it's been 76 day and did not received my refund amount yet.
        I mailed to [protected]@happyeasygo.com for this case then they asked for refund later, I provided them the same. Now they are asking for stampcopy of airline, where would I found this. I called on there customer care and after listening my concern they just muted the call I waited for 10 minutes but no reply. What should I do?

          I had flight bookings of 06 May 2020, which got cancelled due to COVID and i was given a credit shell of amount 3499 by indigo, as i used happyeasygo as my travel agency indigo said they have refunded my ammout to happyeasygo in july 2020, but till date happyeasygo has neither sent me any refunds nor is accepting that it has my refunds .

            Hi,

            Please note my trip id for booking i made in march .
            I have been told to book tickets thruough spice jet using their PNR # XXYXX but unfortunately spice jet website / customer care does not accept my PNR mapped with credit shell and they wanted you to contact happy easy go. I tried reaching out to you around 10 times but happy easy go is not picking up my phone and i cannot make booking.

            I want to book a trip in spice jet for this February end using my credit shell balance but am unable to do so . Please note my trip id below and take necessary action asap

                I have call to Air-Asia customer care and get to know Case Id as 76771131 which is flight cancel due to pandemic situation and refunded all amount to customer already, but when I applied to a third party (https://www.happyeasygo.com/), after long waoit 3 month when I call they are telling me this is not exact Case ID, which is refunding your flight cancel amount, Then I again call and get new airasia caseid as 67958862, then wait 15 days again I call customer care happyeasy go, When you call customer care on this[protected] /[protected], they are just disconnecting number (Kamlesh/Divya and etc) as last they telling wait another 15 days they escalating issue, I ask give me escalation number or email, they do't have any.

                Please check and get the correct Case ID to refund all amounts, attached all details, it's a very long time I am following up for this amount.

                Over 11 month I am expecting my refund, not sure how I'll be get, simply holding money avoiding in reply of something like issue was escalated wait again 10 to 15 days.

                        I had booked a flight ticket for May 2020 but due to lockdown Indigo cancelled the flight and refunded the full amount to agency (Happyeasygo). After that I have continuously been calling them at least twice a month asking for my refund. Everytime they say it will be refunded by next week. Now it is almost a year and I still haven't received the amount.
                        This way HEG has held the money of countless passengers as seen by the number of complaints against them.
                        I want my refund. 5k+ is not a small amount to simply let it go.

                          I cancelled my ticket almost 4 months back and i haven't still got my refund back.
                          I even tried reaching customer care 5-6 times, but every time i get the response from the customer care for 15 working days to wait.
                          Though i am chasing them over email as well, but in the same email chain, i am being told to wait for another 5-7 working days everytime.

                          I really don't understand the reason behind why you are not able to refund my money.

                          Please help me to resolve the issue.

                            I contacted indigo for my canceled tickets refund and they said they already refunded to HappyEasyGo, but I haven’t received it yet from you people, it's been almost 9 months now. It's disgusting.

                              Hi,

                              I got my booking cancelled on 03.11.2020 bcoz of reschedulement of flight by Air Carrier.
                              I got confirmation from Happy Easy go that i will be getting full refund as per Policy.
                              After that I have reminded 10 times through email from my email [protected]@yahoo.com but i am not yielding any response nor money is Credited.
                              No one is picking my phone and mails are not responded.
                              What should I do to get my refund of Rs 8857

                                I have booked my flight from Visakhapatnam to Goa (IndiGo airlines) with PNR No. KIUYRM for the date 04.04.2020 through HappyEasyGo and the flight has been cancelled by the airlines due to the lockdown of covid 19. Accordingly the IndiGo paid me the difference amount to my account and the booking amount which has paid to the HappyEasyGo has been deposited to the same agent on 3rd Sep 2020 by the IndiGo and advised me to contact HappyEasyGo to get into my account. Same has been informed to the Happy EasyGo throgh the customer contact and through email. In spite of continuous follow up, till now Happy EasyGo not responded surprisingly. It is very unfortunate to experience such negligence and irresponsibility from the HappyEasyGo. Kindly take necessary action on HappyEasyGo and arrange my refund at the earliest.

                                  I am chasing up with Indigo Travel Agent partner happyeasygo to get my refund against PNR ZLI8UG for trip, for 8 person, from Delhi to Goa which was to be undertaken on 18/3/2020. Due to world wide Corona Pandemic and lockdown imposed by Govt of India, Air ticket was cancelled by Indigo Air and amount of INR 29972 was refunded by them to their travel agent partner, Happyeasygo, dated 24/08/2020 & INR 7288 on 13/03/2020, as per the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

                                  I wrote several emails and did personal follow ups from happyeasygo team for refund of the amount for more than 6 months, but till date no fruitful result has come. Every time they seek time to resolve the issue. When I request them to provide escalation matrix to raise the issue with senior management they refuse the same and in return tell us that email is the only option available.
                                  So, we have still not received any refund from happyeasygo, even though the amount has been returned to them from the concerned airlines.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  We have booked ticket through happy easy go for 8 people for travel date 10th Apr 2020 from Mum to Jammu (Go Air) E-Ticket for Order[protected] & 18th Apr 2020 (Srinagar to Mumbai - Indigo) E-Ticket for Order[protected]. both flight was cancelled due to Covid 19. I have checked with concern airlines. Both have already refunded to Happy Easy go in Nov -20. More than three months m chasing with easy go for my refund still not done.

                                  I have booked my ticket in Dec 2019. more than year my funds are lying with them. Kindly look into this & arrange to refund my money asap.

                                    Order ID:[protected]. I book a flight for delhi to lucknow that got cancelled due to covid in april 2020. The airline has refunded the amount to happyeasygo by September 2020. I raised a formal refund request to them on oct 2020 but till date haven't got my refund. Their normal turn around time is 90 days which has already passed. They have asked again for the second time to wait for 10 days more. Look like they are fraud.

                                      1 month ago, on 3rd Jan, 2021 I had booked a flight having PNR SH3K2S. Order ID:[protected] form Happyeasygo.com. I got a confirmation e-mail and an e-ticket on 00:21hrs for the same.

                                      Same day, at 18:50 I realised that I had to cancel the ticket booked from Happyeasygo. Not knowing how to go about it, I e-mailed Happyeasygo about cancelling the ticket. I called repeatedly on their customer care numbers,[protected] and[protected], but was not able to connect with anyone even on waiting for 15-20 mins on each call. In the e-mail to them, I described this issue as well.

                                      As per DGCA policy, if the consumer cancels the ticket within 24 Hours of their booking, and if the departure is not within 7 days of cancellation, he is eligible for a full refund against the booking. I was falling well within the guidelines of DGCA and was eligible for a full refund, IF CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS of booking.

                                      Therefore I waited for the company (happyeasygo) to respond to my cancellation request. I had simultaneously booked tickets from another company, in which the same scenario occurred and I mailed them about the cancellation. The other company was proactive in responding and within some time I received an e-mail confirmation about my full refund (even for a non-refundable flight).

                                      I waited until 21:55 (3 hours) for their 24*7 customer care to respond but there was none. So I e-mailed them again intimating that I could wait no longer for them to reply as there were only a few hours left for 24 hours to pass since my booking. I wrote that since the company is not reachable and the fact that I will have to act anyhow by myself now, i will be making a cancellation directly via Airline helpdesk (i.e. Indigo Helpdesk).

                                      I cancelled via the Indigo helpdesk and received an e-mail from them implying that they have refunded my booking amount in FULL to the booking agent (happyeasygo). I have shared the same e-mail to the company as well.

                                      I received a reply to my e-mails on 4th Jan, 2021 at 05:08. (which was more than 24 hours of my booking). The e-mail stated that happyeasygo will provide a full refund minus convenience fee to the consumer if the Airline is providing them with a full refund.

                                      It has been a month today and that was the last time I heard from them. After which all my e-mails and follow ups have gone unanswered. Besides, their customer helpline is still not accessible and there is no other way to contact to company.
