Dear team,

I am extremely sorry to share this in this tough time but i have no other option.

Please refer the trailing mail as i have made booking from happyeasygo on 9th mar for udaipur 5star hotel for 1st aug checkin by doing prepayment of rs. 10000/- approx. During an offer period on website.

But they have not confirmed my booking till now by saying that property is sold out which is totally false statement as property is still showing available in their web/app (Attaching snap) but with no discount price.

So these people are forcing me to take refund and to make new booking at higher price which is not acceptable tome at all.

Even i have given some options for degraded 3-4 star property but still they are not cooperating.

They are trying to cheat me. And they are also not ready to share management i'd.

I urge you to look into the matter and resolve the issue in fair manner so that further they may not trouble their customers.
They are giving me mental pressure as well.

    I, rachit agarwal, had booked a return e-ticket (Id[protected] bud-del (Dep 29th march, ret 13th apr) through alitalia airlines (Pnr — vpxroc) which was cancelled due to corona lockdown. I applied online for date rescheduling and after one week got email to provide new flight details which i did on 27th march but since then despite repeated emails they are not responding on my email [protected]@hotmail.com or my phone.

    (1) strangely enough i did not get any communication from alitalia also which gives rise to suspicion that they may have taken the payment and not booked the ticket and simply issued a e-ticket, then it is a fool proof case of cheating

    My website search shows that it is their regular practice to not give the refund.

    Anticipating a positive feedback immediately on email and/or mobile

      My flight was cancelled due to covid-19 which was on 5/04/2020.
      I initiated for full refund got full refund mail from airlines and when i cancelling ticket from happyeasygo they cancelling my cancel ticket again again and i can not got revert my money without cancelling tickets from happyeasygo.
      Very irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour.

        I had booked a ticket on GO Air Flight G8 163 on 17th March for travel date 18th march which was cancelled by GO Air. Refund was not received but on approaching the Airlines I have been informed that refund has gone to the agency, although payment was made by me.please arrange to refund the same.to my personal account number.

          E-ticket (Order id:[protected], trip was booked for rs 6452 from jaipur to kolkata for 19 mar 2020 through happyeasygo website. Online reschedule request was sent to company on dt 18.3.20. Further tried over helpline no for more than 4 hours. The company sent me a mail at 10:18 pm in the night requesting to make payment of rs 7123, whereas at that time fresh ticket was available for rescheduled day for rs 2970 hence request was sent to company for sending the details but company said, you are under no show hence no refund can be issued. I have stated when online request was sent before 4 hrs of departure hence old ticket should stand cancelled and if reschedule was not possible, refund was to be issued.

            I have booked my tickets in january 2020 for travel date 25th march & 14th april 2020. I have given rescheduling rescheduling request on 16th march 2020. Nobody responded to my request and not attended my calls. Later i got message from airline that the flight was cancelled because of lock down and if we booked through any travel agent, contact the agent for refund. I sent many mails and at last they replied that since the travel date (25th march) is passed no cancellation /rescheduling is possible for that ticket. And for the travel date 14th april 2020 they mailed to contact the airlines directly, and when i contacted spice jet the said ticket is already shown as cancelled. I mailed again to the happy easy go regarding this and no respond get from them till now. No calls are attending and no reply for the mails. Still the status of tickets is showing like changing. What necessary action i have to take to get my ticket amount

              I had booked my tickets for 25th March and my booking had been cancelled.
              I have got a credit shell and I want to book a flight with the credit. However I can't get any help from your team.
              I tried calling and sent some emails to but the team is not responding.
              Can you refund my money back or can someone contact me to book another ticket

                I have booked my ticket in feb month for travel date 5th april.
                From march 25th i have given rescheduling request. Nobody responded my request.
                Finally they given mail that, ur ticket has been cancelled by airline.
                Then i given mail for following questions, there is no guidance or proper strait answer:
                1) how can i re book my ticket?
                2) if airline team transferred my money in credit shell, then how can i use the same?
                3) 5th april my journey date, then reschedule date why u r not yet confirmed?
                They are not given proper answer, finally when i went for new booking all prices gone up, on 4th evening airline prices from ahmedabad to visakhapatnam 5500/- today is 8000/-.
                Who will. Pay this loss.

                  I had booked a flight from nagpur to bangalore for 16th april 2020 journey. However, the airlines goair had cancelled the flight due to operational issues. The airlines had cancelled the flight even prior to covid-19 issue started and had informed me that the entire amount would be refunded back if i do not wish to reschedule. I reached out to happyeasygo since i had booked the ticket through them. The customer care told me that the amount will be refunded back to my account if the airlines themselves have cancelled the flight due to operational issues not related to covid-19 and asked me to cancel the ticket through their website by attaching the copy of the message i had received from the airlines. However, when i raise the cancellation request on happyeasygo website, my request is being rejected by happyeasygo by clubbing it under covid-19 issues and my money is not being refunded back to me. I have tried cancelling multiple times. However, happyeasygo does the same everytime. I have written multiple mails to their customer care at [protected]@happyeasygo.com, [protected]@happyeasygo.com. However, no response from them so far. This is a clear case of deliberately trying to club my issue under covid-19 and not refund by money.

                    I had cancelled my flights with air vistara on 16th march 2020. Air vistara agreed with me to provide ne with full refund and confirmed the same multiple times.

                    But happyeasygo, the online travel agent i booked my tickets with refuses to provide me with the refund, and keep citing me the change of policies which aren't even applicable.

                    I have raised the refund request with happyeasygo atleast 3 times now, but everytime, i just get an automated reply citing policy changes of the airline, which the airline itself doesn't agree with.

                    I have attached an email reply from customer relations team at air vistara, stating that they have provided me with the refund.

                      Hi,
                      This is with respect to the refund of trip id:[protected], placed on happyeasygo.com. The trip was canceled due to operational reasons from airlines and hence, entitled to a full refund. The full refund has been processed by the airline whereas happyeasygo is still withholding my refund amount. i have called their customer service a lot of times they assured me that the refund will be processed latest by last wednesday itself but still, no effective measures have been taken. Please refer to the attachment for proof of refund processed from airlines. It also says that the refund is processed immediately from their end.

                        I made a booking thru happy easy go. I got the trip id however did not get any pnr. I tried reaching over email. I still did not get any response. I need to get the credit shell amount as it is not my fault. The services have been stopped due to the pandemic emergencies, 4835 rs is no less amount when you dont get any money due to the same reason. I am afraid my patience has run out and i might have to report this issue now

                            We booked the flight of indigo 6e 223 from delhi to mumbai through happyeasygo travels on 02/04/2020 and paid rs. 1961/-, which was cancelled by the airline due to the lockdown announced by the central government till april 14th.

                            As per our understanding, indigo had refunded the amount to happyeasygo travel but the travel agency is not responding to our request to cancel and refund the amount paid by us. We also requested them to re-schedule the flight on 18th april, for which they are asking the fare difference of rs. 1580/- even when the airline is showing the flight rates lower (Rs.1700/-) than what we had booked earlier. Now happyeasygo is not even responding to our mail and their customer care no is not reachable. We need to book the ticket and not sure when can we get the refund and hence need your urgent help. Please direct happyeasygo to refund our money or issue ticket on 18th april without any further charges.

                              poor service of happyeasygo, i booked a ticket through ref id no [protected] it was airasia flight no was I5-761, PNR No. WZP47Z, Journey date was 15/2/2020, name of passenger, sachin kumar meena, ram ratan meena and radha meena.
                              Flight was cancelled by airasia due to operational cause, i called many time to airasia and happyeasygpo ( ref id [protected]) from which i booked the ticket. but i very sorry to inform you that till date my money is not refunded to me. very poor sir, very very poor. .
                              happy easygo now saying that :This is in reference with your cancellation request for Trip ID:[protected].

                              This is to inform you as we can see the cancellation was done on 5th March 2020.

                              Status of your flight stands cancelled, unfortunately the airlines is not providing cash refund to customers however airlines is offering below 2 options for customers:-

                              1. Credit Account:-Booking can be cancelled and credit account will be created with the airlines which can be used for another 365 days when cancelled.

                              both airasia and happyeasygo is playing game and not refunding my money.

                                I had booked a ticket for 4th of april 2020 with order id[protected], had requested to reschedule the same for 24th of march 2020. The ticket shows rescheduling status without any confirmation message or mail. Tried calling the customer care support numbers more than 100 times but was of no use as after entering the registered mobile number there is no response. Even dropped numerous mail the support but didn't received any response.
                                Today i had received a text message from the airline that my flight has been cancelled.
                                Now still i'm trying to reach the heg helpline but of no use. I'm in dilema whether i should book a fresh ticket or wait for the dumb service to resolve my problem.

                                      After repeated emails and reminders, i have not yet received my refund for the cancellation of flight from mumbai to south korea. I have continuously been telling them the reason for the flight cancellation. Happyeasygo told me to cancel directly with the airlines itself (Singapore airlines) which i did. They instantly cancelled and initiated the refund to happyeasygo. I have also the communication emails between me and singapore airlines. I explained to them about the genuineness of the situation and why so needed to cancel the flight. It's been 45 days. Still waiting for my refund. Happyeasygo is leaving me with no choice but to go legal. They've been repeatedly asking me to wait and that i will get my refund.
