I had booked a flight from bhubaneshwar to bangalore for 19th march through happyeasygo portal, indigo flight (6e-157), with pnr - ynw8ja. I was scheduled to travel from manila to bhubaneshwar, and bhubaneshwar to bangaore. I could not travel in this flight as all my flights from manila to bhubaneshwar was cancelled. When i called the travel agent they mentioned that they cannot cancel my ticket and if i cancel they would not refund my money....

Spicejet has cancelled 21st mar 2020 ticket and tomorrow is a curfew so i cannot travel. I have written several times to happyeasygo, tried calling them but no response. I have tried to book flight tickets on 10th of march (Booking id[protected] which was successfully done on 10th march at 11.19 pm though airtel payment bank, ticket was not booked and money was not refunded. Happyeasygo customer care team initially replied it will be refunded within 7-10 working days & now saying the transaction was unsuccessful & was auto refunded on 10th march itself. Refund recived from airlines end within 1-2 days and attached proof of credit note and refund recived.. Only from heg end it needs to be given back.

I had booked a flight from happyeasygo to bkk which the indigo airline has cancelled. But now happyeasygo refuses to refund me convenience fee of inr 848 which you state is non-refundable. How am i to blame if the airline cancels the flight. Other travel websites like makemytrip and goibibo are refunding convenience fees due to airline cancellations because of covid19.. I've booked a flight ticket through happy easy go and the carrier was air india.
The flight got cancelled from the airline end and i had to struggle alot to get the alternative travel option.
Anyway after all those things, i'd to apply myself with happy easy go for refund and these guys are really really slow on processing the refund.

I have booked flight from Chennai to Jaipur for[protected] from happyeasygo. They are just showing the booking ID and no pnr is being shown. Its been 3 hrs and they are even not picking the phone. I want either my money back or flight confirmed. Their behavior is just unethical. Today is[protected] and I don't know what to do next.My booking id is[protected].

Round trip return ticket canceling the flight shows status as refunding but still status is confirmed in flight website.

Unable to reach customer care as it is always busy which is very annoying.

Urgently cancellation is required otherwise these people will not refund any amount.

I want to cancel my ticket for order id[protected]. Was trying to contact the customer care since morning but didn't received any response from them. Not even a single time their call was connected. And my ticket is of monday and its way too urgent for me to cancel the ticket or i have to pay the amount without doing any mistake. This is not the way to treat the customers like this. Just way too pathetic site to cancel the tickets....

I have cancelled a flight booking recently and refund as not been initiated although the status in application says refunded. I have not received any money..

I booked a flight ticket with order id[protected] on the happy easy go app.
I booked a flight ticket which can rescheduled unlimited times in the heg app. But, they took extra money for re - schedulable flight ticket, later when i contacted the airline there was no rescheduling ticket booked on my behalf.

When asked heg to reschedule my ticket, they asked extra money.

I booked a flight ticket from Happyeasygo.com for travel from Pune to Chandigarh. I had chosen the option of 'Zero Rescheduling Fees' which states that I can reschedule the flight ticket any number of time with 'ZERO AIRLINE RESCHEDULING FEES" and need to pay only the fare difference and HappyEasyGo fees of Rs. 300.

This is vikas sharma., booked a flight ticket from happy easy go in month of january somewhere in the beginning for two guests for around 4000 or little more with pnr nsavkj.
Guest were supposed to travel on 29th january, after they went to collect their boarding pass at vistara counter, there were told that their booking is already cancelled by the agent and hence they cannot get them boarding. On same date and with same flight almost...

I have booked 2 air ticketsfrom coimbatore to hyderabad in website happyeasygo.com and paid rs.10480 on line and cancelled on the same day 20 th feb20. The airline indigo also refunded the money to them. Initially they told that the refund will be made with in 48-72 hrs. Now they are telling it will take 10-15 days fro refund.
