Dear sir,
I'm booking a flight ticket (QHQ47P- PNR) on 30/10/2020 and I cancelled in same flight after some time.So it has not been returned yet. What should I do for that

    Alliance cancelled two tickets due to schedule change, but i am not getting my refund after 2 months of repeated followup from Happy to easy go.

    Previously I am also complain both Happy to easy go and Go air, but not yet problem solve. Both are cheated people . Kindly take major action both of them.

      I cancelled flights with SpiceJet and then with Happyeasygo. Spicejet said they have refunded to HEG. But HEG is refunding the money to me. After repeated Customer enquiries also. Fraud company.

        I cancelled 3 tickets with Happyeasygo website as the flights were cancelled and non operational due to covid pandemic.

        All the 3 tickets are from indigo. Indigo has released complete payment to Happyeasygo without holding a single penny, whereas Happyeasygo deducted Rs 280 convenience fee from all my 3 tickets.

        Now it is unfair to me as it is not my fault that flights were cancelled due to covid.

            Happyeasygo is asking me to bring a letter from Airline and Airline is saying that they can't provide any letter as flight was cancelled. I have sent them all the details and links to DGCA and AirIndia notice for related to refunds to be issued.

              I have paid Rs. 14936/- to your account while booking room at Ginger Hotel, agartala. My bank has debited the amount. But to my surprise, I got a msg from your site that my room booking is underway, I need to pay above amount.
              I shall request to check the status of room booking and send me a confirmation of both receipt of payment and room booking respectively.

                    Due to covid-19 pandemic flights have been cancelled by the airlines and the amount have been credited in the form of Credit shell by the airlines.

                    now, i would like to book flight using credit shell of mine, But using your website app i could not find the credit shell or i am unable to use the credit shell provided by the airlines.

                    i have to contact your customer support staff for assistant for booking and i feel very frustrating and irritating to do so, because its not simple and user friendly and i dont have the option change my dates as wish.

                        I had booked flight in April 2020 but dur to pandemic the flights got cancelled. I opted for credit shell but even after so many months I haven't received any from the HappyEasyGo

                          On Sunday I have booked ticket from your website for mumbai to Patna, for first two times I got payment failure error so I tried booking for the third time which was successfully booked but later on when I checked my bank account I saw payment was deducted for all 3 booking and also tickets were confirmed.

                          As per your suggestion I called directly to GOAIR and asked them to cancel the two tickets which they did and also refunded money back to AGENT (HEG) on the same day screenshot of the cancellation is attached.

                          Why it is taking your team so long to refund it back to the transaction account. What validation your team is doing when GOAIR themselves have provided me the cancelation mail.

                            Address: level 3 rider house plot no 136 sec 44 near huda city centre metro station gurugram.

                            My Flight was cancelled by the airlines and happy easy go guys told me to cancel it from their website and upload the proof that airlines has refunded the money, which i did. Now happy easy go guys are telling me my refund is failed because of payment gateway issues, now these people want my personal information like account number and other details to refund.
                            How can they ask my personal information, really disappointed even RBI says do not share your personal details with any one.

                            this is there trick not to give refund they are asking everyone there is no payment failure nor any technical error. they want to eat the money this is truth. i will never leave happyeasygo.

                              I booked a flight ticket between Chennai and Patna on 3rd April. But because of the covid situation, flight got cancelled. I called to Indigo airline and asked if i can get a refund. They immediately refunded the amount to HAppyeasygo. Since then it has been more than 6 months but even after hundreds of follow ups, happyeasygo has not refunded this amount. Every time i call them, they either ask me to again and again give my bank account detail or ask to wait for 5 -7 days. I kindly request government official to take action against them.

                                Trip id's no[protected] and[protected]. INDIGO cancelled air tickets and money refund to agent since 4 month back but Happyeasygo yet not refund me money. Regular follow up over customer care as well as twitter but no satisfactory reply given. everytime they replying that it will take time but not mentioned that how much?. very very bed experiance in air ticket booked through HEG.

                                    Dear Team, I would like to inform you that I had booked air ticket through your site, vide Air line PNR - P5575S for four passengers from Chandigarh to Srinagar with GoAir flight, Flight No G8-911 for dated 13th April, 2020 and PNR No TGN9TF for one passenger from Kolkata to Chandigarh for dated 9th April, 2020 with Indigo flight, flight No - 6E-372.

                                    Due to Covid-19 pandemic there was complete shutdown and airlines were canceled so we could not travel.

                                    Now I would like to get refund of the above said air tickets.

                                      HappyEasyGo has not yet refunded the money in spite 30 days have passed I cancelled the ticket on HappyEasyGo portal. My flights were cancelled due to COVID-19 and Indigo has already confirmed that the refund has been done to the HappyEasyGo.

                                      Each time I call the customer care, they give me different dates for refund and say transaction has been initiated and refund would be credited soon. And today they asked me to send them a cancelled cheque if I want the refund to be processed.

                                      Their site says "While Cancelling/Rescheduling any of your booking, refund would be done in your original mode of payment within 10-15 working days". Why do you even have these FAQs if you do not abide by your procedures????

                                      This is clear harrassment of the consumer and lying to your customers every time they call you. I wonder if you have any work ethics or code of conduct.

                                      Request you to initiate a refund asap and make the process simple. I am sure you are going to lose many customers if this is how you focus on customer service.
