Myself nikhil varma,
I booked the flight ticket for 11th of april 2020, from mumbai to cochin flight through happyeasygo mobile app on 5th of march. (Pnr :-rj9gmr, i6p38v)
Unfortunately due to covid-19 pandemic all flight got cancelled that time and i continuously followed up from 27th march till 2nd may 2020 to spicejet and finally i got chance to speak with the customer care dept: as per their instruction i gave request for the refund on 2nd may (Attaching all the documents) they accepted the request and i recieved the mail from spicejet regarding refund confirmation and submitted to airlines for next level process through happy easy go, then i called heg customer care representative, they finalised the request and they told me to wait for 15-20 days for refund, i accepted that offer because as a human i know the current situation.

Again may 16th i called heg customer care department they said i have to submit cancellation document which i received from airline company, that’s the reason old request was canceled (For this i didn’t get any communication from this agent), i submitted the document at the same time on call, that guy said that the shared document is valid and i will get refund in 10 days because airline already refunded the amount to their account and i was convinced.

After all till the date i didn’t get any amount again i called the same customer care service of happyeasygo on 1st of june, now they are saying they didnt get refund from airline, once they got recived payment then they will refund the same after 90 working days. And on the same day i got a mail stating that i will get only credit in my airline account. As a customer i paid the amount and i am hearing all this excuses and forcing to avail credit in the account.

My question is central government issued the notification to all the airline and agencies to give refund on immediate basis till now this particular company cheating me.in this situation we are facing so much money problem.

I request to the concern department to take the action against this looters, this kind of problem i am facing 2nd time from this same travel agent, last time i complained the same against refund issue from this concern agent they provided me with in 1 week.
And i’m attaching all the communication documents with this complaint.

This fraud company(HappyEasyGo) is not yet responded till now . And I called their customer service and they are not given clarity about my refund .

Again today I call to HappyEasyGo costumer care service, regarding (pnr :- i6p38v, RJ9GMR) now they are saying refund of pnr :- I6p38v airlines is cancelled and they kept in credit shell. But I spoke with airlines they already transferred the amount on may 3rd .
So this HappyEasyGo Cheaters are not ready to pay my money . Iam attaching entire chat with SpiceJet costumer care executive .

Still Happy EasyGo didn’t respond for this case . And I called their customer service, they are not giving clarity about my refund .

    I booked a flight through your site and due to covid situation airasia asked to either reschedule or cancel my booking (It was scheduled for 14th april). I already canceled my booking and airasia approved the cancellation (Zero cancellation fees due to covid). It's been more than 2 months, that money kept with happy easy go and they are not returning my money. I have sent many emails and every time i get a response like it might take 90 days by airasia to return my money, though airasia confirmed the refund in april itself.

    Looks like happy easy go cheating with customers.

      Heg is completely denying to have received any payment from indigo airlines. Yet indigo airlines have confirmed that the refund amount was processed to heg for order id:[protected] in april.

      Purposely stalling customers amount without refunding them.

            Dear concern,

            This is to inform you that i had raised a request for rescheduling of flight before 3 days for 6th june'2020 since, my journey was cancelled due to covid -19 but still i did not receive any reply from happy easy go.
            I have been following up with support team constantly and every time they are making false promise saying that you will be received an updated ticket in next 2-3 hours.
            It is very disappointing also, wasting my precious time.
            Please action on this immediately.

              On 21st febuary, i have booked a flight ticket through the happyeasygo website from chennai (Maa) to chandigarh (Ixc) for 20th march and due to covid-19, indigo had cancelled the flight. Further to that notification, i opted for the refund through the link sent by indigo and also received an acceptance message from indigo for full refund of rupees 11, 286/-.
              This has been more than two months now and i did not receive any refund for the same.
              Last month i had even dropped a mail to [protected]@happyeasygo.com and there is no response till now. Ticket details below,

                I have purchased a ticket from prayagraj to banglore dated 26th may. Because of covid 19 flights are cancelled. Then i request to change my date 17 november but not respond by happy easy go company i am harras by company so many times pls help me what can i do

                    The kalfia tour & travel has transferred my refund to your account on 18.05.2020 after the receipt of same from spicejet on 13.05.2020, pfa mail confirmation. why are you withholding my money in your account, making gain from the public money.                       I had my trips in april during the lockdown period, the airlines have already given the credit shell and but this agency is not allowing or helping me to book the tickets, i have sent end number of messages in twitter but their resolutions are equal to null. The customer care number never works, end number of people are literally crying for their money, but they don't seem to bother anything. 11k is the amount which they are not refunding, its my hard earned money. No response at all.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        1. Before lockdown i booked the flight ticket on happyeasygo site and the flight belongs to indigo airlines but due to lockdown flights are not running and they provided credit shell for that amount.
                        2. And now i am going to book ticket from indigo site by using credit shell but they are telling that credit shell can claim from travel agent i. E. Happyeasygo but when i am going to book the ticket from happyeasygo site there is no such option for claiming credit shell and they are charging for booking.
                        3. Regarding that i called and mailed to happyeasygo but didn't got the reply.

                        Sir please solve my issue as early as because my 17000 rs are stuck in airlines beacuase of that.

                          For the booking id trip #[protected] the flight got cancelled by the airline and they transferred my money into a credit shell, but i am not able to use the credit shell because they are saying that the ticket was not booked with my id but yours.

                            Regards to this booking, flight company has cancelled the flight so my tickets got cancelled and i apply for refund of fare.

                            Following is the reply from booking website happy easy go on july 19, 2019.

                            But till date there is no refund issued by happy easy go website, i have mailed the company 3 times and all time they give a time frame and than there is no reply after that.

                            Please look into this matter and resolve it and help me out to get my hard earned money back as soon as possible.

                              Booked flight with happyeasygo having the pnr - vzzmby and booking id[protected] for vistara flight from delhi to leh on 6th june 2020 amounting rs. 12130.00. But as i want to cancel the booking for unavoidable circumstances, no one responded for the cancellation request and response yet to come till date 26.05.2020 for the mail with registered email id.
                              Now how i cancel my booking and get my refund.

                                My flight got cancelled by indigo and they refunded the money two months back but happyeasygo send me fraud emails for two months and even after repeatedly contacting them they hang up and don't respond 1000 emails but no response they are fraud and i have proof of their fraudulent behaviour once i'm in india i will file a legal complaint just wait and watch

                                  I booked my flight ticket for delhi to ranchi for june 28, 2020, through happyeasygo. However, i had to reschedule my ticket to june 1st, 2020 for which i got a link from happyeasygo saying i have to pay inr 9682 extra as fare difference. I paid the money and got the payment confirmation from the payment portal. However, i have not received the ticket confirmation via email or contact number. There is no one answering the customer care number. I am separately trying to contact them but getting no response. I have to board the flight in 5 days and i still don't know if my tickets are confirmed. It's been 48 hours and i have still not got the confirmation ticket and the status is still showing pending on their official website.
                                  I am really confused and unable to think of a way.
                                  Is the company fraudulent? I think i have made a mistake booking my ticket from this website.

                                    I have tried lot of time to contact to happy easy go with different ways but it dint work. I want to book new ticket using a credit shell amount but in website there is no direct option to use a credit shell. Please look into this matter because every day the flight ticket is going high.

                                      Hello sir i had booked my ticket from raipur to bombay on 23 rd march and due to covid 19 i got my credit shell of rs 3300 and that time @happy easy go is agreed to book my ticket when i need it now i am continuously. Trying to call them and ask to use my credit shell then they said there is no such option of credit shell is there u need to reschedule your flight and they sent 850rs as for penalty i agreed on that also then i complaints about not received any payment link to pay 850rs then they sent me another mail in which now i need to pay 4000 rs sir we have lot of crisis of money in this lockdown and these agency makes us fool i need my 3300 refund and don't want to book ticket from them please help🙏🙏🙏
