I really disappointed with the response that i am getting from happy easy go.

Duplicate booking has been made from goa to bangalore. Here is the 2 pnr - ysftji and ts4uvi. Airasia customer care agents are saying that they can not initiate the full refund without travel agency id. And happy easy cc agents are saying that neither they can provide agency id for air asia, nor they can initate full refund from their end. So i stucked in between happy easygo response and and air asia response.

If happyeasygo have any doubt on the processes, which i have provided, they can contact to air asia and get the details to initiate the refund request.
Also ~15times, i have contacted happy easy go.
Also i have forwared the recording of the conversation betwwen my self and airasia cc.

Please help me, as i m not getting the possitive repose, even after contacting more than 10-15times

I had the similar story and trust me I know how it feels. But, thankfully I received my refund within a week as they conveyed to me that there was some refund issue from the airline itself. Duplicate bookings were made in my case too, and I contacted the customer care team right after that. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to contact them immediately. I felt bad, but tried contacting them again the next day. This time I was told that I will receive my refund within a week’s time. I was relaxed a bit, but wasn’t sure if I should trust the company.

Thankfully, after 6 days, I got my refund in my payment mode account. So, I just want to say, keep in touch with the customer care and don’t worry. I wish you will get the refund soon.

    I hv booked a room at pondicherry on 2nd oct 2019 for 4th oct to 6th oct in abirami residency with booking id:[protected] but till time on 3rd oct 10:47 pm i didnt get the confirmation of the booking from the hotel. When i called to the hotel they told that they dont have vacancy from 4th oct to 6th oct. Also they told that they dont have any tie up with the happy easy go. Neither they are responding on call nor on email. Full amount paid for the hotel. Neither they are sending confirmation nor refunding my money back to my account. Totally fraud portal.

    they provide lowest price and it is easy to book tickets. love their app.. booking tickets with them from last year. no error found.

      is not refunding my amount of INR 3, 009 which has already been refunded by AirAsia airlines to them.
      I have had booked a ticket for AirAsia travel from IDR to BLR for 26thAug2019.
      The flight departure was delayed and AirAsia had emailed an option to claim full-refund.
      Thus I opted for it. Contacted AirAsia and they confirmed that full refund will be credited to the agency by which you have booked the ticket.
      They share a reference case ID to me as a proof to be submitted to the agency i.e. HappyEasyGo.

      I mailed the same details on same day to HappyEasyGo at [protected]@happyeasygo.com. and got a response from 'Shivani Kaul
      Customer Service'. She confirmed over email that full amount of INR 3, 009 will be refunded in 21 working days.

      I followed up with them again on after 21days+ and kept getting the replies like : apology for delay, please wait 3-5 days.
      Same repeated multiple times by Sandeep Sharma / Rahul Sharma / Shivani Kaul.

      I also reached out to them on twitter but no luck except apology for delay and refund team is looking onto it.

      They have disturbed my mental piece and I want to take a legal action against them to process full amount of INR 3, 009 and compensation additionally.

      I hope this forum helps to sort this asap.

        I have reserved couple of rooms in agra through this website for jan 2020
        Paid complete payment of 35 k and received sms confirmation from happyeasygo wide booking confirmation number:[protected]

        But hotler not confirming the rooms and they are saying that no rooms available on particular dates

        I am writing serial mailers to customer service team and made several phone calls but no responce from them

          I had booked an Indigo 6E284 ticket from Bangalore to Delhi on 31st August. The money got deducted from my account but the ticket didn’t get confirmed. I called HappyEasyGo customer care and they said they have received the payment and will refund the money in 7 working days. But it didn’t happen and when I called again, they asked me to wait another 10 working days. Then 72 hrs...etc...Now its been over a month and I have not yet received my refund.

            I have made the payment yesterday night on 11.35 pm.
            Ticket not received. Called the customer care thrice yet no proper response, just delaying by saying one hour more-one hour more.

            I called the customercare three times, once at 9.30 am then at 11.30 am and then at 1.00 pm. Overtime i was just delayed by saying we are working on it as if they were sending a rocket to space.

            Not able to find any contact details of senior executive who can take proper action or refund my money atleast.

              I booked a hotel from happy easy go site for delhi last month by paying full amount of money and in response they have send one mail like before 1 or 2 days i will get the conformation. After reaching delhi they have send mail to pay another 1800 for the conformation since the price issue is their other wise they will cancel my booking and finally they have canceled. After one day i got mail like with in 10 to 14 days you will get the refund now 25 days over they are not replying on the mail hotel customer care you can't reach their phone will be always busy after waiting for 40 mins also same no one will take the call. From online if you take the number or email then it will be from flight department and they will tell to wait 48 to 72 hrs every time. Its totally fake having no customer service ethics they have opened the business just to take money from you.

              Don't do booking from them under any circumstances you will be fooled cheated that's it.

                I am tired and exhausted and i am going to say this if you guys don't know how to run a company maybe you should not. I have booked a ticket from tirupati to hyderabad on october 3rd. The transaction was successful and i did not receive my ticket for almost one and a half hour. I tried calling, mailed but no one replies and you say that you are 24x7. Stop joking. So i booked another flight and that one was perfectly good. Now after around 2 hrs, i get the ticket from the previous transaction. Now i have 2 tickets on the same day. When i try to cancel the previous one i get 0rs refund for 7328rs that i have paid. It was your mistake when i pay i want the ticket to come just after not after two hours. What kind of fradulent business is this? If i don't get my refund i am really thinking of suing you.

                  This is bring to your notice that the happyeasygo.com is cheating customers by collecting money by showing lesser price of hotels room rent.

                  On 18-sep-19 i have booked hotel ibis for 5 days in banglore ref no:[protected] and paid rs.32560. After one hour munish from happy easy go customer support desk engineer called me and asking me to pay rs 10000 more to confirm the booking and claiming that ibis hotel was increased the price. That means without taking confirmation from hotel people they are collecting the money from customer and forcing to pay more money. I denied to pay 10k more and asked him to refund my money and he was agreed to refund with in 3 to 4 days. But i got a mail saying your refund amount will be credited to account between 7 to 14 working days that means they are keeping customers money more than 20 days.

                  Even after this incident they have not increased the room charges in their web site for ibis hotel. Like me so many other people also will book rooms in this hotel, bcz price is very less compared to other travel websites. Even i have sent a mail to munish why you people not increasing the price in web site, but no reply on that.

                  That means wanted to they are showing less price in website and collecting money from customers and keeping with them more than 20 days.
                  If 100 customers pays 10 thousand average each day it will be 10 lack per day they are keeping with their account.

                    I had booked 3 refundable tickets paying extra money through Happy easy go site for Dec from Mumbai to Mangalore. Later on I had to cancel it. Initiatlly their website showed refund amount to be approx 6000 after deduction of 2000 penalty. Later on, they are maintaining that no refund is possible since I chose cancellation with penalty option !!
                    I feel they have kept this option just to misguide the consumers

                      My flight was canceled on 31st july 2019.
                      The airline cancelled the flight and refunded the money to this company. It has been a month but this company has not refunded the money to my account. Called their customer support 15 times all they say is wait for 72 hours. So many emails sent still no reply. They refuse to give a proper answer even.

                        I had booked the round trip ticket on 19th sept' 2019, for travel to del-mum-del on 21st oct' 2019 and return on 25th oct'2019, through www.happygoeasy.com.

                        My name on e-tkt ticket showed wrong surname, whereas the name on the confirmation mail bearing e-tkt was absolutely correct. Which proves that i had written a right name but it was purely a system generated error from happygoeasy's end, which has goofed up the surname.

                        Airline is refusing to cooperate and penalizing me to bear the cancellation cancelation charges & convenience fee for for their own fault/system error for wrongly writing my name.

                        This seems to be a scam for earning extra money by fooling customer through such faulty online booking system

                        Del- Mum - Indigo has not charged me any cancellation for rebooking ticket with right name ..but happyeasygo not refunding full amount and charging me for cancellation despite fault from their system.
                        Mum -Del, Air India has clearly pointed that its system error from travel Agent and asked travel agent to approach the Air India for name change /consequences but HappyEasyGo not taking the responsibility .

                          I have no resort but to write to you about the inconvenience faced by me and no status on my refund by website happyeasygo. My trip id is[protected]. My flight was cancelled by spicejet airlines and they have refunded the full amount to happyeasygo who has not refunded my money, nor has happyeasygo sent me a confirmation that they have initiated the full refund minus the convenience fee. The customer care agent amitabh is extremely rude and almost implied that refund may be denied. Amitabh admitted that happyeasygo has my money that has been refunded by spicejet and is holding it. Which is clearly against policy and what was confirmed below by happyeasygo on email before. Would seek help in getting my full refund from happyeasygo asap.

                            I had booked two ac rooms at hotel srr grand located at vandalur chennai. They charged me rs 9, 852 for two nights. I checked in at 24th sept and was about to check out at 26th sept as i have booked it so. But the hotel staff notified to leave me on 25th morning as they have received the mails from the happy easy go that the check out date was 25th. I have been cheated by them as they charged me the money for two days and i couldn't stay there. I request a refund from them. My contact number is [protected].                               I would like to bring to your notice that happy easy go is frequently & regularly duping consumers of their money, this is basis multiple consumer forums and blogs.

                              Happy easy go address : level 3 rider house plot no 136 sec 44 near huda city centre metro station gurugram.

                              This firm is operating as an agent for booking flight tickets & while booking flight tickets they are properly cheating people of their money.

                              I made a booking from mumbai to dublin for the 2nd of oct for rs 49, 000. I made this booking on the 21st of sept. Within 24hrs i asked for a time change of flight. Even though both flights had the same fare, they asked me for additional 10, 400 rupees to make the change owing to some fake 'airline policy'.in reality ba doesn't charge for flight change if change is made in 24 hrs.

                              Regardless, i decided to cancel my ticket since it was refundable. I asked them to then tell me the fare for cancellation for the entire itinerary. They refused to tell me the cancellation charge and insisted that i would need to cancel the itinerary and only then will i know the cancellation charge. How is that even possible? I checked online and realised that 1000's of people lost their money owing to this website and i couldn't take the risk of cancellation.

                              Left with no alternative i decided to simply go for date change since i realised that i was properly scammed and i'll just have to do the needful. I then requested for a date change to oct 1st // 1:55 am // ba 138. The fare on their website is 47, 300. On ba the fare is rs 48, 500 for the new flight. They asked me for additional 42, 000 over and above the 49, 000 paid to make this change. They added 32, 000 for fare difference which does not exist. Making the total to rs 1 lac approx. If i want to change the date,

                              Now i'm stuck with a ba flight that i need to change to oct 1st or least cancel (Especially because it said refundable) but i'm blackmailed because they know that ba can't help me and i have no other option.

                              This crime is legally punishable under various sections of criminal procedure code of ipc

                              I request you to register an fir against these persons since whole of this company is involved in this fraud since my reporting of the facts to their

                                I made 3 booking from happyeasygo.com and booking was cancelled by airline due to flight time change and i asked happyeasygo to refund the full amount because airline provided full refund but they deducted convenience fee 280 rs. Per person.
                                When i asked them to return this amount also, they rejected my request.

                                Flight was cancelled by airline then where is my mistake.
                                Why i should have to pay 840 rs. Unnecessary to happyeasygo.

                                I want my money back.

                                  Hi team, i did my booking from happy easy go a flight booking company. The flight go canceled & therefore the airlines have to refund the full amount, however, to get the full amount back in the account, happy easy go fails to refund my hard money back to my account. This incident have taken place on 20 aug, since then i am struggling hard to get my money back. Even now and then the team says to wait for 48 - 72 hrs or ask to give some time. When called to their customer service they fail to refund the amount 7 says the rebuttal as the vendor is not paying & we have escalated & request for more few times.

                                  If this forum is to take some action against this company & can help me, pls help to get my hard money back to me & kindly get the refund done.

                                    This is to inform you that someone named tejaswini surabhi is using my email id to book flight tickets in happygoeasy app. They have done this before 2 days back through cleartrip app for a flight ticket from hyderabad to jaipur for a booking on 20th september 2019. But i had registered a complaint and also called up the customer services for the same. The following day the ticket got cancelled and i thought the matter was closed. But today i saw she had booked a ticket from jaipur to hyderabad flight on 22nd september 2019 through happygoeasy app. Order id[protected] and pnr nnhfsx. Not only that but also booked hotel reservation through happyeasygo app in jw marriott hotel jaipur on 21st september 2019 to 22nd sept 2019. Though i agree the mobile number used is not mine (By the way is [protected] came to know it as i got the emails of payment and confirmation through my email i'd) but they are using my email id for their transaction. They are misusing my email ld and any illegal act on their part will indirectly point fingers at me.. I thought after their first attempt they would not repeat it but they not only repeated it but also tried to contact me through email this morning... Giving me goosebumps.. Please act soon

                                      I had booked an airline ticket from lucknow to bangalore with them. The date of journey was 15th august. Due to cancellation of the flight my ticket was cancelled by the airline - indigo. Full amount was refunded by indigo in less than 12 hours of intimation.
                                      However, happy easy go did not refund my amount and closed the ticket with zero refund. After more than 10 calls to the customer care and their promises that the issue would be resolved in the next 72 hours, i received partial refund on 16th september. They have no explanation or fare break up to support the partial refund.
                                      Kindly help me with the refund amount as it is really frustrating to be struggling to get your own money.

                                        I booked a 4 star hotel using happy easy go and made the payment. The status showed pending in their app against the booking. On the day of checking the status was still pending, we called happyeasygo at least 20 times but evevrytime they said hotel guys are not available and will give you a call back. 3 hours after the checkin time and waiting outside hotel and after continuous calling got a call back from happyeasygo person saying that the hotel we booked is not available and he would like to offer 2 different hotels and we an select one. As per the happyeasygo person both these hotels were equivalent to the 4 star so we selected one based on his suggestion but when we reached the hotel was 1 star and on top of that the price we payed for 4 star was also not refunded. As per the happyeasygo person the hotel fare for the new hotels was equivalent to the old 4 star hotels but when we reached the 1 star hotel they were ready to offer the same room at half the price of what we paid. Happy easy go is a fraud big fraud.

                                        They work through clear trip and all hotel bookings are done through them. So, you will always find a cheap option at clear trip that happyeasygo as they only charge commission in between.

                                        When we complained about the mental harassment we went through they said after the trip 3000 will be deposited in your happyeasygo account to compensate that also didn’t happen. This is a cheap and fraud broker.

                                        I had planned a trip on 7 June to a resort for two days (9 June to 11 June). During my booking by mistake I put 1 day prior to actual departure (8 June to 10 June). I called the hotel but they refused to help as the booking was online. Now since the booking was one day before, cancellation and modification option was already gone. I emailed the customer care but according to rules it was showing extra charges (same cost of two days again). Then I called the customer care number on the booking voucher, they talked to the hotel and changed the dates accordingly, mailing me the new voucher. The process was easy and smooth. I was so afraid that I have screwed up, but the guy on the phone really helped me.
                                        I booked a 3 star hotel using happy easy go and made the payment. The status showed pending in their app against the booking. I have not received any confirmation from their side regarding payment receipt and your booking is confirmed or pending although payment has been already deducted from my account., we called happyeasygo at least 20-25 times but every time call put on caller ID and auto caller saying that all representative are busy and will attend your call shortly but no one attend the call after so many tries and auto cut call after on hold of 7-8 minutes. I am unable to connect them through any source and I feel helpless after so many efforts. That the price we payed for 3 star was also not refunded. Happy easy go is a fraud big fraud.
