Story from the begining is --
My ticket was cancelled on 1 day before the journey date, I instantly called SpiceJet customer support and they said me that your ticket was cancelled by your agency named Happyeasygo.
I called you guys same date before the journey, You said that day that we dont know how did it get cancelled, may be by any automation etc.., But be assured that we will get back in 24 hrs without a fail.
After not getting any update for almost 48 Hrs, I again called 3rd day for the same, Was taking to senior supervisor Pratik Jain, Who told me that Sir, We have no updates from backend yet.
But be assured that if its our fault, We will refund you with full, including the extra fair you would pay due to booking for the next day flight high rate booking.
"Backend" is an alien thing living on some other galaxy, because a customer can never reach there, And an update that "We dont have update from backend" was simply no update to me,
But Pratik assured me to get back in 24 hrs.
Again nothing happened for 24 Hrs, I tried contacting Pratik Jain, But he always was unavailable and was giving reply to the phone support executive on call,
That day I got an update from the phone executive that Sir, We are initiating a full refund, Which you will get in 24 Hrs maximum.
I waited 1 week for that refund instead of 24 Hrs and called today, Found Mr. Vikas on call, He mediated between Pratik and Me because Pratik didnt want to talk directly and the update today was " Sir we dont have any update from BACKEND", So thats basically not an update for me, Its just a line coming from another galaxy, due to me never will be able to contact "BACKEND", Which is the real worker here, which can act and resolve the issue, not the support guy. But one can never reach there, one always stuck with phone support executive. :)
So I searched online and all those 1 star review of happyeasygo seems real and practial to me, I can feel the pain thousands of customers like me are feeling due to happyeasygo work.
So before I contact my advocate, I wish to get a final resolution by at least awaring everyone in the online community..
I need it ASAP, As I need to have my money with me, Its my money taken from me in a strange way guys, Only mistake I did was got fooled by lower price, And I paid its price very well with lots of work time being invested in these time wasting calls and emails.
So in the name of god and kindness towards a helpless poor human like me,
can you please help ????
