This is vikas sharma., booked a flight ticket from happy easy go in month of january somewhere in the beginning for two guests for around 4000 or little more with pnr nsavkj.
Guest were supposed to travel on 29th january, after they went to collect their boarding pass at vistara counter, there were told that their booking is already cancelled by the agent and hence they cannot get them boarding. On same date and with same flight almost 12 of mine guest were also traveling and each of them were issued their boarding pass except these two for who i have mentioned pnr number above. I further called happy easy go to enquire the reason why they cancelled with intimation and was shocked to hear that they are not the one who cancelled. Immediately i called vistara customer service representative to enquire about the correct information again i was wondering when they said they were also not the one who cancelled, i am writing everything with recorded evidence which can be produced any time sought.
In one and half hour flight was to take off, my guest was at airport campus and i was very much confused what to do now as my prestige was being ruined by the agent or airlines as those guest were coming on the account of grih pravesh occasion. I enquired if any seat is vacant in same flight and booked for 27000 for two same guest in the last minute. Now they traveled to delhi smoothly.
Now to come up on conclusion of who was responsible for what happened to me that other day, i called vistara and happy easy go both and put them in con call which i also recorded where they promised me to refund money in a day or two, it is 20 days since no progress till now.
I can't find a reason not to go to consumer court for what they did to me and still doing.

    I have booked 2 air ticketsfrom coimbatore to hyderabad in website happyeasygo.com and paid rs.10480 on line and cancelled on the same day 20 th feb20. The airline indigo also refunded the money to them. Initially they told that the refund will be made with in 48-72 hrs. Now they are telling it will take 10-15 days fro refund. They are cheating by keeping my money with them for 13 days and further extending time for refund.

      I made ticket of flight from hyderabad to kolkata yesterday (For 29.03.2020) through happy easy go app. But due to some plan change i had canceled my ticket through indigo customer care as i couldn’t contact to happy easy go customer service. Indigo refund the money to the travel agent (Linked to happy easy go). Still i can’t contact to customer care care of happy easy go. Cancellation system of this website is not working. The phone numbers given in site are invalid and they are not responding for mail. Please help me regarding this issue.

        I booked flight on happyeasygo from blr to del and while booking i took free reschedule also. After 15 days i wanted to reschedule, when i asked for the fare penalty they said 8k is required as they sent me wrong charges and told me they will send me correct. When i received the correct charges at 2am and when i replied back they said that flight is not available now. But when i asked airline tey said more than 10 seats are available and fare is also same no price difference. When i called the happyeasygo they started making excuses like they are given limited seats by airline or that class has sold out.

        Atlast they sent me the same flight fare chares of rs 1400/- and when i again asked airindia they said the fare is still the same and you don't have to pay for fare difference. This is pathetic from happyeasygo charging extra amount in fare difference then waht airline says. Please help me in this regard

          I have made a flight booking through happyeasygo on 25th january with
          Trip #[protected]. And later i have cancelled the booking.
          When i was request the cancellation, it was mentioned on the screen the refunding in progress and in app its mention any cancellation before 4 hours applicable. The moment i cancelled the status changed to refunding and their support team responded that the cancellation request is accepted and send for refunding process. I have been following up more than a month and they respond its processing, it's with finance and on last monday i recieved a mail stating that it's a no show, have nothing to refund. If they did not responded i would be contact the air india directly to get it cancelled.
          I wish happyeasygo will take a respective decision on this case.

            Hi all,
            This complaint pertains to the flight booking that was made using happyeasygo for travel from new delhi to bubhaneswar (Travel date: 4 october 2019) on 21 september 2019. My trip id is[protected]. Although the amount (Rs. 5, 199.00) has been deducted from my account, but the ticket is shown canceled.
            When i contacted icici bank (My credit card issuing bank) for the money refund, the bank replied that the money has already been deposited in the travel agents account. The bank has further asked for the bank statement of the travel agent for verification, which happyeasygo has refused to provide till now.
            On being repeatedly asked for resolution of this issue through email, happyeasygo has not given any satisfactory reply.
            I kindly request the concern authorities to take strict action on happy easy go.

            The Complaint has not been resolved till now (as of 15 March 2020) and the company is just using delaying tactics by asking for more time for resolution of this problem. The transaction occurred in September 2019 but still they are asking fr more time. They are purposefully not giving their bank statement for verification by ICICI bank. I request the authorities to take action this company.

              Dear sir,
              I had booked a flight ticket of indigo on 10 feb. 2020 for a trip from hyderabad to lucknow on 28 feb 2020 (Which order id is[protected] through happyeasygo.com, and due to some issue i had to cancelled it, due to this reason and they may refund the amount of ticket by excluding the convenience fee in my respective bank via happyeasygo.com but i received the amount of 184 rupees only from happyeasygo.com. I have called manytimes to their customer service but they were saying earlier that the amount would be transfered within 15 working days but till now they have not send my refund amount and now they are saying that your amount has been send. So, for cross check i have also checked the bank balance.

              Sir, i kindly request you to please do something by which i can avail my refund amount.

                I have been a regular flyer for the past 8 yrs. I have never faced any issues of fraudulent during the time of booking. This was my worst experience. On 15th feb 2020 i booked the ticket on flight no - g8304 maa-bom for 25th april 2020. The fare at the time of booking was shown at the rs 1891/-. After booking rs 3867 was deducted from my end. My order id[protected] for the reservation booked through your application.
                Immediately i emailed the fare breakup as on 15th feb 2020 for the journey date 25/04/2020. And asked for refund for the extra money deducted.
                When i contacted customer care today i. E., 16th feb 2020. They said it might have been increased due to dynamic charges. I immediately checked for the fare and it was still the same. I have send the screen shot of the same to them. They clamined that the price screen shot doesn't have flight details which is available in the very beginning of the page. Hence i couldn't take the screen shot of the whole page. I even gave the reference of today's i. E., rs 2297.
                The customer care was not ready to comply on refund on the basis of today's fare also. Inspite of giving 100%guarantee for lowest price. They have cheated me for refund 1976/-.

                My experience with this firm has been disastrous. Please help me get justice on this issue.

                  I cancelled my ticket with trip id :[protected] which was booked by happyeasygo, i cancelled the booking from indigo website as i couldn't travel due to some medical emergency, the indigo website after cancellation shown refunded amount but happyeasygo isn't refunding the same, which they call it as service charge.

                  The question is how much service charge they incur to the customer, and to make it clear the service charges and convinience fee are paid while booking the ticket as well.

                  Happyeasygo is making customers unhappy!!

                    I have booked airindia express ticket from happy easy go at rs. 8718 and cancelled the ticket before one week of the traveling date and airindia express reversed rs 7017 to happyeasygo after charging their cancellation charge as the flight operator. But this fraudulent company is ready to refund only rs 1568 by holding almost rs 4600 as cancellation charges. Is it legal in india to charge like almost the double of the ailine cancellation fee by this online ticketing cheating mafias.? I have been using many ticketing sites of indian and international origin since past 15 years, but never faced this kind of people.

                    I booked 3 tickets from guwahati to delhi on 3rd may 2019.
                    The flight got cancelled from the airlines side and they have mailed to give my refund.
                    Its been 8 months i did not recieve the refund and whenever i call their helpline number they say that they are processing the amount.

                      We booked an air ticket from hyderabad to delhi through happyeasygo online air ticket booking site for air asia for 20th februay 2020 for rs 4704. My mother is 84 years old and is travelling alone. She is returning to delhi from hyderabad after attending her sisters funeral. After few minutes of booking through happyeasy go site we wanted to reschedule the date from 20th feb to 11th february as we found a companion to accompany her for 11th february. We contacted the customer care centre for happyeasygo and the call centre representative said that we will receive an email to inform us of the charges applicable to reschedule the date. We received the email stating that the following charges will be applicable -

                      Airline rescheduling penalty-rs 2500
                      Fare difference - rs 1968
                      Heg service fees - rs 1500
                      Total penalty - rs 5968

                      My issue is that i have already paid rs 4704 for flight dated 20th february and the fare for 11th february on the site is around rs 5000. Why is the penalty rs 5968 when the new ticket rs 5000. This means that if i reschedule the flight then i have to pay an extra rs 5968. The total expense is rs 4704+ rs 5968=rs 10672.

                      I request you to resolve the issue and charge the nominal charges to reschedule.

                      Secondly, the staff at happyeasygo is vey rude.

                        Company is fraud. After calling since 29 january they are not helping out and asking for more and more money without any confirmation and not going any work. They just ask the customer to wait for 24-48 hours everytime and are very rude and have no manners at all. Some action needs to be taken against them as the only email they provide is theirs only and that does not help. They have taken 6100/- till now and have not done any work neither are they sending the confirmation.

                          I had booked ticket and got confirmation stating that ticket will be issued in an hour. Even i recieved order id, later i recieved a call and they said i need to pay 1500. The customer executive was treating as if it is daily routine for him. And in a stage he was laughing. Atlast i need to pay 1500. Please do not trust this company and my sincere advise is do not book

                            I have cancelled flight ticket booked through happyeasygo app from delhi to kochi go air for travel on 08.02.2020.
                            While booking the flight ticket it shows that it is refundable, but after cancellation they informed that cancellation charge is more than booking amount. But in the app it is showing that refunded. Kindly guide me to get the refund amount. Thanking you,

                              I will give very bad rating to happyeasygo. Please goverment block this site as they are doing fraud with customers and misbehaved with me very rudely talked and threaten me to this call is recording and you are unprofessional this is how they talked with customers. I booked my ticket from case -1 bengaluru to delhi from my side payment is successful but they are giving to third party to confirm the ticket ria agency but they took time and can not able to booked my ticket so when the rate was increased then happyeasygo called and telling me to pay fare difference. Why should i bare for that i they cant able to book ticket on time so its there fault they have to inform me early after 10 hrs they are informing me and deducting convenience fee also. If ticket has not been booked why should i pay convenience. Such a fraud website illegally they are doing how goverment is allowing. Case -2 i booked ticket from patna to lucknow pnr vgpc8c was full amount refuned by airline indigo to happyeasygo but they are not refunding me amount when i told then customer service person is misbehaving with me and telling this our term and conditions. I sent mail on screenshot as the indigo refuned amount to you but they are not giving me then also and not coming to conference call with indigo. Only saying this is my tc. Such a fraud work they are doing with term and condition this is how doing there business??

                                This is in reference with my refund request for trip id:[protected]

                                I cancelled the tickets which we booked for 20 dec to 22 dec from delhi to shridi pnr - whej5u for three passengers renu bajaj, ekant bajaj and vijay kumar bajaj through happyeasy go.

                                Spice jet refunded my full amount as it was medical urgency. But happy easy go never refunded the money which they have received from spicejet. I received a email from happyeasy go on 23 dec that they have refunded the money and it will take around 10-15 working days. Now it is more then a month and i have not received my hard earned money and as i earlier told that my mom was hospitalised so i request them to refund my money at the earliest but all in vain.

                                Now they always say we have refunded but if they have refunded where is the money and they have no answers.
                                Happy easy go is a fraud side.

                                Request you to please look into this matter at the earliest.

                                  I booked a ticket from vijayawada to pune to travel on 16 jan 2020. Initially, in their application, there was availability of tickets. But an hour after booking, i got a call from the customer care representatives saying the flight was sold out. I requested them to accommodate me in another flight, which was of the same fare. After a long discussion, they arranged a call from the ticket issuance team, which i received in the midnight (After 12 hrs).in this call, i spoke with the supervisor, mr. Dittopal mukharjee, who is the mod at night. He explained me about the situation, and asked me to cancel the ticket, or else to pay the remaining fare (Which is almost double). I asked him to compensate me as the delay in communication was from their side. He explained me that he can provide a discount upto some extent, and he cannot do more than that.

                                  After disconnecting the call, i called the customer care again to ask about the discount on the new booking, mr. Manoj thakur refused to explain me these things and to listen as well. He was very rash and behaved very rudely during the call. Even after this discussion, i asked him for the compliance email address, which he again refused to provide.

                                  I don't understand the business process. The company shouldn't be happy easy go. It should be sad ending.

                                  Even though, i explained my situation to attend a situation on that day, the company didn't care about it and was trying to make money through their mistakes.

                                    I booked a flight from kolkata to guwahati for the 1st of jan 2020 from www.happyeasygo.com. the flight was cancelled by the airline go air because of the ongoing tensions in north india. When i contacted the airline they said that the full amount was refunded to happy easy go. After that i had a discussion with happy easy go where they claimed they will refund it within 10-15 days. It's been over 17 days and still i haven't received my refund back. I tried to contact them several times but of no use.
                                    The money was refunded by the airline on 17th of dec. It's been over a month and i am still waiting for my refund. How much time does it take for happy easy go to process a payment when they have already got the refund? This is ridiculous and fraudulent from their end.

                                      I have cancelled my ticket booked (Trip id :[protected] using this site, airline has refunded me rs 1, 978. But i asked them for this refund they listed all nonsense charges and said there is no refund for you.

                                      Please beware of this fraud site. Never ever think of booking from this site even if they give world’s best attractive offers.

                                      For attracting innocent peoples they says ''best price guaranteed (Find a lower price? We'll refund you 200% of the difference.)"... Never believe this line. They are here to lot innocent peoples.

                                      I am deleting my account from this site and will try to spread this among my friends.


                                      There charges are more the airline changes, they are changing convenience fee, cancellation fee, service charge and if still money left then some more other charges. Means you have to pay same cancellation charges two places.

                                        We have booked two reservation through heg, as per below detail bkb-del (Trip id :[protected] for 7 passenger for 8th nov & 2nd flight booked for same passengers from del-blr (Trip id :[protected]

                                        Issue is that bkb - del flight has been delayed for 3-4hrs thus passenger cant be catch next flight on the same day with the same airlines!
                                        As del-blr is also done or the same day

                                        That why airlines has been issued a note to us for the full refund has to be initiated as per the airlines policy

                                        Request you to refund the amount on urgent basis without any further delay

                                        We have also attaching the screenshot for same

                                        Note : this email was sent to happyeasgo 3month back airline has been refunded to happyeasygo but happyeasygo is not refund our money every time they making excused
                                        Its almost 50000 refund is pending
                                        Its clearly fraud, but happyeasygo is not refund the amount, we have informed to entire management regarding the same but still there is no update

                                        Kindly help us to get our refund
