    Dear Sir,

    Its almost 2 month completed, Air asia cancelled my flight due to covid19 and also they refunded the full amount to the happyeasygo now happyeasygo are giving me Rs. 228/- against my Rs. 978/- now they are charging me Rs. 350/- convenience charge and Rs. 400/- flight change fee which is totally unfair it was Cleary directed by DGCA i.e cancellation due to covid19 should be refund full amount to customer without any deduction. hence I request you to help me to get my full refund.           I booked a BOM to DED flight for 10th Apr 2020 and return DED to BOM for 19th Apr 2020 from HappyEasyGo platform. The flights got canceled due to COVID issue. Its been around an year now and my amount has still not been refunded to my account. Even the customer care is not responding to my emails or queries. Straight case of fraud!

            I booked my flight for the 24th of Feb 2021. after payment confirmation they demand more money to book a ticket. I denied to pay extra and their team cancelled my booking. also, not responding. my order id was[protected].

              I had made a flight booking through Happy Easy Go app and that was schedule for 16th April 2020 from DEL to IXR that was Vistara and I got Charged - 7, 175.00/- Flight PNR- TRYK46, Ticket No[protected], Order No[protected], however that due to lockdown period flight got canceled and its not my fault, I called Vistara to get my money back and came to know that they have already forwarded the same to Happy Easy Go., I called Happy Easy Go for the same and Got confirmation as they have my money and they have initiated the refund process, now its been too long as of now I haven`t received my money back.
              Please help me here as its lockdown and money is very urgent for me

                HappyEasy go is a cheater company. Since last 3 months I’m asking for a refund of one of my trip for which the airlines have refunded the whole booking amount to them, however they’re least bothered to refund my amount. Pls help. HappyEasy go is simply harassing me when I’m under financial crisis.

                  Subject: Flight cancellation due to corona virus - refund request On Feb 21, 2020 had made a return flight booking for four members and made the full payment of Rs.22, 648 and we were scheduled to fly with Spicejet Airways from Mumbai to Cochin on 05.04.20 by flight no.SG-6476 (PNR AGSE7E) and Cochin to Mumbai on 15.04.20 by flight no.SG-6475 (PNR YBYR5Z). These concerned flights were cancelled by your airline due to the corona virus. Refusal of voucher In the event of a flight cancellation due to the corona virus, I was offered a credit shell, which can be used till March 2021. On 25th April 2020 I indicated vide email that I don’t want to make use of this offer and requested for a 100% refund of the ticket price. To date I have not received a refund. Right to refund of ticket price As per the order passed by Supreme Court by the three-judge Bench, headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan, after taking into account the recommendations of the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Airlines will have to refund money collected from tickets that were cancelled following the coronavirus induced lockdown without any cancellation charge. The Judgement also states that If a passenger booked a ticket during the lockdown period (from March 25 to May 24) for travel during lockdown period and the airline has received payment for booking of air ticket for travel during the same period, for both domestic and international air travel and refund is sought by the passenger against that booking being cancelled, the airline shall refund the full amount collected without any cancellation charges. The refund shall be made within a period of three weeks from the date of cancellation, the order said. "On such refund, the amount shall be passed on immediately by the agent to the passengers, " it said. Therefore, I am entitled to a refund of the ticket price in the amount of INR 22, 648/- that I paid for the ticket (without any deduction of insurance or convenience fee). Refund request I herewith request you to remit INR 22, 648/- within 5 days to my account number, account holder RTGS/NEFT:, MICR:, HDFC Bank Ltd., Mumbai 400026, with payment reference ‘Refund ticket. As a great punishment for opting your airlines and the agent, I have been continuously following up with Spicejet & Happyeasygo since April 2020 onwards, putting my energy, time and money that has been under your use since last one year, but neither of you have given a concrete reply nor has the amount returned to me even after elapsing almost one year. Summary of my correspondences through email is reproduced below for your references. It seems, it is in your interest to keep passengers money and put blame on each other, that airlines says they have already refunded the money to happyeasygo and happyeasygo on other hand stick to a stereo tape reply that if airlines return, then they will refund without even checking whether the money has been deposited by airlines or not, thus passengers are made as fools. --- If my request does not result in payment of the above-mentioned compensation amount, I will submit my complaint to the relevant supervisory authority and will take legal action if necessary. With kind regards, Jose Kunjuvareed Panamkulathukaran Attachments: - Copy of booking confirmation - Copy of bank payment transaction I had written above letters to spicejet for refund of my flight booking through Happyeasygo, who are not refunding the full amount, though the airlines - spicejet claims they have refunded the full amount to Happyeasygo amounting to Rs.22, 648/- whereas Happyeasygo is willing to give only Rs.18000 thereby deducting around 4000 that too after one year o[censored]tilising this amount. I want them to give the full refund it not interest, atleast they should refund my full amount of Rs.22648, as there were nothing materialized, and no insurance or any conveyance has been taken place.

                    There have been series of mail game with your company, that was not required if there was some transparency on how you work and what you charge for. In the light of the credit shell allowed and trying to rebook, I have been informed that credit shell for the trip Id[protected] has been used in full. The same has been confirmed by Spicejet. While the amount for the second passenger for VISTARA has been refunded to the tune of Rs 2799.00 which is yet to be refunded by happyeasygo. This refund of Rs 2799 is yet to be credited to my account, it has been initiated by Vistara as confirmed today. Now if it is refunded, why has it not been intimated and confirmed or conveyed to me?

                    Now this brings also something to light from past booking made using the credit shell. I made a booking for 23rd December 2020, trying to use the credit shell of spicejet. The amount lying in credit shell as informed by the airline was Rs 5216 and the flight fare then was Rs 5600/- so they received a net payment of only Rs 385/-. Now why the hell I was charged 2385/- for Flight CCU to Delhi PNR- CDEITD, when the airline just charged just Rs 385/- using the entire credit shell. There is supposed to be no extra charges, and whenever I have asked for a break up, you just keep saying this is the fare difference. The amount of Rs 2000 should be refunded immediately citing fraud and cheating by the company!

                      I have cancelled the flight Ticket For LKO-CCU -- Order[protected] on 9th feb.

                      The refund amount showing on my account is 0 INR however at indigo website it is showing a refund of 2031 INR.

                      HappyEasyGo is not refunding the amount without any reason.

                        Please be informed if the airline is processing the full refund then happyeasygo will also process the full refund post deduction of the convenience fee as it is non-refundable.
                        However, cancellation request has to be placed on happyeasygo website also in order to claim your refund.
                        We see the booking is still not cancelled from our end. In order to claim refund, we advise you to visit our website and place your request under ‘My Trips’ section as we are unable to process cancellations on email because cancellation requires OTP which would be sent on your registered number.
                        Generally the timeline provided by the airlines to authorize full refund is 90 working days, once refund is received from airlines then HEG will process it your account where it would take 10-15 working days to reach your account.
                        Please to be inform that Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing high call/email volumes (like all OTAs in India), which is resulting in less than ideal experience for our customers . We advise you to wait for some more time

Don't know when to get response and customercare numbers also not connecting. It has taken a year to catchup with happyeasygo customercare but was never reachable.

                                The flight was canceled on 21st Feb and the airlines processed the refund within 3 working days. Happyeasygo is not returning the refund amount, nor are the replying to any mail or calls.
                                The ticket amount was nearly 6.5K and the PNR of the flight was XGQCQI
