I booked hotel atithi suites, Noida on 11 oct with this happyeassygo.com
id:[protected] and paid amount of 29, 952/- confirmation haven’t received of hotel. On 14 Oct got mail stating hotel booking was cancelled and refund will be in 7 to 14 working days. I have called, emailed and followed up with them repeatedly for the refund. Every time they say technique issue it takes more 14 days. One of the customer service said you can say to anyone or do whatever you want to do, we can’t provide your refund rite now. it’s been 30 days they promised.

They took my money haven’t provided hotel. Top on that customer service people are saying you can do whatever you want. We can’t provide your refund and it takes time "inspite taking 30 days".

Such a ### portal haven’t seen such a ### CUSTOMER CARE support haven’t come across in my life. I have used abusive language because of pain and agony I hope you can understand.

I am also going to formally lodge a complaint of fraud, keeping evidence of all the mails and call recordings with CUSTOMER CARE people and there false promises. But i never ever going to use this portal and would strictly advise any one reading to not do the same either. I have never ever had an experience this baffling, frustrating and fraudulent.
I cancelled the flight tickets booked through HappyEasyGo on the same day as booking (Oct 31 2019).
The money has not been refunded even after 20 days (Nov 22, 2019).
I have been calling every day and the answer is the same - wait for 48--72 hours.

Kindly refund my amount.

This issue has been resolved on Noc 29th.
Refund has been issued.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I would like to bring your kind notice that, airline e-ticket order id:[protected] booked for indigo flight on dated 28 jun 2018 from happyeasygo from chennai to delhi, this ticket was cancelled and payed fare was not refunded till now.

    Same case happen again on e ticket order id:[protected], also booked from happyeasygo for flight date 08 november 2018 from delhi to coimbatore and coimbatore to chennai, this ticket was also cancelled, but refund of payed fare not received till now.

    I have been called on your customer support[protected] many more times, but didn't get the response instead to putting call on hold till hrs.

    Request you to kindly look into the matter.

      I have booked a hotel in pune from happy easy go app, the hotel. Was showing available upon the booking, i did the booking on a day before and when i reached the hotel in afternoon they confirmed of no booking, upon call to happy easy go customer care, they said they cannot help me as they are from. Flight department or they can provide a near hotel which was 2 star hotel and we have booked royal orchid a 4 star hotel, and we didn't get informed by happy easy go that our booking is on hold by hotel as the property is sold out, we ask for immediate refund they said not possible for us.
      We feel cheated as not been informed and how can they take money in advance if booking is not done or the hotel has no availability.
      Upon calling to their call center an alternative number was provided to us which no body picks the call even after trying 4-5 times,
      My time is wasted, fraud app.

        On 28th september, 2019, i had tried to book hotel rooms on happyeasygo. Booking was not done as room was not available, still money was deducted from my bank account. Order id was[protected].
        Happyeasygo confirmed that refund is initiated but it's been 40 days and i haven't yet received my refund.

        Happyeasygo doesn't respond to my email. And they are not providing me refund initiation date/transaction reference number on call. Looks like they never initiated a refund from their end. After putting it on happyeasygo facebook page as well, they are asking for more time to look into the issue and doing nothing about it. Already 7 days have passed since my first post. Happyeasygo has not taken any action to refund my money. Happyeasygo is fraud and talking to their customer care is real harassment. This is going no where. Each time happyeasygo asks me to wait for 3-5 working days. I asked them to provide me with a definitive date and contact details from happyeasygo who is handling my case but they are not providing so. Please help me get justice and my refund.

        HappyEasyGo responds vaguely on my comments regarding my concerns posted on their Facebook posts. Each time they ask for 3-5 working days time or 7 working days time. I am fed up awaiting. They are running a scam and fraud. Not doing anything to resolve our issue.

          I booked 2 tickets on ai flight mumbai-hk return with happy easy go and 1 ticket for same sector/ airline/ date on make my trip. Air india cancelled the flight and both air india and make my trip issued full refund in 3 business days. Happy easy go has taken over 20 days and still not refunded the amount to me. First they told me air india has not refunded money to them. When i asked them to give me in writing they started making excuses and write templated emails asking me to wait 2-3 days, then 3-5 days for refund status.. Status, not even refund. Different agents of happy easy go give different responses, some say money is with air line, some say they have received from airline and are in process of refunding.. Some claim they have already refunded.
          Beware of this fraud company. Dgca, how do you give this company license to operate as a travel agent? Sky scanner, please stop associating with this company to preserve your brand.. It was only through you that i reached this company's fraudulent services. Can someone recommend how to file fir/ police complaint against that chairman of this company? And how to file a case in consumer court?

            I have booked my hotel on 15th october (For 31st dec to 4th jan), the amount has been debited from my account but i haven't received any confirmation yet.

            I called customer care and someone told me that the hotel was not booked and we will refund the full amount.

            Now hotel prices are too high and i'm not able to do the same.

            Till date, i have not received any confirmation and not received any refund.

              Hi,

              I had an accident and doctor recommended for acl (Ligament tear) reconstructive surgery in the 2nd week of november and due to which i could not travel to my home town for dusherra pooja.

              I reached-out to happyeasygo on sep 12 ([protected]@happyeasygo.com & [protected]@goair.in) and informed that because of the accident, i will not be able to travel and requested to cancel the ticket (Pnr #: hygnnq) and refund the amount. Never go a response from both of them. After trying to connect multiple times, even logged a case with airsewa (Grievance # qb697861) on sep 30 and again no response.

              Finally, my wife called happyeasygo and now they are saying that the ticket which was bought for rs. 14, 784/- we will get a refund of approximately rs.1, 000/- because goair will deduct rs.9, 000+ (3k per person + convenience fee) and happyeasygo will deduct rs.3, 750 (1k per person + convenience fee).

              I believe this is fleecing the customer because i cancelled the ticket on genuine reason (Attaching mri report) and above that cancellation charges are 90% of amount paid, which could have been adjusted/refunded in multiple ways (Coupons/date of travel etc.)

              I would request to help me regarding my predicament at the earliest and refund the appropriate amount.

                I would like to draw your attention to the fraudulent activities carried by a booking app called "happyeasygo". I had done a hotel booking in ooty from the app on 16th september 2019. A day later they informed me that booking did not go through as the hotel rates had changed and cancelled the booking from their end on 20th september 2019 and informed that the refund will be credited to the account within 7-14 working days.

                Unfortunately, i have still not received the refund and each time i call the customer care they say that i will get refund, which is not the case. It has been more than a month and inspite of multiple follow ups, there is no response from the company's end.

                  I had booked a hotel in ranthambore on 3/10 with heg making a payment of 47627/-. Heg failed to confirm my booking and promised a refund within 7_14 working days. Despite repeated reminders heg failed to refund my amount and promised to refund within 7 working days, evert time i called or mailed

                    Happy easy go never initiated my refund its been a month now.. Since i have made the booking.

                    It was a hotel booking in mysore, they informed me that booking did not go through only at the last moment few hours before my check-in. I had to go through a lot of inconvenience

                    I would not ever make any bookings in happy easy go website hereafter.

                    I cancelled my flight directly with the Spicejet airline which I booked through HappyEasyGo and airline company told me I will get 1039 rs refund but HappyEasyGo refused to refund this same amount to me.

                        This is with reference to my hotel booking with Order ID:[protected] for Rs 2467.00, where in happyeasygo couldnt confirm my booking of 03.10.2019 as the hotel rooms are sold out. The same day i called the customer care and they said that they processed the refund. Till now the refund has not been reflected in my account. I have called so many times on the customer care of hotel booking. Its a spam Number and no one lifts the call. If you call on customer care no. provided in the website they say its flight booking. They said upto 24th that the refund takes 7 to 15 days excluding saturdays and sundays, festivals etc. After now they say there is some technical issue. Fed up calling them for refund.

                            There was a flight which i cancelled way in advance and according to the terms and conditions i am eligible for a refund after a small deduction and airlines fees.
                            They said i will get my refund in 15 days but i didnt.
                            I followed up with them they said i will have to wait for more 72 hours.
                            I waited.

                              Hi,
                              This is to complain against the fraudulent act of Happyeasygo wherein they are not refunding the ticket cancellation amount since the last 22 days even after multiple follow ups on emails. The ticket was cancelled online on 3rd October after there was no reply. I wrote an email to their customer support team on 12th Oct 2019 post which there lousy staff have harassed me to no end by giving vague timelines for refund. I am attaching herewith the mail details wherein the date of refund mentioned by them is 14th Oct 2019(for a ticket cancelled on 3rd October) and till date there is no refund in my account till 24th Octber 2019. How is that possible in today's day and age wherein any fund transfer is just a click away. Please help me out!
                              I don’t know your case, but I received my refund within 5 days when I had to cancel my flight due to some personal reason. Thanks to the customer care person, I could book another ticket for a different date with a great discount. I loved the experience and wouldn’t mind booking from here again. I hope you get your refund soon!

                                . I have made a return flight of pune to kolkata and back through happyeasygo on 25th july and the onward flight was cancelled by airasia on 13th september as they closed the sector. Airasia is been claiming to refund the amount on 20th september to his supplier travel boutique online itself but happyeasygo is not refunding my amount its been 40 days now still no update from the customer care of happyeasygo.

                                  Dated 19th sept 2019, i have booked for 2 days hotel at around 8 pm, for that particular day no other app was able to provide the stay due to unavailability of rooms and even i confirmed with hotel reception also, but for the sake of comfort to stay comfortably as i was new to the city i booked from happyeasygo. I was flying from different city late night, i paid the full amount for that day too as i was landing around 11pm and i reached at hotel around 12.30am and still my booking was not confirmed, i paid around 8, 000/- for 2 days, it was horrible experience at midnight standing outside a hotel in unknown city alone with no reservations after waiting till 1 am as requested by the executives and after 5 followup calls, one of their executive confirmed at 1.30am that we are very sorry your booking is not confirmed from our side so we are proceeding for the refund and you will get it in 24 hours, so now its more than a month and i have not got any refund and their hotel department is also not responding niether email ids, and all calls are forwarded to flight department and they make excuses that it is flight department you can call on this number on which no one is responding and they have provided flight department number on their website and app, i dont know what should i do now.

                                    My flight from chennai to pune has been cancelled by airline which i have booked from happyeasygo.com being same pnr number they have advised me to complete the return journey and cancel it.. I did it on 24th sep 2019 now its been month i have not received my refund... After callning their customer care on number[protected] many times they are saying it will take 15-20 days only..
                                    It is customers hard earned money and they should understand the sensitivity of issue.
                                    I am not getting proper reply or revert from them

                                      I booked a hotel in swissotel kolkata from 17th to 20th november 2019 on 3rd of november 2019 with 17751/-.
                                      The same morning they called me to inform that swissotel is not agreeing on such low amount so they want me to confirm the cancellation and refund on 3rd november 2019. I had no other choice but to agree.
                                      They are showing a rate and they cannot even book on that rate.
                                      It's 22nd october 2019 today and in between i have mailed them several times and i called them number of times. But they are still saying that it will take another 7-10 working days from today.
                                      From 3rd october it is 22nd october and still 10 working days!!!
                                      The reason they stated is that the hotel is having a technical glitch so they are not initiating the refund.
                                      Swissotel is a renowned hotel and it will never do such things. So i called them and they said that they have had no booking under my name on that date.
                                      So basically happy easy go itself is blocking the money for no reason.
                                      The mail got unreplied the calls got unanswered after that.
                                      What should i do?
                                      I want to file a case against them.
                                      They simply cheat people and i don't know if i will get my money back or not?
                                      Please help.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I was trying to book flight from happy easy go site from pune to lucknow one way on 14’th september 2019. After making the payment of 10777/- i received an error that try again bit an order id was already generated by then.
                                        After that i immediately called happy easy go customer care team and they told me to wait for few days to get the amount back.
                                        After 2 days i again contacted my bank (Hdfc) and happy easy go team stating the whole issue.

                                        My bank gave me a reference number - stating that happy easy go merchant received the amount on 16’th september in their account. And since then i am continuously following up with bank as wl as happy easy go team but both of them putting the blame on each other and i have not received my amount till date. Almost every day i am dropping an email but not getting any response from both the team.

                                        Please look into the issue on priority.
