I issued ticket with happy easy go after 2hrs they gave pnr.. But when i tried to do web check in.. It was ticket was showing cancelled. An when i called to refund they are telling pnr is confirmed from their end and cannot claim full refund... Travel date is immediate so i am not able to issue the ticket as they are not refunding the amount... Need full refund and want strict action against the company for harassing the customer

    Myself Anvesh Addanki and I have booked the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad through Happyeasygo.com on Sep 18th and the traveling date is Oct 25th, After that i have canceled my flight and made a call to the happyeasygo and respected airlines(Vistara) to ask the full refund and the airlines has got agreed to do the full refund. I have forwarded the email to [protected]@happyeasygo.com as well, after that i made call to happyeasygo around 30 to 40 times and through email also i have been chating and sometimes i am not even getting the proper response. Happyeasygo customer representative guys keep on saying the same thing and i have't get the refund yet. On the last call i have mentioned that i will go legally to the customer representative and he told that if you did't get the update in 72 hours.

    I literally felt bad about the happyeasygo service.

    We will file a grievance in national consumer helpline.

      I had booked a ticket on september 16th from kochi to bangalore for 9th nov 2019 (5 seats) on through happyeasy go. The flight carrier was air asia. However the air asia cancelled the flight due to technical issues and mentioned to offer complete refund. Since i had booked from happyeasygo the air asia team said that i have to cancel the ticket from happyeasygo and they will be offering the complete refund. Its been more than a month that i escalating this matter to the happyeasy go team and there are giving stupid reasons saying that its in process, issue in payment gateway etc..

      Concerned governing team/ authority, kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. It has been really painful process and have been following regularly. But not getting resolved. Also its a heavy amount that is got stuck and also loosing so much patience and time.

        Dear sir,
        I had booked a flight ticket of spicejet on 13th sept. 2019 for a trip from chennai to varanasi on 27th oct 2019 (Which order id is[protected] through happyeasygo.com, was cancelled by airline due to their reason and they refunded the total amount of ticket rs. 5310 in my respective bank via happyeasygo.com but still i have not received any amount from happyeasygo.com. I have called manytimes to their customer service but they were saying earlier that the amount would be transfered within 15 working days but till now they have not send my refund amount and now they are saying that your amount has been send. So, for cross check i have also called to bank but there was no transaction of rs.5310.

        Sir, i kindly request you to please do something by which i can avail my refund amount.

          Trip id:[protected], i did the flight booking through happyeasygo. I paid approx rs. 1200 extra for taking flight rescheduling add on. Now i am trying to reschedule the flight, happyeasygo is unncessarily asking rs. 1500/ extra again saying that rs. 1500/ is the fare difference, although there is no fare diff. When i asked them how they are saying rs. 1500/ fare difference inspite of zero fare difference, they could not reply. Please intervene & help.

          I need refund of around rs. 1200 from happyeasygo which i paid extra for taking flight rescheduling add on. Since they are unnecessarily extra money for rescheduling the flight. I do not need any flight rescheduling through happyeasygo now & they need to refund me the free rescheduling extra add on charges rs. 1200 that i paid extra at time of booking.

            I had booked a hotel in Gurgaon on September 18 with happyeasygo making a payment of 10310/- they failed to confirm my booking and promised a refund within 7-14 working days. Despite repeated reminders company failed to refund my amount and promised to refund within 7 working days, evert time i called or mailed
            After 2.5 months, i'm still waiting for the refund. My booking id is[protected]

              I had booked 4 tickets mumbai hong kong along with return tickets thorough you portal.
              The return flight hongkong mumbai was cancelled by airindia which was on 3rd november 2019.
              The details are as follows.

              Date - 03 nov 2019
              Pnr # y4277

              I have been following with these guys for 1.5 month but they dont have any concrete answer. Every time they keep giving new story.
              I have made 14 calls and over 12 emails but every time they ask to wait for 48 hours.

              After a follow up of 25 days they ask me for exchange ticket number. On providing that again following for 4 times they ask me to go to air india office and get a stamp copy. When i visit airindia office they tell me that stamp copy is only given for domestic flight.

              This an absolute fraud company and operating only siphon off our money

              It has been 1.5 months but i have still not got my refund.

              I need an answer as to by when and how will i be receiving my own money.
              This is absolute harassment of customer

                I had booked flight tickets through the website happyeasygo.com from on nov 1st. After i booked, i realized that the traveller details have been updated incorrectly. (I was booking for my father, but the site had updated traveller name as my name which was given in contact details although i had given my father's name in traveller details). When asking them to change, they didn't. And asked me to talk to the airlines. I asked the airlines and they suggested to cancel the ticket and promised for full refund which would come through happyeasygo. I have cancelled the ticket from the website stating the same reasons, and got an email saying refund will be processed within 10-15 working days. I have been calling and sending mail repeatedly since then, it has been 45 days now. I have not got refund. Everytime i contact them they say the same thing - please allow 48-72 hours, we will get back to you. And they never reply even after the timeframe. I have been chasing them like anything but they are determined not to return my money. I am so frustrated and going to file complaint against them.
                Never use this website. Fraudulent.

                  I had booked an online ticket through the travel portal - happyeasygo for onward and return journey on september 2, 2019, on air asia airlines for pune to kolkata and back for travel in january 2020, for an amount totaling ₹8428/-. On october 15, 2019, i received an sms from the airlines, saying that the flight has been cancelled and you can apply for refund of the money. I did cancel my ticket booked through happyeasygo on october 19, 2019 and they promised to return my money within 21 working days. It has been over a month and half since then and numerous calls made to their customer care center to know about the status of the refund, yet there has been no clear resolution provided by them. The travel agency has cheated by time and again by saying that the money will be processed, call back after 48 hours, but nothing has been done till now. I have called them regularly on november 7, 16, 19, 23, 26 and 30. The travel agency is of the opinion that the airlines has not processed the refund, but when i ask them to provide me with the acknowledgement number of the cancellation made such that i can verify the matter personally with the airlines, they refuse to do so.
                  I called them again on december 2, 5 and as recent as 6 (Today) and they have been saying the same thing that "kindly wait for 48-72 hours."
                  It's the nost fraudulent company i have seen.

                    Since then i have been following with these guys for my refund. I have made 14 calls and 9 mails to esquire about my status. But these guys have no answer. Every time a new customer care officer and a new story. After one and a half month they are asking me to visit Air India office and get a stamp copy.
                    What the hell is this, As customers we are been harassed to the highest possible level.
                    Such fraud company should not be allowed to operate for any bookings and should be asked to close with immediate effect.

                      As per mentioned 15 workings days i been waiting for the refund and they are delaying the process whereas the airline have already refunded the entire amount of inr 3893 to "happyeasygo" account which i had paid as the cancellation was due to natural calamity on 9th nov and the flight got cancelled from the airline side and i choose to take refund instead of rescheduling for another flight.

                        Hi i was booking a flight ticket from ccu to bom for the 3rd of jan and the amount to be paid was 5130/- which i did so via upi.
                        But the app cancelled the booking and money was still debited from account and successful paid. I have confirmation of payment.
                        The company initially asked me to wait on my first contact with them.
                        The second time i called they said that i would receive the money within 24 to 48 hours.
                        Today, i called them and they said that they have received no money and asked me to contact my bank.
                        Kindly help me with this.

                          I booked tickets with happyeasygo for 4 people from delhi to bengaluru. Due to flight diversion the indigo airline cancelled ticket for 2 passengers and refunded happyeasygo with rs 14, 042 via pnr 'fwl8ke' for 100% cost of flight tickets (Rs 9682) and excess baggage (Rs 4360).

                          I have more than 15 recorded emails and conversations with happyeasygo regardless of which the company is not refunding the excess baggage charges of rs 4360.

                          I am taking all the evidences to the consumer court for metal harassment, unethical behaviour and others as per the indian penal code for a total sum of rs 128, 000 in claims.

                          Also the matter will be communicated to the companies directors based in india and china and all offshore banking offices incluidng but not limited to:

                            Hi,

                            I booked my flight on 16th october for coming saturday, after payment and checkout i'm seeing the flight was booked for 26th october and not 19th october, so i immediately called airline and asked them to cancel the flight, they cancelled the flight and said they will provide full refund.
                            My flight was cancelled by airline on 16th october and on same day i applied for refund on happyeasygo for which i'm still waiting. Since then i called them continuously, at first they said it will take 10-15 days for processing refund and then after again calling they said due to diwali their employees were not available so it will take some more time. Now that whenever i call or email them they say the refund will be processed within 48-72 hrs and again i call or email, they say the same thing and when i ask them to give me in writing when will i get refund they hung up on me.

                            This is very disappointing customer service. I don't know whether they are doing it on purpose but every time i call the representative says that he will talk to his superior and then after coming back says the same thing 48-72hrs.

                              Just worse. I had booked a hotel online for varanasi from happyeasygo hotel section. After going there i got to know they never booked it but had took the money from me. I had to go and find myself another hotel because of them. After that they didn't even cancel the booking. Upon pestering a lot for a few days, they cancelled it and told the refund will be credited within 7-14 working days, it's going to be around 2 months and they still haven't refund it or replied. The hotel booking department never answers the phone, never reply to the mails, i am not even sure if there is any hotel booking division with them. Don't trust each and every website which offers you cheap booking. Some fraud company like this are out there. @happyeasygo if you can see this, for details, look for orderid:[protected]

                                I booked my flight tickets using happy easy go mobile application for the date 22dec19 but unfortunately due to some circumstances in our family we planned to cancel the tickets on 23 november even we requested them to reschedule a flight. But they said they cant do anything.

                                If i will reschedule my flight then i have to pay 22657

                                What is this nonsense.

                                Even they denied to refund me a single amount.

                                Please somebody help me to get atleast 50 of my amount.

                                  My flight was cancelled by the airlines and hence it entitled me for full refund. Even though the airlines company has refunded the entire amount to the this travel partner, this agency has not processed by refund till date. I have been chasing them since 2 months over emails/calls with no resolution yet. They have a very poor customer support staff and even the higher management who are not at all bothered the pain the customer goes through. Please help me to get my refund asap.

                                  Despite posting the grievance on social media channels, the company is not at all bothered to look into it.

                                    I have booked the hotel in september2019. I got a call from happy easy go on 1st october that hotel booking couldn't be done and they will process the refund in 7-14 days. It's already 45 days and they never returned the money. I sent them 20 emails but no reply. Their customer care number for hotel is always busy and their flight team phone number is reachable but they refused to entertain hotel queries. This company is seriously a scam and fraud. Indian government has to take serious action against the company/ #happyeasygo fraud and scam.

                                      What an concept of earning money, really dis guys will be top billionaire soon.

                                      I have booked the tickets from bom to hyd and dey are not cancelling my tickets. Dey informed me to call airasia team and cancel the ticket but airasia asked again to contact happyeasygo sorry saduneasygo. While booking refundable was clearly mentioned and now dey are telling you have accepted the terms and condition https://www.happyeasygo.com/domestic-terms/ by booking the tickets. I lost my hard earned money : (

                                      Guys please dont ever book tickets from dis fraud company
                                      Saduneasygo cancellation terms and condition
                                      Ticket cost - 1800 inr
                                      Airasia cancellation - 2500 to 3500 inr
                                      Happyeasygo cancellation - 1500 inr
                                      Means customer will lose der 1800 inr and again he needs to pay happyeasygo for cancellation i. E 2200 approx
                                      So atlast they tell refundable amount is "zero"

                                        I had cancelled my two tickets from goair flight # goair g8-384 & goair g8-381, travelling on 17th dec & return on 18th dec. After cancellation there was refund of rs. 2062 amount from goair, as the web selection was thru happygoeasy, which i was not aware. My payment went thru them and now when refund was made my refund amount also went thru their bank account and they refuse to refund my amount, saying that we will deduct our charges and convenience fee which i already paid to air lines goair. How can happygoeash deduct these charges? What services they have provided me? I have cancelled my ticket one month before how can they deduct my full amount of rs. 8562?, this is purely cheating from this travel agents who link their website and bank accounts with air lines. This i ca say is fraud by these online travel agents. I strongly condemn and request them to refund my refund amount of rs. 2062 asap.
