I had booked jet airways from bhopal to mumbai.
My e ticket number is[protected]
My flight number is 9w 898
Cost of ticket was rs. 2499.

The ticket was booked on 26.03.2019.
Schedule flight was to fly on 22.04.2019 at 7:40 from bhopal
Ticket got cancelled due to flight cancellation and i received mail from jet on april 01, 2019.

I had applied for refund on jet link of refund and refund has gone to happyeasygo due to it being intermediary.

I have applied for refund since then.

However, happyeasygo has not refunded my money and they dont receive any calls.

Its been more than a month.

Request for refund.

    I had booked my flight from mumbai to singapore and back via happy easy go for jet airways. However, jet airways has cancelled all their flights domestic and international. I had processed my refund via happy easy go on 18th april, 2019 and i haven't got my money back. I have been doing follow ups with them and i am getting the same reply that jet airways has not refunded my money. I spoke to jet airways customer care. They said that my refund was processed on 18th april, 2019. It is more than a month and i haven't received my money from them after doing lot of follow ups. Please help me on this as i need to pay my credit card bill.

      Hi

      I didn't receive the refund (Trip id-#[protected] and it's been 1 month. This company is neither responding not repaying the amount. I made a mistake by booking a flight ticket by happyeasygo. I am requesting to take some action on this kind of cheating company. These people are looting the money by not paying the refund and putting blame on concern airlines.

        I had booked an air ticket from your site on the 9th of march 2019, from dehradun to kolkata scheduled on 2nd june 2019 on a jet airways flight. My trip id is[protected]. Since jet airways has suspended it's operation i am bound to cancel my ticket. I contacted your customer service regarding the matter on the 25th of may 2019. They adviced me to cancel the ticket through my happyeasygo account. However when i tried to log into my account i was not given the otp. I informed the same to the customer service and they promised me that they will forward my issue to the supervisor who will cancel my ticket directly. They also assured me that once the cancellation is done from their side, they will send me an email, within half an hour, which they did not. Later when i tried to reconnect with the customer service, they remained unavailable. I want my refund as soon as possible. Please help.

          Sir,

          I booked two Indigo flight ticket online through happy easy go app on the 20th May' 19 and a sum of Rs 18970/- was deducted from my account and my trip ID was[protected].However, even after the payment was made I do not recieve any confirmation message. Therefore I made a call to 24×7 Happy Easy Go customer service.The customer executive
          said that it will take atleast 45 mins to get it confirmed. I waited till the next day but still neither it get confirmed nor recieve any message from happy easy go .So I was bound to made a call and enquired again.The executive member replied that due due to some reason the airline did not accept the booking.Therefore I asked the Happy
          Easy Go customer service executive to cancel the booking and refund the money.
          On the same day I received a mail vide Happy Easy Go Order ID No[protected] that refund has been initiated by Happy Easy Go and it takes 7-10 hours working day but till date I have not recieve the refund.So, I would like to request to kindly refund the money at the earliest.

            I purchased two tickets on 19th may 19 first purchased from kolkata to chennai and secondly kolkata to agartala but after non opted to insurance option they had charged rs.249.99 without asking me and on enquiry from helpline they didn't help me and moreover on enquiry with indigo it has been found that ticket agent is showing as riya travels and also the said ticket booked without insurance. How happyeasygo platform can book ticket using 3rd party agent and also made insurance from 4th party that is reliance and without customer approval. They should back my insurance charge or they should be black listed. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

              I am avinash, i have booked a ticket on 7th may 2019 from delhi to patna (22may) and patna to delhi (27may) using happyeasygo app. During booking i checked that paytm is providing additional rs100 cashback with ticket cheaper than happyeasygo.

              "according to happyeasygo policy if any other service provide provides ticket cheaper than the happyeasygo then happyeasygo will give 200% of cashback of the amount difference."

              So, i decided to put a mail and the revert is just shocking that they are saying you are not eligible for this because your screenshot is not taken within 5 minutes. While my screenshot timing is mention in screenshot that i attached here.

              Conclusion: they are fraud and money maker, they made policy to attract customer but does not stand on it.

                I booked ticket from happyeasygo and payed through paypal. As i did not rec any confirmation i called the customer care, she said they received my payment twice and she said they will return my one payment will be credit in my ac 7- to 10 days. And i will get confirmation in a while. As ther was no confirmation i called them again she said they refunded my amount i have to book again... I asked her why they refunded my amount. She said they did not rec any amount. I told her if you did not rec any amount how you did refund... She was making no sense.. They don’t know what they doing... I still did not rec my refund. Finally i have to book my ticket through yatra..

                  It's already more than a month, i booked my ticket from indore to delhi - idr - del - 21 apr 2019 - guqunv - my flight was cancelled by jetairways due to certain operational issues, even after my repeated follow up happyeasygo is not refunding my flight ticket amount, whereas jetairways has clearly sent me an mail stating that they have issued the refund from their end. Everytime i call their customer care they are saying we cannot tell you when refund will be done. Pathetic customer care and service. Kindly help me get my money back

                    I have booked tickets using happy easy go and then cancelled the tickets directly from indigo's official website, later when indigo processed the refund from their side, i cancelled the ticket on happy easy go but after multiple follow ups they are unable to give me any update regarding when i'll get my money back. I have made multiple follow ups in twitter and tried calling their customer care but i am not getting any proper resolution

                      Dear sir,

                      I booked one air ticket through happy easygo app & unfortunately my flight missing, i call to airindia express customer care, they told me l am eligible for claim my tax amount, after two days i got mail from air india express your refunded amount transferred to your agent account (Happyesaygo)
                      After i contact happy esay go customer service, they told me they can't give refund, from air line side they give but happyeasygo not giving, please help me if possible

                        I booked a ticket on 15/5/19 from dubai to delhi for 28/8/19.

                        After the payment was done successfully it started showing in there portal as ticket booked in upcoming flight section and amount was deducted,

                        After 5-6 hours i received a mail from happygoeasy asking me to pay more as ticket price has no increased after almost 5-6 hrs of booking ticket, according to them for which i am responsible.

                        I have mailed twice mails to happy easy go customer care and have called almost 10 times but they are just not responding to mails and in calls.

                        The time when i booked ticked from this site, i remember the price of this flight was almost same in cheapflight as well as go ibio.

                        Kindly solve the issue

                        I had faced the same issue but the customer service department helped me alot . It tooked time but finally refund was initiated .

                          I pratikgiri meghnathi, have booked a ticket for delhi on 15/05/2019 for the date 9 june 2019 (Bom-del :17.15-19.25) with spicejet pnr-vg8y3h for sg 6704 and (Del-bom: 19.30-21.45) with indigo pnr-ww8eme-6e197
                          Both the bookings are being showed as “cancelled” which is not done by me. I tried reaching through your 24*7 customer care number but couldn’t get through, number mentioned on facebook page isn’t available, number on instagram isn’t available too. Please look into this and get back to me as soon as possible.
                          Please find attached the screenshots of the same (Even the flight of return journey mentioned is wrong in cancellation)

                            My flight (9w2971), sector - bom to ixb, dt.15.04.2019 (Pnr no. Qwlbwn for 3 passengers) was cancelled by jet airways. The intimatation of the cancellation was sent through sms by jet airways on 20.03.2019. Then i cancelled my ticket through happyeasygo app under my trip section. I had to cancel the ticket giving the option "ticket cancelled by airlines", so i tried again & again to submit the same, but the said option was inactive. When i checked in account section, i found the option - refund to be paid was "0". I sent email to customer service alongwith the screenshot of the sms received from jet airlines and called them for help. They replied that they would not be able to process the same on email and i can apply on "my trip" of the accounts section only. They said the refund section is active, so i can put my request. I tried again, no success.. How can i get the full refund of my ticket?

                                My flight was cancelled by jet airways for 23rd march, delhi-bangalore,
                                I cancelled the flight as per the guidelines of the happy easy go on 26th march for the amount 3743/-,
                                Selected the option that the airline cancelled the flight and submitted attested proof from the airline for the cancellation.
                                The status was immediately changes to refunding on their website and app.
                                They say that the refund will be processed within 10-15 working days, but today is 10th may, it has been more than 1 month and the status they give on call is always the same that we have no communication from the airline.

                                A friend travelling with me on the same cancelled flight got his refund in 10 days after the cancellation, where for me the airline is not providing any response.

                                I want this refund as soon as possible.

                                    Refund for jet airways are not done yet, even jet airways customer support services are telling they have not got any refund request from the happyeasygo so how they will refund the amount to the passenger.

                                    Please happyeasygo team don't make people in trouble its not jet airways its you who are not providing any of the reference for the refund if at all you had made any of the request related to the refund till now refund must have processed as from direct airways refund is already got refund amount

                                      I had made flight booking from mumbai to delhi for 27th april 2019 on happyeasygo.com vide booking number[protected], air india - pnr number-hdtxm, ticket number-098-[protected]. Due to flight delay we made cancellation of air ticket at air india counter in mumbai. Air india told us that refund will be given by happyeasygo.com only as booking was made through the.

                                      I have written several emails to happyeasygo and they keep making some excuses or the other for not giving the refund. Their given telephone numbers dont work, below is the latest email from them:

                                      Dear kapil,
                                      This is with reference to your e-mail under order id:[protected].

                                      We would like to inform you that in order to process the refund, kindly share the stamped copy from the airline stating that full refund is given.

                                      Also, you may share flight cancellation sms.

                                      I called up air india and they told me that they have already cancelled the ticket and given the refund to happyeasygo. They are now asking me to give them signed stamped copy from airline that full refund is given.
                                      Air india told me clearly that happyeasygo just has to check in their system by ticket number and they will see the refund.

                                      I have been asking happyeasygo to confirm if they have not received refund from air india, there is total silence from them on this.

                                      I request you that these kind of cheats should be banned and not given travel agent licences. I have seen so many complaints against them. Their modus operandi is simple lots of people dont have time and they get cheated by them.

                                      It is requested that my refund from air india be given to me otherwise i will be lodging an fir for 420 against them.

                                        I booked my jet airways ticket 6 months prior for darjeeling and as it is grounded now cancelled the ticket on 19/4/2019 and as per their mail they told me would get refund in 10 days, yet i have not recieved the refund.
                                        Secondly after repitative mails they are not answering or giving update on the same.
                                        How come i get my refund now?.
