Hi HappyGoEasy Team,

GoAir team has clearly confirmed that they have already initiated the payment from their end and its pending from your side.
So its been clear now that it is pending with you. Then why the hell you need 5-7 working days to update the refund status, its been 5 months you are just updating the refund status to us whereas they have already paid to you guys.

Today again when I called your customer care number they are asking me to raise a ticket. Also I am asking for your senior's email id that too you are not providing. Whenever we call and ask to transfer the call to your seniors the phone gets disconnected. So just don't blame them and initiate our refund immediately

    I had a booking for 15th aug from dubai to delhi booked via happy easy go. I request to postpone the ticket more than 24 hours before the departure time. For 16 hours their was no response on email from happy easy go. Also their was no one picking up the call their. I lost 37000 because of that & need refund of the same i wrote to happy easy go many time but they never responded back.

      I had booked flight on 14/06/2020 with booking I'd[protected] and it got cancelled. Now when I am go for rebooking you are asking me to pay 1985/-extra. On what back ground u are asking nothing clear on the mail and in indigo site it is showing around Rs. 5000/- only. Either you have to give clear data on price otherwise return the amount on my credit shell so I can redeem directly the airline web site. Your customercare executive Mr. Kamlesh also didn't give the clear replay. If they can't solve one simple query why they have sit for this job. From your side it is not solve I will complaint to to PMO site and airline department

        I booked a flight for Pune to Bangalore from HEG.

        Recently I received an SMS from the airline that this flight has been cancelled.
        Attaching the screenshot of SMS for your reference.

        The airline said that the refund will be given to HEG account and then HEG will provide the same to me.
        But didn't receive any money or communication from HEG

          I have booked a flight ticket with order id[protected] and due to lockdownd my flight has been cancelled and i placed cancellation for refund . i have paid 2070 but i received only 1496. As per DGCA and supreme court order customer should get complete refund amount without deduction but the have deducted the amount . this is complete violation of the guidlines provided by the DGCA and supreme court order. i request to take action as soon as possible

              Hi all,
              I would like to say happyeasygo is a biggest scam doing in india right now. I have paid my ticket price 3800 rs & got the ticket. But due to lockdown i couldn't able to travel due to the destination state due to travelling restrictions. When i tried to reach hapeasygo customer care my calls were unanswered as well. I have tried sending email to [protected]@happyeasygo.com as well but no one replied so far.
              I don't know now where should i reach out about the issue. Because neither airasia ready to refund my booking neither happyeasygo. I would never ever book flight ticket on happyeasygo neither recommend you to book the tickets on same company as well.

                I had booked flight with order id ticket for pat-bho — order[protected] for 9th but it got cancel due to lockdown n i recieved credit shell. Now when i told them to use my credit they told me fare which was above current fare by 200/- rs still i agreed then after certain time they told me fares r increased so i have to pay even more than i check fares on airlines website n their website it turned out to be mo fare increase was there.
                Its a harassment for using my credit shell. I have attached screenshots for my proofs

                  I had booked a flight which was scheduled to depart on[protected] but due to the complete lock down the flight was cancelled. Now indigo has processed the full refund amount against my ticket to happyeasygo
                  The amount that indigo refunded was 1949.00, the amount i payed was 1634.00. The refund amount that was transfered to my account by happyeasygo was 979.00

                    The government has issued memorandum to do full refund. They are giving me a credit shell. These people are cheating the customers. What will i be doing when there is no need of going to place till where the ticket booked.

                      My travel date:27:02:2020 (4:30 am)TRV-BAH(via DXB). Flight number EK-523 & EK-837.Return 11:03:2020 BAH-TRV(viaDXB). Flight number EK-840&EK-522.My PNR M5FJDB.Airlines Emirates.(Booking via Happy easygo app. Booking id[protected] I received a mail that the flight was cancelled by the airlines so please contact your booking office.On 27:02:2020 I went to the Trivandrum Emirates office.They asked me to get my refund via my booking agent(Rs.20406).On the same day I sent my refund request to happy easygo customer care.On 01:03:2020 I received a mail from my agent that we can only give your full refund if you get a letter from the airlines.On09:03:2020 I sent the complaint to the airlines and I received the reply on 30:03:2020 that you have booked via agent.So we can't do anything.The same day I again sent full refund request to happy easygo. I got a reply that you'll receive your full refund within 45-90days.But until today(20:07:2020) I haven't received refund.So please help me to receive my fullrefund.

                            I have cancelled my pnrs smv7ka and wm2khd through indigo portal and they informed me that they have already processed the refunds in two parts, one on 9th of april, 2020 and the other on 19th of july, 2020 to the agent wallet. I have made the bookings through happyeasygo portal and the payment was made through credit card. I have not received a single penny yet into my account. Please help me know the status of the same.

                              I have raised a refund request for my flight ticket. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and after contacting airlines directly i was told that refund is processed. Its been 4 months and my refund is still not processed. Everytime i call they say it will take 10-15 days but this is extending endlessly.

                                  I booked two flights for my family from delhi to hyderabad and goa to delhi but both flights were cancelled by airlines due to covid 19 and as per airlines they have refunded for both the bookings in april.                                     Cheaters!! I will give them negative ratings if possible, never book anything from them infact don't even compare prices of anything on their app or site, they have nightmare experience of soo called refund or transaction failed.. You will never get a single penny in return i[censored] cancel or make changes or if somehow ur transaction fails, i lost thousands and being persuasive for a refund from last 6 months, even after an official mail saying they refund all the money to sadeasygo.. Stay away!

                                      I canceled my flight with goair customer support and notified the same with happyeasygo on 15th march 2020. Order id:[protected]

                                      Goair had refunded the whole amount to happyeasygo on 16th march. But the company has kept my money and not refunded me any penny. Its been more than 4 months now and i am still waiting for my refund.

                                      Happyeasygo is working as a fraud company.

                                        I have booked 4 indigo tickets on www.happyeasygo.com for 17 march2020 to 24 march 2020 return flight of ahmedabad to port blair, these are order id of happy easy go and bookings date.
                                        1. Order id :[protected], 24 oct 2019
                                        2. Orderid:[protected], 23rd oct 2019
                                        3. Order id:[protected], 1st oct 2019
                                        4. Order id:[protected], 2nd oct 2019.

                                        All flights got canceled by indigo itself because of covid-19 with a full refund, then i called to happy easy go for refund. After few days i got email on 5th may 2020 for order id :[protected] and on 11th june 2020 for orderid:[protected] claimed that refunds are initiated and will be credited into my bank account within 10 days.
                                        Till now i am not getting refund, i sent transaction summary and email which i got from my bank as happy easy go team told me to do for confirmation about not getting refund, still they are claiming that money is refunded.
                                        I gave all the proof what i got from the bank head office still they are not transferring refund into my account.
                                        Whenever i called the customer agents say to wait 10 to 15 days, its been 3.5 months i have been complaining.

                                        See the email that razor pay sent me that there is no enough money in happy easy go’s merchant account that why money is not proceed.

                                        These two order id’s[protected],[protected] Refund haven’t yet credited .Razor pay emailed about that they have processed but money didn’t transfer bcz of “not enough amount In happy easy go’ s merchant account. Then why you guys are showing that it’s processed? What kind of software you are using to just show that money is processed.

                                        Moreover I have sent you bank statements, bank Summary and bank email that claims refund is not credited in my account. Checkout emails screenshots.

                                        I have gave All the proof what I was told to share, still I’m not getting refund . Your customer Care keep saying give us 72 hours from last 30 days.

                                        If I’m not getting my all four refund I’m going to complain to DGCA, Government of India and all Airline CEO that don’t do business with happy easy go as they didn’t refund customers money although airlines gave full refund.

                                        I have sent bank statements bank From the refund dates to 13 July 2020, confirmation email By bank head office, bank summary On your email. What else you need ? The thing is that you guys don’t do refund to customers I have seen many same complaints on social media. You just showing that money is refunded.
