I want to highlight the matter about the travel which my family had on june 2019 with private airline from delhi to pune.

I had book flight tickets from happyeasygo.com mobile application on 28th march 2019. I received mails for my bookings on my respective mail id's.

As per the flight tickets attached in mail, allowed weight for the trip from delhi to pune was check-in: 25kg, cabin: 7kg.

But when my family reached to airport and they had check-in for the flight, airline agent told them allowed weight is only 15 kg per check in bag which was completely contradictory against the baggage info which was mentioned in happyeasygo.com ticket.

Due to this improper information from happyeasygo, my family had suffered a lot and had paid inr 26400 for excess weight.

I had requested a complete refund of this amount paid as excess weight to happyeasygo.com and sent around 15-18 emails to happyeasygo.com support but each time they just ask for to wait for some time.

Its been 3 months now and i have called, emailed and followed up with them repeatedly. I am also going to formally lodge a complaint of fraud.

    Happyeasygo claim that they have paid 17k for my ticket that i bought in 14k. They also say that they will not share payment confirmation to airline with customers claiming refund. Cancellation process is not straight forward where you call them and process cancellation. They want you to cancel with airline and then contact them with sms confirmation/email from airline. They add additional penalty beyond airline cancellation charges. No waiver for srinagar segment.

      Dear sir,

      I had booked ticked using happyeasygo as my travel isp.
      Through order no[protected],[protected] and[protected].
      The sector of travel was mumbai-jammu; jammu-srinagar & srinagar-mumbai.
      The travel dates being 15th aug, 17th aug and 24th aug 2019.
      The ticket was cancelled by me directly first with go air on 9th august 2019 after getting the directives of getting 100% refund since govt declared curfew in srinagar.
      The airline paid the money on 9th aug 2019 to the travel isp.
      Till date i am following-up with happyeasygo for my refund and they are unable to process my request for refund.

      My case is pending and the amount is yet to be refunded from Happyeasygo end. The Airlines has already refunded the money to them. I have a proof of payment made by the Airlines to the said agency too.

      Please help intervene and arrange to resolve this ASAP.

      I have also booked flight on these date and canceled due to Govt. announcement, But I have got my refund, not full but they have deducted 250 INR as there convenience fee... But got the refund.

        i had booked a flight on 24 august 2019 and they said the fare has gone up so they cannot confirm the booking. then i asked them to cancel it as i do not wanted to pay more for that flight. they said you will get the refund in 7 to 10 working days. i patiently wait and irts been more than 15 days they are just fooling me around their customer care executive named aanchal. was also fooling around. every time i call they ask me to wait for 72 hours. they do not even reply to my mails. they even disconnect my calls when i ask to talk to their supervisor. they are big frauds. you will never get your booking pnr and your money will also get stuck. beware of there online frauds.

        I am very happy with happyeasy go as i am daily customer of this website and always got the cheapest fare and still didn't find any problem while making the booking. its very convenient to book a flight or hotel through happyeasy go.

          We 3 friends booked flight ticket together.1ticket got confirm. Other 2 payment done got a call from happyeasygo that your ticket will be issued in 1hr.. But again i got mail that price has been increased i need to pay extra or cancel. Then i paid extra again but they are not giving choice for airlines. Im able to see flight in there app but they are telling me it's not available.. Finally end up paying more and all are in different flights now. I need a solution for this
          They offer fabulous deals, discounts on airlines. Also the app helps in booking the best hotels with great discounts

            On 5th sept 2019 i booked the flights from bali to amritsar for 20th nov 2019 and my booking was confirmed successful which costed me around 14700 inr and after calling the customer care multiple times didnt got the resolution. They keep on saying we will confirm the tickets in short while. Its been more than 24 hours and still no intimation and information received.

            I would request to book my same ticket asap or book the same flight for 21st nov 2019, or refund my full amount with the compensation amount.

              My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given by them. As I booked it through HappyEasyGo, refund was credited to their account but they haven't refunded me. They are not even giving clear response when asked for refund via mail. Strict action should be taken against such agencies.

                Hello!
                Yesterday night (04 Sept 2019) I made a booking at Roseate House Aerocity under the name of Mr Rahul Arora for 21st September 2019 thru HappyEasyGo

                I got a confirmation email from HappyEasyGo, however when called at hotel to confirm the same, they denied to have any bookings under the name of Mr Arora.

                We reached HappyEasyGo customer care early this afternoon and spoke to their representative Munish. He assured us that he'll call and update us in half an hour.
                He did not call us back and since then we have been trying to reach the customer care service but there has been long queue and we could not reach them.

                Attached is the screenshot from
                1) HappyEasyGo which says the booking is confirmed
                2) Roseate House Aerocity denying that there is no such booking

                The confirmation no given by HappyEasyGo is 67056353.

                Update Issue Resolved Alright! After so much of back and forth with HappyEasyGo team, Samyant Jain from HEG Customer Delight was very forthcoming and gave an update on our issue. He initially called to understand what problem were we facing and promised to call us back with an update before end of the day today. Later when Samyant called he updated us that our booking at the hotel got confirmed yesterday, however the confirmation number generated earlier was incorrect. He gave us the correct confirmation number which we cross checked at the property as well. Thank you to the one who got our booking confirmed yesterday and Samyant Jain for being forthcoming and helping us resolve the issue Maybe, just maybe we can still trust HEG because of these guys and may still continue our bookings with them. Thanks!

                  The worst website to book tickets. I booked the ticket with gender as male and the ticket is printed with gender as female.

                  As them for the correction which includes the screenshot. They denied for the same and also denied for the cancellation. Worst. Worst. Worst. Happyeasygo should be worstbadgo.com. The worst customer service.

                    I had booked my ticket from bangalore to mumbai from happyy easy go where the timing foe flight ai608 mentioned in my ticket was mentioned as 18.40 which was wrong and actual timing was 18.15 due to which i missed my flight and then i had to paid extra rs 4600 for another flight ai 610.
                    When i asked them they are not supporting and denied for any mistake from their side.

                      Hi, i have booked ticket from ahmedabad to hubli for 15th aug which was canceled from indigo on 30th july hence same was canceled by me and i inform to happyeasygo through phone and mail. I have canceled my flight on 30th july and they promised me to give refund in 10-15 working days but till after taking lots of follow up with mail on phone till as on date of 30th aug i didnt receive any refund from that.

                        We have booked flight tickets on 'happy easy go' on 26/08/2019 after being redirected from skyscanner india; as they were showing cheapest tickets from london to mumbai on the website for the day 07/11/2019.

                        They took the payment and didn't issue the ticket; while emailing that they need to charge us double the fare amount to further issue the ticket.

                          I booked a roundtrip from kochi to delhi and i cancelled it due to some personal issues the refund was initiated by the airlines but happy easy go is not refunding me back. Please help me. Their customer care number is wrong, no reply to the email also. I am trying to contact them no response they are doing this to many. Please help me with this. They have provided 24 hours customer care and no one to respond to our calls, they are providing cheapest price and not doing it. I was waiting for a long time for my refund. They are cheating the customers.

                            Hi,

                            I booked ticket with go air for my travel on 16 Aug 2019 from LKO to DEL by web happyeasygo.com but due to some reason I was cancelled my booking before 7-8hrs of that flight time departure and claimed for my refunds. Happy easy go told me that they are not refund any amount because of penalty charges is more then your amount. The amounts of ticket is Rs2924 and penalty charge is rs3200 I don't know how is it possible. Sir is it fare rules? during booking it's show ticket refundable but now i got nothing.

                              My name is sobin george. I cancelled my booking on air india flight booked through happyeasygo two days before the travel. They did not send any message or mail regarding cancellation. I dropped a mail to them regarding this. They sent me a mail back saying that mine was a non-refundable ticket. However it was a refundable ticket.

                              I talked to their customer care executive and he confirmed that it was a refundable ticket, but i will not get any refund since it was a low-cost ticket. On the other hand, the the status of my ticket on their website showed "refunded".
                              It is clear cheating. They should have refunded me after deducting the cancellation charges. I have all the proof and i am planning to file a case in the consumer court against happyeasygo

                                Don’t even think of booking flight from this app. They’re fraud. They literally deducted my amount and didn’t send the ticket. This has happened twice. Booked flight from this app at the very last moment because of lowest fare. Amount got deducted and i got the notification that i’ll get my ticket in an hour. I waited till last moment and they canceled. And there wasn’t any support from them at all. Also, asked me to pay extra 30% to get the ticket of same flight. And this has happened twice with me. They’re cheaters.

                                  I had booked a hotel in nanital manumaharani, 3 terrace room were booked i paid them ra. 31, 875. Total bill was approx 39000 but they had some offer of excluding and giving discount in gst. They did not provided any invoice but i got it from website then i called hotel, they confirmed your premium room is booked from clear trip. I got to know clear is supplier of happy easy go. Happy easy claims 24*7 support since friday no one is available. When i started posting on their fb and instagram page one person from marketing saying no one in available from concerned team or back support also called with an intense that i should not post on their wall and wait for 48 hours. After 3 days passed. I called hotel they said all terrace rooms are sold out and today also on my several calls to customer support twice i was answered and told them to upgrade and solve whereas commitment failed as no one bothered to call me back. Now i am making my booking from reliable source i have been cheated and harassed since last 5 fags with no response at all and today no call back despite i called and wrote to them. I also wrote to md mr. Vivek prabhakar as well on instagram seems like no one is bothered on any platform, such fraud companies should not be working. Now my amount on their mistake which they confirmed is stuck. They charged me 31, 865 forcterrace rooms degraded and it’s all sold out in hotel moreover no response as i told them i[censored] can’t today by 6 then cancel it as i can’t spoil my trip and i will book other hotel. Please help me getting my money and response i feel harassed. I am attached picture of my booking which shows my terrace rooms are booked. Moreover how can they claim 24*7 suppprt when they don’t work that way.

                                    Flight cancellation was intimated to happyeasygo on 20th march 2019.

                                    Till now i have been following up every month for the refund and happeasygo stopped responding to my emails. Looks like they aren't bothered to address the issue or at least respond.

                                    The ticket amount for the same flight has been refunded in may 2019 for other travelers booked through makemytrip.

                                      You had earlier mentioned 10 days but It has been more than 3 weeks since I canceled my ticket.
                                      I got call from jet Airways twice that they have already initiated refund and asked me to connect with my travel agent. I spoken to your customer care but still there is no action taken from your side.

                                      I would like to escalate this issue.
                                      Please work on this on highest priority.

                                      We regret the inconvenience caused due to delay in refund.

                                      Please be informed that our refund's department tried to claim the refund from airlines, however, we have not received it yet.

                                      As per the latest update, Jet Airways has completely stopped refunding to its agencies and the customers.

                                      We are also not in a position to share any date of refund from Jet Airways as per the ongoing circumstances from the Airlines end.

                                        Dear support,
                                        If you guys are not capable of serving atleast please inform. What is the point of making a customer suffer like this.
                                        Firstly you your self commit for confirmation with in 20 min of payment and after taking payment from customer there is no one to handle the concern. None of the customer support option works neither on-call nor email.

                                        I humbly request you that someone may be in a emergency situation it's better to give your customer clear picture of the situation.

                                        I was in a call que for good 40 min and a support executive has confirmed me that there is 24*7 call support.
                                        And also if you are not sure of providing the timely service on what grounds you guys deduct the money from customer account that's so silly.

                                        I request you to contact asap to present me a true clear picture.

                                        Since you are not able to provide my with timely support what if i have to go with some other booking atleast answer this...

                                        Its been more than 3 hrs since you guys have charged my the amount and after trying to get in touch umpteen times still there is no response.

                                        Such inhumane.
