I booked my family's flight tickets on air vistara airline thru happy easy go vide order id no.[protected].
The travel dates were 21.03.20 and 26.03.20. Flights were cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic.
As per policy, airlines air vistara has refunded the full amount i. E., rs. 9783/- to happy easy go along with confirmation.
However despite repeated chasing and assurances by their customer care representatives, happy easy go has refunded only half the amount i. E., rs. 4517/- to me and balance amount of rs. 4 166/- is still pending with them.
