Below is my ticket id with attached email. Even after 97 days I did not got my refund. Already purchased policy of Rs 248 and did not got any refund. I had to cancel due to covid, lockdown is already started from 22nd march 2020 but did not get any refund.

      Around trip tickets are cancelled by the flight company and also cancelled the tickets by our side on 24mar but still i m not receiving refund amount of rs 28000.. Already 110days are crossed but they are not providing the refund amount.. Order id[protected]

        I have not received refund of my flight ticket - the airline has cancelled the flight but happyeasygo has not provided the refund - have dropped multiple mails and called them multiple times but no response is made. Its been more than 4 months that i have been following them.

          I have booked an airline ticket with goair using happyeasy go

          I have canceled the flight due to some reason, now refund has been provided by goair to happyeasygo 2 months back. Still waiting to get a refund from happyeasygo.
          Following up with happyeasygo on mail, call, twitter still didn't get any proper reply or update regarding my refund.

              I'm frequent traveler and book my travel tickets via happy easy go app. I have booked a ticket to bali via happyeasygo app on 20th jan'20 with the following details. The airlines have cancelled both the onward and return flight and i have applied cancellation via the happyeasygo app around 13/14th march'2020. The ticket status is showing refunding for the last
              3.5 months

              My other colleagues, who booked via clear trip have received their refund in thier account. So far i have contacted the customer care center 5 times and the responses are not satisfactory. (Reaching the number and talking to the executive is an herculean task and the less spoken about the experience the better.)

              The inexplicable and inordinate delay for refund is beyond comprehension. On contacting the cs case via email with the problem, i have received the below stereotyped response 3 times:

              "please be informed that we have already shared your request to our concerned department to validate refund with the concerned airline and our team is working on your case. However, it will take longer than usual time and it is not our usual practice. Thus, we would request you to kindly wait till 5-7 working days for the further update"
              Unquote"

              Hope to receive the response at the earliest.

                I Sonu Kumar Sharma bearing PNR Ticket number - NUQQ9S had booked a flight ticket from Happy easy go which was scheduled dated 3July2020 at 8:55AM.

                FLIGHT -- FROM (BLR TO IXR)

                WHEN I REACHED AIRPORT I FOUND the flight has already taken off without any notification to me at 5:15 AM ( 3.5 hours before).

                After enquiring i found ticket was booked on my name(SONU SHARMA) however contact number and email id were different. which is fraud and cheat by HAPPYEASYGO.

                IN THIS PANDEMIC you people can't believe how important it was for me to fly today.

                ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY YOU: ---
                1. PLEASE REFUND MY OLA CABS FARE ( 1000 + 1000) .
                2. I REQUESTED AIR AISA TO RESCHEDULE MY FLIGHT IN SAME COST, I ASKED THEM TO UPDATE MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL ID.
                3. YOU HAVE TO REFUND MY MOENY FLIGHT TICKET + OLA CABS FARE ( 7000 + 2000 = 9000 K) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
                4. IF NECESSARY ACTION NOT BEING TAKEN IN REFUNDING ALL MY MONEY

                  Our flight was cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown. We got the update that the amount is credited to our credit shell account. And we can book our ticket anytime after lockdown within 1 year.

                  Now due to some urgency we want to travel and trying to book the tickets through happyeasygo website as well as indigo direct website. We are unable to book the flight. After taking to indigo they said they can't do it from their end and we can reschedule only through happyeasygo. Now when we are trying to reach happyeasygo customer care they said we will be getting an email in 3-4 hrs but we haven't got any mail from them. And it's been 10 days.

                  It’s been multiple times i called indigo and happyeasygo customer care but have not got any proper response and they don’t even take the call. They kept the call on hold for more than 1hr. I must say you guys have pathetic customer service.

                  It’s frustrating to call and follow-up again and again.

                  Kindly look into this. I have to book another ticket and my money is struck now.

                  Appreciate if you can look into this and let me know where i can see my refund amount and kindly help me in rescheduling the flight. It's very urgent to travel now.

                    I booked a flight ticket in the month of February 2020 and canceled my ticket on 11 March 2020 I have been trying to contact them since March regarding my refund but they are not providing any response or refund on my query. It’s been more than 100 days since I have canceled my ticket and I want my refund ASAP

                      I had booked a flight with happyeasygo from vistara airways delhi to bangalore for 22nd march, but due to coronavirus concerns i cancelled the flight with the airline with full refund promised by them on 18th marc. The trip id for my booking with happyeasygo was trip id :[protected].

                      It has been more than 100 days since my cancellation and the company had promised refund within 45 days which was extended to 90 days but even after that there has been no refund. Tried contacting them via email, phone and twitter but got the same generic reply that the refund is in process. The company has violated it's own refund policy without any proper reply from them

                        I booked my flight ticket for 19th march from happy easy go. But because of some circumstances i had to cancel my flight ticket. At that time my refund was supposed to be initiated within 45 days of cancellation but they claimed it to be 90 days. They sent me a mail on the 15th of april that my refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. I had been told to ask the airline company directly and upon asking they said my refund had already been initiated on the airlines side and this was on the 28th of may. I called them again on 10th june and i was told to wait for the exact 90 days before my refund.. Hence, i waited till 16th of june and called again and then i was told my refund would be initiated within a 7 days. I called them again on 23rd of jude and then they said it will take another 72 hours. I waited patiently and called them again on the 26th of june and now i'm again being told it will take them 10-15 more working days. They have violated their own refund policies and also the airlines. I was agreeing to their comments as a show of good faith. But now as a consumer i feel cheated by them.

                        A HEG executive did call me and said again that it will be resolved in the next 3 days. I told him if that doesn't happen, I'm filling an official case in the Consumer Court Forum of India. He laughed it off. It has been 3 days now and again no word. So, this is to tell you and your great company, I have talked to my lawyers and you will be getting a notice by the end of the week

                          Hi,
                          I had booked my ticket through happyeasygo on 4th march 2020 from lucknow to bangalore flight scheduled on 22nd march 2020 at 06:05 with order id[protected] and my pnr number is xjp4nz. The flight was canceled due to covid-19 pandemic by airlines. I have a confirmation mail from the airlines as well for the successful refund of full amount of rs 3099 to this pathetic agency. And even now the customer care service personnel is saying to me that the airlines have not processed the refund. They asked me to wait for 3 month period and i waited but now i want to file the complaint for the refund.

                            I booked my family's flight tickets on air vistara airline thru happy easy go vide order id no.[protected].
                            The travel dates were 21.03.20 and 26.03.20. Flights were cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic.
                            As per policy, airlines air vistara has refunded the full amount i. E., rs. 9783/- to happy easy go along with confirmation.
                            However despite repeated chasing and assurances by their customer care representatives, happy easy go has refunded only half the amount i. E., rs. 4517/- to me and balance amount of rs. 4 166/- is still pending with them.

                              Booked a round trip between madurai and pune and cancelled the ticket on march 5th 2020 and now it is more than 120 days and i am yet to receive the refund for the same. Trip id:[protected] caseid:[protected]

                              Requested an update for the same through your phone (+[protected]‬) and email support ([protected]@happyeasygo.com) for the past one month and every time i just receive a robotic message saying kindly wait for 7 to 10 or 4 to 5 working days every time. Even if i ping them back after their requested time still they reply back with the same robotic message saying kindly wait for another 7 to 10 or 4 to 5 working days.

                              Even tried raising to your email escalation team ([protected]@happyeasygo.com) and even there i received the same robotic message. Funny thing is the escalation email was replied by the same support agent who replied me before with the robotic message when i emailed them at [protected]@happyeasygo.com.

                              Happyeasygo seems to a big fraud company. Please refrain from booking at happyeasygo at all means.

                                We booked international tickets for 3 people using Happy Easy Go before March when COVID started. Our journey date was 29th March and return was on 30th March. Our tickets got cancelled due to travel advisory and we contacted AirAsia for the refund. We were asked by Air Asia to contact Happy Easy Go since we booked the tickets through them, any refund processed will go to HEGs account - we have attched AirAsia chat screenshots herein.Chat is the only way to contact Air Asia customer care. We need the refund of tickets which is around 43-45k INR.

                                  I have booked my aunty tickets mrs mukesh kumari to australia with happy easy go due to uncertain reason we had to cancel that booking and same has been informed to airline and happy easy go... Air india has initiated the refund in feb only but happy easy go everytime send me robotic message kindly wait for 7 to 10 working days since feb if we call them there agents are so dumb who really dont know what to advise except saying one statement we are working on it... Its a bad experience its cheating keeping client money to fulfill your needs well there name does not suit the work they are doing. Very disappointed and taking this to consumer court and also going to visit there office, its a hard earned money of the old lady who was going to meet his son who was not well so will try my best to get her money back... My suggestion to every people before making booking with these ota companies do check there reviews and feedback. I made a big mistake by choosing them

                                    How can i take the refund of my credit shell because it is informed to me from indigo that you have to request it to the travel agency from which you booked the flight.

                                      Happyeasygo — not processing refund after constant followups

                                      I booked a flight from hyderabad to kolkatta which was further cancelled by the airlines due to cyclone that had hit west bengal in the last week of may'20. I shared the sms/emails with them while cancelling the flight so that i can get my refund, as there was no information or notification from airlines for rescheduling.

                                      As per their latest email, they are claiming that i chose to cancel and reschedule the flight which was not the case. I tried contacting them and the airlines but there was no response as to what should be done.
