In connection with your message /communication dated 11, 2020, 12:53 AM regarding refund request for Order No:[protected] I am surprised that in spite of being all details about the beneficiary account you have once again requested to submit the same . it is very clear that I had paid the amount for purchasing two tickets through Order No :[protected] bearing PNR NO.MDPR3Y for four-person was scheduled on 8/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai and Order[protected] bearing PNR NO FEPGYI for one-person was scheduled on 17/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai respectively. It is obvious that amount debited from my account and credited in your account . on being raised query /complaint you have sent cooked reply reproduced as under

Thereafter, I filed the complaint against the airlines, and the airlines in response to my complaint communicated that airlines have already refunded the amount in your company's account in the month of August 2020 and your company is sitting on my money closing its eyes and ear. I think the same amount should have been refunded in my account in the month of August.
Further please refer to my communication on Dec 19, 2020, 1:12 PM I got message /communication dated 23.12, 2020, 10:07 PM regarding refund request for Order No :[protected] and Order[protected], I was surprised to meet the incident of communication that in spite of being all details about the beneficiary account I have once again been requested to submit the same. This is nothing but harassment of consumers. it is very clear that I had paid the amount for purchasing two tickets through Order No :[protected] bearing PNR NO.MDPR3Y for four-person was scheduled on 8/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai and Order[protected] bearing PNR NO FEPGYI for four-person was scheduled on 17/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai respectively. I have already attached copy of the canceled cheque for your reference messaged on Dec 19, 2020, 1:12 PM . It is once again requested that all amounts in respect of ticket purchase vide Order No:[protected] and Order[protected] may be refunded immediately. I' have mailed everything on mail ID [protected]@happyeasygo.com .
