I booked my ticket id. No.[protected] from Addis Ababa to Delhi for travel date 28July 2020, . The scheduled Airlines was cancelled &The Full Refund was granted by Airlines, but happy Easy Go is not refunding my amount

    I have booked Air asia flight for October 2020, but due to Covid I had cancelled the ticket.Its been almost 4 months, my money has been refunded by Airasia but I did not receive money yet.
    Happy easy go is a fraud and cheating company. Please help me in getting my money back

      Hello Team,

      I would like to inform you that my Ingio flight on 25 November has been cancelled from airlines and they initiated my refund amount.

      My order ID is[protected]
      PNR number DMP7HN
      Flight 6E512.
      Travel from Bangalore to Vishakapatanam

      I tried to raise a ticket to refund/cancel the flight ticket but as i have taken the ticket for round so my both ticket cancelation is showing, which is wrong.

      Please find the attached message from Indigo airlines for your reference.

          I have booked a ticket for the month of March 2020. Due to COVID-19 impact, all airlines were suspended for that particular time period. I had booked my tickets from HappyeasyGo. I have completed all the formalities of refund like sending an application to HappyeasyGo with all account details and PNR no. till date I can not get my money back. I called several times to the customer care centre of HappyEasyGo but not responded, I sent the Query also, same not responded. They displayed a message on their screen that flight companies are taking longer times to initiate the funds but when I enquired with the airline, they responded that amount already has been sent to HappyEasyGo on 31 of March. I have attached the screenshots also. Around Rs 25000 duped into HappyEasyGo.

            This Is In Reference With My Refund Request For Trip ID:[protected], this is pending since 10 Months, However Till Now I Haven't Received Any Update And Everytime I Call The Executive They Ensure To Make Payment In 3-4 Days But Till Date It Hasn't Happened.

            Indigo Has Refunded Full Amount As Per Below Mail, However I Haven't Received The Refund From HappyEasyGo Agency Yet.

              My ticket was booked on[protected] from COK-MUM, travel date was 12-5-20. Indigo cancelled the flight & money goes to credit shell in airline account. Last month i was trying to book a ticket through credit shell but failed & showing that money was transferred to travel agents account. Last month i sent a complaint to Happy Easy go customer care on 24-12-20 but no result. I want my money back asap.My PNR no is XCUGRB. booking no is[protected].

                Whom so ever it may concern

                I had booked a IndiGo ticket on 15/01/2020 in the name of Megha Chattree. TKT.pnr is JPT9KR.
                Same was cancelled and amt is refunded from IndiGo, but amt not credited to my account yet, hope amt of Rs.3565/- must be with you on my behalf.
                Kindly look into and arrange refund at earliest.

                      Hi All,

                      This is in reference with your refund request for Trip ID:[protected]

                      As airline cancelled the flight on 4th Aug 2020. But the refund processing delayed from Happy easy go was 28th Aug 2020. If you take 28th Aug date, it been more than 113 days.
                      Please do the needful I need my money back. Now I am having a trust issue with happyeasygo, till now I was patiently waited for it.

                          I have booked flights during the Lockdown period but still they not refunded the Ticket amount despite Indigo refunded to Happy easy go.

                          I have sent umpteen number of mails but now they completely unresponsive.

                          Absolutely BOGUS company . Do not book the flight from this company.

                            I had made 4 bookings through Happyeasygo, all flights cancelled due to lockdown.

                            I had enquired with airline, according them all refunds have been already issued by them before 2 months.

                            I had informed to Happyeasygo about this via email and also phone call, they assured me that, refund would be processed shortly.

                            After that refund not received, so I had sent emails again and also tried to call them but they never replied to emails also not replying to calls.

                              Hi, I had booked a flight ticket with Happy Easy Go with Air India and it has been more than 5 months that I am waiting for a refund. Air India has confirmed that they have made the refund on 19th December, 2020 but I am still waiting to receive it. The happy easy go people never pick up phones or reply over emails. I want my refund.

                                Due to slight fever and unable to travel during this pandemic time I had to cancel the ticket. HEG gave me a rough time, I had to make several trips to airport to cancel tickets with airlines, airline gave a note of 3084 rupees to be given back to me by HEG.

                                After about 20 email nothing happened from HEG, then I got an email saying will only be give 2100rs.

                                This is FRAUD.
                                I want the money that I was promised.
                                This is cheating of the public in times of Covid, airlines clearly instructed me I would be tested if I show symptoms on the day of flight so recheduling was uncertain so airlines charged penalties and now HEG has given me so much grief.
                                I will not rest untill my money is returned to me

                                Get the manager to contact me, even if it is the matter of 3, 084rs, I will escalate this matter and take you guys to consumer court !

                                I have already launched a complaint on cyber crime and consumer affairs.

                                So don't take me lightly.

                                I am done with you frauding people of their hard earned money online.

                                Be assured, I will not rest untill I get Justice!

                                  I am still waiting for my ticket cancellaion refund, which is more than 90 days now, although I I have paid zero cancellation charges also for my three tickets, I have received email below from your team but still did not receive my refund. Please transfer the refund amount ASAP. It is quite frustating to chase Happyeasygo.

                                    Sir, I have cancelled my Ticket of Airasia (I5-1983) Guwahati to Bangalore due to prepond said carrier. Company has refunded full amount Rs 4587 on 22 Dec 20. But unfortunately the said amount not received from your end.

                                      In connection with your message /communication dated 11, 2020, 12:53 AM regarding refund request for Order No:[protected] I am surprised that in spite of being all details about the beneficiary account you have once again requested to submit the same . it is very clear that I had paid the amount for purchasing two tickets through Order No :[protected] bearing PNR NO.MDPR3Y for four-person was scheduled on 8/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai and Order[protected] bearing PNR NO FEPGYI for one-person was scheduled on 17/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai respectively. It is obvious that amount debited from my account and credited in your account . on being raised query /complaint you have sent cooked reply reproduced as under

                                      Thereafter, I filed the complaint against the airlines, and the airlines in response to my complaint communicated that airlines have already refunded the amount in your company's account in the month of August 2020 and your company is sitting on my money closing its eyes and ear. I think the same amount should have been refunded in my account in the month of August.
                                      Further please refer to my communication on Dec 19, 2020, 1:12 PM I got message /communication dated 23.12, 2020, 10:07 PM regarding refund request for Order No :[protected] and Order[protected], I was surprised to meet the incident of communication that in spite of being all details about the beneficiary account I have once again been requested to submit the same. This is nothing but harassment of consumers. it is very clear that I had paid the amount for purchasing two tickets through Order No :[protected] bearing PNR NO.MDPR3Y for four-person was scheduled on 8/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai and Order[protected] bearing PNR NO FEPGYI for four-person was scheduled on 17/5/2020 from PAT to Mumbai respectively. I have already attached copy of the canceled cheque for your reference messaged on Dec 19, 2020, 1:12 PM . It is once again requested that all amounts in respect of ticket purchase vide Order No:[protected] and Order[protected] may be refunded immediately. I' have mailed everything on mail ID [protected]@happyeasygo.com .

                                      Indigo has refunded the amount as confirmed for PNR MDPR3Y and FEPGYI but happyEasyGo has not yet refunded the money inspite of 5 months have passed by.

                                      Each time when mailing to their customer support at HappyEasyGo they give me a different cooked reason .

                                      I need my refund back as airline flights were cancelled due to COVID-19 and Indigo Airline has already confirmed that the refund has been done to the agency. Agency asked me to wait for 10-15 working days to wait for refund to be processed but it is beyond 5 months that refund has not be credited to my account. i am being harassed for my money . I want justice.
