Worst company: service to staff.

I booked a ticket trip id:[protected]
For 27th july. I wanted to enquire if same flight is available for 25th june or not. So for same i sent a request for date change for 25th june. Then within 10-15mins i received a text

"
Your date change cost is 0.00 for trip id[protected]. If you wish to proceed with your date change request, please make payment through this link https://t.co/fQUaknJZj2 and reply us back to [protected]@happyeasygo.com or call us at [protected] & [protected]."

Imidiate after the text i receive an email of conformation stating my travel for 25th june has been confirmed.

I revert on the same mail stating i have just enquired and did not asked for conformation.

Got a revert for same and asking for ticket details so did the needful and after that no reply from the company.

I tried to speak to company call center. After dialing for 10-12 times i got connected with a lady advisor, gave all my ticket details, made her understand my issue. She said"yes sir! I can see that you requested for rescheduling for 25th june. But since there were no price deference you had so our system automatically confirmed your travel for 25th june." when i requested her to help me out, she hung up on my face.

I would like to ask when "hego" sent an sms that you have 0rs to pay the difference and if i okay to proceed then i need to click the link on the same side advisor of hego says if your have 0rs difference to pay then automatically your booking gets confirmed. Which one to believe hego sms or hego callcentre advisor??

I still tried to reshule for another date for 31st jul and in revert through email saying fare difference: 3944, heg services: 1000 and total penalty: 4944.
I replied with the screen shot of heg app and circled dates 25th june and 31st july fare is completely same then why these charges? No response then after.

I have contacted 10times to heg call center, somehow 11th time my call got connected to an advisor. I had reiterate the entire story once again and in response he ended my call saying i have taken your request, we will get back to you within 3-4hrs. Incase within those hrs if flight charges get revised, who will pay the difference?? Atleast i dont have so much of money to pay the revised fee again and again.

This is not the 1st time i have been treated and harrassed like this by heg. This has happened twice before.

I have posted earlier my feedback on playstore hoping for improvement in service. But seems happy easy go has sware to trouble me like this all the time. When i posted my feedback on playstore, someone name mr. S sarkar replied

Who is this mr. S sarkar? Who post showing his concern in playstore with no contact details or email id to all the complaints.

I will wait for their response and if they dont change my travel date to 27th july with no extra fare difference then this time for sure i will knock consumer court door.

I am literally harrassed with happy east go company and their services. After all its my hard earn money. Just cause of their non transparency policy, i can let go my money like this.
I really need government authority to help me.

Today 27th June 2020, till now no one from the company tried to reach me to discuss the complaint nither anybody reverted on my email.

      Due to the pandemic situation currently in india, my indigo flight was cancelled and the airlines planned the amount to be used the in the form of a credit shell.
      Now when i wanted reschedule flight using the credit shell amount, i was told by happy easy go to pay for the fare difference amount. Fair enough!

      When i received the email of the fare difference amount they asked me to pay was too high, not even providing me the reasons on what basis the fare difference is too high.
      Take a look at the below details:

      Credit shell amount: 3000 inr
      Flight charges :3500 inr
      Fare difference amount :2100

      And do not give me the reason of blaming the airlines of increase in the price, since i checked with the airlines and the price is not fluctuating it was still 3500!

      On what basis is the fare difference amount is charged so much!
      For the same they revised the details and fare difference was reduced to 1759 - again with no details provided for the amount charged. And no proper link provided to pay the fare difference amount.

      My concern is, when flight booking is so easy, why is it so difficult to reschedule a flight, it takes 3-4 hours for you to provide me a payment link, with no explanation for the fare difference being charged.
      Customer care number is told, it is active 24x7! Which is false, i am unable to reach out to them it's been more than 16hours!

      I booked a ticket for travel from Goa to Delhi using happy easy go on April 16 2020. The flight was cancelled due to the pandemic and Indigo intimated me that the amount has been protected as a credit shell. Now when I tried to book another ticket using the credit shell, the site gives a message saying that since the ticket was booked using a travel agent, the agent has to be contacted for booking. Please help

        I Booked One Flight Ticket From Happy Easy GO(CCU-BLR, Indigo), My Journey Date Was 1st April. Due To This Covid 19 Situation, The Flight Was Cancelled and Indigo Sent Me an Email That 3141 Will Be In The Credit Shell. Today I Am Trying To Book A Ticket Using The Credit Shell And Indigo Is Asking To Book From The Happy Easy Go And The Credit Shell Will Be Adjusted.. Fine.. I Checked With Happy Easy Go, I saw The Flight Price On 19th Jun was 4500. So Ideally I Have To Pay Max[protected] INR After Adjusting The Credit Shell Balance. Happy Easy Go Sent An Email That I Have To Pay Total 5497 INR Which Is Simply Unacceptable And Fraud. Basically Happy Easy Go Is Denying To Give The Credit Shell Balance Back. In The Happy Easy Go Website I Can See The Flight Price Is Max[protected] But They Are Charging Additional 5497 Even After Adjusting 3141 Credit Shell Balance. So That Means The Total Flight Price They Are Asking To Almost 8500 Which Simply Illegal And Fraud. I Need To You Help Me In This Issue And Fix If Possible. In This Urgent Situation They Are Just Cheating The Customers. If today I contact Happy easy go and say that I want to travel on 23rd June where the lowest indego price is 4201, they will not agree with that, rather they will send an email saying I need to pay more than 5k after adjusting the credit shell, so total price of the flight goes to approx 9K.           I have booked flight tickets for 21st April 2020 but unable to complete my journey due to lockdown. Airlines company has provided me an option to reschedule my tickets till 31st December hence I have forwarded the request to HAPPYEASYGO for rescheduling process and but they have not sent me the link to pay extra charges for the same. While contacting multiple times, Happyeasygo executive sent me the link after 5 days and after paying the extra amount they have canceled my tickets and deducted 1k.

          Ticket price: Rs.3848
          Extra charges to reschedule ticket: Rs.1576
          Refund initiated: Rs.2700 + Rs.1576.

            I made a flight booking through happyeasygo app on 2 april 2020. Flight was on 17 april which got cancelled. I spoke with indigo airline they refunded the money on 21 april 2020. However after then that happyeasygo need to refund the amount to my account which has not happened till date as of 14 june 2020. That means 56 days has passed.
            Please refund the money asap.

              Total 90days over, I call them n they r saying that I am forwarding the complain the complain will solve in 7 days.. How many time they will take.. I tell them that I am going to case in Consumer Court they say me u complain .. First they where telling me that u will get refunded in 90 days n now they taking more time just making fool..

                I had booked a flight thorough happyeasygo which i had to reschedule due to the lockdown. Not only am i not able to access my credit shell to book the new flight, but i have also not received a single appropriate response from happyeasygo. I've tried calling, email, messages on facebook and twitter.
                This a small problem that can be fixed in 2 minutes, but it's being dragged on for months and my money is stuck with them.
                Pathetic, shameless company, whose services i will never use

                  So here is how happy easy go makes money by cheating his customer.

                  1. I had a credit shell amount of 1, 983/- (Order id:[protected]. I requested for a reissue and it took them 3 days to get back with a fare difference.

                  2. The flight cost at that point in time was 2795/-. I should be paying the fare difference i. E 812. However, you guys have quoted a fare difference of 1888/- asking me to pay over a 1000 rupees more. The customer care says the server is down. Not sure how they came up with the fare difference if the server was down and they later adjust the fare.

                  2. Considering it was a medical issue, i paid the charges (Order id:[protected]. Now i am trying to do web check-in and it says booking not found. I spoke to the customer care and they are putting me on hold all the time.

                  I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Cheating your customers won't get you much far. I paid way more than the ticket fare and now i got to know the ticket is not even confirmed. Not sure how i received the eticket from you in the first place.

                  This is a criminal offense of cheating and i am going to all social media platforms to let people know how you have been cheating your customers. Shame on you

                    I have applied for rescheduling flight for this monday and they are not emailing me with the payment link so i can confirm my flight bookings. Whenever i call they just say wait for 2 3 hours but nothing happens in that time.

                      Never ever book your ticket with this fraud company called happyeasygo.
                      At the time of booking, i already paid higher amount to avail zero change fee and would just have to pay the difference in fare if any.

                      Now when i want to reschedule the flight, they charge me 500₹ as a convenience fee to accept the change request and later tells you to pay 1455₹ as the flight fare difference for the new ticket, whereas there is no difference shown on their website.
                      Also they are not honest enough to share the actual difference or a flight fare of higher amount.
                      To make it worse, they threaten you saying if we don't pay 1455₹ as the difference, they would refund you 500₹ which was initially charged.

                        I had booked an indigo flight from hyderabad to bbsr (Round trip) from happyeasygo and it was cancelled by indigo and the amount was provided as credit but i am not able to use that directly due to involvement of happyeasygo. I have been continuously calling and emailing them but their response seems very irrational and rude and are denying the refund. If required i will file a police complaint if my refund is not provided.

                          Greetings !

                          This mail is in ref. to my PNR: HVYZ3P, AirAsia: I5-740.

                          I booked a Air Ticket No. HVYZ3P on 20th Feb. 2020 with full advanced payment of Rs. 3680.00. for travel on 29th March. 2020 AirAsia: I5-740.

                          My flight cancelled due to lockdown. It is very unfortunate that I am still awaiting and struggling to get back my own money(refund).

                          I talked many times in Happy EassyGo customer care but all in vain. After many repeated attempts, they advised me to talk to Air Asia Airlines directly because of due to COVID pandemic they are unable to refund. That is against the booking policy and it’s the moral duty of Happyeasygo to help the customers and airlines as well.

                          It’s complete deficiency in service at your part for not processing the refund and this act is the offence of conspiracy punishable under Section 120B under Indian Penal Code, Sections 420 (cheating), 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 34 (common intention).

                          I request to please process the refund amount into my original source of account without any delay. Its very much clear that due to COVID pandemic, GoI has not prohibited or imposed restrictions on any company to process refunds/payments and even instructed that all Online channels of payments are operational without restrictions.

                          “This is very unfortunate that I didn’t received any SMS alert neither from air lines nor from Travel company about flight cancelation and refund.”

                          I hope for your prompt reply and necessary action.

                            I rescheduled a flight by paying the difference amount as asked by heg and my payment was successful but the pnr did not generate. I called multiple times to customer care asking for the pnr details but always got an assurance that your ticket will be booked and nothing to be worried. After 2 days i got an email saying your tickets couldn't be booked and fare difference have increased please pay an additional amount to book the ticket. Seriously? Am i responsible for the delay in booking? Isn't it heg's responsibility to book the ticket by bearing the additional cost as the delay happened from their end.

                              Ticket was booked from kochi to mumbai on happy go easy website. But airline cancelled the flight g8 345.
                              I had already cancelled the ticket on month of march 2020 for kochi to mumbai flight. And screenshot attached for your reference.
                              But happy easy go didn't refund till yet.
                              When i sent email, i came to know that it is yet to process the refund.
                              I donot know why they are delaying the refund. Are they are earning interest from my money? Are they wanted to harass the consumer so that consumer will leave the money?

                                Hi my self giri, i had taken a ticket from hyderabad to ahmedabad for 13 april in indigo through your website after that lockdown started my ticket fare was not returned and it turns in to credit sheel. But now when i want to book ticket my pnr was not getting that credit shell so plz rectify this problem and give correct advice.

                                  I had a booking done through happyeasy go in April.Due to COVID scenarios the flight was cancelled and I thought of rescheduling my flight.Upon checking eith my airlines (Indigo) I learnt these happyeasy go ### have replaced my mail ID with their own for which I could not redeem my credit shell.I hd repeatedly approached them by mails, calls, twitter, facebook and all social media platforms but absolutely nothing happened.

                                  I could not re-book my tickets yet and seems my money has gone for a toss!

                                        I am following up for my refund amount initiated by indigo airlines to happyeasygo, have shared the pnr and happyeasygo id even though they are not able to trace the details. Now what else do i share.
                                        I don't understand how come happyeasygo is not able to trace details with the id shared by themselves at the time of booking.
                                        Really strange behavior.
                                        None of their contact numbers are reachable as it is kept on hold for long time
