I booked a flight ticket from your app on 24th june at 21:34 from ixr to blr
Flight number g8375 scheduled on 8th of august.

Every time your company's people neglect my request.
Bank said that the money has been transferred to your official bank account but your service said that money hasn't been received by them.

    My friend booked a ticket from mumbai to delhi for a flight that was after 5hrs. We were waiting for ticket for an hour but he didn't receive it. We tried connecting to customer care and after numerous attempt we reached them. And 2 hrs before the flight they updated us that our ticket was not booked because all the seats sold out of air india. I mean guys seriously!!! If you can't handle, control and work on your interface who can prebook tickets how are you even operating this business. If you trying to become goibibo or makemytrip than behave and use platforms like them and don't just do fraud with your customers. Pathetic, money-wasting and not at all trustworthy experience.

      I booked a two way ticket from happyeasygo on 26th july (Order id:[protected] as below

      - delhi - hyderabad 3rd aug
      - hyderabad - delhi 3rd aug vopjfh

      By mistake i selected the same date for the returning ticket and i notified the happyeasygo cc team within minutes. They denied to help me in this regard and told to contact vistara cc team and then contact heg again. I called vistara team they cancelled the ticket and told that 2620 was refunded to heg and you will receive the same after deducting the convenience fee (230). But heg returned 1481 only.

      Here is refund breakup provided by happyeasygo:

      Airline's penalty: inr 1000
      Happyeasygo's service fee: inr 1000
      Convenience fee: inr 230
      Ticket cost: inr 3, 711
      Refund amount: 1481

      Happyeasygo's service fee: i don't know on what basis they deducted 1000rs even when they did not provide any service on cancellation, i want this money to be refunded as well

      I want the full money except (1000 vistara charges, 230 HEG Convenience fee). HEG has only paid 1481. They have to pay the remaining 1000

        I have booked a return flight from ahmedabad to delhi from 2nd to 9th october. The 9th october flight showed me a departure time of 6:15am and arrival of 7:50am. However, the booked ticket shows a departure time of 8:45 and arrival of 10:20. The flight number of both is the same. I don't understand how this is possible. I have attached a screenshot of the information that is visible to me on your website even after booking. You can crosscheck the time of the screenshot with the time of my booking.

        At the time of booking, the ticket was refundable and only 2000rs was shown as cancellation charges. After booking, I tried to cancel 1 month before the date of travel, they are saying there will be no refund. Avoid this fraud company.

          My name is tharun and i booked my tickets for delhi to bangalore was booked with happy easy go but they never booked with indigo later i had to request to cancel to which they said money will be refunded in 7-10 business days and yet they haven't refunded.

            I booked a flight via their website on 25 july 2019 near midnight. After the payment i received an email without any booking details. I immediately raised a request asking for the booking details. I only had the trip id #[protected]

            I received a call around 8.15 am on 25 july 2019 and was then told that the price had increased by rs 4000/- and i would have to pay the difference for the booking confirmation. I refused. I was then asked to pay rs 2000/- for it and that the website would pay the other rs 2000/-. This is clearly fraud. I refused.

            I was offered a full refund. I have received a mail saying that refund will be made soon.

            If there is no refund then i will raise another complain.

              This morning i have booked a flight via happy easy go website from bangalore to new delhi for 3 members. The ampount was deducted howeever after the payment in the webpage it is displaying our ticket status as upcoming. I did not get any email confirmation regarding this, just got only message confirmation. I tried to contact the customer care but the number is unserviceable.               Hereby i have attached the booking payment details and whatever refernce i got. Kindly check it out and if suspected fraudulent block such websites and get us the refund

                I booked my international flight ticket from mumbai to canada today on 22 july 2019. The money was deducted but failed to generate pnr or provide tkt.. No one called or informed about it and then i receive a mail saying that your booking may not have gone through these 2 reasons
                - fare change
                - flight full reasons

                This is utter # i paid rs 87000 for it and now the worst thing is they do not help you at all. I had to call the customer care to ask them again and again for my booking tkt and hence confronting them about it.

                Moreover the representatives are absolute #. All i was told to call in the morning again and again.

                Now, i am worried for my money and tkt as i have my university course starting in less than a month..

                A strong action needs to be taken against this fraudulent company... Pls help!!

                  I booked flight from happyeasygo mobile application.
                  On the day of travel, while i was trying for check-in, i got an error message that my pnr/ticket no. Is not valid.

                  Tried for hours to contact support lines but we were unable to reach them as their support numbers were not getting picked and mostly didn't connect.

                  Sent out mails, twitter, facebook and no response.

                  Eventually i had to bare cost of another ticket which was almost twice the rate which i initially paid plus a hotel cost for one day.

                    Dear concern, i have been trying contacting you guys via emails. I have already sent numerous reminders about my issues which have been getting held from quite a long time now. Neither i have your customer care number and when i ask for the same via email you even reply and in response i get an auto-generated email. Is this how you treat your client? I had made of transaction inr 20742/- via easy buy card or instacred. And the merchant is saying that he received a credit of single inr 20742/- and your app is showing two loans of the same amount, to the same merchant and on the same date. Im hereby sharing my both loan accounts number i. E 23456347 and 23456242. I just dnt understand why are guys doing like this? Have shared a screenshot of the app n loan account numbers as well. Please find the details and get my issue resolved.

                      I booked a flight for June 30, from Kolkata to Mumbai. I cancelled it. But I never got my refund. They sent me mail saying refund has been processed but I checked with the bank and not such refund had been returned to my account. It has been a long time but my money has not been returned. I sent many mails but no body from the customer care answered my mails.i want my money back.

                        Its been 3 months now from the month of april. I have not received the refund till now. Where i had faced similar incident where airways cancelled the flight i got my refund next week from makemytrip. But these money eaters not refunding my money and giving stupid reasons. Looks like they don't even have 4k to pay me back. They should be refunding the amount with interest.

                              Hi Samyak, Siddharth, Prateek and all the happyeasygo team,

                              I just had a discussion with three guy, on the same call, Samyak and Siddhrath from happyeasygo and Mr. Aman from spicejet on the conference call with Samyak.

                              Since last month, My time is being wasted by happyeasygo, After my ticket got cancelled automatically, I was getting an assured refund by Mr. Pratik, Which didnt happen because pratik didnt hear back from its own lovely backend,
                              After that I had to escalate this case on this escallation email id, Where someone named Vikas presenting himself as the manager of whole backend assured me the refund within 48 Hrs, After 7 days of nothing, I was assured that you would get your refund plus aditional amount you paid for another ticket once you give us the PNR for another booked ticket.

                              I couldnt find another ticket yet, Thus asked my own money only which had to updated to me in 7 hrs that day, a week ago, when nothing happened, I again wrote you guys, You replied we need another 48 hrs for that, When nothing happened and I again wrote, Got call from samyak yesterday that give me 2 hrs to confirm this,

                              Now today after 22 hours of yesterday's call--

                              Samyak said to me that Sir, We didnt cancel your ticket, Spicejet did. So we have no role in it,
                              I said, Take spicejet on call, He fortunately did,

                              Spicejet executive clearly told us that Mr. samyak, We didnt cancel your ticket and neither customer did as there is no logs of such, So you or travelboutique portal cancelled your ticket.

                              Not just you, any agency we have like makemytrip etc, There is no way we can cancel the ticket as we are not the seller, You are. So only you can cancel the ticket. The website/portal under consideration for cancellation is either you or travelboutique or any entity in your chain. (TravelBoutique entry and knowing about this thing as the one doing the cancellation was heard just now from Aman).
                              He also clearly stated that customer has no roles/ or anything with spicejet for this cancellation because in that case we always have a log even after 100 years of a cancellation request done.

                              Now when I told Samyak that now you heard everything from Aman that I have no roles in it, Send me my money which you are keeping, He said that Sir, we can refund only the amount after the penalty, Like he will keep 4500rs penalty and will refund me just the rest,
                              I said that Mr. Samyak, do you have any sense at all that when now you clearly know that I have no roles in the scene, Its like a fight between you+travelboutique and spicejet, And you want to penalize your customer, Transfer my call to your manager,
                              He gave the call to Mr. Siddharth, Siddharth also was repeating everything exactly the same and was saying that your money could be on hold, until the issue is resolved at our end, Which doesnt have any time frame, 32 days, all the lies, false commintment and our issue is exactly where it actually was, that noone is saying I cancelled the ticket and you are holding my money.
                              being extremely hopeless, I felt I need help from legal authorities now, And I requested an address for a legal notice, Siddharth said that take it from our website,
                              I said him that "First Floor, Plot No.883, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana-122016", Is this your address, where If I send a legal notice here for this resolution, Will this reach your management and legal team for working things out with a time frame, because there is always a time-value associated with any amount of money. He said, Yes Sir, This is the address, Your notice could reach the right team if received here.

                              Now, HappyEasyGo/TravelBoutique, I just need a reply from your end that did I mention everything above 100% correct ??
                              Because I need my things shorted out ASAP.

                              One more thing is that they sent me the money and keeping my 4500rs for no reasons at all..
                              Since last 15 days, I have even left them 4 to 10 tough emails but they have now become a mountain which doesnt know how to move :)

                              Story from the begining is --

                              My ticket was cancelled on 1 day before the journey date, I instantly called SpiceJet customer support and they said me that your ticket was cancelled by your agency named Happyeasygo.

                              I called you guys same date before the journey, You said that day that we dont know how did it get cancelled, may be by any automation etc.., But be assured that we will get back in 24 hrs without a fail.

                              After not getting any update for almost 48 Hrs, I again called 3rd day for the same, Was taking to senior supervisor Pratik Jain, Who told me that Sir, We have no updates from backend yet.
                              But be assured that if its our fault, We will refund you with full, including the extra fair you would pay due to booking for the next day flight high rate booking.

                              "Backend" is an alien thing living on some other galaxy, because a customer can never reach there, And an update that "We dont have update from backend" was simply no update to me,

                              But Pratik assured me to get back in 24 hrs.

                              Again nothing happened for 24 Hrs, I tried contacting Pratik Jain, But he always was unavailable and was giving reply to the phone support executive on call,
                              That day I got an update from the phone executive that Sir, We are initiating a full refund, Which you will get in 24 Hrs maximum.

                              I waited 1 week for that refund instead of 24 Hrs and called today, Found Mr. Vikas on call, He mediated between Pratik and Me because Pratik didnt want to talk directly and the update today was " Sir we dont have any update from BACKEND", So thats basically not an update for me, Its just a line coming from another galaxy, due to me never will be able to contact "BACKEND", Which is the real worker here, which can act and resolve the issue, not the support guy. But one can never reach there, one always stuck with phone support executive. :)

                              So I searched online and all those 1 star review of happyeasygo seems real and practial to me, I can feel the pain thousands of customers like me are feeling due to happyeasygo work.

                              So before I contact my advocate, I wish to get a final resolution by at least awaring everyone in the online community..

                              I need it ASAP, As I need to have my money with me, Its my money taken from me in a strange way guys, Only mistake I did was got fooled by lower price, And I paid its price very well with lots of work time being invested in these time wasting calls and emails.

                              So in the name of god and kindness towards a helpless poor human like me,

                              can you please help ????
                              I booked a room for my family on 30 Aug 19. Money deducted from my account but booking showing pending. I tried to reach their support through calls and mails. But no response from them. It is hard to believe such a irresponsible portal exists.

                                I have booked a ticket from Bengaluru to Nagpur which I have to change due to some reason. I reached to happy easy go who said to change the date of airline they will charge double the price of the tickets, so they suggested to cancel through airlines and not happy easy go. While refunding the amount though it was refundable the airline and happy easy go both deducted money which makes the money to be refundable as zero. My concern is of the ticket was refundable were is my money?

                                  Hi, Myself Tauseef sheikh,

                                  I had booked tickets through Happy Easy Go. in the month of april. However since jet airways downsized. The tickets were cancelled and all the people who booked their tickets through jet airways got their refund within 15 days and i havent got the refund because i booked my tickets through Happy Easy Go. and i regret it big time. I am highly dissapointed with the service and i will do whatever i can to make you guys bear the brunt. I have been escalating this since a month but i am not getting any resolution. If this issue is not resolved within 5 days i will escalate this to the TOI newspaper as my relative works as an editor there.

                                    I booked a hotel on 3rd july from happy go easy app. This app is a fraud. They raise money by fake bookings and also do not issue refunds. They also don't have a separate helpline number for hotel bookings whenever you call them it goes in the airline department. I did a hotel booking for rs. 7901/- the booking is not confirmed nor they have issued a refund. Hundreds of mails done still did not get my money back. Order id[protected] is showing invalid. I have shown them valid proofs of successful payment yet they haven't done anything.

                                      I cancelled my flight thru indigo directly with penalty and indigo reimbursed half value to happyeasygo... When contacted these fraud company hapoyeasygo; they said rest balance is their penalty and now there will be no refund... I have not seen such fcking fraud company... No ethics no rules... Bast*rds.

                                      Firstly they told me that they will deduct convenience fee from it and now they are saying that there is no refund to be issued... I just hate these bast*rds

                                        Myself Monica, I booked ticket from coimbatore to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to coimbatore, in the month of April 2019 to and from in happyeasygo app, but jet airways cancelled by ticket due to some operational issue. The refund has been initiated long back from airline but it's not given by this fraud company happy easy go.. They don't even pick the call nor reply anything and if they pick they are informing like jet airways didn't process the amount to our happyeasygo agency. we are not sure whether they will process the amount or not please wait untill they process the refund amount.

                                        Please help me with my refund as this is lot of money.
