Hi,
I booked a flight with happyeasygo for 2th december 2020.
The PNR got generated at that time, however no email from airline was generated.Now today when I tried checking my PNR with spicejet for web check-in and other stuff.
I got to know that happyeasygo group booking against my PNR which is completely against my knowledge as I booked only for myself and even more passenger details are not provided in their database by happyeasygo .
HappyEasyGo doesnt even care to inform the passengers about this even when my travel date is 25th december and today is 23rd just a day buffer. Can you image the amount the negligence and scam here.
On 25th would I have just gone to airport and come back home .
I dont know what kind of scam is going on here.

    Raised refund processing on Oct 22nd along with stamp copy from airlines for full refund and it was communicated it will take 90 days for processing.
    On Dec 2nd called to check the status, informed me stating my Happy Easygo executive guy forget to attach right document to AirIndia. Again I raised with stamp copy of airlines for refund.

    On Dec 10th called to check status, informed it will be processed in 7 days to your account since the miss Happy Easygo team.

    On Dec 22nd called again, they are stating it will take 90 -120 days for processing since we haven't status from Airlines.

    For my money, have to beg with them for last 3 months eventhough Airlines has provided stamp copy and all required documents been submitted.

    For everything they are blaming Air India they doesn't process ontime.

      I have booked indigo flight through happyeasygo website on 11th march 2020, but indigo flight were cancelled due to covid pandemic, i was contact to indigo they are said that already refunded to happyeasygo on 7th July 2020 with trancations No:[protected].But i have not received the refund amount from happyeasygo.I was contacting to happyeasygo from july onwards through customer care didn't working till now.Please resolve my problem and refund my amount.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        This is to inform you that I have cancelled this flight ticket of PNR - BL2ZMT - E-Ticket (Order ID:[protected] due to change in schedule of the flight and as per sms received from Indigo there will be no cancellation charges .

        As per email from Indigo, they have refunded the amount of Rs.9614 to Happy Easy Go, But i have received the refund amount of only Rs.2454 on 17th Nov'20 in my bank account . As i have to receive total refund amount of Rs.9614.

        I have been following with Happyeasygo since one month. But still not received any further refund.

        Kindly help me to get further refund amount of Rs.7160.

          This is to draw to your attention to the convenience charges I will be facing on my refund for the flight booking -

          BLR- DEL 1st May 2020 Ticket PNR : UHGVXS
          DEL - BLR 17th May 2020 Ticket PNR : BQCWJB

          I booked my flight tickets for a round trip from Bangalore to Delhi, on the above mentioned dates however it got cancelled due to the COVID 19 situation. For PNR UHGVXS, the remaining amount is 400 INR AND the used amount is 7572 INR in UHGVXS. And for the PNR BQCWJB the entire amount of 6888 has already been refunded to the HappyEasyGo Agency without any cancellations.

          However, today I have been told by a HappyEasyGo Representative that again 400-500 INR will be deducted as per the agency policy. I would like to dispute these charges, basis following logical deductions -

          1. As far as i aware of, Convenience is non- refundable in case airline is charging cancellation fee for any cancellation request. In this case, when Indigo has not charged any cancellation fee and refunded the full amount, why is HappyEasyGo penalising the customers. Since I have not travelled and availed any of the services, I should not be charged for this.

          2. As per the fare breakup, I have already paid 15235 INR at the time of booking but in return I am now getting 7972 for PNR UHGVXS and 6888 INR for BQCWJB i.e. 14860 INR. Since the difference has already been deducted by agency earlier, I should not be charged for any further deductions.

          I would like to dispute these charges, and/or seek legal aid. The chronology of events in this case, if verified, will show how fraudulent these charges are and ultimately harm the goodwill and reputation of HappyEasyGo.

          I am mentally exhausted chasing you every single day for my refund and there has been no acknowledgement since the last 2 days to this complaint email.

          WHY ARE YOU CHARGING THE CONVENIENCE FEE WHILE NO AGENCY IS CHARGING ANY PENNY CONSIDERING PANDEMIC. I REGRET TO BE BOOKING WITH HAPPYEASYGO.

          Kindly refund the full amount at the earliest.

            I had booked a flight ticket with GoAir through Happy Easy Go. The details and the issue is mentioned below.

            Date of Booking :- 22nd Feb, 2020
            Date of Travel :- 22nd Nov, 2020
            From Lucknow to Bangalore

            PNR :- Z88S2Z

            Issue :- I requested a cancellation for this flight through Happy Easy Go app. I also contacted GoAir and they confirmed over call that they have already transferred the money to the Happy Easy Go. But, I have still not received the amount in my account even after multiple follow ups with Happy Easy Go customer support. Please facilitate me by refunding the money to my account and share the transaction details.

              My refund for trip id: [protected] and [protected] is still pending from their end. They are not replying to email and not picking the calls.
              I have tried many times and also sent an email but no one is replying.

              Still not getting my money. They said they will process in 3 days and now it's been more than 10 days and I am yet to hear from them even after multiple reminders and email. Please help here as this is harrasment.

              This company is still not replying. It's been 5 months I have been chasing them for my money but they just keep saying 3-4 days and keep extending. And I never get a reply from them after the committed time period

                I booked two tickets from Ahmedabad to delhi for 12/04/2020. (Indigo 6e432, PNR LI363Z) After booking nation wide lockdown was announced by the government . All services including Flights were not operational. Now when I asked for refundmcredit shell from Happyeasygo. They are not responding.

                  I had booked my ticket on 19 April and the flights got cancelled due to covid..the airlines have refunded the money to happy easy go ...still I have not got my refund... complete fraudster

                    Airline cancelled the flight and they returned to the HappyEasyGo, I spoke in customer care and wrote a mail on 26 September, 2020 and after that 3 more times . But I haven’t got my money back till date . This is what the costumer should expect with your service?? You don’t have to come by yourself till my house and handover the money so your complaining about the pandemic.I hope you people know about something called online transaction, i[censored] remember the payment was done online only . I hope someone is not just sitting at the back and reading the mails . Please do your job .Thank you

                      E-Ticket for Order[protected]
                      I had a Indigo flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai booked in April'20 but it was cancelled due to ongoing pandemic situation. Got an email saying the refund is credited in the form of credit shell, but i am unable to use this while making a booking through indigo website, as the booking was made through agent. Could you please give clarity on how to redeem this as soon as possible.

                        I have booked Indigo flight through Happyeasygo for April month but as Indigo flights were cancelled due to Corona they informed that PNr is also cancelled. I tried to check for the PNR with Indigo and they informed that they have refunded the amount to vendor whom you booked ticket through. I tried to call multiple times and days to Happyeasygo but their numbers are not connecting not i have got response to an email i sent few days back for order[protected].

                          Even after the airline has confirmed that refund has been given to happyeasygo, they are not bothered to refund to customer. They are looting common man which is unacceptable, I shall take up this issue with consumer court and fight for the refund

                            Hello sir i had booked my ticket from jaipur to pune on 16th march and my flight was on 8th april but due to covid 19 flights got cancelled and i got my credit shell of rs 3298. sir after contacting indigo, i got to know that they have already refunded the amount to happyeasy go. But i haven't received it from happy easy go.I want my refund back, please..please help🙏🙏🙏

                              Hello, this is to let you know about this fake company and their service.

                              I am still waiting to receive two refunds amount from them, and even though the airlines have already processed the refund months back, this fraud company is not returning my money I need your help in this matter. They even don't receive phone calls.

                                  This is regarding the indigo flight I have booked from ranchi to Vishakhapatnam for 1st Jan 2020.Unfortunately flight was cancelled by airline and they have given full refund to happy easy go.But its been more than 15 days I didn't get my refund.They are not even responding to my emails.Such a pathetic service.Will never ever use this fake website.

                                    My name is Nirav Shah. I had booked a ticket through Happy Easy Go for an indigo flight from Ahmedabad to Patna and return for 2 passengers.

                                    However, I made a mistake in surname of one of the passengers. I discussed the same with the Indigo officials and they asked me to cancel the ticket and re-book the new one with correct details. While cancelling they had given me full refund (without any deduction of charges) and the same has been initiated by them & disbursed to HEG already.

                                    However, till now I haven’t got my refund back in my credit card account yet. It has been over a month now. I have regularly followed up over emails too on their customer care id, but not help was given.

                                      I have booked flight in February but due to covid my flight is cancelled by the airlines and they refunded to happyeasygo on same day Airlines send me mail with transaction Id but happyeasygo is not refunding my amount. I write several email called many times but I get same answer You have to wait 5-7 working days but today I called happyeasygo one of his customer care executive is very honest he told me in very clear words "sir you will not get your money simply you are wasting your time" I like his attitude at least he told me truth.
                                      So It's my advice to all of you please stay away from these cheaters.
                                      Simply they send mail just before one day your flight is cancelled by the airlines if want to cancel your flight you can we will refund you but not full refund means they charge conveience fee. For just name sake indirectly they wanted to say you we will not refund you any amount so stay away this fake website #happyeasygo.

                                        Hi,

                                        I'd like to inform that there's been a series of misleading information and incorrect guidance through telephone conversation and E-mail by the customer service team.

                                        I had booked a Return ticket and a One-way ticket for which a Rescheduling request was raised. I was mislead throughout 5 customer service calls that was made and also E-mails sent did not match the information.
