I had to book flight with the following details:

Journey date: 14-nov-2019
Journey from: cochin
Journey to: new delhi

I went through happy easy go application and keyed in the above details.

With the above mentioned inputs, the search results had a flight from "delhi to guwahati" disguised at a price slightly lower than others.

I went about my booking selecting this flight and completed my payment.

After my payment and receiving of the ticket, i realized that the booking was with the following details:

Journey date: 01-jan-2020
From: new delhi
To: guwahati

After multiple email, the response from the customer support team is very reckless.

My hard earned money is wasted because of this highly unethical practice.

    I have booked a hotel in pondicherry to go wih my wife and an infant. My wife checked the booking it was showing pending but i got a confirmation mail. So called them 10 to 12 times. Everytime 10 minutes plus hold. Then they said finally when j was about to rrach the hotel that my booking has been cancelled. I need to write email to the team. This costed me to book another hotel at the last minute which will be an expensive thing to do. Its been so many days now but still the booking shows pending and no sign of refund. These people take customers as joke. No one should use this platform. Money looters.

      I tried to book a ticket on 7th of september, i used google pay to pay the amount (Rs 8493). A sum of 8493 was debited from my account but on happy easy go site it said transaction failed. When i checked with my bank, they said transaction was successful and money has been credited to beneficiary's account. They sent a confirmation email regarding this after checking the same with npci. I have repeatedly asked happyeasygo to refund my money. They are not refunding the money and saying transaction was not successful. They are not even sharing the account statement

        I had requested for a refund as the happyeasygo company didn’t give me a proper option to book a room. They cancelled my booking on october 3, 2019 and they said they will refund in 10-15 days. I have called and spoken to shefali jaswal, and multiple customer reps and each they kept lieing that i will get refund, which is not the case. I have booked 2 rooms and total amount is approx 37.5k. Pls help to get the refund at the earliest

          I booked one ticket from happyeasygo.
          And i got pulomary tuberculosis.
          The airline cathay pacific told me they can issue me a medical waiver but i have to go through happyeasygo.
          Happyeasygo refused to take my request for the medical waiver.
          Not only that, they are giving me 0 refund on a 41, 000rs ticket when the airline cancellation charges are only 6, 000.
          Absolutely thug company.
          Please take them down.
          They are looting and fleecing people.

            This is how happy easy go cheats customers who online book rooms, flights etc... Please go through below trail mail.

            No one revertback till except this below mail. No amount being refunded even after more than 15 days passed. I will take this matter to consumer court for deficiency in services and complete negligence showed to address this serious issue.

            No executives made any serious attempt to resolve this long pending issue. Customer care executives are doing time pass saying i will get call back from happy easy go... Which i will never get it.

            Be aware about this services... Worst and pathetic services. Dont choose this app or avail services from it.

            Be carefull... Be carefull.

            Please go through trial mail, as per it i had booked lodge which was later cancelled due to property was sold our. No alternative booking was made, and requested for refund money. But its very shocking to know my money will get after 7 to 15 days. I dont know what is the logic behind this. Happy easy go... But in my case its like happy hard to go in getting my refund money without any interest is being paid on it. You cannot use this money and cannot take these many days to refund my hard earned money without interest.

            So here its request you to please process my refund as soon as possible. Delay in processing would be liable to pay interest please note. For such intentional delay would treated as "deficiency in services" under law. For such incidents case would be filed in consumer court.

            Its very ridiculous and pathetic services by you in not refunding money which was paid by me during hotel was booked and due to property was sold it was cancelled later. Since 15 days i am speaking to customer care executives gautam, mamta etc who said some officer from happy go will call me back immediately, but till today there is serious action took on it.

            As you mentioned within 15 days refund will be made but even after more than 15 days nothing has been done. Yesterday your customer care executive mamtha who assured me immediately call will be made. No calls made.

            So please take this issue seriously to refund my money at the earliest.

              Happy easy go really spoiled our entire trip.

              I made my booking through happy easy go. Hotel sin q prive for rs. 6540 for only night 2 rooms 6 people. We five of them checked in room no 4005 & 4006 on[protected] as per our booking via happy easy go. But while checked out hotel claimed me rs.12864. Hotel says hey dint get any confirmation from happy easy go on my booking and we were not allowed to check out. That was totally messed up. I paid them only because hotel gave me on written saying they i'll refund my amount rs.12864 if they get confirmation from happy easy go orbooking.com

              I had called happy easy go more than 50 times on this same issue i really got fed up since there is no proper repose.

              At least help me today to get my money back from hotel.

              If this not going to happen i i'll definitely file the case against happy easy go. With all these information. It was really made me into huge trouble. I about to miss my flight.

                I have booked a ticket with trip id[protected], for air india from vga to blr. I booked it in june for journey on oct 17th. The flight was cancelled, but no info from them. When i contacted them for refund, they marked my trip as completed and on informing them about this, they are asking to contact the airlines and get the cancellation msg or mail and i need to submit this to them. Then only they will process my refund. On contacting airlines, they are asking me to contact happyeasygo again. What to do?

                  I booked a room for 14th Sep 2019, paid 3901 INR (Order ID:[protected]. No room was booked and money has not been returned till date. A fake and bogus company, the owners, promoters must be prosecuted and they must return every single penny of all there customers with interest.

                  I have returned to the company many times, including their so-called Customer Support and Mr Munish Kumar. Tried many times on their helpline for hours.

                  The company has also mentally harassed me by not providing room at hotel, lowered my prestige, made me wait in hotel lobby and finally I had to book the same hotel after 6 hrs at a much higher price.

                    I had booked a room for ibis hotel Goa for 3 nights from 14-17 October on the 27th September, 2019. My payment was confirmed by Happyeasygo, I was issued a confirmation code also. On reaching the hotel, I was informed that there was no reservation for my name and that no payment was received by the hotel. However, the amount has been deducted by Happyeasygo. Post that, I have called and mailed their authority numerous times, by there was no support from the travel company.

                      I have booked a round trip flight ticket from Johannesburg (South Africa) to Mumbai (India) in Air Tanzania. I have booked this ticket through "HAPPYEASYGO" Travel agent. From the last few days this airline stopped operations to and from to Johannesburg, so I have contacted to airline people for alternative solutions for the passengers who booked the tickets on those days flights. This airline people said that Airline is providing full refund for passengers travelling to and fro JNB, in case if I wish to take refund i should inform the travel agent who issued the ticket. So I have contacted the travel agent (Happyeasygo) on 23rd of September 2019 for cancellation with full refund and uploaded the airline confirmation email for full refund. Then happyeasygo customer care team emailed me that I will get refund within 10 to 15 working days (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays). So I have contacted happyeasygo again on 10th October to ask my refund status. Then the customer care team saying that I must wait 10 to 15 days after getting refund from airlines. Then I have asked the customer care team that whether they got confirmation for refund or not. Then they are saying that until now they haven't got any confirmation. Later I have contacted to airlines for the same. Then airlines people saying that they will immediately process the refund if my travel agent raises Refund application. Then again I have contacted to travel agent to raise the refund application against my ticket and share the same information with me. This travel agent not providing any details, keep on saying I must wait 10 to 15 working days. And my status on happyeasygo website showing "refunding" from 23rd September 2019. Even today the happyeasygo customer care executive saying that I must wait another 10 to 15 working days. I have shared my ticket details in attachment

My concern for this mail is that i booked a resort from haopyeasygo site on the 1st of october but due to some payment problem from their side, the team cancelled the booking. After which i had a word with tbeir executive who told me that i will get a refund of the core amount within 7-10 business days. It has been 14 days since then and i haven't recieved the amount. Also, i seek to have a compensation for such inconvinience that my booking was cancelled at the last moment and i had to rebook the hotel at a very higher price. Also, i had to wait for such a long time and din't get the refund yet.
                        Its high time and whole company should be sued, their executives keeps on saying that server is down, technical issues this and that i don't know why they are still into business.

                          This is to regarding hotel happeasygo which has scammed me
                          I have booked one hotel for rs 4147/- for 4 days from 6th october to 10th october (4 nights) to darjeeling.
                          The happyeasygo app showed rs 4147/- (I have screensort of it) for 4 days, so we booked the hotel and paid the amount (Copy of transaction is enclosed herewith)
                          But after paying the amount there was no confirmation from happyeasygo, i called 50 times in their customer support number but no one picked up my phone.
                          Finally i called their airlines number and one of the executive told me to wait sometime and it will get confirmed soon.
                          I repeatedly asked them whether hotel will get confirmed since i will check in on 6th october and if it didn’t confirmed than it will be difficult for me in unknown city to travel, and he said it will get confirmed soon don’t worry.
                          Now on 6th october i called 100 times to know whether my hotel got confirmed, and to my surprise one executive from airlines (Happyeasygo) told me that my hotel didn’t got confirmed so now they will refund me.
                          I asked what the # you are telling me now, i am about to check in hotel in few minutes and now after calling you so many times you are saying i will get refund.
                          Is this the way you people do your business. Atleast arrange some other hotel where i can check in so that i can stay in unknown city, but they have not listen to me at all.
                          I wanted to know what kind of justice is this, i have booked the hotel, paid for the room and no call, no confirmation, no email support, and they even not refunding my payment.
                          I paid double the amount for booking hotel on 6th october and now happyeasygo is not at all refunding my payment.
                          What kind of company they are running where they are not even calling their customer to enquire whether they have any issues.
                          I observed that they are a fraud company.
                          So now my request to you is kindly take strict action against this fraud company and help me in getting my refund.
                          I have all necessary proof and call recordings against them.
                          Hope i will get some justice from you.
                          I am also filling case against them in civil court and police station.

                            Had booked jet airways flight tickets through happyeasygo, for the month of april 2019.
                            7 tickets from mumbai to coimbatore, and 7 tickets from coimbatore back to mumbai. However, the jet airways flights got cancelled, and i had raised a request for refund with happyeasygo. Instead of multiple followups, i have still not got my refund. I am from a middle class family and the amount of 56, 000 is a huge amount for us. It would be great if times of india could intervene and help me getting my refund back.

                              I booked my return tickets from happpyeasygo and my onward tickets from makemytrip for my australia to india trip. Due to rejection of my visa i have to cancel the tickets 2 weeks before.
                              Makemytrip cancelled the tickets after taking the visa rejected copy and other kya details in 1 weeks time.
                              Happyeasygo asked me to speck to the airline (Sigapore airlines) directly.
                              Post my discussion with singapore airlines they agreed to cancel my tickets immediately since my visa was rejected but since the travel agent has to process the refund they asked me to inform happyeasygo to process the cancellation. But now happyeasygo rejected that they don't have a policy to cancel and stopped responding to mails written by me and singapore airlines representative (Ms. Chinky bhojwani). Singapore airlines representative was most helpful by sharing a number to reach them directly and discuss the issue with the agent. But happyeasygo which was receiving all mails and noting the communication didn't reply.

                              They lure you with discounts and leave you high and dry once they have to give your money back. This is a company which is ruined by unethical policies and narrow-minded business approch.

                              Thankfully, i have documented all the evidence and delay tactic games employed by these crooks. It is important that we nail them with penalise them for operating such scams. Long term any customer who hasn't got the time/energy/or is uneducated should be shield by such unscrupulous travel agents. At the same time we have to praise makemytrip and singapore airlines who step up and take responsibility of their business.

                              Never fall for small discounts offered by happyeasygo.

                              Most people have shared the issues that haven’t resolved yet. Well, let me share my story here with all of you. I had booked a flight to Bhubaneshwar recently but had to cancel it the next day itself. I felt bad that I may not get my refund. I had got the cancellation update immediately but didn’t receive the refund for 2 days. When I contacted, the customer care executive told me that they had already processed the refund and it might take 5-6 working days to reflect in my account. I didn’t know what was the case but waited for a week anyway. When I didn’t receive the refund even after a week, I contacted them again. This time they told me they had processed the refund a week before and I should contact my bank. I was losing my cool but anyway contacted my ICICI bank customer care. I got to know that there was an issue at my bank’s end. I wasn’t expecting this but the problem got resolved in next 48 hours and I got the refund in my account. Thanks team happyeasygo for clearing the refund immediately.

He confirmed that the airline had processed the full refund and it was reflecting in their system as well. He refused to cancel the booking for me and advised that i should do the same online.                                 I have made my first booking on 2nd oct which is stuck in pending till date. After spending hell lot of time waiting and circle of calls to customer support.
                                They are saying everyday they say we have requested for cancellation and will get full refund. Till date it is still in pending status not i got the cancellation confirmation not the transaction for the refund.
                                I have almost 30, 000 stuck in their account from 10 days and nobody doing nothing. I have also reported in social media there also each day they say we understand your consern pls give us 24hrs.. That's the same statement i am listening from past 7 days and no progress till date.
                                Please help to get this to closure. These guys are just a fraud.. Making people money stuck in their account and using it for there own purpose and customer strugle for their money. I have seen many people reported the same issue in social media stilll nobody raised fir against happyesygo company.

                                Couldn’t find flight bookings at the last moment when I had to visit my home town for someone’s last prayers. It was a crucial moment for me. I just couldn’t figure out where to book flights, not by paying INR 6000 instead of INR 3000, the genuine amount for the distance I had to cover. My friend suggested this site for cheapest flight. Booked flight and got calmed down in such a hectic condition. Thanks happyeasygo.
                                I made flight bookings with happyeasygo a month ago for my honeymoon. Got a discount of INR 1000 on my international air tickets and overall trip also went well. I liked the flight finding experience on their app and payment also processed without any difficulty. Would recommend to everyone!
                                I have done booking and till 4 days there is no confimation thats y i called customer support they told me to take refund so i apply for that but till now no status of refund as i have there mail as proof for full refund as they said in that mail it was our mistake and will refund full amount but as of now no refund to me please help

                                  I don't really have a complaint as my problem got sorted within 4 hours. I booked indigo flight tickets from here but didn't get confirmation for next 4 hours. I couldn't connect to their customer care the first time. Finally got connected and told about the issue. The cc executives was quite helpful and polite. I went a little furious due to not getting the confirmation, but he handled the situation quite well.
                                  I got the booking updates on my email and text msg within some minutes as the company was facing some technical glitch and couldn't send my tickets soon.
                                  I'm thankful that i got the confirmation and didn't have to face trouble.

                                    Booked truejet flight in happyeasygo app for 4th september 2019. Exactly the day before the travel date, got call from truejet and informed that flight got cancelled due to technical problem and also informed that i will get full refund and they clearly mentioned the amount which i paid i. E; 4656 rs/-. But from happyeasygo i got only 4000 rs/- back. And when i contacted customer care they are informing that the remaining amount is convenience fee and it will be not refunded. I attached the screen shot of that order also.

                                    I have also worked in the customer care department of a leading retail brand, so I have a fair understanding of how things work in companies. Usually there is no point in getting rude with the executives and the companies because they can’t process the refund at their end until they get a refund from the source point.

                                    Once I also had to suffer due to late refund for my cancelled Indigo flight. I couldn’t contact anyone, so didn’t feel good. But, then I got an email from the company about the same. They assured me that it will take nearly 2-3 days to clear my refund as they hadn’t got it from the airline itself. But, anyway, I got the refund within next 2 days. Since I had got good discounts, I will surely book again from here. Recommend it to all.

                                      Really disappointed with the response that i am getting from happy easy go.

                                      Duplicate booking has been made from goa to bangalore. Here is the 2 pnr - ysftji and ts4uvi. Airasia customer care agents are saying that they can not initiate the full refund without travel agency id. And happy easy cc agents are saying that neither they can provide agency id for air asia, nor they can initate full refund from their end. So i stucked in between happy easygo response and and air asia response.

                                      If happyeasygo have any doubt on the processes, which i have provided, they can contact to air asia and get the details to initiate the refund request.
                                      Also ~15times, i have contacted happy easy go.
                                      Also i have forwared the recording of the conversation betwwen my self and airasia cc.

                                      Please help me, as i m not getting the possitive repose, even after contacting more than 10-15times
