Spicejet requested me on 07 aug 20 to contact you after10 days of initiating the refund of credit shell payments for the cancelled flight during vivid 19 lockdown. My pnr no. N74vn1 flight dated 15 apr 20 flight no. Sg-107.

    I have booked my indigo flight ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad for 18 th April, 2020 on Happyeasygo app but due to lockdown situation it got cancelled automatically . I have got the option to put it as credit shell on indigo app, so I did. After few weeks indigo airlines refunded all the credit shell amount to happyeasygo company. Now they didn't refund the amount yet. When I didn't travelled, so why should I pay for that? There is no way to contact them, I tried to email them but no response. This sort of treachery is not acceptable. They should be punished and refund our money back. ### eating on innocent people's money.

      I had cancelled my ticket on April 21 for flight on April 15, as per vendor policy 90 is refund policy. But till now I haven't get the refund. When I am contacting with airline team (airindia) they said that money was already refunded to vendor. When I am calling to happyeasy go they are saying they airindia hasn't yet refunded. Like this they are playing with customers money. Need to take some action on the vendor.

            I booked an Air ticket through indigo airline for 15th April 2020 for bangalore to delhi I booked this flight through HappyEasyGo, but due to extended lockdown flight got cancelled and according to government I should got all my money(7000 inr/-) back. it's been more than 5 months back I didn't any money back . I mailed Indigo regarding that but they said they already proceed the money and I will get money through "HappyEasyGo" because I booked through them, but when I mailed HappyEasyGo regarding that they said the didn't get any money .
            Please help me 7000 inr is huge amount for me as a middle class person. My PNR was DJPFTW.

            Thank you I received refund although it is not full amount they cut 1000 inr from that still thank you.

              Flight booking cancelled on 15th may 2020. Was advised by the airline that the refund is done & happy easy go with refund the amount. Post which we were asked to wait for 90 days which we waited patiently as we understood the current situation. Second 5 to 7 working days. Third 3 to 5 working days. Still their is no refund. Approx 44k needs to be refunded by them & this is only increasing timelines.

                  My name is amit mehra, i booked a ticket for 14 april 2020 from bangalore to delhi via hyderabad (Transaction id 2557-last digit). As covid lockdown happened, my flight ticket got cancelled. After that on 1st may i registered the request for refund, they promised to refund the amount in 90 days. After 90 days again i called and they told me that the complaint has been registered and refund will take another 10-15 days... After 15 days approax finally i received just a email referring me to wait for another 20 days for the response (Not refund). Im tired of calliing then and arguing with them because it's not helping at all. I don't think they'll give me refund.

                    I booked (Orderid[protected] a flight with a cost of 10068 inr with them afterward airlines drop the price by nearly 4k.

                    When i checked with airlines, they said they are refunding the money to happyeasygo and the same i can claim with them.

                    I checked with happyeasygo they agreed and said that once you complete the journey you can select the option to cancel the ticket and upload the fair dropped detail from the airlines (That there is no option to process such refunds via the app/website).

                    I checked with them after a month and they completely denying the refund now.
                    As well as there customer support employee "vishnu" not even let me talk to there supervisor and disconnected the call.

                      Airlines cancelled the flight and same has been shared with happyeasygo team. however, they took 80-90 days to refund and when the timeline was about to expire, they refused to refund the money for the flight cancelled by the airlines.

                      The airlines have already confirmed Happyeasygo Team that cancellation was done from their end and consumer should get a refund. But then also they are not refunding the money.

                        This is rakesh vr from bhubaneswar.
                        I had booked tickets for my parents from cochin to bhubaneswar via bangalore on 1st june 2020, through happyeasygo travel agency with trip id:[protected] and airline pnr (Air asia) : a8jhke and travellers were : rajagopalan/k p and rajani/padma with travel date 1st june 2020. But the flight got cancelled by airasia (Airline) and intimated that i am eligible for full refund amount and the same has been processed through happy easy go on 9th june 2020.
                        The airline (Airasia confirmed that they transfered my booking amount to your happyeasygo account on 22nd july 2020 at 1.30 pm as per thir record. But suspeciously even after 13 days following that my booking amount is not credited to my account. When enquiring regardinfg the same, none of your executives are ready to give a justifiable reply and customer support executives are not even ready to check my exact status of refund, instead keep on telling minumum 90 days it will take for a refund that is not justifiable once you receive the amount from the airline (Airasia).
                        So i am very disappointed with your service.
                        I want to get my refund at the earliest and consider it as a request.

                          Dear sir,
                          Till yet ( 17/8/2020) there was no authentic communication from the happyeasygo company officials to me to resolve my complaint request. The same complaint issues still persists. I urge the happyeasygo company to find a solution to my request so as to refund my booked amount as it is more than 67 days post cancellation of Air ticket.

                            I have booked airindia flight ticket using happyeasygo mobile app from gwaliar to delhi, 16 jun 2019 (E-ticket for order[protected].

                            I have cancelled ticket directly from airline since flight was delayed for more than 4hrs after confirming from airline customer care for full refund.

                            It has been more than a year and happyeasygo is not processing my refund.

                            Happyeasygo asking me to send cancellation confirmation document from airline. Airline confirmed for cancellation and full refund over phone but for document they asking happyeasygo to contact airline saying that ticket was booked via happyeasygo and they shall contact airline for any query.

                            I have contacted both airline and happyeasygo over phone and mail multiple times and nobody is taking any action.

                            Please look into this matter.

                              I have booked a ticket for 24-March-20. Due to operational issuance the flight was canceled by Airlines. I have get massage from Air Asia.

                              on 07-April-20 I canceled my flight ticket from the Happy easy go application. After many times taking follow up I have got 90 days TAT for the refund process.

                              Already 90 Days over but still did not get the refund. on daily basis i am getting new TAT from Happy easy go. Also i want to change ticket date but Happy easy go change registered mail id of ticket booking. many times call them but they did not provide solution. again & again given fake commitment.

                                  I have requested to book a ticket through happyeasygo from bengaluru to varanasi for dated 05-dec-2020 and also requested to utilize my credit shell amount of 11739/- for booking.
                                  Before ticket confirmation, i have paid an additional 1500/- rs as requested by happyeasygo, but the actual fare after ticket confirmation is showing 10452/- inr. Since the actual fare of flight booking is lesser than my credit shell, my credit shell is not completely utilized on top of it happyeasygo has charged rs. 1500/- which they are not able to justify and are not ready to return also.

                                      You can consider this email as a full refund confirmation for your reference. The necessary remarks are also added on the booking for your travel agent to provide you with full refund.
                                      Kindly contact your travel agent helpdesk to claim full refunds. We're unable to provide any reference number because the refund was sent to your travel agent from Vistara and we're not allowed to share any transaction details of the travel agent with the customer.
                                      If travel agent has any query or concern with full refund of your booking, request them to contact our sales support team directly and they'll be able to help the travel agent.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had booked tickets for travel between Chennai to Shirdi for 3 May 2020. Because of Covid, the flights were cancelled and I had requested for refund on 6rd May by confirming that the refund is processed from Spicejet. I had also attached the communication from Spicejet to HappyEasyGo cancellation request. It has been three months almost, since the cancellation has been requested but HappyEasyGo page still says, Refund is processing.

                                        They are asking to wait 90 days in order to get the refund back which is much longer than the usual refund window of 15 days. I can understand that it is due to COVID. But, there is no hints that my refund will be initiated from HappyEasyGo end. No one is taking responsibility and I am simply getting Auto Response (same) mail everytime I mail them. The customer Care fellows are of now use and there is no point for escation.
