    I booked a flight with this company order id:[protected] for 16-04-20 flight had been cancelled due to lockdown airlines refund the amount to happyeasygo but till now this fraudulant company not refunded to me even though I called somany times to the customer care excutive by sending bank details.

      This is reference to booked flight with AirIndia on March 2020, trip id[protected]. The flight was cancelled due to lockdown. I have raised a refund request but even after 100 days the refund has not been initiated, now they are even not replying on email.

          My son Ankur Murarka has booked a return ticket on 05/03/2020

          TEUMGY CCU to BOM 27/03/2020
          HFH97S BOM to CCU 28/03/2020

          The ticket were cancelled on 22/03 since flight was cancelled by Indigo.

          The Indigo has refunded to happy easygo ₹ 3701 by transaction id[protected] and ₹ 3497 by transaction id[protected].
          Total refund amount ₹7198
          But the same has not been refunded to us after several reminder.

            Since the flight was cancelled i asked to refund the fare. But you told for fresh booking with credit shell ID. I tried several times for fresh booking but every time spicejet is asking to contact travel partner for credit shell. I contact your customer care but responding is not satisfying me. I Please request you to book my fresh booking as follows immediately. SG 328 (IXB to BLR) date :- 07/02/2021(02 Adults) SG 327(BLR to IXB) date :- 11/02/2021(02 Adults) Any additional payment required please let me know.

                Hi,

                I have booked my international flight from Hyderabad, India to London, Canada through @happyeasygo app which dated on April 17th 2020.

                This booking is canceled by Qatar Airlines so I asked them for the refund.
                They asked me to contact airlines.
                I have contacted airlines and airlines clear stated in their mail that they have nothing to do with payment related queries when flight is booked via third party application. All the payment information/refund access will be with @happyeasygo only.

                HappyEasyGo promised me to refund the amount within 90days and it’s been 300 days now and still I didn’t get my refund.

                They are keep on asking me to wait for 10-15days and refund is under process.

                Some of their customer care executives say it will be processed soon in a day or so and some will say they have not promised to refund.

                All are cheaters here.

                Please get my refund of Rs.68, 00, 00

                I have to get 68, 00, 000rs approx for that international ticket. I have got a mail from you guys stating company has agreed to refund the amount please scan the QR code.
                I scanned it and it’s showing 4, 900 rupees only. It’s my money 68, 00, 000 which I have to get and your throwing 4, 900 ?? Are you kidding right now.

                  M trying from 3 days for rescheduling, and all they have done denying the flight availablilty.
                  If They have to deny for every flight then what is the point of taking money in the name of rescheduling when you are saying flight is not available. Happy easygo looting coustomer in the name of rescheduling flight option, and when you try for rescheduling they put conditions, and so called free rescheduling is a lie, in a way it's complete full proof way taking coustomer money and fooling them with their condition and terms, in the end I will say happy easy go looting coustomer hard earned money and leagal action should be taken against this way to fool coustomer.

                    I have close to 6 bookings from Apirl to May 2020. Even after Airlines confirmed that you are eligible for refund, even after me giving you the confirmation, even after Govt has promised for refund, HAPPY EASY GO is not processing my refund.

                      I have booked my flight from Happy Easy go but due to a pandemic, it got canceled. Money is showing in the credit shell of the spice jet but I am unable to use that money. It is showing it is locked from the happy easy go side.

                        I booked 9 passengers Flight Tickets of IndiGo 6E572 on 21 and 22nd February for Trip date 29th May 2020 through Happyeasygo. But due to pandemic the Airline Company cancelled the flight and refunded the money to Happyeasygo. But after constantly trying to get contact over mobile phone and email no one attended the call and no reply has been received from Happyeasygo.
                        So it is unfortunate for the society to know that this type of company runs business in our country?

                          Booked a flight from Patna to Chennai for 25th March. Due to lockdown the flight got cancelled. I was in touch with indigo airline and they refunded the amount to happyeasygo in September 2020. I got in touch with HappyEasyGo customer care and they asked me to cancel the ticket in the mobile app. I cancelled the ticket with proper screen shots and email from indigo. The status from that time says refunding in the mobile app for that ticket.

                          I tried reaching out to them over phone in Oct 2020 beginning but they were unreachable. I tried to send them an email on [protected]@happyeasygo.com with all details. They did reply giving me a Case ID:[protected]. They said I need to wait for 90 days to get the refund processed. I told them that I had talked to goIndigo customer support and they have credited to happyeasgo account.
                          Every time I just received a robotic message saying kindly wait for 7 to 10 or 4 to 5 working days every time. They even asked my bank details twice for the refund processing.

                          I even escalated the issue to rajesh.[protected]@happyeasygo.com, [protected]@happyeasygo.com, [protected]@happyeasygo.com, [protected]@happyeasygo.com. But now I am not receiving any response on my refund status.

                          In nutshell, HappyEasyGo seems to a BIG FRAUD company. Please refrain from booking at happyeasygo at all means.

                          As a proud tax filer and an honest citizen, I wanted to spread this message. Hope it helps some if not all.

                              Refund not received from Happyeasygo.com for a flight cancelled by Airlines due to bad weather. I had submitted all the proofs and the refund is shown as 'Processing' for more than 3 months in HappyEasyGo website. I had spoken to Indigo Customer Support who informed that the amount had already been transferred to HappyEasyGo in October itself. Despite multiple calls to HappyEasyGo customer service, I have not received my refund.

                              Request for Full Refund as soon as possible.

                                The refund has been processed by the airline and the payment has been done to Happy easy go. The refund is not yet received to my account even after couple of weeks. The invoices of the ticket are attached herewith. Kindly look into this matter.

                                  I have booked the ticket from HEG and the fares at this site were more than that of other competitors. There is a fare difference challenge which is being promoted on the website which is of no use and just an eyewash.

                                  I was informed by the team that I need to book the ticket and then share the fare difference snapshot to claim the excess refund of 200%. Its been 10 days that there is neither a revert to the mail nor are they ready to speak on the helpline. They conveniently disconnect the call.
                                  HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  The response given by the call center executive and their mail clarification is self contradictory. Call center told me to share the snapshot whereas they are asking to prepare a video. Refer my recorded conversation with them and you will get a clear picture of the fraud happening

                                      I have booked my flight ticket for 17th Apr 2020, due to Covid-19 pandemic and nationwide lockdown the flight was cancelled.
                                      I tried communicating with HappyEasyGo support for processing my refund. Tried communicating via customer care helpline and via customer support email.
                                      Telephone support executive replied I need to contact the Airline for cancelling my tickets and then produce the evidence to HappyEasyGo for processing the refund. This process was very much hectic as Why I shall contact to the Airline by myself?, Why can't HappyEasyGo unable to coordinate for customers query with Airline?
                                      Also on every email sent the same reply and procedures are being replied to me, I also replied back to the email that I am unable to follow the instruction and want to Authorise HappyEasyGo team to process my request.
                                      Later on I contacted the Airline i.e. Spicejet - they confirmed that my tickets were already cancelled and the refund has also been processed from there end to the agent i.e. to the HappyEasyGo. Upon requesting spicejet also provided the same information via Email.
                                      Also I am following up with the customer support but they have stopped replying on my Email, also no updates regarding my refund status.
